All staff that slow you are stood waiting while they think about what they are getting. Get up and go got up and gone. No personality or customer service

Horrendously slow service only order a McFlurry and it took almost half an hour, staff just ignore people waiting to order at this tills. Avoid if you don’t like a wait

my partner went to this McDonalds and asked for 5 chicken selects x 2. when we got home i opened my box and there was only 4 selects in my box but there was 5 selects in my partners box. i have tried to ring the store 12 times and not once did they answer, i think the clown that boxed them up needs to go back to school and learn how to count, i will even buy him/her a abacus is needs must,

Ignored for upto five minutes whilst stood at the till. Finally acknowledged to be told rudely to use the computer screen to order. Disgusting customer service skills and what happens to people who can't order this way. Will not be visiting again!

Shopped in George section, needed to check stock on item, no-one available. Staff on self serve advised to speak with customer services, she would ring through to George and ask them to come out. Customer services woman (Madeline or something similar) told me to go and check myself, I explained I have and it’s the only one out and I was advised to come here, and she would ring through to George. She said she couldn’t find the number and she couldn’t use the tannoy. Found another staff member who said customer services should use the tannoy to shout someone over, I explained again and she said she couldn’t use it. This staff member agreed she would use the tannoy and ask someone to come. She did and again no one came. Got fed up of waiting so left. Absolutely no customer service at all! Then went to the ladies and there was feces on the toilet roll holder and on the rail! Absolutely disgusting!

Food wasn’t very warm and there was also a massive wait for some reason. Just an average trip to McDonald’s nowadays. But a bonus point because the McFlurry machine was working haha

The range of food on offer is very minimal service is ok the coffee was disgraceful very week colored hot water

We was going to go in Asda ,when we just noticed that it was closed on 24 hour you can’t put a sign up saying 24 hour if it isn’t going to be open.

Called in for a quick cheeseburger before heading home from doing the shopping. Stood in the queue for 10 minutes to order, during which time there were burgers ready done in the holding area. I ordered a cheeseburger and instead of asking for one to be cooked the woman serving took one of the hamburgers out, that had been sat there for at least 10 minutes, unwrapped it, put a slice of cheese on and wrapped it up as a cheeseburger! I wasn't best chuffed. Already suspecting it would be good, I was proven right, so asked for a freshly cooked one. She looked at me like dirt, three the one I had handed back into a bin, and then ordered me one. No apology or anything. Disgusting practices and disgusting service.

Live 4 mins away got home all food stone cold so was cold as they bagged it disgusting waste of money won’t bother in future

We went here before going to work for a quick bite.staff were rude didn't tell me they didn't have large burger meal until after they gave me a small burger and chips the coke was flat the fries were horrible not be going there again sorry

Went here late night for some bite. Staff were very pleasent eventhough it was very late. Enjoyed the food and good chat with friends.

the service is shocking.the food is rarely hot waiting time a joke the staff very rude.several times i have used this place over the past mth maybe 2 and has soon as there is more than 5 people at the till its very hard work for them...the food is rarely hot in this mcdonald's if you take it back your not treated nice like its you thats done wrong.ask for your food to be a certain way and oh my word its wayy to much for these staff to get there head around.order more than 2 meals and your asking for trouble.the managers are un trained un professional and lack any pride in the role or the desire to do it well..the worst mcdonalds by far in my personal opinion

Bought food yesterday at Asda, Leigh, got home double cheeseburger missing. Spent £20.46. Went back and the Manager found the transaction on the till (they no longer give receipts!) and she gave me a burger with a free portion of fries. We went again today for the grandchildren’s lunch, only to get home To find a large fries are missing. They have started bagging fries in one bag and the burgers in another for some reason. I rang when we discovered the wrong order and they put my daughter’s name in a book for a free meal next time she goes in. The service is appalling, it’s not rocket science to get one order right in two days. Get your act together McDonalds, Asda, Leigh. Not good enough!

as me and my daughter had been shopping in the george section of asda, i needed a cappuccino and asked if she felt like it she said she did not want anything, so i went ahead and ordered a mcfurry ( my favourite) they did not sell them so i asked for a chicken mayo sandwich and he quickly turned around and said im afraid we dont do those either i was pretty annoyed because i always visit a mcdonalds when im out, i certainly wont be going there again it was terrible, lacking a lot of dishes

Great staff at this Asda, the sever was great and add in the bonus she was absolutely gorgeous made this a very worthwhile trip

Very friendly on our visit however they don't have the full menu e.g. no quarter pounder or bagels at breakfast

Coffee is excellent value. Staff pleasant even under pressure and the place was like you expect from Mc... immaculate and clean.

The rudest woman in the world on the drive thru! She thew the cold food at me and when I asked for a sweet curry sauce she tutted and threw two sauces into the car- much like a soldier would throw a granade through a window of a targets car.

Very busy place nice staff and will bring your order to you always cleaning up tables and floor tea time is the bissy time dinner is a lot of school kids

A nice clean establishment, friendly staff, plenty of seating areas, downstairs, upstairs and outside. Very quick service with a friendly smile.

Franquicia un nuevo mcdonalds" abrió en Leigh, con un drive-through. Es uno de aquellos con pantallas táctil, así que no tienes que hablar con una persona cuando estás pidiendo. Si usted pide la comida en la barra o por pantalla táctil, estás emitido con un billete numeradas de forma su comida cuando su pedido está listo. Un poco como Argos, pero con hamburguesas.

Very clean, attentive and happy staff, fresh food. This makes a very pleasant change to other McDonalds! The on screen ordering was good fun too!

MacD normalmente no visita, pero mi nieto de 6 años me hizo él. Yo estaba muy sorprendido. Pedí, SÓLO ESPERÉ un tiempo muy corto antes de ser servida y la comida era realmente buena, bien preparada y bien presentada. El personal era limpio, ordenado y servicial. Más impresionado...

Tables need cleaning faster, service is slow, they are quick enough to take your money so provide a better service.

not much you can say as MacDonald's is MacDonald's where ever you go , this one has seating upstairs and down and you can order using the computer screens or at the counter it also has an outdoor seating area

food cold uneatable look like it had been made by a children got a strawberry milkshake and chocolate milkshake both taste like banana needles to say all went in bin not happy

Called in for a bite to eat before shopping. McDonanlds is McDonanlds at the end of the day.But to be told that they do not do Quarter Pounder as its just to small a kitchen dumbfounded me.

Called on way home from work, pleasant surroundings. Staff busy but attentive. Ordered the meals with little waiting time, staff polite and helpful even though they were quite busy. Asked for chipped potatoes without salt and request was dealt with without any fuss at all.Although I only visit this establishment occasionally each time I have done so, the staff have always been friendly and helpful- hence the reason why I return.

Staff were reasonably friendly but the tables weren't exactly cleaned to the highest standard. Burgers tasted awful but the kid liked his chicken nuggets happy meal.

Visited this macdonalds today, used the self serve machine then waited for food, it took 15 minutes to get 1 happy meal & 1 single cheeseburger! Appalling service, will not be going there again!

Accept My Appologies If I Have The Wrong McDonalds The One Which Am Reviewing Is The Newest One On Sainsburys.I Have Just Been And Been A Couple Of Times Before This Visit And The Food Is Awfull!When It First Opened It Was Fine As Their Were Staff From Other Stores But Now All New Staff And They Cannot Cook.The Chips Are Hard, Burgers Cold etc..

Food was quick and easy with. Dry friendly staff. Not much else can be said it's still McDonald's but it seemed a little cleaner than most other fast food resturants I have been to.
