Food was lukewarm at best, plus ordered a wrap with no mayo, unfortunately it came with mayo

The food is always cold or stale, full of children screaming and shouting!!! Children running the kitchen that are too interested in chatting up the Uber drivers and friends coming in... The store is a mess and the toilets are worse!!!!! While in there with my family seen Uber driver talking to underage girls told him to move on the place really needs looking into as it's a dive......... Don't waste your time or money!! Food is rubbish even when delivered

Live in Lichfield and unfortunately for me when ordering a McDonald’s this is the one that I have to order from. Wall island is 10/10 but this one is horrible accept for Becky the host. Whenever ordering from this McDonalds I always have half my order missing. And whenever I go into the McDonald’s they always either give me the wrong food with the correct sticker on it or make the order completely wrong to how I have customised it to. I work at a McDonald’s and I have to say this one does stuff that if I did that at my McDonald’s I would be told of for and trained in more but this McDonald’s looks and acts like when they get people they just put people where ever they want without questioning if they are good at it.

All the staff are lovely and friendly. Always clean and tidy in there and food always accurate :)

I am 100% sure the toilets come from Hell itself. I've never smelled anything so awful in my entire life and that are so badly maintained. I avoid eating here, just so I don't have to use these toilets. Sort it out, McDonald's.

Ordered delivery, which came 15 mins later than stated, only for the food to be cold, the McFlurry was more like a milkshake and items were missing! Called the store and they said they weigh the packages and that the packages weights were correct - we explain that we categorically had items missing. They then tried to say that it must have been the delivery drivers fault, but wouldn’t investigate it. They asked who we’d ordered though and we said their own app - the options we were given were to contact Uber for a refund or to go into store to get the missing items fresh! We’ve made our own way down to store to collect these items, and the only saving grace is that we’re getting the whole order again freshly made for free! No way should we have had to do that, and besides, something is always going wrong with any deliveries from this store we’ve made in the past - next time I’ll be driving to the Wall Island restaurant.

Fries was freezing cold, and it put e off, never ate them, waste of money, and big mac was cold all the way through the burger, only thing warm was the sauce on the big mac. So disappointed I've never had food cold before and I only live 5 minutes.

Ordered a large mango drink but got a regular. Ordered 2 sets of pancakes but got no syrup with either when delivered, which was annoying!

I pur the order in at 17.25, it was accepted & I was given a delivery time of 18.05. As that time approached the estimated delivery was changed, this happened several times! I finally recived my food at 19.40. The chips were stone cold & burgers barely warm.

I ordered my meal at 16:29, I received my order at 18:05 - the expected time for delivery at around 17:15. My delivery driving was very polite and I do not believe this was his fault.

Waiting so long for my order, the poor young girl left alone to try and bag up and serve customers, when someone finally came to try and help her, the assistant manger pulled them off to continue on their station and stand there and do nothing, food sat there for over 15 minutes. Finally when I got to my work the order was incorrect Saturday 7th December 8:20am.

Called whilst travelling to a conference in Birmingham, early Sunday afternoon. Worst Macdonald's ever visited. Ladies toilets out of order, and staff toilet 'unavailable'. Extremely slow service, and the food was cold, cold not warm! We were cold too, as the entrance door permanently open, on a very cold day! Gangs of young lads and youths ( 13-16?) vaping at the table behind us, inside!! Staff didn't seem bothered, and just said ' it happens'! A total disgrace for a 'restaurant', and I used that term very loosely. Zero stars if I could give it.😡.

The dips I asked for were slightly submerged in my ice cream in the bag, not sure I find this entirely hygienic, other than that everything was fine.

Shocking. Food arrived cold and was missing items. Phone doesn't work, tried 3 times across 10 minutes, no answer. No excuse for the cold food, it's a 10 minute drive and the driver was not slow, so McDonald's must have packaged us old food. Absolutely disgraceful. Will never order from here again.
