McDonald's in Central Bedfordshire

Yet again useless went through drive through ordered Minecraft chicken nugget meal with milkshake , 2 cheeseburgers, ended up with someone’s else’s meal wrap, fries and mcspicy but placed our receipt in with it! Useless last time I asked for apple pie asked if ready said yes then told me at serving window be 15-20 mins! This place is useless! never again

Two old women in staff are completely nonsense they pay attention in car park more than their job inside. Completely uneducated & uncivilized. Car park in in control of parking company not it belongs to their fathers.

Had to wait 15 minutes in a empty restaurant for cold food,they were more interested in the drive through.

It's a McDonalds, they are mostly franchises and run by investors and the usual suspects. What's to say, its fast food that's not overly fast and overpriced.

The hot chocolate is just a little bit more than water. And I order it through machine and it didn't give me receipt. In my experience, most of the time I cannot get a receipt from machine.

Not enough parking spaces available. Lots of couriers picking the food up and parking randomly don't help.

so much salt on chips made them inedible, oh and only half full guy had attitude when i complained waited 5 minutes for a edible portion of fries but no saltier than the first lot ruined my meal cheers, its 4am there’s no excuse id like a refund please.

The food itself at McDonalds is always made in good time and the service is always good. I never usual write reviews but there was one thing that I witnessed that I felt like I needed to make aware. When I went in on the Wednesday I witnessed an altercation and saw as what I think was a manger speaking to a staff member in front of the public. I was absolutely appalled by the unprofessionalism and the way that this lady spoke to her employee. The employee that she spoke to was lovely she was working very hard constantly doing something, she also went out her way to go up to customers and take away there trays when finished! I’ve never seen such a kind act in a McDonald’s before and want to really compliment her on how well she worked. It’s a shame I don’t know her name so that she can get a compliment but she was an older lady. The manger came up to her employee and said in an aggressive tone how a customer had asked for a tissue and was annoyed that she hadn’t got it yet for the customer. Baring in mind the employee is very busy and already doing tasks it was very unreasonable for the manger to have a go at her and give her such dirty looks right in front of customers faces!! I felt very uncomfortable from interaction and it actually made me very upset for the most of the day. After this altercation happened I went up to the employee herself and told her I didn’t like the way her manger spoke to her and I also said how hard she’s been working as she wasn’t getting told that by her own manger so I felt like I had to do that job because she looked so upset bless her. I am writing this review hoping that there will be some self reflect here to treat people how you want to be treated as mental health is very important. Instead of being rude and not appreciating employees you should be very thankful of that lady as she was working very hard! It’s a shame that the customers had to witness this as things like this should be addressed in private and not in that manner and certainly not infront of customers!

Delivery was missing all 3 drinks and you’ve refused a refund. Make that make sense. Robbery.

Cold overcooked chips, not fresh, overcooked burger with obviously burned edges and barely any sauce. It’s just so….disappointing. Hard to believe how low the standards become just because it’s busy.

Unfortunately the food was cold and you ask for sauce and pay 50p for each one we ordered 4 so that’s £2:00 and then they don’t put it in. Seriously it’s so annoying

Very slow service and mix up with the order.

Waited in store for over 30 minutes to get food that was cold, then had to justify to staff why it was unacceptable. Parking is a nightmare too, delivery drivers parking where they like and blocking others in.

You used the wrong address on the order even though I had logged in and my address was at top of the page. I have had trouble with Just Eat before as any old address appears for delivery and if I don't check the orders goes somewhere else!

The order was incorrect with items missing. it was also stone cold. Sadly this is not the first time we have had issues with this branch of McDonald's they seem incapable of delivering what you order. Following the Just eat complaints service doesn't help ether.

Second time McDonalds screwed up the order and missed a burger off.

Overall a good delivery compared to other deliveries

The lovely worker, Joanne could see I was dealing with an issue in my job role. She advised me of the parking and to prevent me getting a ticket took my details. As I was there for a long time she offered me a hot drink while I waited for police to assist me. Thanks Joanne your kindness meant a lot

My order has not been delivered my records for my details show 2 Highcroft but the delivery address on the order is wrong and says 3 Richmond road why is this so I now have my order missing what do ido

Order wasn't delivered to me even though the driver tried ringing me but missed the calls. They replied back to my email request for a refund and woke up the following day stating they left the delivery outside the door.

The order delivery time continually moved once prepared. When it did arrive the food was cold and large fries didn’t fill the container, so I would not consider it a large.

Took over an hour for delivery and 2 items were missing. Very disappointed, food was lukewarm and tomato sauce missing as per usual. Appreciate it was Friday night so likely busy but the missing items came to £6 which is poor

Driver to 30 mins to drive 2 miles

delivery driver obviously had more than one pick up from different restaurants, tracked him on map. then had car issues as had bonnet up on car sorting that out before delivering my food which at this point was cold and inedible.

driver was visibly smoking a cigarette when he arrived, food in the other hand. it is not nice to have food delivered that smells like apersons's second hand smoke. the food itself was fine but a drink was missing.

50 minutes late after setting a time for it to be delivered. Ordered it nearly 45 minutes in advance of delivery. Very very poor and for the driver to tell us we cancelled the order which we definitely didn’t.

A big tasty with BACON. Some salad removed due to dietry requirements. Apparently despite paying for said item lacked the signature bacon. Is that nit just a big tasty? I could have saved money. 4 napkins worth of excessive over use of sauce. Leaving stil enough to taste. Between the soggy bits of bun. The seasonal chicken burger...... credit where due, the sauce was just right. The dryness of the chicken however I would have been greatful for the extra moisture. Big tasty WITH bacon = large splat WITHOUT bacon.
