Good McDonald’s but always busy and limited tables

1/5 my French idiot’s ice cream was cold and not hot

I loved the salad at McDonald's and for snacking I took melon which was mouthwatering. There is not just the junk in McDonald's go ahead and ask them for veggies. Better buy fruits then the deep fried junk.

Quick and hot, when I visited here, great customer service too.

Extremely busy food warm as per usual at McDonald's people standing over you for your table in case you move to leave.

Food is barely warm, no onion in the burgers at all. Branch is understaffed for the amount of customers they have. There is no customer service at all unfortunately. Very small over crowded restaurant with no seating for customers, the fact is that it's meant to be fast food yet by the time you have queued to order, paid, waited for your food to be cooked and called out, it's been half an hour which is definitely not fast food!

Just McDonalds👎 Portions get smaller, price creeps up.

Having had several "capuccino" like warm tea we decided it was better to have an American Coffee or a proper tea at McDonald's in a relaxed non pretentious atmosphere. This one in Churchill Square Shopping Mall is clean and reliable. You know what you're getting, and served with a smile 😊 .

No way Mac ,it is wasted money for no return, whatever quality,cost , nutritional value

Always busy at weekends, but is convenient. If you go between 5pm and 7pm then expect to wait about 15 minutes before getting your food.

Typical McD branch. Food taste same as other branch. Food is usually delivered quickly once ordered. Only con I would say is that its quite a small branch and no much seating inside or outside of the restaurant. We had to go and find our own place inside Churchill shopping centre to eat due to lack of seats.

Nice place for family and friends

Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed my visit. Sat on terrace area inside Churchill Square. Freindly welcome from lady on the door Everything clean and tidy. Well run restaurant with freindly hard working staff. The best Mc Donald's in Brighton ! Excellent location. Very pleased. Thanks alot

Ordered at service machine. Food took 20 mins as they "lost" one part of it. Everything except fries cold, and one burger completely wrong.

Always packed, the kiosk dont give you the order number

McDonald's is my one favorite eatery. I love to go there whenever I am hungry. Even if sauces are not available, they provide you. They are very kind, and the more imp they listen to you. I am cutting one star in food, sometimes it was not as hot as it should be. Thanks to McDonald's!

Hot fries and a full portion for once when large fries ordered

The most disgusting toilet I have ever been in! Had to wade through rubbish to get to the cubical then the toilet seat had been urinated on so much it was changing colour! Then there was human poo in the sink!

Stopped for a breakfast roll and coffee on my way to Brighton from Portsmouth, it took about 25 minutes from ordering to get my food and half an hour after eating it I felt sick and had stomach cramps, had to do an emergency toilet stop. Can only assume the food did this to me so I won't be visiting the Chichester branch again.

Considering it’s the Easter holidays, we had great service in here today. It wasn’t too busy, even though it was around 1pm. There were still a few seats around. From ordering to eating was only 5 mins! The food was hot and tasty. My son asked a worker (tall youngish guy blond hair) if he could swap his happy meal toy and the guy didn’t hesitate to help him. He even took my tray of rubbish at the end to throw away for me.

Quick solution for hungry mouths.

A grotty macdonalds that is small cramped overcrowded, busy and the staff were more than fed up and very grumpy. Food was as expected, but I wouldn't choose to eat here again

Visited at 12 o,clock but surprised to find it. Noisy, crowded and needed a clean. Food was poorly prepared staff seemed rushed. Hate to think what it would be like at height of lunchtime rush.

No breakfast available at 10.30 on a Sunday! And then services cold half cooked fries ! Ap not working … some people given table numbers others made to wait … randomly …. Won’t be back!

I mean, it's a McDonald's innit. I just like that no matter how busy they are, I've never had disappointing food...I.e. missed ingredients or added ingredients(hairs, eyelashes, tomatoes...). I hate how busy this place is but that's about it.

It's a McDonald's. Food made me ill later that day. They were extremely helpful when i rang them.

It occurs to me that in the 25 years of living in Brighton, this will be my third visit to the top floor food area. It's 3 days before Christmas Day, of course McDonald's on the upper floor, (poor attempt at a) food court area is going to be an awesome experience. I'm only here because I had a discount voucher for ordering ahead online. Horrible experience in the town centre,, Horrible experience in the shopping centre, Horrible experience with the distinct lack of seating. The only good thing was that my order was prepared in a pretty swift manner but I doubt a saver menu triple cheeseburger and a banana milkshake would be too taxing for fast food wage slaves - even the ones with a gold star or two. I won't be back any time soon.

Had a good delivery that didn't go well. Still not had a refund. But when eating in, a different experience. Friendly staff when given the time.

Lovely clean McDonald's. Staff are efficient and polite. Hard to find a seat during busy times, but recommend this McDonald's.

Always busy even though it's not the biggest. Someone must be doing there job right and have good communication between each other good for you . Even though your smaller branch you have lots going through. And don't run out. We love seeing you when we are over from Eastbourne. See you soon. Merry Christmas. Clean, service and staffs are good. Ordered 2 bigmac menu and 2 happy meal everything was as expected. The shopping centre closing at 7pm if you ger your order at this time they don't allow to eat inside of the shopping centre. But there are steps like sitting places out of the mall.

After getting my order wrong. I called the store and the manager (who is only a couple of brain cells short of a brussle sprout) hang up on me 🙄

Typically, slightest mention of a maccas and I'm jumping out my seat for a couple chicken selects ( my clique refere to them as happiness and breadcrumbs). Anyway, I entered and instantly had to pay a "foreigner tax" which was a slap round the chops but nevertheless I decided to proceed Menu was in Bulgarian. Soon as my translator got out the taxi we got to ordering and I got my chicken selects Gotta say, they were absolutely superb, but the lack of diversity upset me, like, what do you mean there's no Tory's in here? I instantly felt extremely outnumbered and decided to make a run for it. What followed next could only be described as a hate crime. I sped for the stairs with precision and speed, aimed for a patch of toddlers and threw myself down. The result was a extremely soft landing, but the reaction was abhorrent. Had at least 4 people say some quite upsetting things. I made it out by the skin of my whiskers and jumped on a plane, I've now been farming for the aborigines for 3 months, Thought I would let you know what your in for. Safe eating my people.

Where to begin... Got order wrong, good thing my family has a check by till policy. Funny how they never get the fee they charge us wrong. Chips too salty, messed up practically all the burgers (mc crispy dry as the sahara, big mac had no sauce). Milk shake salty for some reason. I understand they are busy, but quality shouldn't take a nose dive in the process. Especially as they charge full price, quality or not.

I believe it's the best McDonald's in the town, and considering their price, I think it's worth it.

Much better than others McD I went before, coffee it is always on standards, fresh food mostly, staff ok as they are working hard in very busy conditions, all in all ok

The manager was very nice and helpful to especially the elderly! My food was crisp and fresh and my chips were better than usual. The service was EXTREMELY quick. This experience was the best I’d ever had. BETTER THAN USUAL. Quite busy but manageable.

Had breakfast, had to wait 10 minutes for some porridge, when I got it it was lukewarm and lumpy, one star is one too many. Shame.

The overall Mc Donalds experience is acceptable, not much seating . Also considering the time of day ,it gets quite busy especially with teenagers. Parking and lavatories available at this indoor shopping centre. Parking might be a thing in mid summer as its likely to be packed .

Good is as expected. Very busy and as per a lot of UK restaurants you order it online which removes the human factor. Sad though but it is what it is.

Always busy here with lots of students, the self service screens can often be out of service and it can be really difficult to get a seat at certain times.

I gave 3 stars because most of the time at Ordering Kiosks they don't give you a printed receipt and it's still not fixed yet.

I came here to get winning sips. I had a free sugar-free drink from it, so i got 2 (1 free, 1 paid). I ended up getting an enter into the prize draw, which felt unfortunate considering my previous winnings. However, i am feeling hopeful. Even though the fast food restaurant was crowded, the drinks were delivered to me quickly. Using the feedback voucher that you get on the receipt, my partner and I got 2 £1.99 burger and fries meals. With the cheap drinks and this, the meals felt very affordable,possibly even cheaper than making a meal at home. I would recommend this McDonald's because of its speedy service despite being busy.

So this is a common problem at all McDonald’s. You can customise your burger which I always do to remove ketchup and add extra mustard but I always end up with barely any mustard 🤷‍♂️

Still no milkshake machine working. Always get my order wrong and the wait time is always ridiculous. Not fast food and too many deliveroos

Extremely slow service but much cleaner than the Marina restaurant

This restaurant poisoned me and my family with an Uber Eats order. Must have either been the burger patties or the cheese. We vomited and we’re unable to eat the next day. Uber Eats refused to address the issue in any way.

McDonald's seem to prioritise Deliveroo etc over the physical customers in the restaurant. Not cool

Just like most McDonalds now, NOT quick!. Crowded with lengthy queues waiting for far too long to collect food, food finally delivered to table with main item missing and as usual barely warm floppy fries!. Go and get what you expect, it's not great and it's no longer reliable and it certainly isn't fast!

If you're lucky enough to be a: awake b: hungover and c: out and about passing a McDonald's before 11am then you know that there's ALWAYS a sausage and egg mcmuffin waiting for you! I rest my case .. McDonald's is ace

Thought I would have the chicken sandwich for a change but it was quite hard like it had been cooked twice and it was also spicy which I didn't realise when I ordered it not a good choice.

When ordering and paying EXTRA for a large hot drink. Please stop giving me a regular in a large cup and still charging for a large. I'm not paying for the bigger cup I'm paying for more to drink!! Jokers.

Slower service than normal . Food came to table cold Thay say order ahead for quicker service Don't bother when busy boads don't show orders ahead of you so may be littel or no orders on boad where actuly may have up to 100 In kitchen. Another announce when busy is the excessive volume of piped music .large group people wating and poped music make it hard to hear staff calling order no. All in all the changes in mc donalds corprat organisations from fast food to family frendly food served cooler than before will cost them where it hurts

It's actually a pretty good McDonald's. The staff were tired and stressed but polite when I asked for a straw, and while the restaurant was super busy, the wait wasn't long at all.

Terrible. They make food very badly. They do not lay down everything according to the standard, which should be. For example, an ordinary hamburner, only there was a bun and a cutlet and that's it. And the menu itself was not collected all. I had to go back to pick up my order in full. Terrible. I do not recommend. Working in the kitchen Terrible.
