Commande aux bornes, comme ailleurs. Pensais qu'il y aurait plus de choix qu'en France, mais en fait, il y en a moins ! Personnel sympa. Burger bon mais un peu trop de sauce à l'intérieur. Pas eu de ketchup pour les frites, celui de mon burger a suffit. Frites pas cuites, salées & pas bonnes. Prix correct.

This mcdonalds was in a very popular area so i thought it would be good. You cannot call this ‘fast food’ because of the 30 mins wait time. We asked for an extra bag to put some extra items in and the worker rabecca said a bag is an extra 10 pence and asked if we could wait in line. We then said that we shall carry the food to the car and after we said this rabecca said she will give us a bag but just to put the chips in after she got the bag she literally hurled it at us and didnt offer any help to put the food in the bag. I want impressed by this customer service.

throwing my kids out while I was on way to get them. shocking behaviour! apparently this is a new rule! disgusting tarring kids with same brush. happening every week its a joke. managers don't respond. disgusting!! my children paid over £20 and had to stand in cold wet street to eat!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any Mac Donald’s order mozzarella sticks and a happy meal for pick up with a large Fanta and a fruit shoot, not only did they completely forget the juice, I opened the mozzarella bag and found a half eaten stick, the food was stone cold and frankly had an awful taste. If I could give this place 0 stars I would but for now it gets a 1, will not be going again. Should be ashamed

Problems with delivery...delivered large cola only half cup,cause the rest half of cola was spilled in the bag, melted ice cream,cause driver had to deliver another order before mine, 2 large bags of fries came only half bags.

Travelled from Muir of Ord to get a McDonald's not only did it say online open until 4.00am but also on there front door... Not happy...

Window advertises they open at 6am. We walked up at 6:40, doors were locked. Woman inside looked at us and walked away. Stood bt the doors for 10 minutes and still nothing. Went elsewhere.

I went in to the above mentioned establishment to order food , whilst there I required to attend the toilet . The downstairs toilet was locked , and the upper toilet blocked off . How can a restaurant/ takeaway operate in this way . Fortunately I’m able , but I can only imagine how a disabled person would get on . In 20 years plus of dining in McDonald’s this is the first time I’ve ever had this issue . Shop at the other restaurants is my advice .

I bought an apple pie. There was not a single piece of apple in the pie, but a lot of raisins. If I wanted a raisin pie, I would buy a raisin pie. Disgusting.

This downtown location is constantly busy but service was ok; waited around 12-15 mins for my order of 4 meals on a Friday afternoon after 1 pm. Ordered from kiosk which ran out of receipts. Takeaway food was lukewarm, fries not salty enough so disappointing. Washrooms on upper floor were clean. Everything was average. Staff were kind enough. Bus transit nearby: not sure about car parking.

Over a year ago, I left a not-so-favourable review of this particular McDonald’s establishment in Inverness. However, my opinion is much different now! We go to this McDonald’s on a regular basis — and the customer service has GREATLY improved; you couldn’t even tell it was the same McDonald’s. Particularly, the manager — who is a foreign gentleman — I believe, is very nice and helpful; he always has a smile and is very nice and gives us lots of ketchup when we ask for it when collecting our food and says to enjoy. The food used to not be great; I have been to McDonald’s in Spain and there was a couple of times over a year ago where I could swear they were using Spanish or foreign meat in the burgers, although I can’t prove that but they didn’t taste good, I tell you that. The chips always used to be very soggy too but they have been greatly improved and are no longer soggy when we are given them. The burgers now taste DELICIOUS and no longer have that “foreign-meat” taste. Overall, the staff have completely changed, now they are not arrogant, rude, unhelpful and are actually very friendly and helpful; staffing changes do help! Also, the food is much better having seeing many improvements from our visits last year. Now, I would HIGHLY recommend this McDonald’s. This McDonald’s is one of my favourites.

We popped in here for a quick bite to eat, we used the self service machine to order but no receipts were available, then we waited about 5 mins for our order but staff were too busy laughing and joking behind the counter and clearly not concentrating. We sat upstairs but tables were dirty and tables not cleared. We had ordered a chicken nugget share box but there was only 18 chicken nuggets in it not 20, chips were cold and only half full, it wasnt worth the money.

Fuimos a McDonald's para comer una hamburguesa vegetal y patatas fritas. Quedé bastante impresionado por el interior limpio y tranquilo, a diferencia de la mayoría de McDonald's en los que he estado.El servicio era un poco lento ya que pedimos una hamburguesa picante que probablemente fue inicialmente mientras miraba la hamburguesa, preparar el personal en realidad antes de cumplir nuestro pedido.

I love McDonald's went here with my friends causing no trouble at all ordered my food as usual and I see the staff whispering and staring im already feeling uncomfortable p.s I have mental health issues so it makes me really upset, I see a man come over to me and he tells me that I need to leave I ask why politely and he says that I am banned. Never in my life have I dong anything wrong in McDonald's and have never been told before I am "banned" I'm completely embarrassed I have to walk out and wait outside for my friends to collect mine and their orders this isn't the first time I have had a bad experience in McDonald's the food is delicious but staff are terrible I do not recommend you go here until staff are replaced.

Went here with one of my friends after school and placed my order whenever I would go here I would get really dirty looks from a black haired woman in her 40s when I have done nothing wrong I'm simply being judged them and it's offensive to me. They smoke at the doors of McDonald's so it's hard to avoid a face full of cigarette smoke on your way in there is only a few staff that really appreciate the customers. Another experience that I have had is when me and two other friends were sitting inside from the rain, we ordered food sat down and my friend had just finished her food and was waiting for me and my Other friend to finish when the manager came round and asked her to leave because she wasn't eating we told her that she had just finished and we wouldn't be long but apparently that was unacceptable so we are all now barred for life and had to eat our food outside in the rain while two of the staff cheekily smiled at us absolutely disgusted. This needs to be sorted out now.

I normally think Service is super fast at this McDonald's. I ordered mozzarella dippers and chicken nuggets (you're meant to get a salsa with mozerella dippers and 2 sauces with nuggets) foreign guy gave me tray thought he didn't understand at first maybe he didn't I don't know stupid having staff that can't speak English. I said to him can I get 2 sauces for my nuggets and he said u have one and I said no that's a salsa. He didn't understand me and started being rude.

Para nosotros tener una comida de Mcdonald's es una auténtica delicia, ya que es un viaje de ida y vuelta a 75 millas. Hoy fue la tercera vez y cada vez que hemos estado allí se ha batido de leche de chocolate que es absolutamente cosa favorita de mi marido. La decoración es muy moderna, y ya que en Canadá no tienen aún la orden quioscos Optamos por esperar en la cola. Por suerte, no había mucho que esperar. Nos queda grande y un pop. Sorprendentemente, a diferencia de América del Norte, el pop no era realmente aguadas. Como han dicho en críticas anteriores, hay muy poco de estar abajo.

Has the funky new self service terminals and a collection point for your order. Very Argos like.Quiet when we went in. Served quick. No complaints and the coffee was nuclear hot but tasted ok.

Central location. Clean premises. Staff are very quick to clean up. Quick service. Only negative is that there isn't a lot of seating downstairs. Not great if you have limited mobility.

He visitado la nueva tienda de macdonalds unas cuantas veces desde que abrió sus puertas y, sinceramente, no sé por qué y no visitar de nuevo. Tener justo a la izquierda del establecimiento he llegado a casa para alimentar a un niño y yo no y descubrimos con patatas fritas o comida, no voy a la molestia de volver venga poco en serio chicos! ! !
