Was delivered to the wrong address should have been bulstrode ROAD not AVENUE now I need to re order

The delivery is horible, I received my drink half empty, and all the packaging was wet. Why even pay delivery if they are unable to deliver to a good standard? I am paying to receive half orders??????? This is unacceptable

Poor after-sales service. I booked McDonald's. But they didn't know where the food was delivered. I contacted McDonald's. McDonald's passed the ball to Uber. Uber passed the ball to McDonald's. In the end, I didn't receive the burger and my money was not refunded. Such a big company is so shameless

I stopped by this McDonald’s for a quick bit of breakfast, and everything was good. The upstairs was very clean for customers, and the staff were polite. One of my McMuffins was a little soggy from cooking oils (or at least I assume), and my hot chocolate took some time to cool down, but everything else was fulfilling.

Staff is so inefficient. In a fast food place, it took us 15 minutes to receive order (not peak hours) and that was incomplete! Now waiting for ghe rest of the order since 10 minutes after finishing the first part! You can have a currry quicker than this jn an Indian restaurant !

For the third time in the last four times we have ordered, the delivery had items missing. Greater care needs to be taken to ensure that orders are delivered complete. In addition we ordered five drinks yet only four (soaking wet) straws were given.

did not receive this delivery., it's marked as delivered , but I've received nothing. Now I face the joy of attempting to get a refund from you, last time I received the incorrect order , with photos as proof , I was denied a refund.

Always very busy. Especially weekends. Long queues for collection and ordering. Space very narrow for collection. Hard to pass other customers with tray to get upstairs or find space downstairs. Even trough app orders i have to wait more then 5 min.

The staff is really bad and rude. I was in the washroom and I locked the door too. So the male staff used the key and walked in. As soon as he saw me, he left. After when I questioned him he was like whatever bye bye. I went to the manager and the manger did not take action too. I won't visit it again!

To much dagerious to go for breakfast. There are people ouside waiting to rob you. Restaurant is very good, food is also good. But area is very bad especially in late nights and early morning.

Order went to the wrong address. The Just Eat system would NOT let us change the address, even though we attempted to do so immediately. Tried to ring the store for over 15 mins. Driver rang, and would NOT deliver to correct address.

Ordered breakfast on the McDonald's app, courier delivered to wrong address. When spoke to McDonald's they said as per their T's & C's I'm not entitled to a refund. This is disgusting I've paid for food therefore I expect to receive food and as this was of no fault of mine I should receive goods to the value of as breakfast had now finished or a full refund with compensation for the inconvenience. Food was delivered and the delivery man had spilt one whole drink absolutely soaking 80% of the food in the seperate food bag. No apology or anything. The drivers need to start taking a bit more care, its ridiculous it happens fairly often.
