McDonald's in Tonbridge and Malling

one of the best mcdonalds i have ever been to i ordered a large big mac meal only took TWO minutes and the chips where warm like perfect warm and had perfect salt in chips that does not happen alot in most mcdonalds and the coke was so perfect i couldnt drink it and it had a play place (playland) its the same as the one near the leisure centre in colchester but the slides open me and my friend played in it and we had so much fun and the burger was so good and the staff was so nice all the bad reviews are probaly liars. i am not a bot i promise

Have visited this McDonald's several times and have always left disappointed. This is why I've decided to leave a negative review. I've yet to have a meal, whether eat-in or takeaway, that is hot/warm. Burgers, Fries and even on occasion apple pie are always lukewarm (if you're lucky 🤣). Burgers are just thrown together, falling apart and just cold. Definitely made half heartedly. Fries are usually almost cold. Food is just tasteless. Had same meal in a different McDonald's and it tasted better. Such a shame. I wouldn't leave this review, but it seems to poor quality food and not very helpful or polite staff every visit. Will try again sometime, but not expecting any improvement.

Don’t get a delivery from here, always missing food and it takes 15 days to get your money back and then you have to pay again for delivery. Rude staff as well.

Not impressed. When my husband brought our takeaway home the apple pie was missing but charged for.

I’m giving up and using Aylesford in future, the milk shake machine is non existent, and the orders are always wrong or incomplete.

I am absolutely furious with the abysmal service I received at your establishment! The audacity to serve me cold food is beyond belief. It's as if you have zero regard for your customers' satisfaction. The lack of basic culinary competence is astounding and insulting. I demand an immediate explanation and resolution to this egregious offense. This experience has left me seething with anger and utterly disappointed in your so-called restaurant.

We’ve often driven past this place and thought it looked ok. Wrong! I could not believe the poor standard of furniture. Whilst I don’t expect plush sofas in a McDonald’s, I do expect to be comfortable enough to enjoy my meal. The bench seating appeared to be made of plywood, and the size and style more suitable for a Wendy House. You are obviously not expected to get cosy and stay too long.. Food was ok. Toilet would not flush.

Service is always good and staff are friendly. Unfortunately, they often get the order wrong. The worst thing is that they often have no milkshakes, for some reason. I always cancel my entire order when this occurs.

Quick, food actually comes out hot - only used drive thru. Have other McDonald’s drive thrus that are closer to me this one is much better

Have visited the Snodland McDonald’s a number of times because it’s my nearest and I’ve tried to give them the benefit of doubt. However, each and every visit has been poor. Orders incorrect, food standard low, items missing. There seems to be a real problem recruiting good staff because other McDonald’s offer better service. McDonald’s need to get a grip on this quickly before people vote with their feet.

I have had to return my food before to this restaurant as my burger and fries had just been chucked in a bag with no thought and it there was nothing i could do with the mess i found. Hoping that they might have sorted out their issues, I picked up a Chicken select meal on my way to work and ate it at my desk 5 minutes later. Cold, soggy fries, a chicken select put together with no care, which oozed grease and a flat, tasteless cola. No wonder I never see a queue at this drive through. Is the management of this Franchise up to it?

I thought the one in Aylseford was bad but oh my gosh this one is by far the most incompetent I have ever been to. I have kids so McDonald's is a part of life, ,, "unfortunately". I have had to make numerous complaints about wrong orders and missing food on quite a few occasions. I always check my order now before I leave the window in the drive thru, and when it's wrong they expect you to go round again! 😆 I don't think so!! I have also been asked to wait in the allocated bay for a milkshake and fries, well if they can't get that to me by the time I reach the last window they must have real problems. The last straw was last night 8th March. I sat at the drive thru window for a few minutes longer than I expected and when I got my food I inspected it as I usually do, low and behold a carton of fries upsidedown!!! What the f***. Well I proper flipped. My daughter was embarrassed. All the chips were all down the side of the bag but nobody seems to care, they just gave me some more fries and said thanks for coming. Sorry state of affairs there I think. Avoid it! There is a Costa coffee drive thru next door, try that instead!
