McDonald's in County Durham

I have ordered food from here on just eat, and yet again I have received my order missing items. When trying to phone them, there is no answer. Place is a joke

Delivery is an absolute mess. My partner likes the mozzarella dippers and they always end up forgetting them so I'm constantly on to Uber Eats to issue refunds. Fries always arrive cold, mcflurry is starting to melt.

Total crap. Sick of missing items and they do nothing about it. If they do there job instead of standing around talking the job would get done.

Never again, food always cold and can never get order right in drive through. When i got home i realised half my order was missing.

Don't expect warm food. A thought the driver had given me a bag of shopping from herons by mistake. I assume the order is ready sat waiting for the delivery driver cooling. Gets put in his little bag on his bike.Stops off 2 deliveries on way. No care in what they are sending out. Minging actually 🤢

my son kieran hogarth ordered a big mac with a side of large fries and they gave him a undercooked beef patty with fries that had no salt when he asked multiple times for it

Has vastly improved. The staff upstairs were very attentive and engaging with customers.

Mc delivery so incorrect they sent me Greggs and were no help. Tried to raise a complaint and the restaurant I. Stanley does not even exist on their complaints app. Soory kids but you’re never getting a McDonald’s from me again. Atrocious in every regard. If I could give 0 I would.

Nov/Dec 24. As you go through the drive-through, there is the option on the electronic board to purchase a chicken select box. Which contains chicken selects and chicken nuggets. Yet when you go to order them, apparently that isn’t available.? Firstly, why not, all of the products that make up the share box are clearly available in store. But if the offer isn’t available, why is it being displayed and has been for at least a month now when it hasn’t been available? If you like your McDonald’s with dry buns, ingredient's you didn’t request, milkshakes without straws, nuggets without sauces, deliveries 25 minutes later than initially stated, then this is the McDonald’s for you! May I suggest for your next Monopoly game there are Actifryers as prizes so your clients can resurrect their fries. I would say for at least three out of the five last occasions I have ordered from here been an issue with the delivery being incomplete. Sometimes it’s fries, more often than not, it’s the sauces. It may not seen the end of the world, but when you order, cheese, bites, and 20 chicken nuggets, you want the sauces to complement them. Otherwise your meal is bland. Uber tell you to contact the restaurant directly if condiments missing but no one ever answers the phone there. It’s McDonald, they don’t have to try hard. We still keep going back….. 30/12:24 place an order via the McDonald’s app at 10 pm, it’s now 12 pm and I’m still waiting for delivery

It's becoming a regular thing now that order is not correct and waiting ages

My order took 3 hours and 40 minutes to arrive and everything is freezing cold. not happy at all and when reported on the app it's only give me £3 back out of a £20 order

Gave me the wrong order, some poor family has had to be delivered a meal for 1 while I got a meal for 3, the delivery driver left before I could exchange it for what I ordered

Delivered on time.Food was warm. Only thing is that I ordered 3 barbecue dips and 1 curry.But they packed all curry dips 😕

I asked 4 toys 4 kids as they want stick on Grinshill tree and got books

When placing order was told 40minutes, then they kept putting the time back! 3hours later was delivered to the wrong house! Once again to be told we will refund the money and you will have to order again! Nothing more they can do! Absolutely joke of a company and delivery service!

I went through the drive through and I just got a regular Cappuccino and a very greasy hash brown; & I base my review on this. The young ones were good on customer service.

moved the delivery time twice, i didn't receive the 9 chicken nuggets that come with the medium meal, which is becoming a habit always forgetting to put some of the order in.

my food is freezing and was 20 minutes late

They sent a chilli burger and I didn’t order the chilli one and I have an allergy to chilli so now I have a swollen throat thank you!

Absolutley fuming! I ordered a bigmac meal and received 1 burger and a dry bun. As there are NO emails for complaints to Macdonalds I will try the number I have found online as the staff in Stanley Macdonalds are far from usless and totally incompetant!!

The order was over 30 minutes late and half the order was missing. When the restaurant was phoned, they where less than helpful intact they refuse to do anying.

Order was placed at 4.30 for delivery around 5.10pm it didnt arrive until 6.41

order something doesn’t get delivered (part of the order) even tho fully sealed and JE do nothing to help you — it’s not hard to pack an order and get it correct even after sending evidence JE won’t do anything!! So basically both company’s rob you

Worst McDonalds ever there’s a reason the staff can only get a job at McDonald’s!!! Absolutely useless!!!! 45 mins sat in a parking day waiting for food!

Repeatedly things missing from orders, when you do get what youve asked for its warm at best. Never answer the phone when you call.

Was absolutely 💯 brilliant , got food fast and in summer have the park where kids can go on am sure up to the age of 12

Visited yesterday for breakfast and the upstairs dining area was IMMACULATE. The staff member was so switched on to her environment. Was soooo lovely to see well done. Credit where credits due. I'm sorry I don't her name but I did pass my comments on to thd shift manager. Lovely to see staff so passionate about their job role. Xx

Everything was perfect. Food was hot and carefully packed. The delivery driver was polite and really quick.

Driver came to the gate, stood there, then got back in his car and drove away. Didn’t even leave the food outside and he never entered the property once. He’s probably gone and ate it for himself because he hasn’t tried to ring me once! Absolutely ridiculous wasted my money.

Love McDonald's ❤️loads of outside tables so ate outside🌞 ordered big Mac and fries with latte had a bit of a wait the staff where rushed of there feet felt little sorry for them but it was worth the wait what can you say about McDonalds always good ❤️they do a amazing hash brown its my fave place for breakfast 🍔☕

Driver was two streets away, then walked to the street opposite. He started wandering back into the estate so had to shout him in the street to get him to our house. Street is clearly signposted.

no jam wityh muffin, what on earth is wrong with you people? missing items, always teh same at mcdonalds online, get better staff or someone who is not a fool and can prepare very basic items........

Missing items constantly from Stanley McDonald’s like every time I order there’s is at least 1 item or more missing I even put notes on when I order not to miss stuff n they still do! I’m always left with someone without food or half
