Got to the drive through at 10:58, waited at the speaker for a good two minutes until someone came on and took our order. By this time it was 11am, I asked for a breakfast meal and was told they wouldn’t serve me as it was 11 and they stopped serving breakfasts. Told the girl taking my order we had been here before 11 and she said she had checked the clock and it was 11. I told her it was because she took so long to come onto the speaker, she replied saying she was serving another car (there was not a single car in the drive through) and was very rude to us, will not go again

I visited yesterday morning, May 26. There was a female employee—possibly a supervisor, though I don’t know her name—she was slightly overweight. Her attitude was extremely rude, and her way of speaking was very unpleasant. In general, most of the staff had a similar attitude. They were disrespectful, delayed in delivering orders, and spent time laughing and chatting inside while forgetting to serve the customers. When we asked for our order, they responded aggressively. This particular employee especially stood out in a negative way. I sincerely hope that management provides them with proper training and courses on how to work professionally and interact respectfully with customers who come to McDonald’s. My rating is a big zero.

Order missing main item and drink spilled all over bag

Food lukewarm at best. Delivery time kept being put back. Grumpy impolite driver as usual. Won't be back

Not taking orders at the till which makes it difficult for people with dyslexia. They can buy they won't. Was told it was because the tills were down but they were working to fix somebody's order they messed up. Staff member was emptying the bins with no gloves on and went behind the counter without washing her hands.

Little pricey but we'll worth every bite!

PLASTIC SHEET /GREASPROOF PAPER IN MY SONS BURGER.!! I visited the drive through a few weeks back. Naturally they forgot to put something in the bag so had to go into the restaurant. Returned to my car to find my son pulling apart his food to show me the plastic sheet in his burger. Went back into the restaurant again, dumped the burger on the counter, a few annoyed words later, the lad gave me another burger. I complained to McDonald's online and they offered me a £5 food voucher (which I thought was insulting and declined) but did not address my concerns about plastic being in the food. They said they could not investigate because I did not have a picture ?? I called the branch and apparently they new nothing about the complaint. To cut a long story short I would not trust the food in this McDonalds or any McDonalds for that matter as I don't think McDonalds actually care that there was plastic in my sons food. McDonalds has become something very different to what it once was. Its no longer "fast food" that's for sure, whether your at the counter or the drive through, constantly missing items in order, now very expensive for what it is. McDonalds portrays itself as a happy family friendly place but I think this is now very far from the truth considering the way I have been treated and the lack of care they have when being told about plastic being in their food!!

Spend the time get yourselves here, inviting, customer friendly, do yourself a favour 5 ⭐

Not the biggest mcdonalds I've been into but the service was quick it wasn't very busy either which was a bonus the food was served very quickly and after asking if we where able to have more sauces the staff member brought over a bundle that was nice of her. It even has a child's area where there games they can play on tablets in store and a slide outside as well. They also do drive thru.

Love visiting here the shop is full of unusual things and great local food. The restaurant is comfortable and the food is delicious. Top of the visit with a picture with the highland cows.

This place is a joke. Everytime there's something missing. Today's mess up is a breakfast roll meal with no roll. Sausage pancakes with no sausage or syrup. How is it so difficult to get an order right? Can't even call to let them know their staff need training on fulfilling an order. Ridiculous

Food was already cold, on top of being very late, I only ate it because I was hungry, otherwise I would have thrown it out.

1st time I've ever been here and I received a £50 parking fine for parking at McDonald's while eating and revising there. That's the best way to stop customers from returning.

Well there prices are up and there burgers n rolls have shrunk same taste but smaller had a double cheeseburger and at one time you needed 2hands to hold while you ate it now only 1hand needed smaller burgers n buns and boxes not worth the money glad I don't go ofter

ordered a chicken share box - arrived with ZERO dips. Also arrived with no drink and a large fries that was half empty.

We come here to the drive thru every Friday after my sons swimming class as it's on the route home. For the past year we have been asked to wait in a parking space for our food every single time. About 6 - 8 times we have had food missing. Especially apple pies which I have to check now when they are missing i have to park up and wait in the queue inside to get them. I am never offered a voucher like they do at Duloch. The wait in the parking bays ranges from 15 to 45 mins so I would question the description as fast food. If it's busy I would expect a wait but this mcds is never that busy. We started ordering on the app to see if that made a difference. Today I turned up to the empty drive thru with a handful of people in the restaurant. I waited 2 minutes for the guy on the intercom to speak and take our app order code. I went straight to the 2nd window and no one talked to me for 5 mins. The lady gave us the drinks and asked us to park up as they are waiting on chips? At 7.30 on a Friday night! Why are they not continuously cooking chips. We waited another 15 mins in a parking space and finished our drinks. Got the food finally and took it home (5 min drive away) the 3 portions of chips were frozen inside 😡

Everytime I have ordered at the drive through they miss part of your order. Staff don't care and rolled their eyes at my husband last time he went in to say, complete attitude on managers. And the kids outside play area is absolutely disgusting. We went one morning and sat in but the kids wanted to go out and play and it was covered in food on all 3 levels of it. Staff walk past there to the drivethrough. Wouldn't be surprised if they get rats.

I waited for my order for more than 3 hours, and now it says that it was delivered, but nothing was delivered to me, and the program also says that it was delivered at 22:15, but the time is 21:45

Did not arrive already, asked for a refund well over two hours waiting now, not acceptable, if it does ever arrive I will send it back as we have had to get something else now.

Kids tablets weren't working and they weren't interested in even looking why. The play area was covered in spoilt food and drinks so they couldn't play there either. Staff totally uninterested in anything.

We placed a very large order on Christmas eve after 1 and a half hours later we received 1 bag frozen cold food we took it back to mcdonald's to complain to the manager but she wasn't interested at all as she said they gave the uber driver 3 bags so the uber driver actually STOLE the rest of the order so why are mcdonald's still allowing uber to collect food from them it's not the firs time we've heard the same thing from different mcdonald's they took the money quick enough

Over a hour for delivery for fast food!

Arrived when I had completely given up hope that i would see the order.. food was cold, missing a dip as well.

Positive: absolutely gorgeous ladies, never seen a McDonald's with more gorgeous ladies working there tbh. They are also very helpful when they are not hiding away from customers 😄 Negative: Orders get messed up because every employee is adding stuff into the bag, nobody checks it at the end and it goes out to the customer. It's beyond me how there's no system created to avoid this. Everyone is doing everything (I understand, to not waste time) but the outcome is worse, negative reviews, unhappy customers, money lost through refunds etc.

No such thing as a drive thru here. Park and wait everytime. Worst McDonald’s. Then the chips are cold and soggy.

We used this McDonald’s as our go to breakfast during our trip to Edinburgh and can’t fault it, usually I rate all McDonald’s the same but this one never skipped a beat, normally always find something wrong but the food was always so fresh and hot unlike other McDonald’s where your order is usually wrong half the time.

All my recent orders from this place over the last couple of months has either been late or cancelled by justeat. But if I order for delivery direct or use another provider, there is absolutely no issues at all. It's not McDonald's, its JustEat themselves.

Took over 2 hours for the delivery of the goods when it did arrive the driver would only state “don’t speak English” when asked about it and it was all cold

Staff at drive through can’t tell the different between bacon and sausage. I guess you have to be a nugget to sell them.

Mi GF y yo pedimos comida alrededor de las 11: 20 - 11 : 30 pm, pedido fue aceptado y una hora completa después pedido fue cancelado, el restaurante no detiene la entrega hasta las 11 : 45 , mi gf y yo no estamos contentos con esto y ha pasado una y otra vez. No pidas nada en línea desde este lugar a menos que durante la cena o el almuerzo, pero incluso entonces a veces te pierdes artículos.

Pretty much always gets it wrong. Double check your orders before driving away. Or sit in. UPDATE: Don't bother sitting in. No clewn tables, had to clear and ask for a cloth to clean it ourselves. Floor was manky and predictably enough, made a dogs dinner of the order.

The litter in the surrounding carpark is atrocious . Management needs to get this sorted .Disgusting . God knows what tourists think .

Really disappointed. I’m staying at the hotel next door and my food is cold when I get to my room. Literally 30 second walk. Missing items from my order so had to return to the restaurant. Even colder food on my return. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed with this restaurant. Unfortunately my choices are limited. Won’t be making this mistake again though.

Absolutely awful every time we make the mistake of coming here. The orders are never correct; missing sauce on burgers, missing nuggets in the sharebox, flat syrup stuff instead of fizzy juice. Utter abysmal. Couldn’t run a bath never mind a Maccies.

Ordered at 4 pm arrived at 7 pm, food was cold. Mc donalds said was fault of no delivery guy from just eat available. So disappointing

Ordered Philly cheese stack meal - looks like it was thrown burger split in half and freezing cold chips also the same cold and very over cooked McCrispy - same again freezing cold and chips over cooked Happy meal - freezing cold and chips were the same Only thing good was the drinks and that's no hard to get wrong. Waited 15 minutes for a drive through breakfast before having to leave without it . Ended up having to leave without it or being late for work-no refund . Horrendous service.

Fuimos a McDonald’s hoy para almorzar, fue una buena experiencia. Tenía una bolsa de melón, bolsa de pepino, salsa barbacoa e Irn Bru. Todo estaba fresco y sabroso. Me gusta que pueda tener servicio de mesa, nuestra comida salió razonablemente rápido.
