The order was completely wrong. Chips cold and a box full of garlic bread dippers rather than chicken selects!! How can that be so wrong? I would like a full refund

food was cold due to driver he was here I asked if he had mine he said no that's uber ears I said ah okay! he carried on about his day after 15 mins he was back from jubdrive with our food it was all stone cold and all uber done was credited our account with 5 pounds and a couple of penny's not even hadl or full amount that was paid for cold food to be thrown away

Order was supposed to arrive around 12:40, didn’t turn up until 13:05 and all the food was cold

The food arrived and when we were eating the chips they were really quite soggy and couldn’t eat them.

According to tracking, took over 20 minutes from restaurant. Undercooked fries, everything stone cold. I’ll stick to dominos next time, always arrives steaming hot

The food is exactly what you expect. I rated the service as 3 stars because so often, if you customise your order, they get your special instructions wrong or miss extra items from your order.

Ordered at 8.20pm, arrived at 10:05.

Terrible chicken nuggets were soft and chips were freezing cold

I ordered a vanilla milkshake and I got given a banana one and don’t like bananas. Not too happy but meal was still hot so that’s good.

McDonald's itself were poor!! Wrong food in the right boxes. They told me they couldn't help only by offering a free meal another time or to contact just eat (baring in mind it wasn't just eats fault)

Item missing - apple/grape bag. Food otherwise good. Delivery time kept changing later and later for close to an hour.

Dissapointed once again, bun broken with missing bit on top. When lifted, bottom also broken. They are usually ok, but issues occuring too frequently. See picture.

Absolutely shocking. The driver phone to say he was struggling to find my house I gave him directions and just never delivered my order

me and my friend went in the toilet and apparently your not allowed in there with more than one person,my friend was in the toilet practically naked and she opened the door on her showing her to the whole of mcdonald’s her name was susi and she is a shift manager

Called in here after work one Sunday morning and ordered some breakfast, Food was hot and service was good, overall a nice experience and will be returning again soon.

Good for tea 🍵 and quick meals 😋 also very good 👍 icecream 🍦

Hardly ever go to McDonalds, had a long day so we decided to get a quick meal. Now I’ve been reminded why we don’t. Fillit o fish was dry, in a dry roll; fries were dried out. Banana milk shake was ok. £12 for two meals, not worth it. Should have got a sandwich from somewhere.

Driver delivered me two milkshakes and no food, one of the milkshakes I didn’t order

ordered at half 6 and arrived quarter past 8. was cold so couldn't eat it. driver started asking me things but couldn't speak English. every time I refreshed delivery time it went on 30 plus minutes. couldn't even call restaurant through your app to find out what was happening

Food took 2 hours to arrive, was freezing cold, and the delivery driver moaned that he was waiting 25 minutes at the restaurant and they only paid him £6. Food went straight in the bin!!

Ordered through the app and for the second time in a few weeks had items missing even though it showed it on the receipt attached to the bag how hard can it be to check you have everything you should have if it’s literally attached to the bag

The delivery time was changed as the latest delivery time was going to be missed. This has happened to me before, service seems very poor.

NO dips have been delivered - We ordered a 20 chick Mcnuggets with 4 x dips - NO dips. My son should of had one dip with his kids meal - No dips.

we tried contacting justeat to find out where our order was but we couldn't get through , I was hoping to get it on time as I have work very early next day and courier has either picked the order up and not activated location so we can't see where he is or how long it will take , so I've had to drive down to mcdonalds and re order the same item and bring it home myself so me and my partner can eat and go to bed. usually just eat is very good for this but this time has been horrible 😔

Usually have no issues with this McDonald's but today my chicken select meal didn't arrive with the sweet chilli sauce I ordered. Pluss we ordered large fries and the cartons were half empty, disappointing.

Order was over two hours late - driver never got assigned so I had to pick up order myself. McDonald’s did upgrade our fries but would have preferred a timely delivery!!
