Mcdonald's Restaurants in Havering

They evidently don’t want you to eat in here. Seating has been reduced. Several tables occupied by McD staff. You walk in past a gauntlet of mopeds and delivery riders. Oppressive atmosphere. Horrible.

The only macdonolds where i have been asked to pay for a sweet chilli sauce. The new girl on the counter was great, johnny 5 stars pulling her strings was a bit annoying, put a dampener on a nice bit of fast food.

Every time I go to that McDonald’s they always get my order wrong I payed and they got it wrong 😕😶

Staff was helpful food was ok just at to wait because drive through was served first and at to ask for tomato ketchup because they left out of my meal

The welcome and service was good. The coffee, well flavoured and hot. The only down side was the soap dispenser in the men's loos was broken. This branch provides a copy of The Mail and other news papers for patrons to read. Rather a nice touch.

We eat here probably once a week.Food and service are at the top end of Macdonslds expected service.Retaursnt is kept clean by hardworking staff.The only downside relates to location on A127 and the roadworks Which have been going on for 2 or 3 years now.

Clean and tidy. Food is generally great, hot and fresh, every now and then the chips come out cold but not very often. Overall its a good, fairly cheap place to eat and ideal for a quick lunch.

food was ok. Was told by sulky staff my payment hadn't gone through as I reached the food counter of the drive thru. I told the staff it had gone though at the payment window. The sulky staff insisted it hadn't. I had to pay again. Checked my bank statement and they took the cash twice. Still trying to get a refund !

Normally grab breakfast or early lunch here on way through to work, cant say I've ever had a problem, food has always been hot and cold drink never has too much ice. Occasionally in the late evenings there tends a little modified car meetup every now and again however rarely any trouble from it. Staff here are always polite and normally see the same staff who at least act like they remember me which is nice. Otherwise rated as average as its nothing special...

Stopped for lunch and ordered a The big delicious. OMG I actually phoned the Restuarnt to congratulate them on 'the most delicious burger I have ever had from a McDonald's. I spoke to Stephanie the manager and told her to keep up the good work, I already want another one and that's a first in 45 years.

I often swing into this Mcdonalds for a breakfast wrap and a pure orange. Its a bit of a Lottery here if you have a drive through collection, as quite often I ask for Ketchup and get Brown Sauce and also ask for Brown and get Ketchup - I don't mind either way but don't ask if you aren't prepared to commit to the request. Well done to them for keeping the area clean and tidy, even with all the road works they seem to have maintained it and kept it easily accessible - nice one.

I only go here to get a drive through for my kids. Although I don't eat McDonalds, the kids ALWAYS enjoy it.

Bought a sausage and egg mc muffin meal and a sausage and egg bagel was only given 1 ketchup. I was charged 10p for another ketchup by a girl called Rachael. Never have I paid for ketchup in McDonald's. Because of this I am never ever going into this McDonalds. I see now why it is empty. Bad customer service.

McDonald's in general have really deteriorated. The filet of fish is no longer 100% cod and it has shrunk so much in size. The menu is more suitable for meat eaters. There is no choice for vegetarians with only one item on the menu. There are never specials for vegetarians. It's really not worth the money. I will only go to McDonald's if there is no where else to eat. The cappuccino is revolting from a machine. All in all not value for money.

This McDonalds is a normal McDonalds that you would expect. Its clean and tidy. Food can be hit or miss, sometimes its great, hot and nice thick milkshakes, sometimes the food is cold and milkshakes take are full of foam.Sometimes the staff forget what I have ordered but this is understandable, after all they wear little headsets that they take orders on while taking your payment (This is through the Drive-through). Overall its a good place to eat.

Not bad service. Not happy with the quality of the food. It's processed rubbish! My kids seem to like it, must be full of addictive sugar and salt!
