La peor unidad a través Túnel apretado en la curva y el peor jamás visto en cualquier McDonalds conducir a través de un túnel oscuro y la curva es muy estrecha y apretada

Fui a desayunar para llevar. Estaba delicioso. Comí el rollito de desayuno (personalizado para nada de salsa), con un hash brown y zumo de naranja embotellado.

El restaurante más sucio en el que he estado. Mesas siempre sucias y limpias con paño sucio Retretes asquerosos No quiero imaginar cómo es la cocina. .

Worst. Order always cold and wrong. Canning Town branch much better. Every single time I order from here it’s missing items. Wrong iteans. Drink leaks. It’s just rubbish.

Slow and deliver late, wether you go in seem to always be slow. If you order from then even though you live few mins away they seem to be so slow even all the delivery riders complain they get there and then have to wait ages just to get a order then they cancel the job as they can't be asked to wait so long, then you wait on another rider to have to pick up

Ordered extra tomatoes and pickles with my meal! Surprise surprise!! they actually gave me an old food and added extras instead of making fresh one. It is just sad how they make people feel foolish…!!

Absolutely awful, tasteless and the drink tasted watered down. Your better off going starving then trying a place who can’t deliver basic meals

We visited for breakfast on the morning of 26th August 2021 as we were staying in the area. I ordered using the my McDonalds app and used the my McDonald’s table number that was fixed to the table. The female member of staff who was delivering food came to our table and shouted at us. Most of which I could not understand but she was quite angry. I got the impression due to her shouting and gesturing wildly at the table and towards the customer order screens that she had wanted us to take one of the table numbers from there rather than using the my McDonald’s app table number even though this was the method we had used to order. I found it quite intimidating being shouted at by a member of staff whilst there with my children. There were also items missing from our order when it arrived. Fortunately as we are not local to this area we will not need to visit this McDonalds again.

Ordered some food from just eat delivery arrived completely wrong tried to contact just eat with no response so found the store number I called and after a couple of times of calling someone picked up who was the manager I explained the situation which he replied with no interest and bad attitude and said he will speak to just eat and call me back this was just after 10pm and the store closes at 11pm after about 20 mins I tried calling back as I knew he would not call me back I rang the number at least 7 times and no answer so I got in my car and drove to the restaurant were I spoke to a couple of the girls there I was told by one of the girls go to the last window and the girl there will sort it out for you I went explained 3 times and finally they said wait in the collection area and someone will bring the order out for you all this time no sign of the so called manager who’s name by the way is PRABIN I was to,d this by the lovely girl who brought the correct order and apologised and was so nice and added extra stuff just to make us happy she was amazing her name is olga if everyone was like her the place would be perfect she also mentioned to me she heard the phone but only the manager answers the phone this is not the first issue I’ve had with this idiot manager I hope he gets the sack very soon as he is incompetent and has no idea how to deal with people

Not sure why the people that work hear struggle to get one brain cell between them all. Never ever ever a right order. Always something missing and then always told it is right. Hope you find Jesus. God bless :)

what an absolute joke this place is. Only one of the things I ordered turned up and then loads of random cold stuff....they sent me like 4 boxes of undercooked cold fries?! who wants that!!! and 3 small diet cokes? wtf!! YUK! requested a refund through uber eats and they are only refunding me 4 pounds. so i'm 10 pounds down with a load of food I did'nt want.

Restaurant sent me an in-app offer but when I ordered using their promotion, they cancelled upon my arrival to collect the food.

I made an order with them through UberEats (typically a reliable food service) as my regular McDonald's location was unavailable. It was the worst mistake I have ever made. When my food arrived, I was absolutely appalled. Half my items were missing! I ordered Nuggets, large fries, large soda, Mozzarella dippers and a McFlurry, and all I received were the nuggets, fries and drink! I know the delivery driver did not steal them, as the bag was still sealed shut! Additionally, none of the food was cooked right! The fries tasted weeks old and were still frozen in the middle! And as if to add insult to injury, the soda was purposefully dumped all over my food, rendering what little I was left with almost completely inedible. Absolutely disgusting. If you want a decent meal, I'd wholeheartedly suggest walking a little further to the Dalston location. Would give this pathetic excuse of a McDonald's 0 stars if I could.

I bought two apple pies, around 23:35 On 27/08/20 and they tasted awful, when I returned back to drives through I was told by Muslim lady I believe Aminah or Amna, that did you come back to just complain about the Apple pie’s? Seriously? To ridicule me! Then she called another Muslim lady : and they both said the cook was new, and the ROK didn’t come today, so that’s why we gave you this but, you won’t die! They asked me for the packet, I gave them one apple pie, and they called to Manager. I said at least I deserve Apology and the Manager threw the pie label and asked me to give the other apple pie rapper. When I denied. He said, the label was wrong. And this time forced me to give him the label, I said no I won’t give it back. He abused me Verbally and I am uploading this on Social media to let McDonald’s know that it’s ridiculous how they treat their costumer, my throat is hurting if something happens to me, they are the responsible.

I used to pass this macdonalds regularly and thought it looked like the worst one in England... I was right. Seems like its built on a garage forecourt. Its tiny inside and too busy for its size. Staff shouting numbers and customers jostling for position.

went there midnight try to order a some food, the staff was alright, but some customer are loud and drunk, dosent feel very safe there.

This Branch is the worst branch. I went to this branch twice and I am never going there again. You wait on the till to be served and no one comes to serve you. The see you waiting to place an order and ignore you. The staff is very rude and disgusting. We are group of 8 friends and we are never going there again. I ordered a cup of hot chocolate and it was half empty. I asked the lady and she said the machine broke down.

Visité este restaurante nuevamente hoy después de que me cobraron el doble por la misma comida la semana pasada, ya que el quiosco tomó mi pago de mi banco y anuló mi transacción audazmente después de que tomó el dinero.Hoy nadie estaba en el main hasta que a regañadientes usé un kiosco diferente solo para presentarme con el mismo escenario. Un empleado consiguió el gerente (cuyas habilidades con las personas, debo decir, son muy pobres considerando que ella trabaja en el servicio al cliente).Luego procedí a mostrarle al miembro del personal el hecho de que el pago había salido de mi cuenta (evidencia física concreta) que no se tuvo en cuenta debido a que el sistema dijo que era nulo. Entiendo que funcionan desde un sistema, pero vamos, usemos un poco de sentido común. Food was delivered hot. Service was fast. People actually said good morning. We walked to the restaurant so we had no parking problems. Restrooms were very clean

Not only did a local boy get stabbed here recently (ignoring countless other times including stabbings) it is extremely unhygienic and staff are incredibly rude.

Pedí una comida de envoltura de desayuno en la tienda esta mañana. Esperó durante 25 minutos mientras cuatro tipos diferentes de entregas, uno de los cuales era Uber come, recogió pedidos grandes. No podía esperar más ya que tenía que estar con mi cliente a las 9 a. M. Mi orden todavía estaba muy por debajo de lo normal, así que no habría tenido tiempo de comerlo y mucho menos tomar mi café. Me parece que priorizan los pedidos para que los pedidos en línea se hagan primero. ¡El cliente de la tienda debe esperar, esperar y esperar! ¡No es una buena manera de tratar a las personas que ponen a McDonalds donde están hoy! ¿Comida rápida? ¡Solo si haces un pedido en línea, parece!

En nuestro primer día en la zona, regresamos a la medianoche de la gira y necesitábamos comida. El macdonalds estaba abierto. La comida era rápida y buena, así como las bebidas. El personal era amable y servicial. El ambiente y la decoración eran buenos. Estaba muy ocupado a esa hora de la noche. Esta tienda nos salvó de acostarnos con hambre.

Last week it was no dipping sauce, at the weekend no chips and today no chips! Just tedious, fast food means we want things on the run. Running back to continuously hunt missing items is just poor. And yes agree with others, all cold.

today 28/12/2017 there was 2 angry beggars continually asking for money. this restaurant is not a safe place for kids to be at, management needs to be on the look out for this.

The place is very convenient if you are driving (parking free for clients) and it is a very big restaurant. Good food!!!

ok branch, mixed attitude of some staff some are grumpy and some are really friendly. get a few beggars coming in and a lot of kids hanging around.

They alow beggars to sit in there and ask everyone for change while ur eating and don't help or do nothing about it, see one staff drop a burger and still wrap it and sell it should shut down

After all this place is just a McDonalds. But the food and drinks are nice and you get served very quickly. A decent place.

Forgot the order kept repeating it then got home with 2 extra cheese burgers and the order jay had to sort it out then said we are out of coffee as it is not working

Ordered a mcflurry, ordered a few from here before and they are always good, they staff tell you if some food is vegetarian or not. Like the mozz sticks. They were fried in the chicken burger oil so that was the end of those. . .

Rude staff, very slow service, and a bit dirty to be McDonald... As i live local i use to go many times there...until this happened: one day i was to buy a cup of "Latte" and the lady (team leader aparentely) she answer me with a such of arogant face "we don't do latte,we do white coffee.do you want one?"....I said "no thank you!"... And this was the last time i've been there... Just 3-4 days before that i order 1 "wrap of the day"... After me another 2 different costumers they order theyr food, the SECOND ONE he order the same as me,but has been served before me, so i was waiting almost 20 min to get ONE wrap of the day... The cashier he didn't even notice until i said,(of course ,fairly,after the gentelmen got served,and he leaved...) than he never apologize!....I'm not expecting from McDonald staff to provide a restaurant service, but a bit less attitude, and a bit of basic knowleadge about basic deinks and food they should have... I do hospitality by the way, so i can value and make the difference between good and bad service...

The last few times we have visited the toilets have been closed to customers. Overall cleanliness is poor. Staff disinterested. Will not be returning. Have never been in a McDonald's that is of such a disappointing standard.

Service variable depending upon the staff working. Ladies loo not very clean. The whole place needs a good scrub.

How can you go anywhere in the UK and get the same standard food at McDonalds, normally the good service and nice clean restaurant, and yet this one fails at all levels. Food was rank, service useless, and the place looked filthy. I will not be back!

The work area behind the till did not appear clean. The drinks/ice cream machines were covered in marks. Very poor for a food chain like McDonald's

rude staff, lots of attitude. Very very slow service. Food was fine however while I was being served, several orders came back as wrong and the staff were constantly joking amongst themselves whilst customers were left waiting.

Went here on the 15/03/2015 Sunday, for a take away. You drive through a dark very tight tunnel around the back of the shop. No-one at the first window, so drive on. No-one at the second window? I think this must be a mistake so drive back round again. Now there is someone at the first window, who has no explanation as to why there was no one there before and doesn't even care. Takes my order like he really doesn't care and then I go to the pick up window. I wait with no one even saying hello or anything for more than five minutes and then a lady comes up with my bag and doesn't even apologise or explain the wait?Food was good as always but customer service was shocking! Need to sort this out, not what I expected from McDonalds
