McDonald's in North Hertfordshire

First time using just eat as we usually go through the drive thru or eat in but on this occasion we ordered via just eat, food arrived on time but was stone cold! and the worst concern was a hair in one of the burgers!, not impressed at all as usually we never have a problem but this time was very off putting.

Absolutely useless. Took the money for a double quarter. There self service doesn't give you receipt, system says single! Crap system, nice cold chips! .beggars belief how useless this place and the service is

Just got a meal on the drive in and this is what I got....not happy and do not reccomend. Do you call this a McRib?

Missing items, by the time you go home to find missing items can't be assed to go back out, food is never hot, don't know why I keep going back, just go baldock services

The staff are stuck up and rude. They always mess up a drive through order and short everyone on the McFlurries.

Waited almost an hour for food to be delivered for it then to be all stone cold, chewy chips and cold burgers not happy and not the first time. Service needs to improve!!

Delivery time kept going up on the app so it arrived when it said! Tracking only came on when the delivery driver was almost outside, must have been doing other deliveries on his way, worst of all our food was completely cold.

I got my dinner (it was great). However, I could buy 3 houses with the money I spent on McDonald's (It was expensive). I disagree with McDonald's >:( my fiance said and I quote "This chips way too big!" however I disagree considering I think it was Average. Yours truly, flat Stanley.

Food was very cold, didn't expect fries etc to be hot but they were far away from even being warm. The burgers were also cold. Salsa sauces for mozzarella sticks was also missing

Once upon a time, mcdonalds used to be fast and cheap. Now they're overpricd and very slow.

getting a phone to cancel my order because of driver only having 1 hot bag. order got pushed back a hour 20mins... phoned back and they said my food was ready and will just sit on the side till driver turned up.... food ended up sitting there for a hour so when got order was cold mc flurry was just a drink just terrible... head office have told staff not to remake order because it cost money! the lady on phone was polite and wasn't her fault just doing what she's told to do! DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!

had to call the restaurant to find out where it was. food arrived cold on top. hungry child had to wait an hour

£5 credit doesn't make up for the £13 thrown in the bin. the driver clearly waited in the restaurant an extra 20mins waiting for a different delivery order then delivered there's before delivering mine. ZERO stars!

After a member of staff from Mc Donald’s called to say a item wasn’t available and they will replace with something else when it arrived items were missing and remaining food was cold spoke to mc Donald’s and said they can’t do anything contact u

I ordered at 8:30 and it got delivered at 10 super cold and missing items

This is the first time my McDonald’s has been delivered hot, and the chips are still hot, which is amazing. The driver was very polite and very quick service.

The food was fine, but honestly these uber eat drivers and all the rest of them, I think their behaviour is crazy. The way some of them just sit around smoking etc and then they will handle our food, better care is needed

Service we received today was brilliant. Food very very warm and fresh. The young lady who served us was very welcoming and polite. It wasn't just us, as I witnessed her treating all customers warmly. A real credit to the company. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. It was actually an enjoyable experience. Very rare for McDonald's these days.

I rarely order takeaways but I was happy with the delivery time and quality of my food.

food was freezing cold, driver had spilt my Coke all in my child's happy meal and in my mcflurry so couldn't eat it! large chips weren't even enough to fill a small chips packet!.

Quick and professional service 10 out of 10 recommend

The person delivering the food got lost as Just Eat have the incorrect map location. So he spent 10 minutes walking around with my food outside of the bag that keeps it warm. I had to go find him, 2 minutes out my away from my house, walk the food back to find my meal missing. Just rubbish, abysmal and shocking given it costs £10+ to order it.

I've been visiting this McDonald's since they opened in Letchworth. Not because it's good (far from it), but simply because it's conveniently close to my office. They have been terrible from Day 1. Each time I visit, I hope they will have improved slightly, and each time I am more and more disappointed. The staff are awful. Slow, and completely oblivious to issues, only concerned with checking their phones and having a laugh amongst themselves. Just Eat/Deliveroo orders ALWAYS take priority over customers in the restaurant. The food often takes an age to come out. Very often your order number will disappear from the board and not come out at all - until you complain, at which point it miraculously emerges - cold. Fast food it is not. This is the only McDonald's I've been to that is so consistently awful. If I was the manager/franchisee I'd be utterly ashamed.. Do better.

Absolutely disgusting that the driver can’t find his way to my address. My order was cancelled and I have to wait 5-15 days for my money back. The treat that my kids had been promised not only didn’t come but couldn’t be replaced as I now don’t have the money.

Delivery estimate started at 20:05-20:20. "Courier was at the restaurant" for 40 minutes. Food delivered 20 minutes after the latest estimate. Unable to cancel the order.

Ordered 3 happy meals, none of the dips came, none of the drinks came with the happy meals, the food was cold. Only thing half decent was the fact I wasn’t waiting 3 hours for it. And they still couldn’t get it right!

Awful McDonald's! Definitely go to one of the other local options. They regularly serve up cold food and substandard s portions.

I did frequent here until recently. I'm not sure what happened, but the quality of food and the speed of service both dropped very suddenly. I'd be waiting longer each time and sometimes food feels rushed or left in the heater too long. Most recently got my nephew a happy meal and it took 20 minutes to prepare. The fries were a little undercooked but the chicken nuggets were stale and nearly cold. Hopefully it gets resolved, we used to like coming here

We waited two hours for our delivery, some of the food was for our children. Won’t be using this again, won’t be recommending either.

Super Quick delivery driver. SO much better than the last guy who delivered another drop off last time before coming back to us (he actually went PAST us to first drop off), before hurling our cold food at the door and running back to his car before I got to complain - and he got a £2 tip!!!!! Their app takes the order in Letchworth but then I get a receipt for a Hitchin order. Nobody wants to take ownership so I need to double pay so I get my family to eat without going through a huge scene. Nobody is owning my £24 refund.

Everything was correct except no happy meal box with the nuggets or toy that was ordered yet had the melon bag and drink for the happy meal. Also none of the dips that were ordered with the nugget happy meal or the mix and match were in the order or

Never received my order. Wouldn’t have minded if I was offered a replacement but instead have to wait 5 days for a refund.

My food hasnt been delivered. Still waiting. No phonecall and left gate open. No food as yet....

Order was collected at 12.58 as per the sticker on the bag, was delivered stone cold and inedible at 14.01, want a full refund.

Good food but a few problems. The packages for the food for example the fires box were poorly put together. There was a screen that people play for hours rather than eating their food. The service was bad. Once I had a chunk bitten out of my patty when it was delivered. Apart from these problems, overall decent food and nice seats. Cleaning services were decent.

Didn’t receive the dips with nuggets. Again. Driver also appeared to go past our house and go somewhere else out of the way so it was another 10 minutes before we got our food - which was now lukewarm at best. NOT GOOD.
