Mcdonald's Restaurants in County Durham

We waited 40 minutes for our food, and then a worker came over and said it had been under the counter for 25 minutes. He did put fresh chips on our tray but the rest was untouched and cold. We had to go and ask for replacement hot food. No apologies or anything. We will not be going back and would not recommend this McDonald's branch.

Got my tea from here at the drive through. Lid not on properly burned my leg and arm severely

the driver must have got lost, so I was directing him to where I was, he took ages, we obviously kept in contact all the time, he was absolutely hopeless, I told him that I was putting a complaint in and when I eventually got my order, I fell up some steps on my way in and cracked my phone. where if he had found his way he would have knocked on my door, then I would not have fallen or cracked my phone, so I am not happy

I only received one of the raspberry and white chocolate pies but was charged for 4

I am currently house bound and can barely walk the delivery driver was at the top of the next street beeping his horn didn’t even exit his car and attempt to deliver my food I had to get my neighbour to go get my food for me your delivery service is a disgrace everytime I order I have had to get my neighbour to go find the driver and it isn’t fair I pay to get my food delivered to my door not at the top of the wrong street

delivery and everything was fine, but happy meals were missing the toys and there was no sauce's at all

Food ok at times. Some staff ok but some very arsey. Including some managers. Could provide better customer service as very slow most of the time

My food was cold and the drink was not the milkshake I ordered it was juice and it had spilt all over the bag it was soaked! I always pop oven on to warm my fries but the nuggets were hardly even warm they were tepid at best I’m sorry dont like to do this kind of review but was that bad. When my order was delivered yesterday there was a quarterpounder with cheese missing, absolute nightmare trying to get it sorted, got email saying I would be refunded but not even getting the full price of the burger how does that work

Just joined the McDonald's app and did my first home delivery order bag came sealed but a meal was missing and it's virtually impossible to get through to them so fist and last time buyers beware

Absolutely shocking service ! Too busy filling the Ubers and bloody just eats ! Wanting at ten to 11 , waited for a breakfast wrap , got to me at 11.05 , “ TOO LATE !!!) Need to remember customer service goes a long way , not just to the line of Ubers and Just Eats standing waiting to pick up there orders! Would have given a nil if I could have !!!

Order never came delivery tome keep changing after 2 hours I filed it as not delieved with just easy and hour layer they’ve changed it to delivered and I have received nothing! This is now the second time this has happened to us! AVOID THIS MCDONALDS !!

Im very unhappy as there was a system issue, where the app took me back to the payment page, resulting in 2 orders, when only 1 needed. Ive tried to cancel the order but the app wont allow me to.

so I'm guessing not a fault to the drivers but to the actual Dalton park macdonalds outlet as my food must have been sat a while before it got picked up. food came stone cold so I tried microwaving the burger and fires to then realise that's doest work. now they've refunded me £3.00 for a order that costs about £20 without the ridiculous delivery fee and service charge

We placed the order at 2 ocklock the order has arrived at 16:29 stone cold and horrible I tried to cancel multiple times however it didn’t give me an option, I would like a refund for this order, on the bright side the delivery driver was nice when he arrived

This McDonald’s is literally the worst one in the north east. Food is ALWAYS freezing cold even if you order in their drive through orders are always wrong and fries portions are ridiculously small

The food was cold the nuggets were not cooked properly are the strips the fries were not cooked

Food was exactly what we ordered and the delivery driver communicated and got us the food in the prescribed time set out, great service, thank you.

After we ordered we sat at the table and waited patiently, a member of staff brought our food over and said enjoy and walked off. I looked at the tray of food and said my partner "this isn't what we ordered" so I took it back and said the member of staff that this isn't food that I ordered and she took the tray of food away and apologised and went back to my table. After waiting nearly half an hour for our food I was very disappointed the frys were cold and the triple cheese burger tasted if they put a whole cup of salt on the burger. It tasted foul. This isn't the first time I've experienced this getting food from McDonald's and to be honest I won't be going to a McDonald's again. The food is getting hideous these days and for what you pay for you can get better food else where.

Didn’t put any sauce in my chicken sauce box despite the order making you pick sauces, this service is unacceptable from such a big company.

Messed the order up after ordering online then took home to realise this mistake then had to go bak down and get a fresh order cant fault that tbh
