Terrible never received my order

Told me when i ordered 25 mins. took over an hour and a half to deliver. Plus the juice was spilled and essentially empty and the food was mildly warm

ordered a chicken share box - arrived with ZERO dips. Also arrived with no drink and a large fries that was half empty.

We come here to the drive thru every Friday after my sons swimming class as it's on the route home. For the past year we have been asked to wait in a parking space for our food every single time. About 6 - 8 times we have had food missing. Especially apple pies which I have to check now when they are missing i have to park up and wait in the queue inside to get them. I am never offered a voucher like they do at Duloch. The wait in the parking bays ranges from 15 to 45 mins so I would question the description as fast food. If it's busy I would expect a wait but this mcds is never that busy. We started ordering on the app to see if that made a difference. Today I turned up to the empty drive thru with a handful of people in the restaurant. I waited 2 minutes for the guy on the intercom to speak and take our app order code. I went straight to the 2nd window and no one talked to me for 5 mins. The lady gave us the drinks and asked us to park up as they are waiting on chips? At 7.30 on a Friday night! Why are they not continuously cooking chips. We waited another 15 mins in a parking space and finished our drinks. Got the food finally and took it home (5 min drive away) the 3 portions of chips were frozen inside 😡

Usually pretty good. Sometimes you have to park up at the drive through and wait ages though.

Everytime I have ordered at the drive through they miss part of your order. Staff don't care and rolled their eyes at my husband last time he went in to say, complete attitude on managers. And the kids outside play area is absolutely disgusting. We went one morning and sat in but the kids wanted to go out and play and it was covered in food on all 3 levels of it. Staff walk past there to the drivethrough. Wouldn't be surprised if they get rats.

Did not arrive already, asked for a refund well over two hours waiting now, not acceptable, if it does ever arrive I will send it back as we have had to get something else now.

I waited for my order for more than 3 hours, and now it says that it was delivered, but nothing was delivered to me, and the program also says that it was delivered at 22:15, but the time is 21:45

Kids tablets weren't working and they weren't interested in even looking why. The play area was covered in spoilt food and drinks so they couldn't play there either. Staff totally uninterested in anything.

We placed a very large order on Christmas eve after 1 and a half hours later we received 1 bag frozen cold food we took it back to mcdonald's to complain to the manager but she wasn't interested at all as she said they gave the uber driver 3 bags so the uber driver actually STOLE the rest of the order so why are mcdonald's still allowing uber to collect food from them it's not the firs time we've heard the same thing from different mcdonald's they took the money quick enough

Staff sauntered about like they didn't want to be there and no rush in them at all.

Over a hour for delivery for fast food!

Arrived when I had completely given up hope that i would see the order.. food was cold, missing a dip as well.

Positive: absolutely gorgeous ladies, never seen a McDonald's with more gorgeous ladies working there tbh. They are also very helpful when they are not hiding away from customers 😄 Negative: Orders get messed up because every employee is adding stuff into the bag, nobody checks it at the end and it goes out to the customer. It's beyond me how there's no system created to avoid this. Everyone is doing everything (I understand, to not waste time) but the outcome is worse, negative reviews, unhappy customers, money lost through refunds etc.

No such thing as a drive thru here. Park and wait everytime. Worst McDonald’s. Then the chips are cold and soggy.

We used this McDonald’s as our go to breakfast during our trip to Edinburgh and can’t fault it, usually I rate all McDonald’s the same but this one never skipped a beat, normally always find something wrong but the food was always so fresh and hot unlike other McDonald’s where your order is usually wrong half the time.

It's a macdonalds food is tasty service is slow

All my recent orders from this place over the last couple of months has either been late or cancelled by justeat. But if I order for delivery direct or use another provider, there is absolutely no issues at all. It's not McDonald's, its JustEat themselves.

Took over 2 hours for the delivery of the goods when it did arrive the driver would only state “don’t speak English” when asked about it and it was all cold

Staff at drive through can’t tell the different between bacon and sausage. I guess you have to be a nugget to sell them.

Mi GF y yo pedimos comida alrededor de las 11: 20 - 11 : 30 pm, pedido fue aceptado y una hora completa después pedido fue cancelado, el restaurante no detiene la entrega hasta las 11 : 45 , mi gf y yo no estamos contentos con esto y ha pasado una y otra vez. No pidas nada en línea desde este lugar a menos que durante la cena o el almuerzo, pero incluso entonces a veces te pierdes artículos.

Pretty much always gets it wrong. Double check your orders before driving away. Or sit in. UPDATE: Don't bother sitting in. No clewn tables, had to clear and ask for a cloth to clean it ourselves. Floor was manky and predictably enough, made a dogs dinner of the order.

The litter in the surrounding carpark is atrocious . Management needs to get this sorted .Disgusting . God knows what tourists think .

Really disappointed. I’m staying at the hotel next door and my food is cold when I get to my room. Literally 30 second walk. Missing items from my order so had to return to the restaurant. Even colder food on my return. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed with this restaurant. Unfortunately my choices are limited. Won’t be making this mistake again though.

Absolutely awful every time we make the mistake of coming here. The orders are never correct; missing sauce on burgers, missing nuggets in the sharebox, flat syrup stuff instead of fizzy juice. Utter abysmal. Couldn’t run a bath never mind a Maccies.

Ordered at 4 pm arrived at 7 pm, food was cold. Mc donalds said was fault of no delivery guy from just eat available. So disappointing

Ordered Philly cheese stack meal - looks like it was thrown burger split in half and freezing cold chips also the same cold and very over cooked McCrispy - same again freezing cold and chips over cooked Happy meal - freezing cold and chips were the same Only thing good was the drinks and that's no hard to get wrong. Will not come here again

I was delivered the wrong order

Waited 15 minutes for a drive through breakfast before having to leave without it . Ended up having to leave without it or being late for work-no refund . Horrendous service.

Fuimos a McDonald’s hoy para almorzar, fue una buena experiencia. Tenía una bolsa de melón, bolsa de pepino, salsa barbacoa e Irn Bru. Todo estaba fresco y sabroso. Me gusta que pueda tener servicio de mesa, nuestra comida salió razonablemente rápido.

Pedido a domicilio a las 8. 30 en solo comer 2 horas pasar sin comida Tratar de llamar solo comer los clientes no pueden llamar a los llamados restaurante para tener un llamado gerente poner a través de mi pedido como entregado en lugar de cancelarlo porque aparentemente no te da la opción de cancelar me pidió que le dijera cómo hacerlo de mala educación y no va a estar pidiendo de nuevo espantoso Atención al cliente

We went to eat at McDonald's and got what we expected. Food with a taste we know, fast service and a nice and helpful staff.

Wow. Delivery time is well over 2 hours. Ordered food at 16:45, and its now estimated to deliver at 19:15 - the delivery time just keeps getting later and later. Won’t be using this again. Totally ridiculous.

Time of delivery kept getting later and later. phoned restaurant after order has been confirmed then it was a further half hour before a driver was assigned to deliver. food not warm and had to heat up once received.

And when complain get told nothing we can do have to call our offices, or Uber if ordered via McDonald’s app Needs to be shut down with the dirty mess everywhere stale chips & burgers left on the floor in front of fryers etc Management clearly has no idea how to run a fast food restaurant and should be ashamed to run somewhere dirtier than plublic toilets

Despite the small number of people, we waited a very long time for the order. It definitely wasn't a fast food place.

Aparentemente llegó a las 13. 38 pm y salió al día siguiente a las 8 . 07 am. Sé que tardan siglos en conseguir una orden a través de la entrada, pero vamos! Vine un día para almorzar, y al siguiente para desayunar. Quieren 50 libras en 14 días. Aparentemente sucedió en marzo - y se ha tardado hasta ahora (julio) para decirme. Fui directo a hablar con el gerente y le expliqué que me quedo a menos de una milla de distancia, así que ¿por qué querría dejar mi coche durante la noche? Ella me dijo que había una oleada de estos ocurriendo últimamente donde las cámaras no estaban capturando las matriculaciones de vehículos correctamente - ella se ponía en contacto con UKPC y les decía que anularan la multa (todavía esperando la confirmación de que esto se ha hecho) ; así que, cuidado con todos ! ¡La visita de hoy puede resultar potencialmente en una multa en 4 o 5 meses!

Food never arrived after stating on the tracker that it had been delivered ... do not use this mcdonalds the just eat drivers clearly dont know the area very well or were just hungry

Almost every time we order from this drive-through, there's something missing. This time, they forgot to put in an entire McSpicy. Of course, this being a drive through, we only discover this theft (because that's what it is) when we get home and then there is no way to actually get our food as there is no way to prove that you DIDN'T receive something. To add insult to injury, someone went completely nuts with the deep fryer today and everything was burnt.

2 burgers looked like someone poked there fingers in them. and one chicken burger had no bun. I mean really McDonald's why has your food quality done down hill. it use to be made with love but now it's like there is no care

Chips are usually filled halfway and are unsalted. Long waiting times even when the restaurant isn’t busy. Almost always forget or give you the wrong sauces. It’s a shame as some of the staff are great and are clearly trying hard but the overall standard is one of the lowest I’ve experienced.

Staff were helpful and quick at sending food out. The food was made fresh The restaurant was clean and kids friendly with a play area to keep the kids entertained.

Over two hours for delivery from less than a mile away. Ordered a veggie burger meal, milkshake and fish burger. Drinks arrived nice and cold, food arrived warm(ish). Except for my fries which didn't arrive at all. I understand that McDonalds is garbage junk food but, sometimes you're just in the mood for that. However, not worth trying to have it delivered. Which probably isn't a bad thing really.
