New layout isn't nearly as good as the old one but no change in quality or efficiency

The worst service. Ordered through App and something was missing. I phoned the restaurant and they replied: Not our problem" Told me to phone the receipt number but this one is missing.

Ordered 2 meals through drive through waited 20 minutes for them to give us the wrong bag of food, finally gave us our meals and they were flat cold

no dips again that's not fair at all they said they were not looking into it cos they were free items but they are what makes your meal a good one. MC Donald's getting away with this too much so everyone should complain about it then something might be done about it. it's rushing and not doing your job properly that's why you always see jobs for MC Donald's cos no one stays.

Absolutely appauling ordered over an hour ago and it’s freezing!!

this review is not for the delivery driver it is for Just eat, once again I had missing items on my order. I receive an email to say no refund, this so the second time in a row for this restaurant to miss items and Just eat to refuse a refund. The most frustrating part is the automatic responses you get from cs, they give no explanation to why other than looking at your previous orders, what does that have to do with this order missing items? punishing the customer for the restaurant mistake

Forgot one of the meals, and the other two meals were cold very poor

The restaurant got the order wrong and I had an upset child, not good enough and I will not order again !

Once again paid items missing from order. How much are McDonald’s cashing in on not sending items out that are paid for as it seems to be every order and the some on every review. Maybe this is done on purpose to make more profit?!

The chips were very cold and not fresh at all.

Still in shock. Nothing missing and hot. Have rang them, and they have apologised, spoken to the staff members, and assure me normal service will resume next time. As compensation, they have promised to not send any sauces for the next 6 months.

Delivery time changed around half a dozen times, and by the time it did get here it was so cold the fries weren’t even edible.

Got the wrong order me and my children ordered £23.60 of food and we received a McFlurry and a drink of cola

Again wrong order,too busy thinking about other things in there lives, young knobs who can't get up and be bothered to some effort in at work.

My nan now has diabetes because of this food and she’s rolling down the stairs

Food was clap cold, fries were stale.

It was like they looked at the order and thought 'you'll get what you're given'. Meal was tepid at best. No ordered condiments came with the meal and the burger still came with pickle and none of the extras.

Had no sausage come with my pancakes !!!

Terrible. Food was late and then ridiculously cold.

I have ordered several times from Mother Hubbard and really enjoyed the food and the got the order correct. This time however, I had ordered chips with gravy but here was no gravy and an extra tub of gravy and that was also missing. I’m hoping it was a glitch because I really like their food.

Cold food and food took a while to come

Every time I have something delivered to my home address at Cherry Hills, the driver goes to the wrong street despite me adding the name to the description. The food then always arrives over 30 minutes late and is really cold which has happened on the last 3 orders to my house!

Fantastic service everything came that I ordered which was brilliant as it was a £60 order!

And yet again, my drink is missing and my kids ice cream. Also sent cola instead of chocolate milkshake. Don't know why I order from here.

My recent experience at McDonald's was disappointing. The food, while convenient, is notoriously unhealthy, loaded with excessive fats, sugars, and preservatives. To make matters worse, the service was frustrating. The staff seemed unqualified, with many of them appearing to be inexperienced and unsure of what they were doing. Orders took far too long to prepare, even for something as simple as fries or a burger. Overall, the combination of poor service and unhealthy food made the visit less than enjoyable.

Went wrong way, came cold want a refund till it starts coming the right way to my house than getting lost all the time!

he went to the wrong address I watched him and he didn't park in my car park he parked on the street across from my house

Horrendous as usual, now just eat won’t refund me after nearly half my order was missing yet again. Basically stealing money from customers, the service is horrendous how hard is it to put a burger in a bag and count 4 sweet and sour sauces. Please stop employing pudding

Wrong meal sent,ordered 2 x double sausage and egg McMuffin meals(both no cheese or butter,one came with butter on the other with cheese on,looked like it had just been thrown together with no identifying sticker saying preferences etc . Poor standards that,too much hassle to send back etc,won’t be ordering again from McDonald’s.its the only takeaway I have problems with on just eat,can’t give less than 1 star unfortunately

I ordered cheese burgers for my kids. and ended up with chicken nuggets. mine and my partner milkshake was missing. and the food was flat cold.

Don't bother going here. If using the drive thru go to the one next to Asda.

Really bad this time round. Chips and mozzarella dippers had hardly seen the fryer. Chips were anaemic, cold and no salt. Mozzarella dippers the cheese was hard inside. The chicken big mac had clearly been sat under heat lamp for a while.

the delivery driver was yet again going to the wrong house number mine is 1 and he was delivering to 2 it clearly states when I placed my order its num 1

I was waiting over a hour for my food. Rung them and they said it had not gone through properly but they could see it on their system. They guaranteed that it would be delivered soon. Then it said on our order delivered but nothing. £17 wasted

Generally not bad but my complaint is that hot chocolate is usually not available.

The food here was really nice compared to other mcdonalds ive been to. All the food was hot and fresh and there wasn't much wait for the food either. The presentation of the food was good compared to other restaurants ive been too and it wasn't just slapped together it looked like was made with care. I will definitely be visiting again

Was cold didn’t come on time want my money back!

The food was flat cold the drinks were flat and the pop had leaked through the bag and ended up all over.

Everything in order was wrong I ordered chicken share box,two double quarter pound cheese burgers , mozzarella sticks share box , chicken sandwich and mc fluffy. What we got was a Philly stack and veggie wrap probably £10 worth of food and I spent £38. Only thing they got right was the McFlurry.

Chips are cold my daughter doesn’t like chicken nuggets and they sent an happy meal with chicken nuggets in it. It was meant to be a cheeseburger and the big Mac was poor.

How?? how can you specifically order something without sauce, it's packaging states no sauce and then open and bite into it ... to find it's covered in sauce? I don't understand how you can get something so simple, so wrong. I've waited to treat myself to this and you ruined it and I can't order another because it's gone 11. I hope you stub your toe and then stand on a plug.

Abysmal service. Ordered 2 meals, 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 McChicken sandwiches and some mozarella sticks. Didnt get any of that delivered, instead we got some chicken nuggets, a burger and some sauce. Ridiculous

I ordered my burger with no pickles it came with pickles on it the chips came and they were not cooked properly all the food that came was cold clap cold it look like the whole order was just thrown together not happy with it and not eating cold food

yet again absolutely stone cold was terrible

Food turned up an hour late stone cold, me and the mrs had to bin the food. Also our drinks were upside down, when I took the bags off of the delivery driver, one of the bags were leaking badly and would’ve split if we didn’t grab the bag from underneath which meant we had no drinks and donuts as they were all soggy from the drinks.

don't order from here. for once it would be nice to order and it all be there. always missing main burger. honestly not worth the time as they can't send it out. spend your money elsewhere

It wasn’t delivered at all, despite it showing as delivered, we are fuming and have to order again and there is no one available to sort this out now so we won’t even get reimbursed

Delivery time was good but food was cold and non of our desserts turned up.

I keep trying to order from McDonalds hoping to get a complete delivery but alas no, not this time either! Repeatedly no salsa with my mozzarella cheese dippers! It’s a thing guys, dippers with salsa, but no none came. So annoying because it’s not a one off. Milkshake ordered but no straw, is that a thing? Do you still get a straw with a drink? Both things may seem trivial but it’s every time there’s something wrong! Oh and food was average, burger looked like it had been thrown in the box 🥺
