McDonald's in Huntingdonshire

This is not open 24 hours a day. Closes for 20 minutes every morning for a system update. Their website advertises as open 24/7. Been twice now when it’s been closed. Update your opening hours to show only when you are actually open!!!!

Regular event with just eat, assumed the app would be better but a + £50 order and the food is missing and wrong with no option on the app other than to pay again and reorder what was failed in the first place! Is it just me who think this is the same as theft?

Absolutely terrible service. Run by kids with minimal supervision. Nobody cares if you get your food, if it’s hot or cold. Wouldn’t recommend even if you were starving!!

Stopping off to allow my daughter to have a quick tea whilst out for the day, along with my father. Food was ordered via the App for table service. After making the order up and sending thru, used the facilities at the location to which I’ve experienced cleaner but also seen worse. On returning to the table the food was brought out by an employee whom was appearing tired and probably worn out after a long warm Saturday shift. The food was all fresh and like lava to the touch, which is always a bonus to know it was cooked to order. The fries cartoons could have been filled better and appeared a bit on the more tight side of being filled sadly.

Definitely better than it used to be. We would normally go to the larger services near Peterborough, but for some reason ended up at this one and were pleasantly surprised. Not the cleanest mcd's we've been in but is constantly busy, the staff are friendly and the breakfast and the burger were freshly cooked and really good. We have been here in the past on the way to Stansted and weren't impressed at all, so they've definitely made some changes.

Absolute rubbish. Staff were inexperienced and unprofessional. Waited 20 mins for food to come to the table, checked at the counter and it was off to the side and ignored. Food was sloppily made and the toilets were a mess.

Are you actually taking this piss. You literally need to educate your staff I didn’t realise they were all lacking brain cells. I ordered a hot chocolate and instead got a latte. Even the tap states hot chocolate but it’s definitely a latte. I hope you realise I am allergic to coffee so thanks for making me use my epi pen due to YOUR MISTAKE could cost a life! Such incompetence

I bought a bigmac and fries meal, the bigmac was fine a bit slopperly put together but the fries where undercooked, a lot oilier and greasier than normal. I've been going to this mc donalds for years and after around 2020 the quality in the subsequent years varies. I've had other peoples orders, or bigmacs with cheese when i specifically asked for no cheese, due to being lactose intolerant, undercooked food, mostly the fries, thankfully. So its a bit of a gamble on whether or not you get normal mc donalds standard food or sloppy food or someone elses' order. I suggest going to huntingdon's mc donalds instead or wendy's.

I’ve been here a fair few times over the years. But this time, I thought staff just didn’t seem interested. As if they were there just to get paid. Bins needing emptying and the food was prepared as if a young child had done it. It will be the last time I pay for a double BBQ quarter pounder with cheese, definitely not worth £7.61. I know things are very expensive at the moment, but McDonald’s is such a big company I can’t see why they seen to be struggling. Maybe a review of the menu and ingredients are needed.

Walked in at around 10pm and can see all staff in the kitchen wearing joggers and hoodies, listening to drum and bass from a speaker in the kitchen, on their phones and then handling food, earphones in, and swearing on the front counter. Not the best impression

I’ve been coming here for quite some time. It is placed in a busy area connected the A1 and A14 together. This place can get very busy and you do have to wait for your order. But it is situated in a place that can get busy due to being next to two very busy main roads. The staff usually do really well because if it. My order is always correct, hot, tasted nice Dan’s staff are usually good. I wouldn’t mind coming back here again.

This is our local McDonalds so we tend to visit fairly often and it always is really quick, hot food and great service

Not a great experience with customer service, Cleaning lady made me and my friend uncomfortable, She had a bat attitude. My friend has a hidden disability and she basically told us we couldn't eat in because he wasn't wearing a mask. Even though on the sign on the door says eat in without a mask

Popped in on the way back from Shefford. Not very busy at 8.30pm which was good. Food came out quick and was hot, good fries portion. Will return again.

We quickly went in to get some food after the cinema, the staff were all very nice as was the food, the feel of the place was good as it was very modern

Called by with the grandchildren... they were delighted that the tablets were available and working - 2 adults and 2 children ate for less than £10 - thank you

Stopped in here for a drink / snack when passing through and impressed to see how lovely and clean it is. Plenty of parking available too. Would stop here again.

As with most McDonalds restaurants this offered good value for money. Nothing fancy. Restaurant was busy but clean. Food order was accurate and served reasonably quickly by friendly staff. Can certainly recommend.

A great location and easy to park but the food was not quickly served as was not very hot! The lady who served me was very smiley and pleasant. The place was very clean.

I have been coming here for years. A very good managed McDonald which keeps on top of things when possible. A very busy restaurant,but not surprising as it is in a very busy area. The food and service is good and is usually kept clean. I will be coming back again.

We were struck by how attentive the staff were in terms of service and cleanliness. The food was served quickly and HOT, Probably the best Macdonalds experience for many a year.

Recently visited with elderly mother. She left her sunglasses there and was distressed because they were a present from her grandson. Phoned them and the staff were great. They found the glasses and posted them to her free of charge. I offered to pay postage but they were happy to have a good review so here it is. The coffee was great too!

Was staying at Premier Inn nearby. Had sausage and egg McMuffins for breakfast, with McDonald’s excellent coffee Good value for money. Premises very clean, staff very friendly and helpful

I reviewed this outlet a little over a year ago, and while it still has several good features, it was also a let down on some others. Service was quick, and accurate. A Good start. However . . . . On the plus my wife's Big Tasty was well prepared, and hot and yummy. The fish was a different story. I read an article a while back which suggested that the Fillet of Fish was a roulette in quality (no comment on hygiene or health, just quality). It noted that generally speaking a franchise will either make it to order, and thus almost always require a wait in "Bay 1" or it will be "ready to go" which may mean it has been in the warmer as long as health and hygiene allow it to remain there. These are usually dried out, and less than satisfying. On this most recent visit it was the latter case. The fish paddies were dense, dried out, and a bit hard. Perfectly safe to eat, just no juiciness left, and a disappointing choice with a long journey ahead.

Called here en route from the Cotswolds to East Anglia. After coping with the computerised ordering system, our snack was delivered fairly promptly and politely to our table. Did not have any main courses so can not comment on their quality.

Having not been to a Macdonald's for years I found myself going with my partner and two lots of grandchildren twice in a few weeks.

We popped into this McDonald's restaurant for a pit stop on route to a theme park. My young daughter left her favourite teddy on the table and was devastated when she realised that she had left it. As we were a few miles down the road at this point my wife phoned the restaurant and they had found him and left him in their office. They kept hold of him for most of the day. My daughter was over the moon to have him back. The staff we spoke to were all brilliant. Cannot fault the service at all.

This is a fairly busy McDonalds. Took our order, then along with 10 other customers seemed to wait forever to get served. No comments or sorry for your wait. Poor disorganised service, Manager appeared to be doing nothing.

Viajar de Suffolk a Rugby el viernes pasado alrededor de las 19. 00 mis padres y ancianos llegó a la puerta y me dijeron que no había servicio de mostrador, en coche sólo a través de, la que no quiere. Por lo tanto se convirtió en disgusto y llevado a cabo en nuestro viaje. Pero. . . . había gente comiendo en el restaurante, que estaba ocurriendo! ! ! ! ! Siempre usamos esta parada cada vez que visite mis hijas. Una explicación no habría ido.

Buena parada para nosotros en el viaje de los Midlands de Suffolk. Así como el contador de servicio hay 4 introducción con el pago sin contacto; se da un número de pedido y este se muestra encima de la barra (un poco como esperando una orden de Argos! Aclaro rápidamente) basura y personal amable. La comida, por supuesto, es el mismo que todos los demás!

Habituales Mc D. sirve el menú estándar, ya que está situado en todo el país. El personal es alegre y amable

Paramos aquí bastante tarde por la noche, ya que había mucha desviación en las carreteras y que necesitábamos un descanso corto. Así conseguimos un mcflurry cada uno para tener un descanso del coche. El servidor era encantadora y soportar mi novio queja sobre las carreteras bendita sea! El personal es encantador volvería si estamos pasando de nuevo.

Yo parado hasta conseguir una comida rápida para mi esposa y conseguir dos barrio pounders sin bollos como una opción libre de gluten. El servidor comprendió claramente lo que fue después, y el director se aseguró de que no sólo estaban recién hechas, pero se pusieron en una bandeja con el desayuno, así que el queso y las salsas no se pegan a los envases. Fueron presentadas, hizo que rápidamente, y, en general, fue una buena experiencia.

There was a very welcoming member of staff who greeted me on arrival. I think it was partly because they have a machine at which you can place your order; pay by credit card and then have your food brought to your table which some folks were finding confusing.I wanted to pay by cash so my order was taken in the conventional way by a clerk at a till. After placing the order you stand back and watch a board until it announces your food is ready for collection. What will they think of next.I haven't had a Big Mac for years. I used to think they were great but I was sort of felt it was much smaller than I remember.Anyway it was an ok stop to eat and rest in order to break up my journey.

I just didn't know it could take so long to serve 3 drinks and a portion of fries!!Thank somebody or something McDonalds aren't in the food service olympics.With a full time cleaning attendant, can anyone tell me why the loo's are so dirty and with wads of loo roll on the cubicle walls?!In better news, it was good to see additional fundraising efforts for Ronald McDonalds House, the Charity that supports families when their children are in hospital.

Just opposite the premier inn if you just want a quick bite to eat. Very busy when we visited but still served fairly quickly, servers friendly and helpful. Needed to be tidied up a bit, but I think this was because of the number of people in the place.

It's just McDonalds isn't it, I love it, always go here with my work partners to eat something simple and filling.

Decided to have porridge for breakfast so ordered and waited at least five to ten minutes, can't believe it takes that long to heat. Seemed loads of staff but just slow.

I went through the drive thru and it took over 15 minutes to get the food to my car even through there was only two people I front of me when I first ordered and I didn't make any unusual requests. The burger was not well assembled and sauce was everywhere in the bag making it a mess to eat. The chips were cold when they reached the car and they had managed to mix chocolate and strawberry into one milkshake. Not amazing food. Bad service.

went thru drive-thru on way back home from luton. items were missing when we received order, so had to go thru drive-thru again to correct order. a bit annoying. when food arrived, it was fine, but annoyed that they can get it wrong in the first place as other Mcds are usually fine

As usual good food on our long journey from Kent to Birmingham. We often stop here as it is near the A14 and offers good good and a chance to take a break.

Convenient and fast for a easy coffee stop @ £1 for a double expresso can't be faulted and much better than any petrol station coffee I've had

This is a typical McD drive-through located beside both the A1 and A14 at the Brampton Hut interchange. It is one of a few services at this location, and consequently there is both car and lorry parking either beside or close to the restaurant.Inside the decor is typical contemporary McD-style, and looks well maintained. Service is generally good, as is the food itself.

The Macdonald standard is well maintained here.Always clean and efficient good value and ideal if you are in a hurry.

No surprises - clean and efficient; well placed for the A14 which is a bit lacking in services. Open 24 hours which is handy.
