did not get the special item with the order which is not good.

Wrong items has been delivered

Delivery was good, the food was incomplete.

Driver spilt my drink so I only got a quarter of a cup

Delivery time kept changing, arriving cold and items missing

2 drinks missing from order, not the first time it’s happened

Complete order was wrong. And too cold to eat anyway.

Chips where cold. Everything else was ok

Yet again useless went through drive through ordered Minecraft chicken nugget meal with milkshake , 2 cheeseburgers, ended up with someone’s else’s meal wrap, fries and mcspicy but placed our receipt in with it! Useless last time I asked for apple pie asked if ready said yes then told me at serving window be 15-20 mins! This place is useless! never again

I tried calling for an update on delivery, but no one answered. I didn’t appreciate waiting for 1 hour 45 minutes for our meal. Very poor, poor service. Also no straws for our drinks.

Two old women in staff are completely nonsense they pay attention in car park more than their job inside. Completely uneducated & uncivilized. Car park in in control of parking company not it belongs to their fathers.

It took an hour and 40 mins to arrive, and when it arrived it was stone cold. The coffee was undrinkable not impressed at all and would like a full refund

when I ordered at 4:45pm I was notified it would be with me by 5:10pm. It arrived just after 5.30pm and it was cold.

Order was missing the 9 chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce plus no straw with the drink

fries were lukewarm and the LARGE mango and pineapple smoothie is very disappointing as only a medium amount was clearly displayed through the clear plastic cup it was delivered in. both my burgers needed reheating as well

Wrong food completely delivered - wasn’t my order - so no one fed , even the bag delivered was missing items from the order slip so wrong bag - why is it so hard to, sadly i didn’t know until I opened the bag either when do you read the order on the outside first

It's a McDonalds, they are mostly franchises and run by investors and the usual suspects. What's to say, its fast food that's not overly fast and overpriced.

The estimated delivery time started at 17.55 to 18.15 then it was later. After that it kept changing from earlier to later over and over again. This was very annoying and upsetting. Please let me know why this was as I don't understand it. Thanks.

McDonald’s left out someone’s meal

I ordered 2x Sweet scurry sauce with both my nuggets and didn't receive it. this happens every time I order! Other than that food was hot and fresh.

I ordered the food at 6:35 Food didn’t arrive till 8:20 the chips were uncooked and cold and the burger was freezing. The nuggets were soggy they had been left that long

my kids was fasting they fast the whole day and had to eat 20 mins late as I wanted the delivery for 17.45

The food was freezing cold. The chicken burger was rock hard because it was cold. The standard lately of the Leighton Buzzard Mc Donald’s isn’t as it used to be. Many of times I’ve had an incomplete order and many of times the food had been cold. Dissatisfied and wish I hadn’t of wasted money

The hot chocolate is just a little bit more than water. And I order it through machine and it didn't give me receipt. In my experience, most of the time I cannot get a receipt from machine.

so much salt on chips made them inedible, oh and only half full guy had attitude when i complained waited 5 minutes for a edible portion of fries but no saltier than the first lot ruined my meal cheers, its 4am there’s no excuse id like a refund please.

The food itself at McDonalds is always made in good time and the service is always good. I never usual write reviews but there was one thing that I witnessed that I felt like I needed to make aware. When I went in on the Wednesday I witnessed an altercation and saw as what I think was a manger speaking to a staff member in front of the public. I was absolutely appalled by the unprofessionalism and the way that this lady spoke to her employee. The employee that she spoke to was lovely she was working very hard constantly doing something, she also went out her way to go up to customers and take away there trays when finished! I’ve never seen such a kind act in a McDonald’s before and want to really compliment her on how well she worked. It’s a shame I don’t know her name so that she can get a compliment but she was an older lady. The manger came up to her employee and said in an aggressive tone how a customer had asked for a tissue and was annoyed that she hadn’t got it yet for the customer. Baring in mind the employee is very busy and already doing tasks it was very unreasonable for the manger to have a go at her and give her such dirty looks right in front of customers faces!! I felt very uncomfortable from interaction and it actually made me very upset for the most of the day. After this altercation happened I went up to the employee herself and told her I didn’t like the way her manger spoke to her and I also said how hard she’s been working as she wasn’t getting told that by her own manger so I felt like I had to do that job because she looked so upset bless her. I am writing this review hoping that there will be some self reflect here to treat people how you want to be treated as mental health is very important. Instead of being rude and not appreciating employees you should be very thankful of that lady as she was working very hard! It’s a shame that the customers had to witness this as things like this should be addressed in private and not in that manner and certainly not infront of customers!

Delivery was fine but the chips are old and cold.

Unfortunately the food was cold and you ask for sauce and pay 50p for each one we ordered 4 so that’s £2:00 and then they don’t put it in. Seriously it’s so annoying

Cold overcooked chips, not fresh, overcooked burger with obviously burned edges and barely any sauce. It’s just so….disappointing. Hard to believe how low the standards become just because it’s busy.
