Mcdonald's Restaurants in Hounslow

The personnel is helpful and courteous, the food is decent, and the service is good. The cleaning service is excellent. The visitors ought to help maintain the cleanliness of the restroom! It is situated in Hounslow's town center. really crowded on the weekends and in the nights. They just renovated. All things considered, McDonald's Hounslow provides a consistent, pleasurable, and well-served fast food experience, making it a well-liked option for a quick bite in the neighborhood.

There was a stain on the side of the Shamrock shake and inside of the cup and there seemed to be what looked like a small bite taken out of the breakfast burger as if someone ate it before the customer got a chance to

Today I went to the store and ordered 1 mcspicy medium meal with full fact coke, 6 mcnugget medium meal with full fat coke 1 BBQ mcCrispy large meal with full fate coke. Some people might say why is this stupid person complaining about fries and drinks. But the problem is I've been to other locations and they always seems to make everything fresh and tasty. Not stale. It's always the hounslow highstreet for some awful reason that has a way to messy fast food places up. The burgers were really good... crispy, fresh assembled nicely. However, the fries were so soggy. It seemed like they prepared them an hour ago and then reheated them by putting them in the deep fryer. So my point is to make the fries fresh and at least put some effort into making this. It could be someone's only dinner that they can afford. The drinks on the other hand were all different. 1 was full fat, 1 was diet coke and 1 was zero sugar. Bare in mind I paid the extra charge for the full fat cokes. This completely ridiculous. So please HOUNSLOW MCDONALD'S inspect your works and make sure they are serving the food up to standards because this is not something people want to eat after paying for their food. I hope someone actually reads this review and takes some action.

Ordered a takeaway on 1st of March 1:20pm, ordered chips and 2 Fish O Fillet and was disappointed that this fast food place took 9 minutes to make my food. Had faster service in another branch.

No parking, very squeezed space, found it seriously overcrowded, time taking service, noisy inside & smelly outside - I saw many drunk, beggars, a tasty smell of cigarettes & weeds making things difficult

It’s McDonald’s, and it’s fine really but please take more care with the details! Our last three orders have either had missing items or been completely wrong! I order for an autistic child with extremely restricted food intake and the regular mistakes with the order causes huge distress.

Once I placed an order (20:52) the time for delivery was 21:10 - 21:25. The time kept chaning and it got to a point where we waited a total of 2 hours for our order. Very dissapoiting. And the saddest part was food was cold.

I live less than 5 minutes from the McDonald’s in Hounslow. The order took ages and the fillet o’ fish and fries were cold. The filet’o fish was overcooked and very dry. 2 McFlurry’s had no chocolate sauce. Verdict = big disappointment!
