McDonald's in North Hertfordshire

1st order i made got cancelled so made a 2nd one and the driver turned up with the wrong items, tried to refund and have had nothing back. will not be using just eat again

The order was 50 minutes late and cold

You missed off a whole burger so I’m now reordering and having to pay double delivery fee

The food was ordered the same time as another company in Hitchin. There was 35 minutes difference in it arriving and was stone cold. Complained and got £1.57 refund on a £15+ order . Unbelievable!!

Everything was cold, Chios like soggy paper. Absolute rubbish. Seems like food has been sitting somewhere waiting for someone to come. Absolutely rubbish food

I always look forward to my breakfast meal it is nice to have a change from a sandwich and porridge.

1hr 30mins to deliver from a McDonalds 10mins away is fairly annoying.

Delivery man was very nice, and my fries were warm lol. It's not easy to keep fries warm, so I am very impressed and grateful that the delivery driver was so prompt.

drinks fell over in the delivery bag causing all my food to be soggy and not edible, i didnt fancy coca cola all over my mcdonalds, due to the drivers driving skills, theres no way those drinks were packed lying down in the bag, not happy at all, chips cold and soggy as well, ordered this for dinner as had a long day at work and this is the service i get? j want a full refund

My sister ordered this for my birthday and I couldn't eat my meal they added extra everything in my bigmac when it said on it only lettuce and cheese and the chips were stone cold worst food I have ever ate

Cold food. Mostly inedible, ruined the kids treat.

The drive through is a joke. The staff are concentrating on the deliveroo/just eat drivers so be prepared for a long wait. So much for fast food 🙄🙄

The driver was outside I opened the door and he left and didn’t come back until it was an hour late

We waited for half an hour for the food to be prepared and after we went to the order counter everything was brought out to us in a bag and cold. We did not order food to go but they decided that we ordered food to go. We were very unhappy. I do not recommend eating here.

I had a takeaway meal from my local McDonald’s which I must admit was only 15 minutes walk away when I got my meal which was mc chicken sandwich fries and 6 chicken nuggets when it arrived the whole meal was freezing cold I rang them straight up they said there is nothing they can do it’s up to the delivery driver my god they won’t even take responsibility for there meals just letting you know they have just sent me a email they will give me £3 back for inconvenience my god the meal was £16 well you no what McDonald’s you can stick your £3 where the sun don’t shine please be careful when ordering home delivery

Awful management i ordered a plain quarter pounder on app provided receipt and they didnt let me change it when they got my order wrong I wouldnt recommend this mcdonalds , the food is ussally cold. And last time I went there was a hole in my patty when I ordered the big mac

Delivery time was said to be 45 minutes the arrival time changed twice and we ended up waiting an hour and a half for the food to arrive when it did arrive the food was cold and because it was late we hardly had any time to eat it as it didn’t fit in with the time we expected it to arrive

My delivery was ordered on time but the hot drink has spilled in the bag leaving a mess on my front door the food soaked in coffee

The drinks were spilled inside the bad and was dripping when we received the order.

the burger was cold and so was the apple pie. delivery was bad I'm disabled and in a wheelchair I struggled to collect it from the front door as driver never rang the door bell even though the did ring me tonsay he was outside.no straw to drink the drink no spoon for the dessert very disappointed

Food arrived STONE COLD and missing a Triple Cheeseburger. I monitored the delivery and from the restaurant to me was 25 mins. Excelled at underperforming

Used the drive thru on 19/11 @ 7am, now you'd usually expect quick service, not here ordered a sausage and egg muffin paid went to 2nd window to be told there'd be a wait as they'd need to cook more patties how can a kitchen manager not be on top of his/her game to realise that there's nothing ready. On the plus side at least I didn't consume the crap got a refund and went to support a local cafe. Shame on me for going here in the 1st place

Food was cold. No dips again. Delivery kept changing.

Driver dropped drinks, didn’t even tell us, handed bag and walked off, drinks leaked all over carpet, not impressed, food was warm but not great

really disappointing, the order was late and COLD!

It took our food nearly 2 hours to arrive and when it did it was cold. Our original arrival time was 5:35 and it didn’t get here until 6:40 we ordered it at 5:06. It is ridiculous when we ordered food at a specific time because of our job we can’t leave the building.

Order never arrived waited 2 hours continuously checking the app, then all the sudden it said it had been delivered an hour ago? By this time no where else was open 🙃

Food has not arrived. Order at 12:35 and its now 3pm and nothing has arrived. Shocking service as the tracker says preparing order and has been for the past 2 hours

Delivery time was changed twice and when the food did arrive the chips were very cold and.needed to be put in the air fryer.. having spent over £30, it’s not something I will be doing again

I love salad was so hungry getting home from Dialsis the chickkn was so tender and the ice cream was a liblvely treat happy customer xx

My food was under everyone else’s, everything was completely cold, my oasis had spilled in the drivers bag and he didn’t apologise or anything. My house is a 6 min drive from mcds and he took 40 mins

The delivery driver was great, he was very apologetic, from the app delivery driver was at mc Donald’s for a long time waiting for the food. Took just under a hour from me ordering the food to receiving it. When I got the food it was cold.

First time using just eat as we usually go through the drive thru or eat in but on this occasion we ordered via just eat, food arrived on time but was stone cold! and the worst concern was a hair in one of the burgers!, not impressed at all as usually we never have a problem but this time was very off putting.

The order that turned up was not mine someone else had my delivery this is socking on how they deal with things just take one delivery food gets there hotter and no customer disappointment

The delivery was fine and the driver was polite and everything. But please tell your drivers that the insulation in the bags only works when the bag is actually zipped shut!

Waited almost an hour for food to be delivered for it then to be all stone cold, chewy chips and cold burgers not happy and not the first time. Service needs to improve!!

Delivery time kept going up on the app so it arrived when it said! Tracking only came on when the delivery driver was almost outside, must have been doing other deliveries on his way, worst of all our food was completely cold.

Great delivery super quick and hot tasty food

Food was very cold, didn't expect fries etc to be hot but they were far away from even being warm. The burgers were also cold. Salsa sauces for mozzarella sticks was also missing

Missing my apple pie order for two yet charged

getting a phone to cancel my order because of driver only having 1 hot bag. order got pushed back a hour 20mins... phoned back and they said my food was ready and will just sit on the side till driver turned up.... food ended up sitting there for a hour so when got order was cold mc flurry was just a drink just terrible... head office have told staff not to remake order because it cost money! the lady on phone was polite and wasn't her fault just doing what she's told to do! DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!

Once upon a time, mcdonalds used to be fast and cheap. Now they're overpricd and very slow.

After a member of staff from Mc Donald’s called to say a item wasn’t available and they will replace with something else when it arrived items were missing and remaining food was cold spoke to mc Donald’s and said they can’t do anything contact u

I ordered at 8:30 and it got delivered at 10 super cold and missing items

This is the first time my McDonald’s has been delivered hot, and the chips are still hot, which is amazing. The driver was very polite and very quick service.
