McDonald's in North Hertfordshire

Friendly staff but since Mac D's prioritise uber eats and such. They have air con on full and the food always takes ages. I wish Mac D's went back to how it used to be, just value for money fast food. I try to avoid as they are just filled with delivery drivers and not value for money any more.

Website says this particular McDonald's is 24 hours. The breakfast menu is available on the app at 5am. Yet every time I've tried coming for a 515am breakfast it's locked with cones blocking the drive through.

Great experience at the drive thru - order and payment taken by Betsy (very calm and clear manner when speaking, friendly and a credit to the place If a manager sees this, let's look into into a pay rise for the girl because we know you're out here on these Ebeneezer Scrooge antics paying some any peanuts. Run her the funds!!

Oh dear oh dear, where do we start! Ordered for delivery through just eat app, and the wrong order was then delivered, phoned McDonalds Letchworth to be told not our problem take it up with just eat, what do I do with somebody else’s food, to be told ‘do what you want with it’ we’ll the fries were cold (as usual!) and it was placed in the rubbish bin. Actually went to the store and ordered again, whilst waiting a youth cycled through the store in front of the staff! Amazingly they never even said anything to him! Order arrived less than a 5 minute drive and get home and lo and behold the fries are cold again!! You can see why there are so many one star reviews of this store! Disinterested staff, fast food so quick it’s still cold, wrong orders dished out, if I could give half a star I would!

Fast and reliable. Parking onsite

By far the worst performing McDonald's in the area. Constantly slow, inefficient staff and normally a police presence on a Friday. Some staff could clearly do with going on a customer service course, lost others just don't seem to care. It's almost like it's a punishment posting for every other McDonald's in the area.

Amazing service, food as to be expected. The young man who brought us our food was very, very polite and enthusiastic even at the late hour we visited.

No gluten free options except a veggie dipper, absolutely pants for choice being gluten free, I know they do it abroad so why can't we have it????

Great time to take the grandkids. 5pm Easter Saturday. practically empty. The last time we took them it was full of unruly teens

i ordered the meals and waited at least 45 minutes for it to arrive and then turned up stone cold

Great mcdonald's. The guy who delivered our food was probably the best mcdonald's employee I've ever met. He stayed to check we had all the correct food etc. No name tag unfortunately, but he was wearing a yellow and red hi-vis and was amazing

The bag split and the drink went everywhere

hope this is passed on to the restaurant. wish they would employ people that can read and fill an order properly. no dip. asked foe extra oinins and pickle. not received such a shame..........

It’s not the best could have more burgers but it’s amazing recommendation on trying 4 stars also try their mayo chicken it’s the best burger and also their Big Macs are the best

I went to McDonald’s yesterday 03/03/25 aprox 04:40 to grab a coffee nice and quiet nobody around apart from me and another driver waiting 15 mins in the drive though after a very long wait went to first and second window and no sign of life so gave a little bib a few times and a manager Cameron appeared looking hot and flustered and apparently couldn’t see nobody at he’s drive through strange that I was told me and the other driver would have to go back round and then a young girl suddenly appeared to take our order also looking as if we had disturbed them 😂 I’m thinking old Cameron the manager was giving her a little raise maybe a sausage muffin without the muffin makes you wonder what they was up to

Lifetime experience managers swearing the customer If you are not able to deal with the customer complaint, you shouldn’t be a manager you cannot use swearing words against the customer. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I really can’t believe how you became a manager of this place. How you give your training to your stuff? Unbelievable. If you’re not happy with what you do, you should change your job You cannot stay in this place with this attitude you need to change your self my only advice to you, please see the psychological doctor ASAP (lady manager other staff members call her big boss))

Food was freezing. And of course the sauces that I paid for are missing - I can’t remember a time when they weren’t.

Food was delivered 3 hours after ordering and it was cold only offered a £5 back to us from our nearly £30 order

my food was terribly packed burger wasnt even in the box and neither was the chicken i ordered not only that it was cold. my milkshake was dripping in the bag and the coke was on its side terrible and shocking

the order kept being pushed back by the restaurant. by the time my food got here it was ice cold.

The iced coffee I ordered was delivered to me upside down and all coffee spilt on the bag.

Witnessed a member of staff throw drinks ect on the floor on purpose 3 times to bully another member of staff and make them clean it up. Work place bullying is not acceptable!!!!! Disgusting behaviour!

The mcmuffing was super greasy and it looks as though they had trouble with the construction of said item. The toilet facilities are well worth a visit if you are looking to spot a wild skid mark. 10/10

It’s mostly been good when I have my delivery but I have had a couple of times when it has been cold and not very nice when I have opened it up , it’s been a bit messes and I hav’nt been able to eat it . But I do love my McDonald . Thank u

The most stupid restaurant I have ever seen in the United kingdom. No manners, no respect for customers. If you try to meet the manager, they refund your money and ask you to leave.

Was cold and nasty mccrispy was missing

I recently visited this place and was extremely disappointed with the rude behavior of the staff. The employees were unprofessional, lacked basic customer service skills, and made my experience unpleasant. I expect better service from a well-known brand like McDonald's. This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable, and I hope management takes action to improve staff training and behavior. Very disappointing!"

Fries were cold and tasted like cardboard, while the burgers nice and hot. That says it wasn't the delivery driver but the restaurant at fault rather than delivery driver. Very disappointed and will never order via delivery again.

Order submitted at 5:20pm, not delivered until 7pm after initial expected delivery time of 6:15pm… 4 drinks ordered, 3 drinks arrived none that i ordered! Chips half empty and all cold! No sauces that i ordered. Request full refund… horrible service all round

My food was cold and had to wait over an hour for it just for the man to sit outside my house for 5 minutes on his phone.

Driver gave us the wrong order in one of the bags but luckily we noticed before he left. Everything else was fine after that.

Worst Macdonald ever better to go to the one in Hitchin . I ask if it’s possible to have more Oreo in my McFlurry and they told me no we can’t “with the machine it’s just once “ I told of course you can in all Macdonald they can add if there is not enough. And of course they can put more Oreo or any more napping if there is not enough. Seriously better to drive 10min more to go to Hitchin Macdonald.

Time constantly changed, once delivered drinks all on there side, bag full of the drinks.
