By far the worse experience ever in a McDonald's, worst management I have seen in a maccies ever. No problem with regular store staff, they're just doing their jobs. Went on a Sunday evening at about 8pm and it was fairly busy. I ordered 1 regular Oreo flurry and it took 15 minutes. What was appalling is that I saw it being made and then sitting on the pass for at least 10 of those 15 minutes. None of the staff were talking to each other and no manager handling what was happening to orders. The store was also clearly prioritising deliveroo/just eat orders. I saw a manager pack and send off over 10 deliveroo bags while my flurry was made and ready just to the left of his face. I could see other customers who ordered in store getting visibly upset. I have never had to wait this long for 1 flurry. More attention needs to be paid to orders for customers waiting in-store. If it's going to take 15 minutes for a simple item (maybe because you're doing orders in the exact order they came in), don't have it ready in 2 and just ignored while customers can see it sitting gathering dust.

EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY I have half a drink as it always spills. Sort it out

Macdonalds isn't worth this service.. Wrong order entirely not even similar. Honestly if you are reading this review simply close the app and take a walk to the nearest kebab it'll be cheaper and you'll actually get your order

Driver was apologised but forgot half of my order couldn't find my address I had to leave my 2 year old crying to walk to the driver who then was taking long to give me the money for the missing items so I did not receive any refund.

drinks spilled and food was wet

The driver put my drink in sideways in his bag and spilt everywhere and everything was covered all items were soaked and uneatable had to chuck all of it in the bin

All the food was stone cold. missing onions - one burger had 2 pieces of diced onion! hardly any sauce and gherkins. All the buns were squashed. This must be an awful place to work?

There is no accessible and disabilities lifts to go upstairs to lavatory.

Milkshake had a good 2 inch gap from the top and no straw provided.

McDonald’s forget something from my order every time I’ve ordered over the past 12 months and it’s impossible to complain.

All the food was cold and my drink was mostly in the bag. The fries were inedible and everything else had to be microwaved.

They forgot part of my order and after all that I had food poisoning!!! never again🤢🤢

This has to be the worst Maccies ever for cocking up you order. Even if it's not busy you'll have to wait and probably still get the wrong order!

Completely useless, ordered food for my wife and me and they only delivered my wife's food despite the fact we had paid for 2 people's worth of food, when called up they said and I quote "There's nothing we can do about it, we can't just ask someone to deliver it" The food had clearly been left out for a while too because it arrived cold.

Part of my order is missing there is no apple pie. My child is now upset as I ordered that for her. What is the point in having the menu but then you people don’t put the right things in the bag it’s ridiculous.

Food was over an hour late and cold

Really quick served, everything was provided, no need to ask for condiments, all was warm served, nothing was missing. All over tidy, toilets clean. PS. Admire the work of kitchen staff ;) specially for girl wearing hijab and black face mask. Awesome job!!! On Sunday, today 01-Sep-2024 all customers were happy!!!

Don’t think they’ve ever got an order correct.

Placed a McDelivery breakfast order via the app, upon opening the order I discovered one of the items was missing.. using the help link in the app I reached the customer services uber eats number and the assistant was less than helpful.. no replacement item and no refund because their system doesn’t allow them to do anything. Not happy that I paid £4 for pancakes meal and one person now has no food and I can’t get my money back either. Awful way to treat your customers.

They don't have much vegetarian option. Mc Donald's please bring in vegetarian options

Everytime we've come in or even walked past, there's ALWAYS a massive queue. Its always a long wait when getting your food and the tables are barely clean.

order never arrived. says delivered and so closed delivery. no option to call delivery driver. poor. plus tip was £19. absolutely rubbish

We were a family group, with 4 kids. Staff, including security, stepped in to help us carry food to our table upstairs and clear away afterwards. Heartwarming. Thanks, guys.

We were a large group of 3 adults and four children. Really pleasant staff, including security, helped my husband get all the food upstairs, without being asked. Other staff stepped in to help with clearing up at the end of the meal. Heartwarming. Thanks, guys.

McMuffins weren’t very warm at all , no fault of delivery guy tho, according to the updates the restaurant was preparing my food for 25 mins ? In total was waiting just over a hour fromtime of placing order until delivery on average never wait more than 40 mins and that’s been at the busiest times of the day

Food was cold, he didn’t follow the instructions, I’ve ordered every day this week and he was the first to not be able to find me, everyone else managed. It’s like he didn’t read my description.

It’s a McDonald’s, say no more. This restaurant has and upstairs dining area too. Overall clean, easy to pick up food. But is normally busy.

The order was missing one of the deserts so I've requested a refund for this, but otherwise nice food, warm when it arrived and polite driver, and maccies is well priced too, although the costs are inflated when you order via just eat compared to the app, just something for others to keep on mind :) Thank you

Everything about it was perfect this time! The driver was really nice, had a cool ducky on his bike! :) delivery was quick considering it’s the heart of town! Followed all the instructions to get to me. Food was hot and fresh.

I’d ordered cause they told me my ultrasound was half 10! Food came at the same time as they took me to it, they came at 10 to 10 and so did the food! Therefore it meant I missed my delivery yet the food had been ‘delivered’, I don’t know what happens to food if it’s not collected.

when my order finally arrived, the driver handed me my food which the food was already falling out if the bottom of the bag, dripping from my coke within the order which the driver had spilt coming to deliver the food. all my food was soaked beyond edible and the driver didn't even care, just said sorry and walked off back into hid card just after passing ne my drink which was half full and the coke fell out if the bottom of the bag and onto the floor with all my food dripping wet.

The food was cold, chicken wrap was just 2 pieces chicken which was absolutely overcooked and difficult to eat! No tasty! I ordered big wrap and inside wrap was just half chicken!!absolutely unhappy with order and requesting about compensation because was absolutely bad experience!!!

The content of the big mac has shrunk. It should be renamed medium mac. Thinner beef paties. Less lettuce and onions. Prices have changed from moderate to moderate /expensive. More security needed to deal with under 16eens.

The choclate brownie I ordered was not with the other items. I expect the cost to be refunded.

Absolutely disgusting service!!!! Couldn’t even order my drinks and McFlurrys I’ve paid for!!! All because the driver had an argument with McDonald’s and they throw my bag at the driver disgusted!!!!! Will NEVER be ordering from here again couldn’t even get my order right useless!!!!

Ordered our food online and were extremely disappointed. Multiple things didn’t arrive, including the main for my vegetarians friends meal, meaning she was simply left without any food. When calling customer service got no help what so ever, the people on phone were rude and said they couldn’t refund or re deliver. Terrible experience.

This place is horrible. It's a dive. Filthy tables. I ordered a big mac meal, cheeseburger meal and 6 nuggets. It took 15 minutes to serve the meal. This place is always shockingly slow. The big mac was cold and rubbery. Which means it had been sitting in the burger chute for some time. This begs the question, why is the service so slow if the food is sitting there already made? It's not like they made the burgers to order. This raises a bigger question- what's the point in McDonald's? Why does it exist? The quality of food has plummeted over the years, but it still used to be quick and cheap. However, when you have to wait 15 minutes for a cold meal, its no longer quick. McDonald's has been hiking its prices at a higher rate than any other fast food chain. So, now it's almost at the same price of quality 'gourmet' burgers. What market are they aiming for when independent burger chains now make burgers cheaper and quicker and at a far greater quality? 20 years ago, McDonald's was king. Now it's old and out of touch. Bring on it's death.

We ordered breakfast at this McDonald's at the terminal. The hot chocolate was sweet enough to make you diabetic. None of us could drink it.

No milk given with the cup of tea common sense would be put milk in the bag

Ordered online, waited over an hour and watched the updates saying the food was ready and the courier was there.. then it got cancelled? Only ordered two meals, when I tried to contact them to find out what had happened they ended the call on me.. actually ridiculous 🙄
