Lovely hot meal and quality and quantity was excellent

lovely food. only 1 issue, the salt and pepper chicken didn't seem to have any spice to it. but overall very nice food.

Lovely food and arrived very quickly Portions were quite big and free spring rolls were a nice surprise

Had food from here before and was lovely. But tonight, the shredded beef was so hard and tough, couldnt physically chew through some of it, and had maybe 4 tiny slices of onion and 1 tiny chopped bit of pepper. Looked like it was leftover from another day. Gutted as was beautiful last time.

Food was overcooked and inedible. Also late.

We got the munchie box and we have had many from other places. This is by far the best Chinese we've ever had. every single thing was top quality and cooked beautifully. We are normally left dissapointed by the ribs but these were full of meat and so tasty, the sweet and sour sauce was delicious and seemed really authentic and all the chicken bits were fantastic. I couldn't even pick a favourite item, it really is the best and we can't wait to try the other things on the menu. 10/10

Ordered the munch box. Absolutely disgusting all dripping in oil and totally overcooked, could have broken a tooth. £30 in the bin....vile

Ordered salt and pepper chicken the chicken was chewy and stale most of it went in the bin very disappointing.

AVOID Ordered food at 5:30 for 8:30. Got a phone call at 8:25 saying our food was late because they only have 1 driver on a Saturday night? Food never ended up arriving till 9pm. Then our order was wrong, opened a dispute with Just Eat and sent them pictures. About 30 mins later got an unprofessional text from the woman at the shop. I explained why I had complained to Just Eat and just got another unprofessional response. As for being 5 miles away from the shop, it’s an 11 minute drive and if they’re not happy with that then make their delivery distance smaller??

delivery time good - unfortunately food was not. Hard, stale and majority was binned. The satay sauce inedible such a shame first time ordering and won’t be back

Perfect really enjoyed the chicken and sweetcorn soup aswel as house special sweet and sour. Probably my favourite Chinese takeaway in my local area. Highly recommend

Very polite driver, food was on time, I normally don’t face this issue when I’ve ordered in the past but tonight the quality of the food wasn’t nice.. the curry was oily and watery, the shrimp where to tuff to chew on, the salt and pepper chicken was well over cooked and very hard to chew also.

1st time ordering and last. Food arrived 30 mins early, didn’t mind but was cold. Food was very bland, beef went straight in the bin, didn’t wanna break a tooth, so did chips as they were all scabby. Chow-main was slushy type like. Total waste of money. Only nice thing was the prawn crackers

As always the food was delicious. Delivery as promised. Have used this takeaway several times and never been disappointed.

15 mins late delivery, nothing nice, crispy or enjoyable about the rubbery crispy beef dishes. Awful! A total waste of £50. Never again! Awful!

i won't get Chinese anywhere else in Durham its my favourite by far.

The first and last time. What was supposed to be crispy duck with pancakes was tiny chunks of mostly fat with no pancakes. Wontons has barely any filling, so we're essentially just crisps. Thought for a moment there might be a positive with their being a lot of beef in the black bean sauce, but beef in question was either undercooked, the worst cuts of meat possible, or both. Total waste of money.

Used many times food is always lovely and hot and delicious always on time staff are very friendly would highly recommend

Got the yummy box and crispy duck. The yummy box was unedable as was overcooked for to much and was nearly snapping my teeth,the chicken wings were just bone and burnt batter and salt and pepper beef was just no beef and solid. The duck was not crispy at all. Total waste of money will not be retuning

I love chinese food and thought id try these tonight but the crispy chicken and beef was well overcooked just no meat in it chips were overcooked and hardly any but the curry parcels chicken balls praun toast and apring rolls were lovely unfortunately we wont be using again thank you though

Tasty food which we have found is lacking in other Chinese take always recently. Good price too!!

Amazing salt & pepper chicken wings (they actually had meat on them) and the flavour was spot on. Followed this with a very tasty crispy beef in Peking sauce. Will be ordering from here again.

Delivery was on time but chips were stale and cold, honey chilli chicken was chewy and slimey inside. Duck pancakes were nice

The wait was well worth it beautiful flavour and well cooked. I wish all places would be a little late and deliver that standard.

The only good thing was the delivery time. Got to assume it was quick because everything was yesterday's warm up. 90% of this was inedible. Lesson learned.

Delivery was fast, but the food was disgusting. The duck was mainly fat, not a bit of crispy in sight. The pancakes were hard and glued together, you couldn't even peel them apart. I didn't bother complaining. I just will not return.

I ordered on an exceptionally busy night, they called me to confirm that there was going to be a delay and when the food arrived it was still piping hot. The customer service was great and the food was too.

It was cold and the pork was full of fat… very little meat

Duck was disgusting, it was all fat and skin. Also only got 6 pancakes which completely fell apart. Wontons are literally just crispy with nothing inside of them. Sweet and sour chicken was far too chewy. All went in the bin

Gorgeous food as always, couldn't fault it. Only takeaway that takes pride in making sure the customer is 100% happy with their order time and time again. Would recommend 100%. Thanks again for a gorgeous tea.

Some food delivered just warm, but restaurant sent replacement out straight away with free item, which was delicious! Kept in constant contact with me via phone and also text well after food delivered. Couldn't fault this restaurant for service, food or communication. Thank you 🙂

Tasty but chips didn’t taste fresh

Everything was great, but the satay was outstanding.

The hot and sour soup was really nice. The king prawn noodles and the bamboo/water chestnuts were awful. Most of it went in the bin. I’ve ordered from here before and it’s been decent, just not tonight.

Arrived early (35-40 mins after ordering) and the food was fantastic. Good portion sizes and would definitely recommend!

The takeaway called me with updates, they were just busy, food was amazing as always, appreciate the phone calls, felt sorry for the driver he was very polite, cant be helped, food and service was still amazing, my favourote chinese

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to. This was the nicest Chinese takeaway that we have had in a long time! Food arrived on time (although delivery driver was apologetic for how long it took) It was piping hot and absolutely delicious. We will be back!!

Food was absolutely lush ! Specially the duck .. would of been absolutely perfect if the drink i ordered came with the meal tho .. cba to even ring and wait for a can 😂 first time and deffo be back

I had chicken fried rice at a cost of £8. All that was in it was dry chicken and rice, definitely not worth the money. Granddaughter had chicken balls which were overdone and greasy. Very disappointed,

Just taken delivery of this. We have given this takeaway various chances as the food is nice, but this is it for us. We will not be ordering from here again, as when I called they couldn't care less.

House Special in Peking Sauce was nice but could do with more sauce. Salt and pepper chips were disappointing and poor value for the price. Prawn crackers were good. Delivery was at the time stated.

Didn’t turn up with order, didn’t tell us it wasn’t coming. Didn’t give two toots on the phone. Now £40 out of pocket, no way of contacting just eat. Utterly despicable, DO NOT ORDER.

Diabolical. Sauces were all over, lids destroyed and food all over the bag. We have taken photos for if needed, but will not be ordering from here again.

Don’t get me wrong it did arrive piping hot like previous reviews said. We ordered a salt and pepper munchie box but nothing tasted salt and peppery, the chicken was a weird texture and the beef was cremated.

We ordered a Thai Green curry dish which was nothing like Thai Green curry. I understand that restaurants have there own recipes but this did not resemble Thai Green curry whasoever. It was more like an extra hot satay sauce. The colour of the sauce was dark brown and it was very hot. Thai Green Curry should slightly green, creamy and mild. If you can’t make it you shouldnt sell it. I asked the takeaway for a refund as we couldnt even eat it, it was that hot. No refund given. This is the 3rd time we’ve ordered from the restaurant but will not be ordering again. Very bad service.

Lovely fresh food, delivered fast and piping hot. large portions of chips and curry as well as crackers. Won tons were banging too! Beautiful big king prawns and chunks of beef and chicken in the Singapore noodles. Id of like it abit more spice but definitely will order again.
