Stuff missing and no cheese on the cheesy flat bread..

Ordered two sausage and egg McMuffins one with extra bacon. One arrived with no bacon and the other had no egg!

I ordered from McDonald's in Dalton park this afternoon 12th October 2024 the time was 4.26 it is now 7.PM and I still have not received my order which came to £12.98 I followed the driver on my laptop which I ordered from, I normally order on my phone I saw he was on my road but he never came to my address . I want my money returned into my PayPal account, I order a lot using just eat I won't be using just eat again. Mrs I Donnelly

Food was cold and was missing the dip of choice for the nuggets

The pancakes were hard , missing hash browns

my order did not get delivered driver told me when he went to pick up my order the restaurant was closed and now I can not request a refund

Food was stale cold and drinks had spilt into McFlurrys ruining them

The whole order was freezing cold like it’s been sat there all morning and it was my kids meal they have nothing to eat this morning due to this as I’m not serving them stale food

Was missing 2 hash browns and a sausage egg mc muffin, took forever to come and was stone cold

I saw that the driver had gone to at lease 5/6 other places before mine via the app what I would suggest is that your drivers only take on say 2/3 deliveries at one time that way as I was the last and it took 20 mins to get to me from him leaving the store my food would have not been so cold thanks as a ex employee of McDonalds from years back

My food was cold and the milkshake didn't taste right

Wrong items delivered, I guess better than missing items like they normally do. Need to sort out who packs the bags. I can't think of oke order where everything was correct or nothing missing.

missing food....and food was cold. also delivery driver very rude and abrupt. never experience something like this in my life. very disrespectful and rude really dawned expect this from someone delivering your food.

I have ordered the food for a client of mine, since 1:55pm and received the food 3:50pm, to this, the client left already and there is no use for the food anymore

Food was freezing. None of the sauces came. Including the ones I paid extra for. The McFlurries were melted.

Food was made at 12:15 and didn’t get delivered until 13:25 everything was freezing cold

Half my order was missing. One full meal. One burger. One portion of chicken nuggets. I’ve now had to order from elsewhere as my son’s full meal was missing after waiting ages already for his food.

Rude behaviour of the manager Nathan at night time, as he doesn’t respond to their customers and i have called for some issue but he just ignore me and this type of behaviour can ruin the business as the management needs to be gets known of this things going behind.

delivery driver delivered two orders before mine one being in the opposite direction food was stone cold

Ordered 2 medium fries and 2 phily cheese burgers, went to the collection point and was asked to move to the next window as they were not ready, waited nearly 10 mins thinking ohh good these will be hot, err no, they were stone bloody cold. BE a long long time before we go back there. So much for there latest add, fresher and hotter.

Walked into the restaurant the bins was over full the staff looked all miserable the people in the white tops looked down at us for eating in a whats supposingly a cheap food outlet I asked a question to a lady on front counter her reply was I don't know google it I can understand if it was a question not related to mcdonalds but it was about the burger I orderd ... the toilets well my husband went into the gents there wasn't urinals the only good thing about this place was the way out avoid avoid avoid daughters happy meal orderd 4 nuggets got 2 fries was stone cold 🥶 the person who brought my food put it on table and walked off his name started with a O didn't catch the rest he didn't seem to happy to be working there heard a few staff talking to each other and pointing at us we felt ashamed never again honestly !! Avoid avoid avoid

Never ever get my whole order!!! Absolutely terrible.

3 hours I waited for food they kept charging the delivery

Food says delivered never did, totally ripped off, only putting one star as have to leave review.

I ordered at 15:45 and had to wait until 19:00 for delivery abysmal service. with 3 items missing from my order

Absolutely lovely staff but got to say I think she is the lady that goes round and cleans tables etc called Julie what a very helpful careing lady really helped with my order and young children and really appreciated this even an elderly couple commented how helpful and kind she is

Went all over the world before it came to me including a whole different area before it even turned up into seaham

Chips and burger came cold which is expected when getting McDonald’s delivered - driver was 5 mins early and there was a crash at Dalton park roundabout tonight so should’ve tipped the to driver but will likely just drive there if I want a Maccies in future -

the food was disgusting cold an like rubber I don't have money to waste an haven't eaten all day spent over £13 for fries like rubber uneatable and burger cold to seriously disgusting like far sooner starve an I order alot from here

Didn’t get order, still waiting for refund, absolute disgrace

Order did not arrive yet was marked delivered. Driver was around a minutes drive away when the order was marked as delivered.

Good service. Enjoyed the big mac and fries. Coffee was nice, too.

The place was absolutely disgusting. Went into the toilets with ny 8 year old. 2 cubicles both sanitary bins iver flowing one with a dorty happy hanging out and the other a used sanitary towel on the floor it said that it has been check 5 minutes before we entered but it clearly hadnt. The manager was shouting at an emplyee for being late in front of customers and we waited 15 minutes for an ice cream. Really nad service will not be returning.

Everything was fine apart from no latte came. Machine was broken.

The Diet Coke hadn’t been bagged separately from the food the drink had spilled all over the food it went straight in the bin absolutely disgusting!!!!

Food was Delivered late, sealed but with most of the order missing. on top of that the driver had spilled a bag of drinks/flurry's and placed the soaked ripped bag in my hands and ran off. Horrible restaurant and horrible drivers.

order was late driver was sitting outside someone else's house when he phoned me to check my address, then decided to walk to my house with my food which was then stone cold when I got it, I had to drive to the store and return the food.

Went to Dalton Park McDonalds this afternoon around 4pm and the person on the till was brilliant. I asked for a children's happy meal without salt on the fries, as my daughters mouth was hurting as to not irritate it, and I received what I asked for. So thank you to whoever made sure the fries had no salt you saved me from a crying 5 year old. Great job.

It was very busy due to bank holiday, parking is a nightmare in the place. When we got in one of the latte's was warm at best one was just milk and the other too hot. They changed the one that was just milk we did drink the other as I didn't want to wait in the queue to get it done. We ordered some more food from the app using the point my wife accumulated and they tried to charge us for it until pointed out their mistake and finally got our food. Pleased to say we were just passing through and won't go there again.

fries were cold and hard, all sauces missing and no straws for drinks, stated 20-30 minutes delivery but we waited 1 hour 20 minutes!!!!

The grimance shakes were MISSING!! This is the second time now that when I’ve ordered McDonald’s from just eat that I have had my order items missing.

Milkshakes never work here. Grimace shake released for a short period and milkshake machine out of order as usual. Huge queues of Uber/just eat/deliveroo drivers always there which delays your food. Absolutely terrible McDonalds.

so I was earing my mcmuffin and I told me son it smells funny. I ended up leaving the mcmuffin because the egg was what smelled and black inside. I think the egg was off

Had to walk 6 minutes to meet the driver as he was knocking at the completely wrong address over the other side of the estate, he tried 3 different streets and still didn’t find me I had to go find him. Food was freezing cold by the time I got it. Absolutely terrible service.

I leave a note every time but delivery drivers try to deliver to James Street North. I am James Street SOUTH. Street names are clear on each street. Really no excuse.

It’s the second times it happened now the app says it’s on the way however they’re not coming to house and knocking so I’m not receiving it and it’s a waste of my time and money
