Popped in on Saturday evening, just want say what an amazing service everything fresh and fast best KFC I’ve had in ages! Staff very friendly and helpful fantastic atmosphere. We will definitely be back soon.

Friendly Staff, Place nice and clean when I went for food. The food was very nice and it was a quick and easy.

I ordered a family meal for £30. Chicken was so salty that me and my kids couldn’t eat it. When I phoned to complain I was told there is nothing wrong with the chicken. I had to toss the whole bucket into the bin.

Very poor environment to work in, the management treat you with little respect and they don't even care about wanting to put customers first, highly disgusting and happy I no longer work for a company like this.

Visited Saturday 4th may lunch time Staff one was really friendly other not Tables were not clean food all over the floor. Food chips one portion was cold and burnt chicken was fine. Girl dropped a drink went to desk she ended up having to try and mop it up with serviettes she gave up in the end so floor was left wet when we left no help from staff Husband got wet during the spillage 1ST visit to this KfC won't be returning 😒

3 strikes - won't be back. Finished on farm and needed food fast. Cold chips. Greasy, soggy NOT CrISPY chicken which was also tepid. £10 for mighty bucket tossed on brown paper bag. Absolute rip off.

KFC win for the smallest bagof fries in the UK Scrooge portion greedy there's about six skinny fries in the bag mean portion ten stars for the meanist bag of fries

We ordered online for collection and it was ready in 10mins. Great service even if we got a Pepsi instead of a bottle of water.

Restaurant was freezing. Not great to eat in. Food wasn't great seemed like it had been sat a while. First time having the new fries and they were massively over seasoned.

I wouldn't order from this place ever again order was 4 hours late and freezing cold delivery driver was very rude if I could zero stars I would be minus zero and a didn't even get reimbursed

When you're packing for a delivery please can you put the rice boxes flat down, mine was on its side and when I opened it it was all squished.

Received meal extremely quickly aside from a short wait on a side item. They apologised for the wait and gave an extra order of fries. We weren’t fussed about the small wait but it was a nice gesture and wish happened more often at fast food chains

Ordered to takeaway, when I arrived there were other people waiting so I was prepared for a little wait. However, one after another just eat, deliveroo and Uber eats drivers came in and were given priority over other customers by the staff, with them demanding their orders as soon as they came in and being served before the rest of us. Not impressed, will not be ordering from here again.

Quite surprised at this kfc, I was ignored for a considerable amount of time while a few of us had qued to make orders. After a second person walked out, I realised we weren’t being served any time soon as they paid more attention to other duties.

Service is painfully slow as online orders take priority, last time I went in I walked out after standing in a queue that wasn't moving for too long. Food isnt even average at best these days. Far better and cheaper chicken places about.

I got very bad experience. I ordered my food nearly 6.30 pm .it shows I will get my food within 7.20 then it changed to 7.40 pm .then it changed to 8.40 ..I am starving and waiting for food for long time

first time using the app and accidentally ordered to Arnison Centre instead of Dalton Park. Called up the shop, asked if i could still come collect it and they said yes of course, collected over 30 mins after i ordered and they’ve kept my food nice and warm for me, 10/10 service from the staff in here. thank you so much 🫶🏼

The disabled toilet could needs cleaning desperately as it's disgusting

Always a nice visit to this kfc!! Everytime I get served by “Beth” she always makes sure she gives you the best service and definitely knows her stuff a very helpful. KFC does need to fix the air conditioning though absolutely shocking standing in the queue for 2 minutes and I was melting. Feel sorry for the staff who work there. The staff are doing an amazing job well done keep it up!!

The issue with KFC in the Arnison centre is the heat inside, the air conditioning is not fit for purpose, the people that work there need a medal, very poor conditions working in that heat. Air conditioning needs to be fixed, the staff are roasting in those temperatures and i will certainly think twice about coming back as it’s not a pleasant experience in those temperatures. Would the head office for KFC work in these conditions, very doubtful.

Let down by disinterested staff and extended queuing.

Slow serving an item was missing from my takeaway bag

The KFC at Arnison shopping mall upholds a commendable standard of cleanliness and service. Their facilities, including the toilets, are well-maintained, and their food and drink offerings are consistently good. I especially appreciate how beverages are always served generously iced. However, I did notice the absence of self-service machines. While I'm a strong proponent of human-centric service, I appreciate having the tech-savvy option for convenience, particularly in fast food settings. That said, the staff is truly a highlight: they exude kindness and friendliness, making every visit enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

The manager is a great guy and can't do enough for you. Lovely bunch of staff and the place, although small was very clean and tidy and had a food atmosphere... the food was certainly 'finger licking good'

Never had a nice meal from this KFC before, it’s either dripping in grease or doesn’t taste of anything. Last night we got a family bucket and was only given extremely dry chicken breast when there should be a mixture of chicken legs etc. The chips were also gross. Wouldn’t recommend.

It was mine and my husbands first time dining in the arnison centre KFC. A young man named Tommy served me the other day and what a charming and polite young man he was. Me and my husband were very happy with our service. Proper nice down to earth lad. Wish there was more young people like him, don’t have enough of the nice youth nowadays. I hope the young lad goes far ! You did a fantastic job Tommy !

I'm getting to be a regular customer here. The staff the food are spot on. Easy to get to & ample parking. A must for those who are hungry.

Nice food, staff very disrespectful and one certain employee name tag was “Ben” came round to the drinks and swore very rude. One employee named “sean” well taught and very polite and treated my self and my family well very nice young man.

Went Easter Sunday after a day out. Got a takeaway bucket. Chips were awful, like they’d been warmed up a few times. Chicken was dry and the skin was crispy on the verge of being burnt. Won’t be going back.

Staff have 1 speed and that’s slow, saw about 3 people leave before getting served and then we left, won’t go back to the arnison KFC anytime soon.

Worst KFC!!! I never to go there anymore. Service is very poor. Dining area is not clean & poor customer service. Waited so long to get the tray as i was dining in. I asked staff but it took long time to respond.

No customers were being served . We were stood there 10 minutes while staff members just stood there looking around not doing anything decided to leave as staff had no interest in serving us. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

It's fair to say I won't be going there again. the order was wrong after a 20 min wait. The chicken in the wrap was burnt. Was absolutely freezing in the shop. The rubbish bin was overflowing. the whole thing was off-putting. If I hadn't paid by card, I'd have asked for money back and went elsewhere.

Don't use an ap for your order. 105 mins after order... freezing cold bag of food arrives. I tried ringing the driver ehen he got very lost.. and a child answers. Child has zero idea what I'm saying. Called KFC and they said nowt to do with us. Opened the bag and order has 6 items missing. Called KFC again... if I want this resolved... drive 8 miles and drop it off. UTTER GARBAGE.

Dirty, the floor was almost unwalkabke it was so slippy, the food well its kfc what's more to say and gloomy staff, and the toilets were let's say not nice. I won't be back. let's put it that way

Very hit and miss, but I think that’s any KFC anyways. Boneless chicken are really good, however I’m not a fan of the chicken on a bone, really bland.

Dirty tables, floor and chairs. Had to ask to get cleaned, she cleaned the chairs, had to ask her back to clean table. Uncaring lackadaisical staff got 3 meals wrong out of 4. 13 chips in a portion. Toilets dirty with toilet roll all over. Premises really cold food lukewarm at best. Disgraceful, no wonder we had no problem getting seats.

Slow, unorganised service. Queues of people either waiting to order or collect theor order. No good if you must not eat gluten.

I don't know what is going on with this KFC. Service is very, very slow even if you order in advance through the app. We checked in about 6 minutes before we arrived and I still had to wait almost 15 more minutes for the food. We were there on the 30th November and it was freezing cold inside. They had no heating on at all so, even if you wanted to eat in, you couldn't. The screens are broken so you can't see the menu (and they have been broken for months) so you have no choice but to use the app. As for the food - it's burnt. This isn't the first time. The chicken coating should be a lovely golden colour but it's dark brown, verging on black. The chicken is almost certainly refried. It's awful. Couldn't eat it so a waste of £25. Will not return.

Staff need training. Not one of them knew what went into our orders. Went up three times because of giving us wrong items. On way out seen one member of staff biting at her finger nails. Place needs shut down. Standard of food was even worse. Deserves no stars.

Lights were out in the seating area, the TV screens to show menu weren't working, I still chose to order from here that was my first mistake. The girl who served me handled my money didn't wash her hands then used her fingers to pick up the cookies from the tray to stack them in 4 on top of each other but then used tongs to put them into the counter display. I should have asked for my money back when I saw this that was my second mistake. I do like KFC but I will definitely not use this outlet again.

What an awful place staff I think need training in people skills. Food discussing. Orded tea then after paying for it then told there is no milk....... I would give less than 1 star but it will not let me!

I can't advise people eating here. Had ordered 20 chicken wings and my partner ordered chicken steaks. When the chicken steaks arrived they had been refried and were a dark chocolate colour. She complained and eventually got a nice meal from the manager. My chicken wings tasted as if more bread crumbs had been added to them and they weren't hot. Will not be going back there, sadly this KFC is not up to their normally high standards.

Out of all the KFC restaurants, the food her is the freshest and hottest. People who work there are slow but I think that's just fast food chains ironically

Staff were friendly polite,it was clean the Chicken was nice the chips or fries were rubbish I've never seen anything so disgusting there were slug holes in them and the potatoes they came from were rotten see photo, I wouldn't care I paid £2 extra to upgrade the chips. Never again.

Friendly staff and plenty of parking. But coffee machine not working, obviously not the end of the world. However, the toilet flusher was broken so toilet was a bit of a stink and the toilet itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day.

Friendly staff, very helpful. They have been working in such a fast paced condition with very little ventilation in the staff area, yet they've maintained their professionalism. I am very impressed. And I would like to personally thank all of them for their hard work and what wonderful jobs they've done. Thank you.

Stood in the restaurant for 15 minutes with only one other Pierson waiting for orders before being acknowledged. We were collecting an order and it was absolutely awful. I don’t understand how it could be so bad using the same ingredients as other sites but it was inedible.

One of the worst meals I have ever eaten. The quality of its chicken and sandwich was lower than all the branches I had ever been to. The oil in which the chicken was fried was old and smelled bad, and the food was served cold. I never recommend it to anyone!

They forgot 3 items from order, while there we saw an additional 3 customers also complain they're orders were wrong and standard side fishes and mini fillet out of stock. They don't provide salt and when asked they give you a big package of things you don't want or need just to get a tiny satchet of salt, in what world is this cost saving?? Crushems also need a large size. The app ordering uses non existent table numbers. Just shoddy management/service

Awful experience, All the Screens are broken so you don't know what to order, the staff can't even help you as they don't seem to know what they sell either. I eventually ordered via the app...the payment process was as painful as Tooth ache. The process of bringing the order together seemed very chaotic and took quite a while. And after all that I got home and found they hadn't put the top on the Beans properly and it was all over the box, the chicken fillet was not even in the box but thrown in the bag as an after thought, and I had about 8 chips in the packet, the fillet burger had no lettuce or anything. Absolutely horrific, a complete disaster by KFC Durham. I'll not be back there again. And all for the pleasure £7.49???

Went to KFC got chicken meal the chips where like cardboard and cold the chicken was not nice and the buns where over done. Will definitely not be going back there.

Can I just say the Staff in there never get any appreciation for what they do! The staff go above and beyond. They give out the best service as they possibly can, it was my daughters birthday not long ago and the young lass that was behind the counter paid for my daughter to have a cookie to wish her a happy birthday that’s made my 7 year old daughter have a smile on her face. I have been to loads of kfc and this is by far the best one. Staff always make sure that they have time for their customers and always look after you. Couldn’t ask for a better service

Got my food home for the kids, and found my daughters meal was what she wanted and I had to deal with the big melt down and then when I got round to eating mine it was a chicken fillet in a bun with lettuce. I asked for a fillet tower meal. On the receipt it says flt twr. I paid £7.49 for my meal and think that's expensive. I have tried to call the store three times and no one is picking up. I look forward to hearing from you. This was on the 10/03/22 5.59 pm

After visiting this KFC on a few occasions, I've come to the conclusion that it is pot luck as to what service you get. One time you order on the app to collect you get your food fairly quick, the next you wait 15 minutes when no other customers are in the restaurant. One time you go you get a friendly staff member, the next time a really miserable one who doesn't want to be there. Also there always seems to be rubbish over all the tables and floor if you go in the evening, even when it's not busy. If you got these things right, this place would be much better and would be a nicer place to visit. We tried this KFC to see if any changes have taken place. Yes we waited 25-30 minutes for our food. The emphasis seems to be Just Eat, deliveroo customers, rather than the ones in store. There were plenty of staff, yet the service is so slow.
