I used the self service machine which didn't print the receipt. I then waited 15 minutes for a caramel iced frapè. I had seen that they had made two which to my surprise weren't for me. Another had just been made and left on the side in a large cup that was only half full. I then enquired where my frapè was and they ummed and ahhed when I asked they then gave me the half full frapè I then asked where the rest of it was and they ignored me so I was left with a watery half empty frapè on the plus monopoly is back and to top it off didn't even win anything.

Worst restaurant . Always full with teens that are not ordering, no places to sit because of them and now they even vaping and nobody cares. It seems that nobody is cleaning here because it was a real mess.

Entered the restaurant and went to the self service machine to order as my bus wasn’t due for another 15 minutes. The website said it’s a 24 hour McDonald’s hence why I went in at 11pm this evening. The doors were open and they were taking orders from the drive thru. The staff shouted at me from over the counter claiming the restaurant was closed. It was clear they were still open as there was over 5 members of staff at the till and by the windows for the drive thru. I left the restaurant without even debating whether they were open or not. I never argue with companies who refuse my custom. Going forward they should update the website to advertise the correct opening times. They should also lock the restaurant doors if the restaurant is suppose to be closed.

The food was stone cold and didn't take long to come out so no excuses on time from prep to me, bun was hard too, waste of money

Them toilets left me scarred for life; how do u have diahorrea in both toilets, then have 2 urinals overflowing with p*ss?🤢

When you go to an McD's you know what you hope are in for. Good service, a clean and tidy restaurant and fare that is of exceptional value for your money. This Mc D's fit all the criteria. The service was friendly the coffee was very good and the parking was easy.

Went through the drive thru at this McDonalds to order 2 x egg and sausage Mc Muffins today morning, gave me no receipt. They got my order wrong and gave me only 1 Mc muffin. I told them I had ordered two, the lady at the next window charged me again for another. She came back with another customers receipt claiming I only ordered one and gave me another receipt for charging me for the 2nd Mc muffin. Went home and found they got my order wrong, and gave me two egg Mc muffins (sausage was missing!). Terrible drive thru experience. Absolute cheats.

Spent £25 for a family meal Chips cold and greasy Drinks missing Bacon missing Called spoke to a what I can assume is a shift leader Had to re heat the food in microwave as kids would not eat Will be popping in to see the manager if they have one in the morning Don’t go there

Good service. Always busy so expect to wait at times. Food always fresh and prepared well. Polite and curtious service. Ample seating for eat in and plenty of parking free subject to terms and conditions off McDonald's

After the newly refurbished McDonald's I was disappointed,You only have one person serving and to many self service machines, (I don't like using machines to order food) the queue was so long people started going through drive through as it was quicker and on 4 occasions they got the order wrong.Before the refurbishment I was using this McDonald's regularly but not anymore.

The revamp has been done and it opened on the 28th. There a slide play gym thing outside right by the busy A12? But it is fenced with a gate . I spoke. Outside it doesn't look much different, altered some of the car spaces. Inside the toilets are moved and its got much more seating. There are pods where u can choose and pay by card ,if you are doing cash go to the desk on the left to order and pay, and collect it on the right( like argos when your number comes up) Food obviously same. Difference now is if you stay to eat. There are mini computers for the kids to play on . Looked like it was some sort of McDonald's game about burgers being played on these. Or there are magic tables, some sort of swirling light displays was all i saw. On each table is an air charger for a phone which is clever. Theme inside I think is sport? All clean and tidy but one problem, manager gone?????? He's been there forever don't tell me he's left?? -also longest serving wait staff gone too?? I'm hoping ill see them back there soon. All new staff it seems? First day it opened we were in at 5 pm. Sorry guys but hair in the chips?? We didnt complain but we will next time To be continued!

Newly refurbished, the ambience is better now. Nice location and crowded most of the evenings. Food is the usual McDonald taste.

Food = average You know what you're getting even if it's not very good it's still consistent. Liked the new touch pads which entertained the kids. Liked the touch screen ordering. Disliked the fact you still can't choose mayo as a sauce. And the speaker right above our head was blown and sounded terrible.

After a busy day and a heavy lunch in town we had a very palatable mega meal deal here. Service was extremely good and the atmosphere was most friendly. I'm not a fan of fast food but this experience was good and the meal hit just the right spot. Certainly worth the effort!

Value for money if you like a quick fix. Prefer a restaurant atmosphere myself but for a snack meal it is quite good.

Manager and some staff been there years. Its clean and quick and food is to mc'ds standards. Easy to park- can b a q at peak times on drive through. It does what u would expect. Small kids play area at the back. Don't book a kids party there- the woman who does them ( for years) is well...different! There is an outdoor bit but its right by the road and just 2 tables or so= very noisy and unsafe

Now if this macs was 24 hours it would be impressive. The location is very good and it isn't a standard looking macs from the outside. Inside it isn't well maintained and could be cleaned better. Food is normal macs!

The service was quick and the best part is that it was open 24 hours. The facility was very clean and the food was usual Mc Donald's standard.
