McDonald's in South Cambridgeshire

Called in on way home from Stansted airport as we needed a quick snack. Service not too bad for McDonalds but filet of fish meals were only lukewarm. Toilets were filthy. Ate quickly and left as we didn't want the car to get damaged on their car park due to the idiotic way some people were driving. Would only stop here again in desperation.

I went into the McDonald to order a McFlurry and a drink and it was busy and I want 20 mins just for ice cream and drink and I could see my order on the side and no one giving people there food and other people waited 20 mins as well it was disgusting and disappointing and the drinks are always flat all the time and I went up to the till and said it is a joke I have waited so long and they didn’t even apologise for me waiting the customer service is terrible they all so grumpy because people are complaining about the wait but people shouldn’t wait that long it is meant to be fast food not slow food and when I received my ice cream there was nothing in it it was all melted and then I sent it back they did they have run out of the McFlurry I wanted and they still didn’t apologise or anything it is a joke and they didn’t even give me a straw for my drink how do they think I am meant to be drink and mangers are grumpy as well they are meant to have good customer service Someone needs get this place sorted out asp

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been in. The restaurant area was dirty and messy, the ladies toilets were disgusting - broken, smelly and lacking in provisions. The staff were stressed and swearing in front of customers. Our order took over 30 minutes eating in. By the time we received our food, the fries were stone cold. Staff did exchange these for fresh ones when I complained. Total chaos and very uninviting. Most McDonald’s are kept clean and hygienic but this was awful. I suspect the team were understaffed so provide more staff please McDonald’s!! Luckily we were only passing through so won’t be revisiting.

Went to the McDonald’s on the way back home and we ordered two things. They got both of them wrong and gave us the wrong items. The service was terrible and the woman who answered the phone sounded like she didn’t even want to be there and was rather rude.

Never has the basics, this time it was no coke (!?!?!) and they missed half our order. When we got home there was no point going back as the other food will be cold. Unable to get hold of anyone to speak to. Unfortunately run by teenagers at the weekend. Recently also had no ice cream, none of the special burger options.

I am a regular at he Mcd's in Whittlesford as its on my way home from work. I go there at least once a week. In recents months I have often had to return items to the counter for replacements or to get order mistakes/omissions...

The main doors, marked as a fire exit, were locked and left unattended while I and many other customers were inside. I was shocked that this was considered acceptable by the manager.

This McDonald’s is the worse I’ve ever visited, always forgetting items that I’ve bought, food cold, and ice cream machine always always always broken! Would not recommend but I do highly recommend staying away. Diabolical service. 1* cause I can’t give zero unfortunately.

Stopped here on the way home from Norfolk to Hampshire. It was a very busy Sunday afternoon and the staff were coping very well. We had coffee and doughnuts. Which were of the normal McDonalds standards.

We visit this McDonald's about once a month. It's always very clean inside and outside despite always being busy. There are plenty of staff so always served quickly in the restaurant or in the drive - thru. Food is always hot.

Your usual Mcdonalds , Ok for a quick bite to eat , but nothing special. Clean , but very busy. Toilets clean. Parking can be a bit of a problem as it is on the site of a busy BP Garage.
