Pleasant staff, the place was clean and there's an outside play area for children

Absolutely disgusting that the driver can’t find his way to my address. My order was cancelled and I have to wait 5-15 days for my money back. The treat that my kids had been promised not only didn’t come but couldn’t be replaced as I now don’t have the money.

Fast food was fast, tasted like crap but it is what it is 🤷🏻‍♂️

Awful McDonald's! Definitely go to one of the other local options. They regularly serve up cold food and substandard s portions.

I did frequent here until recently. I'm not sure what happened, but the quality of food and the speed of service both dropped very suddenly. I'd be waiting longer each time and sometimes food feels rushed or left in the heater too long. Most recently got my nephew a happy meal and it took 20 minutes to prepare. The fries were a little undercooked but the chicken nuggets were stale and nearly cold. Hopefully it gets resolved, we used to like coming here

We waited two hours for our delivery, some of the food was for our children. Won’t be using this again, won’t be recommending either.

Super Quick delivery driver. SO much better than the last guy who delivered another drop off last time before coming back to us (he actually went PAST us to first drop off), before hurling our cold food at the door and running back to his car before I got to complain - and he got a £2 tip!!!!! ordered around 09:00 didn't arrive until 10:27. Time just kept increasing with no explanation.

Their app takes the order in Letchworth but then I get a receipt for a Hitchin order. Nobody wants to take ownership so I need to double pay so I get my family to eat without going through a huge scene. Nobody is owning my £24 refund.

Everything was correct except no happy meal box with the nuggets or toy that was ordered yet had the melon bag and drink for the happy meal. Also none of the dips that were ordered with the nugget happy meal or the mix and match were in the order or

when food arrived the drink had fallen over and soaked the food

15 mins late & freenzing cold got thrown in the bin

Order was collected at 12.58 as per the sticker on the bag, was delivered stone cold and inedible at 14.01, want a full refund.

Never received my order. Wouldn’t have minded if I was offered a replacement but instead have to wait 5 days for a refund.

Good food but a few problems. The packages for the food for example the fires box were poorly put together. There was a screen that people play for hours rather than eating their food. The service was bad. Once I had a chunk bitten out of my patty when it was delivered. Apart from these problems, overall decent food and nice seats. Cleaning services were decent.

The fries were quite cool and the chicken nuggets only just warm. considering how hot the weather is it was surprising

Didn’t receive the dips with nuggets. Again. Driver also appeared to go past our house and go somewhere else out of the way so it was another 10 minutes before we got our food - which was now lukewarm at best. NOT GOOD.

Came here as my son chose it for his 10th birthday, when the food finally arrived I had to take my drink back as it was flat watery syrup, burger and fries were soggy and stone cold, my wife said the same for her's, seems priority is given to drive through and delivery and the sit in customers take a back seat, won't return.

The food was cold yet delivered on time and the drinks were incorrect . only 4 drinks ordered and 3 out of 4 were incorrect . The driver was very polite so can not fault him

just don't order, the Letchworth McDonald's is by far the worst one. given them a good few chances now and food is always luke warm at best and that's if you actually get everything you've ordered, because they also like to not included everything you've ordered. save your money on this one.

Amazing speed, quick and efficient.

Every single time I order food from this restaurant it is wrong!!!!! Ordered Big Mac meal and received with no beef patties!!!!! Just ordered 2 x happy meals for kids - fish fingers and burger. Got everything but the fish fingers and the burger!! The most incompetent brain dead staff I have had the misfortune to experience!!! Do not use. They will let you down… guaranteed!!!!!!

EDIT: GAVE MCDONALDS THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND ORDERED DELIVERY AGAIN. MY SAUSAGE AND EGG MCMUFFIN WAS MISSING AND WHEN I SPOKE TO JAY, HE SAID THEY CANT REDELIVER THE MISSING ITEM BECAUSE UBER EATS 'DONT WORK THAT WAY'. HE COULD ONLY OFFER A REFUND AND THAT THE OPTION TO CLAIM IT WOULD BE ON MY EMAILED RECEIPT. THERE IS NO SUCH OPTION. I AM NOW NOT ONLY WITHOUT MY ORDER, BUT I AM ALSO OUT OF POCKET COURTESY OF THEIVING MCDONALDS. After waiting an hour for our food to come, it arrived stone cold. Even the coffee was cold. Really disappointed!

Didn’t even come. Was delayed for 2 hours, preparing for 2 hours then was supposedly delivered at 8:05… it’s currently 7:51 at the time of me writing this.

I wanted to leave a personal review for the manager in letchworth McDonalds on 26/06/24. After my daughter ordered her and friends their McDonald’s through Uber eats and the delivery driver not dropping off their order and ignoring her calls the manager in letchworth McDonald’s dealt with the situation with compassion and professionalism. A huge thank you to you for phoning Uber eats and dealing with the situation as you did! The girls were very pleased :) and I am very grateful

Hello, I just placed an order and the whole order did not arrive 9 chicken selects don't you check packages by closing your bags.

The worst McDonald’s by far like are the people who work there that stupid?? Pancakes turn up not even the correct amount and no syrup no has browns with the meals ordered a large coke got a small! The hasbrowns were very greasy, the food was hot which is positive but it took over a hour to be delivered. Originally the delivery time was 9:30-9:50 then it changed to 10:10-10:30, it got delivered at 10:08.

Some staff look like they don't want to be there and just collect a wage, some are nice. Atmosphere is what you make it and food can be hit and miss
