Outside ordered. Waited a long time for food. Good food.

Breakfast at 6:10 this morning .Full of grease and looks disgusting binned the lot😡

If you enjoy waiting round for ages then this should be your go to place I do recomend using the number on your receipt to complain, it goes to an independent office and is fed back to the store later, I got a full refund and complimentary £5 voucher. I'll be raising another complaint after my most recent purchase, fillet o fish with complimentary black stuff. They really are hopeless here, another 15 mins + wait for a fillet, get your act together please.

Burger was nice but the chips are always cold and under cooked

I received my order delivery was spot on driver was lovely food however went in bin staff can't read in this store or they are just not bothered asked for no lettuce on all burgers they all came covered with it people with allergys beware I'm done with them now won't be back!!!!!

Well positioned with an upstairs area to sit. Good position for Stanley's residents and the busy passing traffic.

Felt we waited ages in the to be served and when we got to the window the staff were more interested in talking to each other than the customers. I waited ages just to hand something back to them.

Not quick. They need more staff or a more efficient way to make food and deal with orders.

Worst ever , meal cold and then wrong order

Never again, waited for at least 40min for my order as all the staff was dealing with just eat/uber eats orders. Just mental. Might as well just close it completely for 'walk in' individual customers.

Terrible. The worst Mcdonald I've ever been. Everything was freezing cold and waited for my order 25 mins. We gave food back and got money returned. Avoid!

Ordered at the drive thru got home totally wrong order drove all the way back to get the new order got home and still the order was wrong a joke really it's not hard when you explain what the order should be face to face

If I could give zero I would. Fries like cardboard , portion sizes of said cardboard fries a joke, sauces missing what I PAID for! Fruit bags missing what i PAID for! Burgers look like they've been kicked round the floor first. The food quality is absolutely appalling now I don't know how it's still running and the staff clearly can't read an order. They NEVER get an order right . Smh, done going to maccies now its vile.

Waited 15 mins for a small portion of fries In q medium carton which were cold and a burger that looked chewed up absolute crap 😳

Worst MC Donald’s in north east hands down. Orders are wrong most of the times though and workers have bad attitude towards clients and they don’t show good behaviour. I’m sorry I had to do this but they left me with no choice but leaving this review. Thanks.

Consistently get orders wrong, it's actually astonishing how often it happens through Just Eat/Uber in particular, but even their own drive thru isn't much better. Literally just put the correct item in the bag it's not hard.

Eating in at the Stanley McDonald's is a much better experience than the drive thru. Service excellent and tables very clean.

Spending £60 for meals and getting home to discover that half was missing, cold or just not what was ordered, is disappointing. Manager's excuse of it being busy doesn't really help the end result either.

I generally pop in if in area to grab a quick bite to eat or maybe coffee & breakfast sometimes. One tip I would highly recommend you to do if going through drive through after getting order is park up & check order common complaint on social media & I’ve experienced it is wrong food or missing items & cold food so i always check saves getting home with food & being disappointed!

They got my order wrong and went out of their way to put it right and look after us. The staff were fantastic

Ordered on the app, something went wrong, order didn't go through however they took all of my rewards points as if the order had been placed. Placed the order again and paid on a different card. Food came and half the order is missing. Completely useless.

24hrs but the front door was locked when I went to collect in store, a employee came out and said they are closed for collections and only do drive through, I was still charged

Nice quick drive thru, upstairs seating is nice where downstairs feels a little cramp. They have a nice little contained play area that the little ones enjoy playing on. During current events most of it is closed but they're doing their best to provide service and stay safe. Just get there quick after the school run or they'll be a bit of a queue.

The food is rushed to put together opened a burger and it was just a mess fries cold. The only good thing is the staff for what they have to put up with they are fantastic

Bought a milk shake with my meal but it had obviously been stood a while as it was just a 3/4 cup of flavoured milk when I got home just 3 minutes drive away. Really not happy.

The worst McDonalds I’ve ever been in. Priority given to online orders, do t expect to be served in store in any sort of reasonable time for a fast food place. Asked a member of staff about the wait time and the response was “what do you want me to do about it”. Very rude and won’t be back

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the country they cannot get the orders correct how hard is it to read from a screen and place the correct items in a bag every single time (and this is no joke) I've ordered from here there's a full meal missing or a burger or a drink it's never correct this all comes down to management or the lack of it the franchisee clearly doesn't care either as they would have them sacked by now as I'm sure there's more than me has problems see the reviews I will be staying clear from now on as when you do have a problem McDonald's wipe there hands of it and.pass you onto Uber cheats who then keep you hanging on the phone for 40 minutes whilst then when you get through they offer you a £5 voucher to spend the next time its a complete joke.

there are more than 10 orders made and the staff does not bring them to the drivers, they sit in the kitchen and do nothing, I waited for more than an hour with them made today at 15:00

Wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve been waiting so long here my order has gone off the app. Would say I’ll never come here again but I’ll probably still be here by the time you’re reading this. Someone tell my family I love them and I’m sorry I went out for a McCrispy and never came home

Some people need to differentiate between delivery issues (just eat etc) and issues encountered attending the business. The food is standard McDonald's, it's clean and the staff were friendly & efficient. I've had one delivery order which wasn't great, cold/squashed. so I collect it myself when needed, and I've never had an issue.

Lovely modern McDonalds with two levels, which is rare for a stand-alone store! There is also seating outside + drive-thru. The Food is delicious and hot. Staff are polite and efficient. This is the best Mcdonalds i have ever been too!

The food is never hot unless on occasions they ask you to park up and bring it out

Placed an order on the app, which didn't arrive courtesy of the pathetic excuse uber eats that they use from the macdonalds app, they sent a photo of the delivered order to the completely wrong address and won't refund us because they say its been delivered well not to us it hadn't, a complete waste of time, the restaurant might be OK if you were to go in but I can't vouch for that as havnt been in, but please be warned don't order through the app for delivery

Waited at bay 2 for 15 minutes no queue left, went inside apparently orders had been mixed up so our is getting cooked now, offered some desserts as compensation. Got home not desserts or sauces in the bag.

Stanley McDonalds more often than not gets your order wrong or makes you wait an unnecessary amount of time for food, which will then be cold. Yet the takeaway orders are ready to go when delivery drivers come to collect. Customer service is nonexistent. After 6 years of being open the staff perform like opening week. Unsure and slow.

Probably the best McDonald’s we’ve had in a long time ! The fries were perfect! Hot and very tasty and my Big Mac was exactly how it should be, well done to all the staff at Stanley McDonalds 😀😀😀😀

It has improved alot since opening, when it opened they never got orders right and would forget stuff. Including the burger from the inside of a bigmac. But it is definitely better now

Every time I make an order for delivery from this store through the McDonald’s app, they miss off items from my order. Every time. Today it was the steakhouse burger and it’s not cheap. Tried ringing the store. Pointless they never answer and you can’t get a refund through the app

Clean, tidy, and staff are friendly. Food is becoming overpriced for what it is, however, and the presentation isn't the greatest. I'm not expecting Michelin starred food but for the sake of us all. Make it look like a burger!

This place is absolutely rank. The food is always cold, and the staff seem under trained and out of there depth how you can't keep chips hot and can't cook burgers is beyond me. I will never use this place or any other McDonald's for that matter again. This place should be shut untill they gain staff that can run this place how it should run

Can’t get a simple order right the food is cold when it comes they forgot everything they send stuff that has the wrong ingredients told me to “get a refund” like no I wasn’t my food you got it wrong I should get new food AND a refund pathetic and they don’t pay attention whatsoever.

You had a table and I wacked my head off it now I have a lump. How dare you put a table in a food environment however they did bring me sauce in return for an apology so it's okay (however minus a star for only one slice of cheese) oh and no pickles xoxoxo

If you like your McDonald’s with dry buns, ingredient's you didn’t request, milkshakes without straws, nuggets without sauces, deliveries 25 minutes later than initially stated, then this is the McDonald’s for you! May I suggest for your next Monopoly game there are Actifryers as prizes so your clients can resurrect their fries. I would say for at least three out of the five last occasions I have ordered from here been an issue with the delivery being incomplete. Sometimes it’s fries, more often than not, it’s the sauces. It may not seen the end of the world, but when you order, cheese, bites, and 20 chicken nuggets, you want the sauces to complement them. Otherwise your meal is bland. Uber tell you to contact the restaurant directly if condiments missing but no one ever answers the phone there. It’s McDonald, they don’t have to try hard. We still keep going back…..

Wasn't great, I waited at the order machine whilst a few cars came and went on the other one, I eventually just drove in and ordered at the window, The staff were nice but the chicken wrap was a little tough and left part of it, not the greatest experience I'm afraid.

McDonald's has changed It used to be about fast friendly service when stores were run by McDonald's. Now they're run by franchisees, the standards have plummeted.

This has hands down got to be the worst McDonald’s!! It should be shut down!! Not a single time I have ordered from there have a I had warm/hot food or the correct items. Also had items missing every time. They need to retrain their staff. They need to do quality checks on their food. They need to be able to read!! The whole place is incompetent!!!

Placed order at 12pm and still waiting for delivery at 2pm..,... I did call at 1pm to be told the order was with a driver and wouldn't be long so I wait then call back at 2pm to be told it has not even been prepared yet..... I get it's only a food order but this place is shocking and should not be flying the McDonald's flag the manager should be let go as clearly it's not managed

Bad example of a MacDonalds, staff were terrible, service diabolical, my meal was ready for over 5 minutes before they gave it to me, could actually see it, but no staff serving as they were all making up orders. Then when I asked they were rude, eventually got cold food, so limp chips and soggy burger. By this point I'd lost the will to live. Cue everyone else behind me now pointing at their food, that mine, that's mine.

Ate in tonight couldn't be fussed eating in the car as you have to get out again to bin the rubbish, burger was not in the bun all round, normally I would put that down to the delivery, but no big deal, I thought it was going to be dry as you couldn't see any sauce, turned out there was some that hadn't slipped out with the burger 😂, so all was fine.

Shocking ordered on just eat over and hour and a half delivery time kept getting pushed back unable to get in contact with anyone. Contacted just eat via their form, it said they will get back to me in a few days what a joke. There was no option to cancel. I would avoid at all costs.

Did the click and collect where you order is brought to the car,this took much longer than I expected,the sausage and egg muffin was burnt half way across bun and sausage, and hot chocolate was like piss not very good at all.

Poor service beyond belief… A van was in front of us for what seemed quite some time… Our turn and no the wonder, 3 attempts to get an order with 3 meals wrong and still was wrong after being told to drive to the next window and view it on the screen and had to say order for the 4th time!!!! Don’t know where they are getting staff from but senior management needs to have a look at this branch for immense poor service. Would rather go Hungry than go through that again. Many more reviews with same issues 🤔

Don't bother getting a Just Eat delivery from here, you will never get the right items. We have ordered from Just Eat here a fair number of times now and we have NEVER received the correct items or we have had things missing - you wont get any sauces at all. Whoever deals with the delivery packing on a Sunday morning needs to have words with themselves. Why would I order a jam muffin but you send no jam...
