Pretty consistently the worst McDonald's franchise in Scotland

Be careful of the mangers they are the one are responsible for bad food just 15 40 a manger had a cheese burger if was cold and chips were sogge i told him to change it he refused discussing its not my first time but is get out of hand something must be done .

I was waiting to receive my order this morning. But it took ages, and then a member of staff asked me what what was your order? we lost your receipt!!!. Then, I received my order finally, with missing items without explanation or any apology. A very bad experience.

My family and I really liked it, good value for money 😊

When it came it was frozen I Just stay 5 mins in a car from Cameron toll I don't drive or wouldv took it back🤷🫢

It's good we have a macdonald here. But the fries are not great somehow soft and not macdonald perfection.

Today's delivery is very late , the food was cold with drinks spill over the bag. The weather is cold , food should have been delivered in a car instead of a bike.

Placed my order at 20 past 5 and had NO updates for 2 hours apart from “preparing your order” phoned just eat twice and the restaurant, to then at 20 to 8 saying “delivered” with a time of quarter to 9! Absolute joke, my boyfriend then went to pick up our food which was beyond freezing! To getting nothing but attitude from the staff!! The “manager” seemed to find it amusing to take photos and videos on snap chat rather than getting peoples food to them!

not the delivers fault due to road problems, but every time i give the place a try the food is always cold and just un enjoyable, keep telling myself no more

The store was very busy and the staff were doing an amazing job keeping it all going. Howevervthe new app is atrocious. Orders almost never confirm, and if they do, it takes ages. You are constantly left on the "fries of doom." No reflection on the store, o ce they were aware they did a flip round on the till to sort it. In this and another branch, staff were resignedly accepting that the app is awful. McDonalds, you need to sort this!!

My food was stain cold and the chips tasted like rubber I am very not happy with this and I also never got my sauces and this was a waste of my money and the delivery driver took ages to find my house and throwing me attitude over message witch is not good customer service !!

The driver drove the wrong way in to the centre of Edinburgh and then past Mcdonalds again on the way back to my address. I messaged him twice to say he was going the wrong way and then again to tell him my food would be cold which the food was cold. I said to the driver at the door and he said it's ok it's in a hot bag, sadly the hot bag does not keep food hot for that long.

Why employ drivers that can't follow basic instructions and don't speak English? this is not helpful when they can't find you and cant understand you when your trying to direct them to you. food was stone cold after he drove around for 20mins, he called me 4 time's and couldn't understand me.

The wraps are really good, we got a deal for £1.99 each. Bathrooms are clean. And the best of all is the employee Rod, very kind, helpful, he even gave us tips on what to do in the city. I loved!

Driver was lost for ages, when I gave him my code he had no understanding of what I was saying. Took over 15 minutes to hand over my food as he couldn’t find his code and was saying I was lying my code was wrong when it wasn’t. So unhappy with my order will not be ordering again!
