Worst service from the crew member they don’t even respect and delivery people as well as customers they ignore and keep on waiting to take an order worst never ever visit this store

Witnessed a member of staff throw drinks ect on the floor on purpose 3 times to bully another member of staff and make them clean it up. Work place bullying is not acceptable!!!!! Disgusting behaviour!

Perfect for ‘working from home’ whilst car got MOT round the corner.

The food arrived hot, which makes a refreshing change.

The mcmuffing was super greasy and it looks as though they had trouble with the construction of said item. The toilet facilities are well worth a visit if you are looking to spot a wild skid mark. 10/10

Missing a breakfast wrap meal, took well over an hour for the delivery to be delivered. Courier apologised and said they were waiting for the food

It’s mostly been good when I have my delivery but I have had a couple of times when it has been cold and not very nice when I have opened it up , it’s been a bit messes and I hav’nt been able to eat it . But I do love my McDonald . Thank u

I recently visited this place and was extremely disappointed with the rude behavior of the staff. The employees were unprofessional, lacked basic customer service skills, and made my experience unpleasant. I expect better service from a well-known brand like McDonald's. This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable, and I hope management takes action to improve staff training and behavior. Very disappointing!"

Was cold and nasty mccrispy was missing

Fries were cold and tasted like cardboard, while the burgers nice and hot. That says it wasn't the delivery driver but the restaurant at fault rather than delivery driver. Very disappointed and will never order via delivery again.

Needs fixing ASAP. It's awful compared to the Hitchin one

Order submitted at 5:20pm, not delivered until 7pm after initial expected delivery time of 6:15pm… 4 drinks ordered, 3 drinks arrived none that i ordered! Chips half empty and all cold! No sauces that i ordered. Request full refund… horrible service all round

Driver gave us the wrong order in one of the bags but luckily we noticed before he left. Everything else was fine after that.

Worst Macdonald ever better to go to the one in Hitchin . I ask if it’s possible to have more Oreo in my McFlurry and they told me no we can’t “with the machine it’s just once “ I told of course you can in all Macdonald they can add if there is not enough. And of course they can put more Oreo or any more napping if there is not enough. Seriously better to drive 10min more to go to Hitchin Macdonald.

Ordered at 9:59 original delivery time was 10:20-10:40. Arrived 11:08 and food was cold.

Time constantly changed, once delivered drinks all on there side, bag full of the drinks.

Jack the shift manager at Letchworth McDonalds is simply the most helpful and friendly restaurant staff member. When I asked about restocking the colour crayons for the children, he immediately got it sorted himself, making a lot of kiddies happy, including mine. And several days later, he coincidentally picked up the phone when I called the restaurant about some very precious, sentimental lost property, my late nanny’s engagement ring. Jack kindly gave me a lot of his time over the phone trying to help. He even looked through CCTV of different cameras at the time of my visit to help try and solve the case, never making me feel like I was burdening him, just doing what he could because he understood how important it was to me. He’s just a really great person and hospitality employee! I hope higher uppers at McDonalds see this!

The Evening Shift Manager Named Jake, I guess he got Deaf Problem, he just simply stand at the till when no is there, when the customer arrive he jsut simply walked inside, when customers and delivery driver’s calling him, he didnt even care about the standing people at the till, in my opinion Manager has to take care of all the staff and customer’s. I Hope it won’t happen again. Thank you

Ordered my food today through McDelivery, only for me to receive half of the food. I am not quiet happy at all. And this is not the first

So apparently this Mcdonalds flies on its own!!! According to one of the managers - a Nicole Parish is a Business Manager and they state that a Ketchup is ONLY allowed PER MEAL... not per burger/hash brown - etc - and apparently ANY extra are charged. under the authority of Nicole Parish - at a cost of 50p.. Where is this on their menu? their website? - is this part of the franchise agreement? Pretty sure the receipts never print out on the machine to ensure you dont get the feedback request at the top...- another little scam by this franchisor? I will certainly be finding out...

Considering the McDonald’s is fast food and the restaurant was only 10 mins away, we ordered at 22:30 and we didn’t receive our food until gone 23:15. When we placed the order it said 10-25 minute delivery time. Thankfully the food was still warm, but not hot like we had hoped. A bit disappointed.

Went for meals one evening. Good service and clean facilities. Staff attentive to customers' needs. Attended by a good variety of ages and classes.

I had to pay for delivery fee and service charge on this order even though it was a reorder for missing items on my original order. Not impressed

Went 20th December 2024. I normally have to go to this one as it is the nearest to work. The service is horrific most times. I tried to order a wrap and asked to swap the mayo to the vegan one. They said no. Then order a quarter pounder with cheesy bites. They call my number and walked off before I could ask for sauces. After a minute someone came out and I asked. When I got to my car there was no cheesy bites. Advice don't go to this mcdonalds

Absolutely awful service. Long wait .no one at drive through window. Had to get out my car and walk back to pay. Then after leaving drive through found no straws for our kids to drink the drinks.

The food was ordered the same time as another company in Hitchin. There was 35 minutes difference in it arriving and was stone cold. Complained and got £1.57 refund on a £15+ order . Unbelievable!!

drinks fell over in the delivery bag causing all my food to be soggy and not edible, i didnt fancy coca cola all over my mcdonalds, due to the drivers driving skills, theres no way those drinks were packed lying down in the bag, not happy at all, chips cold and soggy as well, ordered this for dinner as had a long day at work and this is the service i get? j want a full refund

Delivery man was very nice, and my fries were warm lol. It's not easy to keep fries warm, so I am very impressed and grateful that the delivery driver was so prompt.
