McDonald's Camberwell in Southwark

Muchas gracias Samira. Fuimos atacados por un matón horrible afuera de su McDonald’s y yo estaba tan molesto como Inglaterra había perdido y yo también había perdido mi trabajo. Usted amablemente reemplazó el McDonald’s y las bebidas que un hombre nos había robado y luego me empapó. Eres el ser humano más maravilloso y nos hiciste sentir mejor de nuevo. -Muchas gracias. Cuando tenga un nuevo trabajo de nuevo (con suerte) te compraré algunas flores. Eres una heroína. Gracias y gracias McDonald’s.

Staff so rude , don’t even know where the things are and loosing orders , after more than 20’ minutes to make a ice coffee and a bacon burger , they gave me the wrong one.

Congratulations! You’ve lost another customer. I’ve been getting McDonalds delivered most lunches simply for the convenience. Straws, creamer and napkins seem to be beyond their capability despite me stating clearly in the notes! Today was the worst yet. We ordered: 1 large tea (came in a half full cup, no creamer, milk or sugar) 1 McSpicy (which wasn’t particularly and where was the promised milk?) a McSpicy meal (again no milk) a raspberry cooler (half melted, no straw) and a single cheeseburger with no ketchup (incidentally arrived slathered in the stuff, possibly to soften the elderly bun) McDonalds Camberwell clearly don’t need the business since mine is far from the first negative review and yet no one is doing anything about it! Burger King from now on for me!

Disgusting service/ rude racist staff / dirty toilet...cold fries 🍟..on other occasions I get a delivery from here .no milk sugar/sweeteners/straws when I asked to put them in

the service was great and the staff were soooo friendly. the restaurant was very Clean, its a great place for a family meal.

This place should be shut down - the majority of the staff are awful!! Like how did they get employed. Rude , unprofessional unfriendly and always shout at customers/ each other. They all look miserable in there jobs and it’s obvious by the terrible customer service they provide. Avoid McDonald’s camberwell at all cost - its a s***hole.

A staff called is very rude to staff she calls them the term ‘blind’ and calls the female staff “woman instead of their real names. Her Attitude on life stinks, and she never smiles. She should be fired, don’t let her serve you 🤬🤬

This place is really amazing; they really look after the local community especially the old who seem to get some sort of discount which is great. I had the best Quarter Pounder ever (at a Mc Donalds) last time & this time it was the best Sausage/Egg Mc Muffin. The staff are so friendly. Watch out for the druggy who tries to ponce meals off you.

As much as I dislike processed food, I have to give it to MacDonalds; they provide a much need hot meal for a certain section of society that isn't taking care of itself- poor & old. This place was full of single parents with a toddler or two & old people, & very busy at lunch time. There is table service too. We criticize these chains but at least they provide some hot food at a reasonable price. Not many other people are doing that. Apart from the that the Quarter pounder was the best I have ever had & the fries the second worst. Worst was in McDonalds, in Mysore, India. God knows what they were made of? BTW, it was better than the food at the Ivy club!

We needed food quickly, so popped in here. Standard McDonalds fare. Service was quick. Not so friendly.
