Chicken Club in Edinburgh, City of

It took almost two hours to deliver and all food is cold. I didn’t get my four spicy wings which are supposed to be included in the meal. Very awful experience

I've been waiting for the order for more than an hour and the time keeps changing and the waiting time keeps increasing. So baaad Why u put the order in preparing if u r not ready to hand it over to delivery..

Late and freezing. Driver must have been drifting as pizza was squished to one side.

Absolutely disgusting food - half cooked chicken dangerous to eat and frozen chips with no flavour at all. Unclean kitchen and poor service delivered by unfriendly staff. One of the worst places I have ever eaten.

Staff is friendly and my order arrives fast. The food is warm and delicious.

Massive mistake. 1 hour and 40 mins late! Asked US to collect instead of refunding. The food was cold. Had to remind the server for our drink. Never again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Disgusting food. Disgusting standard of hygiene. Counting about 20 flies in the shop. No cleanliness at all. If you eat from here you will die. I left my money with them and chucked the food in the bin as soon as I left. Bad attitude from the 1 guy working there looking like he’s doing us a favour by serving us. This is all at the peak lunch hour. Yuck

Drinks missing - 2 cans. Driver said Chicken club staff did not hand him any cans. This is the third of fourth time we have had our drinks missing from our order.

My order was 2hrs late my food was cold the drive brought the food out off and plastic bag not even a just eat bag I want my full refund

I find the chicken not fresh… I would say the food very nice but not too crispy nor cooked as crispy.

Food not delivered. It’s an issue with just eat, not chicken club, but here I am with a text saying food is outside my door, when there isn’t anything there. In general chicken club is good. The food is fine even if not always what was ordered, but if not they send more than was payed for so it’s ok.

Has gone downhill and chicken is not what it use to be

My love, today everything is beautiful..

Today afternoon I have had the worst experience with the restaurant. I used to come from time to time with my family, some time a lone and we have been taking continuous orders on line. We love the food, service and staff based on customer service. But, today I have been frustrated because of the food which is not reasonable for human beings. The bread is very old and had a mold even in a green dots which are very obvious. The burger is very tough and is difficult to be chewing. I have spoken to the staff, unfortunately no response, no feedback, no reaction , no excuses and no refund however I have returned the meal just after found out. No refund!!!!!!. Miserable experience.

replaced chicken nuggets with southern fried pop corn chicken, and sprite with iron bru in the kids meal, my kids don't eat southern fried chicken (hence the nuggets) or like irn bru so the delivery has been a disaster. the shop should have called to advise or not accepted the order! now having to make a trip to McDonald's for chicken nuggets and a sprite 🫣

Run by very unprofessional people and poor customer services. Takes ages to prepare order. Also I have seen in news they have been caught by hiring worker illegally with not paying their wages and fined by civil court around £20,000. So pathetic

Was looking forward to a sugar free Pepsi max but unfortunately I couldn’t drink it because a normal Pepsi came with the order. Chips was cold but I don’t think that can be helped because of the distance?

food was tasty but lukewarm, had to reheat in for 10 minutes to get to to an edible temperature.

it seems recently you have drivers that do not understand housenumbers. as the majority of the street share the same postcode, recently I've had calls from them saying they can't find the address as the GPS takes them halfway up the street. all properties on the street are numbered. Do you think uou may need to train drivers in how to read addresses? Food was fabby, bit a bit cold as I was waiting for the driver to then get out of his car yo deliver it once I had flagged him down

Tasty chicken, sort and succulent, totally different to the other chicken places, nice too. Chips were good, thick cut but a little dry. Overall would try again.

Took 40 minutes before the food was showing as being prepared. Also I had the bottle of drink missing

We ordered a whole peri peri chicken meal and a peri peri chicken burger meal. Both arrived cold and late 90 mins after ordering. The chicken was cold because it was put into a pizza box which meant the heat escaped. The chicken that was in my burger was non existent. Literally the size of a chicken nugget. Ive ordered from here before and never had issues till my order on Friday night. I hope they sort out these issues highlighted.

I have ordered from Chicken club for years, never encountered an issue. Tonight my order included 2 supreme filets burgers which were delivered without the chicken filet in either. Upon phoning the restaurant I was quickly told I would need to order sauce in order to get 2 “free” burgers (how they would be free I do not know considering I paid for them and didn’t receive). Ordering sauce meant not only would I have to pay for a sauce I do not want but also paying ANOTHER delivery fee in order to

Fried chicken was not nice considering price, and took quite a long time. Grilled chicken was good but quite tough.

Waited 2h 30mins, order status changed to delivered however nothing has arrived. Phoned the restaurant only for them to blame just eat drivers and was advised to contact just eat.

took 25 minutes longer then requested, gave me 7 up instead of of sprite and orange tango instead of apple.

I find the food over cooked… and the food quality could be better.

Ordered the food at 3:50 pm latest should have at least arrived latest by 5pm. Food ended up arriving at 6:11pm. Food was cold inedible. Chicken cold. Fries cold. Ordered Pepsi and 7up. Got Barr cola and sprite. Could have least sent me an email at five saying they will not be able to fulfill the request. All in all abysmal service.

Driver could not find address, 2 streets away, had to track him down! Then forgets to give bottle of juice, £3-50, 1.5ltr bottle!! Nothing they can do apparently??!! No contact with driver??? 2nd time from here, 2 xcan 330ml, £1.70 each, none given!!

The delivery arrived on time, but it was more than an hour since the order was placed, it's too much for me! However this chicken is much better than KFC's, it arrived super hot, tasty and above all crispy, from now on I will not eat KFC chicken again that is always cold and with a not crunchy skin

The chicken pieces were very small !!
