McDonald's, Lichfield in Lichfield

I was overjoyed to have my meal brought to my table today by a lovely and polite girl with downs syndrome she was being supported by her colleague and I had a lovely interaction with her. I dont often visit Mcdonalds but can honestly say this alone makes me want to visit more. The food was fresh and tasty. It's lovely to see large corporations upholding core British Values and working within our communities.

Why is the WiFi so bad and I’ve been waiting for 20 mins and nothing happens!!????

Uber delivery missing item, whole meal pointless without the sausage and egg muffin. Uber refused to refund the whole order and only refunded the muffin. McDonald's Lichfield did not answer the phone

Went here today. First time in a while. We had about a ten minute wait for food. Which meant the drinks sat stewing. The food was fine. The staff were polite. As usual the toilets smell really bad. They need to do something about them.

Busy place, service was quite quick. Could be a little cleaner though as the bin was full and tables needed a bit of a wipe but overall the food was as expected from McDonald's and I will eat here again the next time I'm in the area.

I tried the £2.79 Coffee & Bacon Muffin Deal. I usually go for a Wrap and a Bacon Butty. To be honest, I'll stick to the Wrap and Butty. The muffins are too floury and stodgy. Food aside, it's down to my personal choice. Service was fast and cheerful. The restaurant was clean and a seat to wait where you could see the board. Plus Top Marks Lichfield, I got a receipt for my expenses. I'll be back next time I'm in Lichfield.

Food is barely warm time say 18:55 on reciept its been 30 minutes waiting before arriving to me. Retailers fault. Cold food!!!

Food ordered with a 30 minute delivery time. Eventually turned up 75 minutes after ordering.

mango smoothie didn’t arrive i was given 2 cokes instead, mozzarella sticks didn’t arrive i was given chicken nuggets. mccrispy burger is what i ordered i don’t even know what burger i had it wasn’t nice, i also wasn’t given somebody else’s order as it had the receipt on it with my order on.

Ordered banana milk shake received chocolate ! Fries were cold, burger was cold , microwaved my meal.

Ordered and expected delivery was 30-45 mins. Once it went past 45 mins the expected delivery extended and every 5 mins this continued to extend. Eventually the food arrived over 90 mins after ordering. Nice drivers who apologised but clearly this was an issue with McDonalds. The food also had one incorrect item. I tried multiple ways to cancel but as the order was in “preparing” status which was clearly not true, there was no option to cancel. I also tried calling McDonalds but auto unavailable.

Absolutely awful service one there was food missing and then to top it off the delivery driver tried to make out we was lying about our code when he had told it to him a few times when all along he was putting the wrong code in his phone

Arrived on time, my son had a big meltdown because there were onions on his burger, why have the option to remove items from your burger if you don’t look 🙄 burgers were warmish

Well out of a £65 order all i received was 3 x fries and 2 x milkshakes the restaurant says they sent or the food so either the driver delivered my order to someone else or the driver stole my order hence he couldn't get to his car quick enough

Spoke to maccies said that they had sent the food 40 minutes before the driver delivered it, driver just delayed saying it was out for delivery so looked like it was busy. Food was stone cold.

Made a late order at 9pm for a 9.20-9.35pn delivery, they kept extending the time to deliver. Cold burger and fries when they arrived after 10.15pm, by this time it was too late to eat and most of it went into the bin.

Time , was originally 35 minutes then just kept increasing, so food took a long time to come and was barely warm. The ticket also stated the earlier time when presumably put together at the restaurant. So I assume it sat there awaiting a driver to take it.

They didnt get the order right which was a shame as the food that did come was fine

It's McDonald's full of teens blocking up all seating whilst sharing one drink. It's not an ideal venue it's a grab and go due to it being more a kids hangout.

The drink was not even full and paid for a large drink. It was about 1/4 full like someones rushed to do it without doing it properly.

Really awful. Driver left someone else’s order at our door, ignored me when I tried to flag him down. Our actual ordered hasn’t ever arrived. No drinks, just a cheeseburger and two mcflyrrys. Really really awful. Gets worse every time. Took ages to get here and burger was cold

I am back with another bad review about a specific Macdonalds employee. This week I wait at least 4 times more then 20 minutes to pick up an order from Macdonalds which is very bad for me and other drivers. So, this employee called Lisa it's the most rude, disrespectfull and rasist employee from Macdonalds, She always has this bad attitude with drivers , never smiles or has a fake smile, told us what to do ( if you are not happy just cancel the order) . We, the drivers are not coming to Macdonalds to cancel the orders, we are coming to pick up and deliver the orders because we are not payed for cancelling orders. I am so surprised that no one from Macdonalds are doing something about that because she is not the only one who is bad with drivers, there are more. I hope for improvements because we, the drivers are loosing money and time ( we spend 10-14 hours a day on the street for 100 pounds) and this is less then minimum wage în UK.

every single time we’ve ordered from here they’ve forgot numerous things. it’s always cold & whenever you ring they say to take it up with whichever app you’ve ordered from. i wouldnt bother wasting your money or time to be honest because i can guarantee it’d be the worst meal of your life.

Absolutely dreadful, the chips were literally like cardboard you couldn’t eat them. I always expect a maccies to be cold from a delivery but tonight’s was just shocking, it was like someone popped it in the fridge before giving it to me.

We are microwaving our food and it’s only just arrived, we watched the guy go past the house a few times

French fries were the only good thing as they came out fresh and hot. Rest of the food was warm at best. Burgers were chewy with a range of a little lettuce and a load of lettuce. Ordered in and sat down but didn't get a tray, food was instead put into a take out bag. Service was slow and staff were on their phones behind the counter. Restaurant was clean though and had a staff member cleaning actively which was nice. Had missing food that when received the chicken was barley warm and chewy.

Everything was cold when arrived, had to put it in the microwave to warm up, don’t know if they changed the big Mac sauce or not but it was runny and didn’t taste the same and a different bun lid was on top too :/

The food arrived after 2 hours when we were given a 25-40 minute wait. Not only was it cold, we ordered vegan burgers and got given the hat stack ( a triple beef burger) and cheeseburgers. When I took it back into store and calmly explained it to the cashier, the manager was behind him rolling her eyes at me and stomping her feet. I understand they may have been busy on a Friday night but I didn’t go in all guns blazing, quite the opposite so for the tantrum was t necessary. Worst experience yet

Do not order from McDonald’s Lichfield. They are completely incompetent at getting orders correct. Last few times I’ve ordered they always miss something off. Last two times we were missing fries and this time they missed off all the sauces and the food was stone cold. Placed order at half 5 and didn’t arrive until 7.

They have delivered a cheeseburger instead of the mayo chicken and only 2 dips when there should be 6!

It's a smaller McDonalds but still handles the demand very well. There is outdoor seating at times it seems however on my visit I sat indoors. You will notice a diminished level of service because of the priority made towards delivery app drivers which I feel takes away from the in-store/takeaway experience.
