Never received order. Lied and said it was delivered when it wasn’t.

Every time I order they get the order wrong

I waited an hour and a half for my food to arrive. When it finally did, half my order was not there. I ordered a sandwich and cookies. I only got the cookies.

Food came really cold and was very late. Very disappointed

Food was 45 mins late and was freezing cold no good at all 😂

driver first of all was parking up around the wrong end of durham with our food, food arrived, sandwiches were poorly made with very little meat in them, food was cold. Missing two drinks from three meals and a side of waffle fries. i don’t understand how you can mess an order up this bad- worst place i have ever ordered from.

Half of our order was missing. We did not get our sides and most of the food we did receive was wrong.

The food came stone cold and the sandwiches were not toasted !!

sent the wrong food, tried ringing the shop to no reply..want a refund on the order spent £28 and the food which came was worth £10/15 max

i ordered my food at 7:40 however i didn’t receive my food until 9:55

Didnt realise i ordered a vegetable sandwich for £12, Philli cheese steak non existent wont be using this service again.

Only complaint is that the delivery was short a chocolate cookie, Dr Pepper and bag of crisps.

I order cheese and herb bread but didnt receive. Also no mayonnaise on the item as requested.

Sent the wrong order drinks wise forgot to add the nachos I was charged for also put things on the subway that was not requested and had allergies against extremely dissatisfied

Staff incompetent, apparently totally un-trained. Food adequate.

No fault of the driver as he been giving 3 different orders to go to himself as he said when delivering the food as he apologised for the delays as my order time kept going up every 10 minutes not only has it arrives stone cold its not wrapped proper

Arrrggghhhh. Why! I order for kids and it takes more than an hour to arrive. This happens so often.

Got a nice hand written letter in the delivery letting me know they didn’t have gluten free bread so had put it on normal bread. If you don’t have gluten free bread then don’t supply it on normal bread? What kind of brain damage do you have to have to think that’s gonna fly?? Why not try a salad bowl? Something that doesn’t have the thing in you’ve specifically requested you want to avoid? There are 2 other subways locally I could have ordered from. Maybe learn basic stick control?

Could do with abit more salad in the subways

I was given ready salted crisps instead of quavers but other than that can't fault it.

Shocking service & delivery time. Food was delivered over 3 hours after order placed and arrived cold. Tried to call Subway multiple times to check status of order and no answer. Really think Just Eat should have a number to contact especially if an order is 3 hours late... not good at all

Meal didn't even turn up. the price you pay for this things you expect at least decent service.

Ordered at 14:00 delivered two hours later. Rang the restaurant five times without answer. Requested refund prior to food leaving the restaurant. SHOCKING!

I placed my order around 13:20, delivery time got pushed back 4 times, i called their number 6 times and no one answered, food came at 15:17, not toasted, cookie was rock solid, nachos had more jalapeños than doritos, and even better, the sandwhich wasn’t even cut in half which is the most hardest thing to forget. Never ordering from here again i nearly had a kid, a wife and a house payed for in the time it took for the sandwhich to come.

I could not fault Darren, his customer service was second to none. In my opinion, he deserves all the praise available.

I came in tonight after a 13 hour shift. While I understand that this establishment is busy after midnight every night, the attitude of the "manager" was appalling. I was at the till paying and the "manager" on duty jumped in and accused me of "taking" 2 packets of Crisps. Had he stepped back and waited for me to speak, he would have heard that I said I had 2 packets of Crisps and my order however he accused me of taking them. I'd like to point if that the young gentleman who made my order was amazing and super friendly. The "manager" however completely embarrassed me and had such an angry demeanor! Never been so insulted by someone who looks like they can't be bothered with customers and should definitely not work in the hospitality industry!

Thought it was a delivery am house bound

Ordered over an hour before it arrived. Then had to go out to the car for the food absolutely ridiculous!!

Seems quite varied experiences, but in my experience the food was great! I asked the lady behind the counter to serve me anything but olives and jalapenos and the sandwich was fantastic! Accompanied by the fabulous customer service!

Incapable of following any order requests. Food arrived cold and not toasted again. Order at another subway as this one is terrible

Wrong items and sub is cold not driver fault

I even put a reminder in the notes to put regular Pepsi 1.25L in and not to put max in since they often do that and they still gave me Pepsi max instead

22.34 23/11 guy dropped cheese in with chicken and put it back in the cheese. Did mention it but nothing was done

Tasted great, however bread wrong on one sandwich, one drink wrong. Also vegan items packed with non vegan food.

i ordered with sauce and it came with no sauce. i also only ordered lettuce and it came with jalapeños on it also

This is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered my food 2 hours ago and when it finally comes one of the sandwiches is wrong and was not toasted and we also got an incorrect bag of crisps this is not acceptable

Never had any complaints here. Small Subway, not the only one in the City, may compliment a pub crawl as it's open late.

Food has arrived cold. The cheesy bites are freezing and also cookie is missing from the meal deal. This is the second time I've had issues with this shop. Normally everything is great

Sub squashed to point it resembles road kill as pop was dumped on top of it, wrong pop sent even though I had paid extra for the one I selected. Expect better !

Completely wrong order & didn’t do anything about it when I complained, no refund or anything.

The food was late and I asked for it toasted and it was not.

Great food, loved it. Had a margherita slice along with mozzarella cheese in Italian bread. The person there wasn't that great and accidentally put some tomato sauce, that'd go on a pizza for example, in my sandwich. I said it was fine as I didn't want to cause a hassle, which I'm glad I did, it was probably the best sandwich I've had in my life, the margherita slice was also good.

Asked for a footlong but got a 6inch instead.

Missing items again, it's everytime you order an extra cookie, cake or side it's not put in the order. Waiting again on a refund for missing items.

The sandwiches were lovely but I've only given 4 stars because I really wanted sweet chilli crisps and salt and vinegar crisps and I was sent prawn cocktail crisps and quavers instead so I was really disappointed with that.

Awful sandwich. Wrong type of cheese, stone cold after I asked for it toasted. Cheese wasn't melted so clearly wasn't toasted

Ordered a build your own salad containing only - lettuce, spinach, sweetcorn, red onion, tomato, cucumber, cheese and tuna - they failed to add both the spinach and the sweetcorn, was disappointing

Sandwich wasn’t in the wrapper and filling had all fallen out. Only ended up eating half as it was just too messy and ended up being dry.

We received the complete wrong order, tried to call the shop but no answer. We had to report through just eat and send pictures of the incorrect items. What turned out to be a day got worse upon opening the sandwich’s, they looked like they got dropped kicked and sat on by rikishi. Maybe we made someone else’s day better by saving them from the monstrous horror we uncovered.

Got a meal deal, no nachos, both sandwiches wrong in multiple ways, chicken instead of vegan steak, no sauce on either, wrong cheese and bread on both. No 1.7lt 7up, instead a 500ml mountain dew, 2 cookies instead of 3 & not the type ordered, random bag of ready salted crisps, no sauces for hash browns, and the cheesy bites were stone cold.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE salad missing from salad box and items missing from sandwiches

theyve messed up the order, the second time in a row ordering and they cant even put the correct pack of crisps or pop in the bag

Ordered 3 sandwiches. 1 footlong steak & cheese but only got a 6 inch. Also a vegi delight and meatball marinara, none included cheese and the vegi delight was not toasted. So ordered 3 sandwiches and you got them all wrong. This is the second time running that our order has been wrong.

Salad was wrong there was no double meat in salad, peppers and tomatoes looked off, no drink was delivered with the meal, won’t be ordering from that Subway Again!!!! Absolute Joke

The quality of the items we received was very good but we were missing 3 items. After notifying justeat, one of the orders were reimbursed which rectified the matter.

Blown away by how many extra pickles we received, so so happy!! and rather than skipping cookies that weren't available they sent extras of another. Excellent service and really friendly driver brightened our day up while stuck at work over christmas!
