Absolutely terrible food. Cold burger. Tasteless chicken nuggets. Dry mayo chicken. Soggy fries. Oily apple pie. Avoid!

Let down as we didn’t get sour cream and chive sauce. Gutted mate! Half 4 in the morning through drive through and now my girlfriend is crying. Selects and nuggets are banging but where’s the mayo though? 0 ⭐️’s to the condiment selection.

Absolutely rubbish service once again. Waiting 15 mins in a yellow bay for 6 chicken nuggets and a hamburger. Waiting for these bred and butter items is bad enough but not for 15 mins.

Yet again McDonalds ruins a treat for the kids. Waited 20min for the order to be brought out only to have to follow the poor nervous lad back in to get the rest of my food, its was cold and the fried are more like potato worms! NEVER AGAIN. I appreciate they are busy, but to get the order wrong and it to be at best luke warm is pathetic. Really I AM NEVER GOING TO USE THIS MCDONALDS EVER AGAIN. £30.66 down the drain.

Really nice restaurant, food hot and drinks yummy. Lovely attentive staff, never had a bad meal here. Place always clean. My nephews work here Riley and Regan.

Ordered a few meals . Half the stuff missing and the chips not even fully filled. Tried calling the shop and no one ever answered!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely useless

3 times in a row over the past couple of months and each time the order has either been completely wrong or items missing. Its by far the worst McDonalds I ever wasted my money at. Poorly made luke warm burgers and soggy chips! this is not delivery items just items purchased in the drive through. Im using one of the others in Ipswich from now on.

Ordered four items and all of them were Luke warm or cold ,complained and received a shrug of the shoulders so made a complaint on line only to be fobbed off for over a month with no refund of even a credit note ,terrible customer service and won’t be going there again !! Received email asking for itemised order which I provided only to be asked two more times for this info despite providing the receipt ,nothing was done about it after four week of waiting ,not impressed !

Visited on the way back from a busy day in Ipswich, just one adult alone with a child. About 5pm on a Tuesday. Food was served quickly and was hot. The tables and restaurant were clean. I sat down at the table, unpacked all the food and got my child sorted, only to find I had forgotten the milk for my tea. The milk was really far away so I couldn’t leave my child, and the food was all out on the table, so I was a bit stuck. I got the attention of the lady clearing tables and asked if she’d mind grabbing it for me and she couldn’t have been nicer. I was so so grateful, and for the little price we paid for our meals, to get that kind of service was amazing.

We came here with our three year old twins after their immunisations and our food was brought to us by Natalie (long dark hair, pulled back into a ponytail). Nothing was too much for her! Just incredible customer service and incredible attention to detail in everything she did. I would love to see her rewarded for her incredible dedication!

Do not takeaway McDonald's they get your order wrong every time I'm they have got my order wrong. Angry

the fries, burger, drink, and ice cream that we had here was all very good but the food did take a while to arrive.

Headed here for a breakfast. You can't actually go in the restaurant with covid - someone has to let you in. Food ok, table service only, standard maccies really. Nothing to write home around!

Service was 5* Staff was friendly well manned ans even though it only took 10 minutes at a teally busy time still apologised for the wait. Definitely will attend here again food cooked nicely and piping hot, not the easiest of times dueing in this outbreak of Covid but carry on as you are !

the food is peng, but that’s not why i’m leaving a review this time.the service was absolutely terrible. we went to the drive thru and could hear a member of staff complaining about having to serve another customer on the speaker. clearly they didn’t have their headset working properly, but this isn’t the type of customer service we usually get.to add the cherry on top, we found out that part of our order hadn’t gone through - thanks to this disinterested member of staff, who hadn’t been paying undivided attention to our order, even though it was a very small one.

Another brilliant McDonalds with perfect fries and coke. Service was brilliant and the big Mac tasted lovely. This one of the McDonalds to go to.

I liked this meal. It tastes like a normal McDonalds. The tables were clean and you could get what you wanted.

Very unhappy with delivery service that we have received!! We have maid 2 separate orders and both orders we have had missing items when we tried to contact no one picked the phone up very unhappy customers and will not use them agin customer service is very poor

Had a big mac and fries. Both only ;lukewarm, cheese hadn't even started to melt in the burger. The tiniest sliver of gherkin, no tomato sauce, huge dollops of hamburger sauce(which helped to make it cold no doubt) and a large mess of poorly prepared lettuce. It was more like something from a dirty unhygienic kebab shop than a mcdonalds.

They still make mistakes but are giving me vegetarian food now. However, some food is hard to eat. Chips are delicious, The drive thru speakers are loud

Seven of us came to eat here for brunch today as we’d all missed breakfast and were hungry. We ordered from the counter and were served really quickly, we said we’d like table service and was given a number to place on our table. Within minutes our food was with us and was lovely and hot, we had no complaints and the place was very clean and tidy. I would like to commend Connor who works here as he is so hard working and always has a smile on his face and is always willing to chat.

As expect the children loved the meal as every child loves a good McDonald's however the same could not be said about my own chicken burger it did not tasty chicken and I was riding sure it was however I spoke to one of the ladies there and she very helpfully Rushes away and disposed of it and brought me back one of those legendary chicken burgers and I must say all my issues required immediately how is a beautiful burger and the service was fantastic the lady came back and checked the this burger was in fact ok and it clearly was and apologized for the other one telling me that it may well have been the new relish they were using that may have caused if not taste as it should I was not going to argue with her as the meal itself then was lovely and I could not fault the service so once again the staff saved today I made my children's McDonald's obviously the best day ever.

I dined here with my family last Saturday morning, there was 7 of us and we came here for my nephews 14th birthday breakfast we decided to sit outside and eat as it was a nice day. Staff were polite and helpful and couldn’t fault them. One of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to.

Ok, so, they gave me a chicken wrap on Sunday, instead of a veggie wrap like we ordered, I’m vegetarian, and was pretty annoyed about the whole situation. I kinda forgot about it over the course of the week. However, I went back to McDonald’s today, ordered another veggie wrap, and LO AND BEHOLD, they give me an unappetising chicken wrap, this time, along with uncooked chips! The chicken wrap didn’t even have skin on it this time, tbh, it looked more like stale tuna or something vile. I don’t risk visiting this place anymore. If you’re vegetarian, don’t risk going to McDonald’s, unless you want the wrong order.We drove back to the hut, wasting more petrol and polluting the Earth. Twice.

I dined here with my family, there was 7 of us altogether. My husband, my son and I ordered from the touch screen and my sister and three nephews ordered from the counter. Our food came within seconds of each other’s which was good, the restaurant was very clean and tidy too. It was a Sunday teatime we came in to eat and had a few people in but not too busy. I would like to point out the food was luke warm but we didn’t complain as we were so hungry and my milkshake was very runny like slop, it wasn’t thick at all? It was like drinking strawberry yogurt. Staff were very friendly especially the lady ‘Natalie’ who I think was the manageress, she stopped to talk to me as she could see my son was distressed and had a chat to ask if I was ok and ask about my son who has Autism and ADHD. We did enjoy our meal and will be back again sometime.

We hadn't been to Mcdonalds for many years, and thought maybe it had got better, so we gave it a try - never again! It was noisy, full of nosy brats whose parents don't care how badly behaved they are, and the food was awful, we couldn't get a burger without sauce in it, not cooked properly and quite tasteless, not a patch on Burger King and never will be

Ordered at counter quite simple 2 fries 2 cokes, stood ages waiting 16 minutes. fries take 2 minutes to cook this is a regular thing, wait 8 mins for a coffee, this new system is great that food is served hot but McDonald's is a fast food restaurant and that is lost for any one in a hurry just wants a burger and coffee, can't fault staff super friendly and apologise for the long wait

Just order at the kiosk, probably lots of viruses and excrement on those screens. Or take handwash... Ugh

Fairly good breakfast. Place nice and clean so can’t fault there. Food is standard maccas and isn’t any better or worse than every other maccas I’ve been to. Service is slow - I got my food quick but my friends had a long wait - id finished my breakfast before theirs had come out. Overall average maccas experience

Went to McDonald's ordered food for the family shared the food out then took back 2 medium fries they were stone cold had to take the nuggets back they were harder to chew than a shoe, and we had to build our fallen big Mac, I did complain and was told someone would contact me about the poor food, that was over a week ago and still nothing, I'm just glad I don't ready there rubbish food

On the way back from Felixstowe beach with our Gran daughter today we diverted off the A14 Goddard Road near Asda for a large Big Mac meal x 2 with 1 chicken nugget meal, just short of £15.

This is a really busy branch of McDonald's and I think the staff do a great job of trying to keep up with this, on a Saturday/Sunday lunch time the queues are often out of the door and the Drive Thru extremely busy, however the food is still hot and fresh (9 times out of 10) and if there are errors they are happy to help and try and fix it. I think if you go to Mcdonald's at peak times you would be foolish to assume you will be served within 2 minutes, or assume you will get a seat, it's BUSY!!! Staff are generally very helpful and friendly, the lobby staff work really hard to keep it clean and tidy which is probably an overwhelming task on the weekends when it is so busy, all in all I would rather visit this branch than any other in Ipswich.

Was in a rush so thought I would give McDonald's another try (had bad experiences in the past at this site). Ordered on the self service screen, saw order appear on big screen (being made), so had time to pop to the loo. Came back 5 mins later and order still not ready. Waited for about 10 more mins before appeared on the ready screen, however no food, no one calling out the order. I was in a hurry but thought to myself they are busy and it will appear any minute now...but it didn't.

Así que esperar largas colas a las cajas o incluso del toque puntos contábamos con una orden. Pero este es sólo el comienzo de los problemas, como encontrar un sitio libre es otro desafío. Y el menú es exactamente el mismo que en cualquier otro McDonald's en este país.

I had a Big Mac, it tasted just like any other one I've had, also had a diet coke, it was refreshing.

Como siempre el servicio es bueno. El personal era hablador, simpático y muy servicial. Gachas y un gran té sin ningún problema. El día que estoy en un guión loco y olvidar el desayuno es cuando voy a este lugar. Máquina de café puede ser impredecible pero como yo beber té no tengo problemas. Bien hecho chicos, nos vemos la próxima semana

We all know the food is great if that is what you want to eat. The staff here are friendly, there is plenty of parking and the toilets are well kept. It does however lack enough indoor seating.

Staff are lovely, best fast food restaurant in the area! Lots of seating and parking, quick friendly service and high standard of food.

Intenté examinar este onc antes, pero tripadvisor rechazó la crítica porque nos dijeron que no era una cuenta de una experiencia personal. Ah, sí que era, pero entonces, ¿cómo podrán visitar el McDonalds realmente? El personal era muy agradable, la comida estaba caliente, el lugar...

This a one of the best Macdonalds in the area. The staff are mostly very efficient. The seating area is kept reasonably clean most of the time.

Staff are always really friendly in this McDonald's, especially Dan the man! Food is quickly and of best quality your gunna get from a McDonald's!

The food is always to a consistent standard which is expected from McDonald's. However the service is poor and often rude. We were acknowledged by more than 3 members including managers before we were eventually served. The manager who served us was openly yawning while taking our order and genuinely looking very uninterested. The same member of staff stood and ignored another customer that was waiting while we were waiting for our order. This was disappointing especially as this staff member was a manager. We have received this poor level of service on several occasions.

Awesome visit taking our daughter for her first happy meal! Food was all cooked fresh like asked and salt left out like asked!! Lovely atmosphere and our server Gareth even went the extra mile and brought out a helium filled pink balloon for our lil lady which was lovely! Best McDonald's I've been too by far!! Defo be back!! Xx

Just the usual mc ds really nothing special too many young people working with not enough older staff to teach costumer service. food ok for mc ds quicky.

We visited McDonald's on Monday morning and was greeted by happiest person I have ever met and have ever been served by ANYWHERE. I have forgoten the gentlemans name tho. He was full of smiles and politeness and he was the first person in McDonald's and everywhere else I have been who actually acknowledged my young children and spoke to them with politeness and like a human being not just a customer. This man is a credit to your company and should be recognised for his qualitys. He was quite a Tall man that's all I can remember sorry. My visit was around 9-930 am if this helps.

I received good service at this outlet. The Staff were exceptionally efficient and very friendly. Food was tasty and served hot. Not too busy there.

Fast food? I think not 20 minutes for a happy meal, should have gone to Asda and bought frozen could have got home and cooked quicker.

It doesn't seem any different to any other MaccyDs that I've used in the UKQuiet enough early in the morning so didn't have to put up with screaming kids although Saturdays can be a bit fraughtA few Ambulances parked up while their crews get a much needed break - seems to be popular with them. I sometimes wonder if the entire Suffolk Ambulance fleet isn't there at times

This was a very busy place! The service was quick and friendly, it was clean as was the toilets. Because it was busy it was noisy and lots of kids but it didn't bother us, we ate and left. The only downside was the milkshake hadn't mixed properly and I had to return it, the food was fine.

Should of gone to pizza hut opposite B&Q near ASDA, but it was shut (even at 11.30am), did not fancy kfc and did not want to drive around looking for a food place so ended up at Mcdonald's near to ASDA. Should not have bothered, order was taken okay, food was usual substandard junk food fayre (chips rather too salty, fish burger dry and not fresh), but the major gripe was it was basically a kiddies play area - not a place if you want a bit of peace! I don't mind children if they are well behaved but a lot of these in the restaurant were unruly, drawing on the chairs and just not a nice atmosphere, and worst of all the toilets were absolutely disgusting (blocked cubicle, nasty smell & unclean). Best avoid this one & go to the Ravenswood Mcdonald's instead.
