McDonald's in Hart

The problem is that the town has allocated disabled parking outside the shop, attracting food scooter delivered, transit van and rushing mothers to park here without a blue badge forcing my wife and other blue badge holders like her into remote car parks because thoughtless people are parking without a blue badge just because "it's only for a few minutes..." Where are the traffic wardens? Mcdonald should educate its customers.

Missed out the most expensive item on my delivery. Bag was sealed so can't blame the delivery lad.

So dirty. And only one toilet open, which resembled an open sewer. It's McDonalds. It's not The Ritz. But basic cleanliness and hygiene should come as standard anywhere that serves food.

Ordered at 17.00 arrived at 19.00. Fries not cooked they were still hard. McFlurry should have been Maltesers - we got Milky Way which was runny as was the milk shake. Unacceptable service on all counts

Food arrived within timeframe, sauces were there for once, but the food was stone cold and I had to re heat in the microwave.

Originally the delivery said 15-30 mins over an hour late the order arrived

I made an error by ordering the food to my home rather than at work. The driver very kindly accepted my request to deliver it to my work and I said I’d cover the journey with a £5 tip. He then phoned me and asked for the delivery code as he said he needed it to move on. It has now been 50 minutes and I am still without my order. I appreciate that this is partially my fault but I am really unhappy that the deliver driver wasn’t honest and directly mislead me.

Food arrives 1 hr 20 mins after we ordered it. The food was cold and stale. Ordered early to avoid the Friday rush but didn’t help. Also had a voucher that didn’t expire until 22nd and it didn’t work. Not impressed

asked for no cheese and half the sausage has just been scraped away! my austic son is NOT happy. Complete waste of money

Well, I love the idea that you can buy food quickly! I am a big fan, the biggest fan, there's no one more of a fan of Macdonald's then I am. I took a trip here and when I came in, the room quiet, very quiet, the silence incredible. I decided, I would call this endeavour, "fastest foodest" I think it'll take off and I am the art of the deal.

McFlurrys arrived warmed than the actual food. Ordered before 6 and a 15-20 minute delivery and arrived after 7.

Order rook 2 hours and food arrived freezing cold and like rubber

Items are always missing and the food always looks like it’s been thrown across the room. I do not understand how a simple order is messed up constantly. Staff need to be trained better and I’d suggest that at least 2 bag checkers are hired to make sure that when the first bag checker fails at their job, the second one possibly might notice, but that’s asking a lot from the incompetent staff.

Excellent food and service. Mark and his team do an excellent job and a real credit to the franchise.

We found it outside the door an hour and a half after it had been picked up. Completely inedible.

All the food was cold when arrived, kept changing delivery time and ended up being half an hour late.

My order never turned up sed was delivered but nothing come! 3 kids looking forward to a McDonald treat that didn’t come

this is the second time after waiting an hour and a half they just cancelled the order with no explanation. This is the last chance I am giving them which is a shame

Over an hour and a half for a very poor quality cold breakfast meal. I thought McDonald’s food was picked off a shelf??

There's always something with this McDonald's. The amount of times I've ordered for delivery for there to be something wrong is too many to count. Like tonight for example... I order a Double Quarter Pounder with no onions. The box clearly says no onions. What do I find inside? Onions, but no sauce. Who is the absolute melt that cannot read basic instructions? Why take off the sauce when the instructions clearly state to keep the onions off? And then why put onions? Honestly. The staff are all very lovely though, but it is exceptionally frustrating having so many things go wrong all the time.

A typical town McDonald’s pretty much exactly as you would expect. I visit maybe 2-5 times a year and it’s like Groundhog Day, to be honest! The food is ok, this time I had a McRib which everything fell out of when I picked it up but that’s standard! The service is made all the better by one of the managers whose always offers a friendly service, in fact she’s not too dissimilar to a certain adult film star so always brights a dull day in Fleet for me when she’s working! Overall, as you’d expect and in a handy location when shopping in Fleet if you need a quick bite. Stairs and lift to first floor level.

Order was wrong on one item. Order a chicken sandwich in store. Got home to see my Order was wrong. They had switched my order to Chicken Big Mac. The sauce, cheese and Gherkin slices are yuck. Chips a little under done. Such a shame! Fleet,Hampshire

Clean,very modern, good lighting,very quick service, polite and competent staff.Takeaway service only unti Tier 4 Corronavirus lockdown ends. Food can be delivered, don't know what the change is for this.

The tea had spilled during transit all over the food. The delivery driver said it was because McDonald’s did not pack the order correctly.

I just didn’t get my dips I ordered and Chickens select is a bit disappointed!!

Our order never arrived!!!!!! Please can somebody update me on an immediate refund request after our food did not turn up as the courier could not find our property even though we have used Just Eat many times before! I have a family who have now been left without food! To say we are extremely disappointed is an understatement. Please may I strongly advise that you request evidence from the courier who was assigned to deliver this order as to where our food has gone! They was late but that wasn’t the problem they knocked on my door so loud continuously my kids was scared and the guy that delivered it wasn’t the driver so I believe you got people delivering your food that don’t even work for you.

driver was SO rude he goes open the ******* door while i was putting my dressing gown on so i was appropiate to open the door! awful.

I thought the chocolate in chocolate milkshake is meant to be brown, and not taste like vanilla, well done managers for teaching your underpaid workers well. Also I wanted a chicken burger not a bush hiding a tiny bit of chicken in the middle.

The order was completely wrong. Chips cold and a box full of garlic bread dippers rather than chicken selects!! How can that be so wrong? I would like a full refund

The food is exactly what you expect. I rated the service as 3 stars because so often, if you customise your order, they get your special instructions wrong or miss extra items from your order.

Terrible chicken nuggets were soft and chips were freezing cold

I ordered a vanilla milkshake and I got given a banana one and don’t like bananas. Not too happy but meal was still hot so that’s good.
