Very long wait, messed up order, cold food

Absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order from McDonald's Cameron Toll through Just Eat (Order No. 571928266) and never received it. I waited over an hour, tracked the driver, and watched as he went to a completely different building. The app then marked it as "delivered", even though I was never contacted and never gave the pickup code. This was not a mistake — this looks like a scam. Either the driver stole the food or gave it to someone else intentionally. £22.04 wasted, and no food. McDonald's should take responsibility for using dishonest drivers. Avoid ordering from here if you value your time and money.

No milk or sugar for the tea, wrong desert sent.

Supposed to be a minecraft meal but received no collectible minecraft figure what was the point in calling it a minecraft meal disappointing

Toilets not cleaned. No toilet papers .

The driver was sitting up the road from my house for about 20 minutes the food was freezing cold the time he came to my door!

I’ve never been to McDonald’s with staff so nice and taking care of you. The gentleman on the floor looked after us when our order didn’t come in on time (I did something wrong, probably with payment and my order didn’t go through). After we made the order he made sure we got everything if there is anything else he can help with. Very kind and respectful. Gentelman named Rod. Thank you Rod!

specifically ordered the minecraft meals for my kids and did not receive a collectable! why is it so hard for people to do the job they are paid to do? this is a constant with mcdonalds..they always miss something in the order from food to sauce and even the toy that's meant to be added to the meal

the burger was wrong it was a bacon and cheese burger I ordered but got a triple cheese burger

This was surprisingly quiet for being 5p.m. the queue moved pretty quickly, & the wait for our food was thankfully very short. The place was clean & tidy, and there was a security presence,.which I hadn't thought was needed. But some older teenagers were horsing around,.mostly.they were just a bit loud, physical horseplay started & the security was all over it. All in all, I was mostly impressed. If I had one niggle complaint, it would be that despite a small queue, and a short wait, All our food was Cold, not just a bit, but totally cold. I've worked this job myself, it takes skill & dedication to have Everything the customer bought All be equally cold at point of sale. Luckily burgers & fries are great for coming home drunk, that's when you appreciate microwaves(but still stand & mutter 'come on, come on,.hurry UP!' at them, despite them being as close to magic as possible IRL).

Once again McDonald’s was missing items plus put vanilla ice cream in my drink instead of chocolate milkshake. How do you even make that mistake???

We prefer to order from this store because fork kirnaird don’t have for many days milkshakes and service it’s better here

Mcdonalds is McDonalds, the only reason for 4 stars is the location. The stress of Cameron toll roundabout and then another mini roundabout just to enter is painful but after that never had any problems. Excellent mcdonalds.

Absolute joke! Order 2 Chicken Nugget Happy meal along with 2 burgers...too lazy to get the nuggets so they stick burgers into the happy meal....cheers guys waste of money!!! Cant even phone them cause it come up "Line Busy"

Why did I get two orders delivered within 3’mins of each other & the first driver told me there was another coming I was astonished!!,I'veto pay for 2 of the same even though it said my order was cancelled plus only got 1 order for this on the phone!
