The food was cold, the egg was like plastic and the sausages didn’t feel like they were very warmed up. Was very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

Took nearly 2 hoyrs to arrive and arrived cold

driver went to wrong house, then hung up the phone when I was telling him he was at the wrong house

food missing only drink delivered

it was on the preparing screen for about an hour before a driver was even assigned

Food cold and the driver knew where address was but his navigation in app was wrong so wouldn’t deliver to my address so I had to go collect. Awful

Come here fairly regular, they never give a receipt for payment, despite asking there is always the same excuse "no paper in the till roll"

My order was stolen by the driver It was marked as delivered, and customer services told me it was my fault, as the address was apparently missing a number driver text me from a nonreplyable number asking for details... what a Joke £30 Down useless

Staff always friendly. Food standard at all Greggs. Unfortunately the place is abused by some customers who don't clear their table of cups and wrappers. Staff cleaning the dining area is noticeably less frequent than it used to be.

Came in for the pizza slices box meal deal. One margarita, one pepperoni. Staff said it would take 7 minutes, which was accurate. After having paid, we popped over to a coffee store across the road to burn a little time. Upon return, the alarm for the pizza's was going off. Staff served us quickly and efficiently wishing both myself and my wife a happy evening.

Amazing experience here today. The ladies working behind the counter were so friendly to not only me, but every other customer that came in while I was eating my lunch (1:50pm). Those ladies should be commended on their friendly and approachable attitude, it really makes a difference.

Was missing the yum yums and the bbq sauce from the order which was very disappointing

Was given to me cold. Was late but the driver was friendly and it was all given to me correctly.

delivery wasn't updated on app, turned up at door and asked for the number we haven't been given. went back and fourth with the driver as they didn't understand the order or who he was delivering to. we had to go out to the car and tell him yes the big order was ours, which he didn't understand. took about 10mins to receive our food after he arrived outside and didn't help bring it to the door. food quality and temp was great from the restaurant though

Due to late delivery food was cold. Driver didn’t even wait for me to answer the door just left it on the floor outside.

Order was missing an item which I got refunded through JustEat. Food was good and still hot.

The sausage rolls were stone cold and we ordered 3 chocolate doughnuts + 1 caramel, but got 2 of each. I would’ve rated 3/5 but came to the realisation that personally, I don’t think counting to 4 is very hard is it…

Order a sausage and bacon baguette and received sausage and omelette- which could not be eaten

I thought one greggs was just like another, until I came here. The baguette rolls are never fresh! Each one always has about an inch of stale bread at each end, and it's not just me, everyone in the office comments on it. I hope they sort themselves out.

Very late. My wife had an hour lunch break. we waited over 1 & 45 mins so it was delivered after she left. The food was fine just the delay affected things

I ordered a 4 pack of COLD sausage rolls and got sent hot ones.

Usually great place for lunch, but last week, so many flies. I counted well over 15 behind the counter alone. I hope the owners resolve this ASAP. Until then, only 1 star. This week, fewer flies but still lots. They now put paper sheet on top of all their stuff and guess what, flies when they lift it up to take out an item. Management - sort it out!

The hot breakfast roll was cold by the time it got here and the sausage should be renamed as a chipolata since it was so small. Everything else was good though.

Food scheduled between 10:40-11:00 then just kept getting delayed. Called up no explanation why it was late just sorry. Food cold when arrived

I picked up a ‘to good to go’ bag yesterday. There was enough in there to keep us going for a few days and the young lady who served me was lovely so thank you very much

Hot roll needed 30 seconds in the microwave, otherwise all as good as usual from Greggs.

Was due to be delivered at 8:32 didn’t get delivered till 9:06. The food was then cold when I got it and not even a sorry for being late or a reason

You know what they say? “ You can walk past the pub but you can’t walk past a Greggs”, and that is so true. Good choice of food and drinks and the coffee is always tasty. Staff friendly and helpful.

I ordered a tea as gave no milk at home to find out it doesn’t come with milk so now just have a black tea like I could of made at home. Also bacon baguette cold

Order arrived over two hours after accepted by Greggs. Food all arrive cold, and missing items. Delivery driver stated that it gets delivered by distance instead of order. After a night shift and awaiting another one tonight, this service is vile. Put off ordering to await this long for cold food and missing items.

Was assigning a driver for an hour. Food was moderate and slightly burnt.

When ordering doughnuts & sausage rolls on the combo deal, the icing ontop of doughnuts was all melted in the box as they were packed on there side with hot sausage rolls next to them

Best ever in all respects. Greggs food was piping hot, fresh and delicious. Delivery was earlier than expected. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast. Greggs grub is consistently good and brilliant value for money - croissants better value than other local suppliers on Just Eat.

Missing main item from order, won't use again

Missed out a piece of my order and tbh I don’t want a refund I want my food!!!

Shame the delivery time was put back and back until it was an hour overdue. I think a discount/refund on delivery should be offered. My last order was cancelled completely! So not a good service in the mornings. Has to be improved or not offered in the first place.

Not as good as normal when ordered in the bakery.. hot food had gone cold.. but the cold food was as good as always.. will focus on collecting in the future

Whenever I pass by greggs i have to pay the sausage toll. My little man loves em. I could do without to be honest. He says "Daddy Greggs Greggs!!" i have to wonder what they put in them rolls...

Warm baguette was over done and the bread had turned hard. Sausage rolls and coffee were good but rest disappointed compared to going into the shop. The estimated delivery time was a lot slower than it had originally said (15-30mins) so not worth the delivery fee

The delivery driver is an absolute fool who spilt an entire milkshake all down me, all over my carpet and walls refused to apologise and didn’t want to hand the cash back over (only for the milkshake)

Always a fast service with great food and coffee is the best There may be a queue but it soon disappears the coffee is always hot and delicious .

Your app sent your driver to the wrong house, even though the order had the correct address - to their credit they made it here!

In anticipation of my quality breakfast yesterday I inadvertently left my wallet behind. After an hour of panic re-tracing my steps - no sign until my wife called the shop to see if it was there. It was tucked away safely in their safe until my return. I wished to reward the staff for their vigilance which they totally refused. So quality food, quality prices and indeed quality service. Thank you so much
