Fine for a quick pit stop. Full BK menu space to eat in if you want.

Fresh hot food that tasted great. My only one thing is that you have to order everything yourself on the screens provided , a counter service would be good for those that need it.

Disgusting. Tables and floors filthy, I would be embarrassed to work here, manager, do better! Many reviews of the same standard, have you not learnt?

Staff forgetful and slow, they first forgot to put in two straws which i had to remind them to do. Once I got to eating my food I realised that they did not put my full order in my bag and had forgot my onion rings. Food was cold and chips were over salted and stale. Very disappointed as it cost a lot for what i got. Will not be coming back!

It's a Burger King. Outlets vary but this one I found lacking. Staff were distracted and not customer focused, food was not well prepared and not hot. Seating is shared between BK and Greggs. Car Park is spacious. This site was recently refurbished but I can't say it's done much for the food quality but it is larger and cleaner than before.

Food and drinks were nice, as expected for a quick bite to eat. Ordering on the touch screen was a little tricky to navigate, but we got there in the end. The seating area and floors were dirty, where customers had left a mess everywhere. It was very quiet, not many people in there.

Always had good service from there. Staff are polite.

Went in to grab a quick meal with a mate, ordered a Steakhouse Angus meal and brought it home, only to discover that they'd somehow managed to forget to put the burger in the bun (remembered everything else though)! Ended up just putting onion rings in there instead. Should've had Greggs instead.

Very good food and amazing service , however the car park was filled with pot holes which led to damage to my car tyre.

If I could give this place -1000 I would it’s absolutely disgusting and I cannot believe they are allowed to trade. How they have 5 rating in food hygiene I do not know! We got to the counter saw the state of the kitchen and left! It’s vile! My son needed the toilet and they were just as bad! How they can have foul unsanitary toilets that close to the food is beyond me. I’m pretty sure the staff are aware how bad it is, they all looked utterly miserable and should be embarrassed of the state they allow it to be in! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Believe me you wouldn’t even eat here if it was the last place on earth!

Very rude staff. go there a few times as it’s the only place nearby me. They never give you on the happy meal and which makes my kid upset. For a year I live near burger king and wasn’t one single time that we had a full meal with all we orderes

Stopped off for a break while taking a long car journey. It was quite late but the staff were welcoming and helpful especially with tired children and assistance dog. There was a nice choice of dishes and snacks and drinks which were served quite quickly. The food was fresh and tasty. The place was very much no frills and geared to people in a hurry but comfortable nevertheless. The prices were competitive and reasonable. Plenty of free parking and good disabled access.

It did, as always, taste as great as my first nearly 50 years ago on an American airbase - in the UK. Sadly no atmosphere and their burgers are so much smaller as a result of inflation (I could've read the paper through the bacon - it was so thin) and.. My first was twice the size for $1.98. (prices in US dollars on the base). This one was lot more, over £6.00.

Stopped here for a coffee and toilet break. Coffee was fine but toilets were disgusting. Dirty, smelly, no toilet roll and some of the cubical don't lock. Make sure you take a pack of tissues with you.

Wow. I love BK but not this one. What happened to this once great company????….What a dive. Half closed as the greggs was shut…… why????…… toilets right by queue and counter. No heating. Very few chairs. And the coffee I had was absolutely terrible ……. No flavour at all. ….. will never go again.

Stayed at the hotel next door so this was the only place to eat nearby. To be honest the staff here was brilliant alongside greggs but in all honest the food was a whole different experience!! Not great at all! Such a shame. Staff 10/10 Food 1/10

Filthiest toilets and restaurant! Tables and floor dirty.

This is apparently owned by the EG Group, Had stopped here before when travelling. However this time we decided after going inside to give this place a miss. Total lack of housekeeping, sanitising etc. When you park up its quite visible that people are using the wooded areas to use a toilet!!! Plus there was horrendous amounts of litter lying around. Should be surprised that the location authorities have not closed it down, but yet again perhaps not.

LOVED MY TIME THERE, the food was impeccable, the man serving I think his name Akil he was so nice and incredibly quick and smooth with the service

Not a place I'd care to visit at night! It did the job of a cup of tea, sausage roll and a pee very well. Bit of a grubby place quite dim, could do with better lighting.

Absolutely disgusting toilets. This venue is the perfect reason why gender neutral toilets are a terrible idea, 3 shared gender toilets which looked why fhey hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Rubbish bins inside the restaurant overflowing all over the floor and the car park was littered with it.

Paid £12 to have a bag of food thrown at me and be told they've closed the seating area so they can clean and go home earlier so I had nowhere to sit.

Great food fresh and hot staff were great the only let down was the cleanliness of the toilets and restaurant but don't let that put you off

Het etennennde bediening was prima voor fastfood. Verder was het een vieze bende. Natte bende in de wc. Tafels waren niet schoongemaakt. Rommel op de grond. We hadden honger en dus aten we er..maar eigenlijk zouden we verder moeten rijden.

We stopped for dinner but NO WAY was I going to let my family eat ANYTHING! this place needs closing down or environmental health to get involved, the “toilets” were absolutely high bound I watched a Burger King member of staff go in to fill the loo roll came out and wiped his feet on the mat as they were soaked from the filth that was in there. I will NEVER EVER go back there again!

Ummm umm gotta love a BK ! The service was great and the food was so yummy ! I had a double royal ! When you order your royal , click edit and add another patty ! You won’t be disappointed!!

This is the most disgusting service station I have ever seen. The car park is full of rubbish, rats, and stinks of wee. Which didn’t surprise me once I saw/smelt the toilets. I’d rather wee in the car park to be honest. Only 4 toilets for men, women and disabled to share and one was out of order. One had no soap, 2 of them stink, all 3 filthy. Greggs and Burger King are fine. Everything else is grim. Oh and I got bitten by some awful insect on my leg while sitting in there, the bite is huge. Not been bitten all summer so this was a lovely bonus. Thanks.

Hygiene is really bad. Sanitary bins in toilets overflowing, hand dryers not working, no toilet roll holders, etc.

As others have said good and general service is just about ok but the site and cleanliness is shocking. A latrine would be better than the cleanliness of the toilets with used pill packaging and worse. No soap but at least the water is warm …

The filthiest toilets I have ever come across at this rest stop (not a solely burger king outlet). From the floors to the tables the whole place was disgusting

Shocking place not Burger Kings but the general place toilets under water and generally scruffy as can be. Had a BK meal tap screen was a bit slow and no receipt for number in queue so had to trust their customers Gregs coffee was nice but the whole place needs bulldozing and starting again

Filthy toilets again. These EG Group service stops are filthy, I stopped at the one at Mike’s hall last week which was worse, but the toilets are awful. Also my discount code for whopper meal didn’t come out price I was expecting so all in all disappointed!

Pulled in on route to Suffolk. Filthy tables that had not been cleared and cleaned. Decided to grab a takeout drink instead, nobody serving. Eventually, I put the drinks back and walked out. Appalling!!!

4 toilets, 3 out of order and one being used but not flushing. Dreary place to come to. Nice tea from cheerful Greggs lady but otherwise a dim and vaguely grubby environment.

The food and service is actually OK. However, this 'service station' has got to be one of the most dirty and disgusting in the country. Inside the store there are uncleared tables, rubbish on the floor and toilets that are closed. However, outside is an absolute disgrace - massive potholes, rubbish everywhere, overgrown bushes. It's not a place I would want to visit after dark! My wife had previously complained to the management company - but they obviously don't care!

Food is reasonable, if you want ice-cream, don't bother the machine has been out of service for the last 12 months. They only take orders via self-service screens and refuse to do otherwise.

Paid £7.49 for a California Double Whopper, got home to find there’s no bacon and only one patty inside. I’m most walks of life, this is called theft. Avoid.

We stopped here one evening last week for a quick snack whilst filling up the car. The area was messy and tired and very very dark and univiting The service was good but all areas messy dirty and tired. The toilets were terrible

We ordered on the machine and it didn't go through to the till in burger King! So we had to manually order from the till ( which was treacherous due to our very specific and long list of foods we needed ). Another time just me and 1 other person came back and decided to sit down. The table was dirty, floors didn't look clean and the toilets were horrendous. I have got to say though, the food at this burger King is worth it.

Awesome burgers. You can taste the beef in the patty, unlike with their main competitor. They might be more expensive, but you'll enjoy the burger. Just that the branch has the smell of damp in it. So eating there won't be so nice. I get my lunch there and eat at work.

I have to say about the toilets at the Fourwentways Services. The toilet that i used was Filthy!, Stinking!, with a water logged floor (I hope it was - water!) with toilet paper over the floor. BUT!... I've seen worse!...In the first toilet cubicle near the Burger King at Fourwentways! - I looked in the first toilet, and saw that was filthy!, then looked at the 2nd one (the one that i did use) which although filthy, was marginaly cleaner than the first one!. Now!...I always though that you had to have 2 doors - when a toilet is near a food preparation area or kitchen. So where are the Council Environmental Officers?!. The question under this review- gives you 3 choices of answers, of which you pick one, They're: Dine in, Take out, and Delivery. I think the middle one should be : Walk - Out!. It's a disgrace, it also shows what they think is acceptable for customers who use the Fourwentways Service Area. There's a Burger King, and Greggs at these services, so i should think the toilets are part of the building services contract themselves, nothing to do with the food outlets.

Absolutely foul, usually stop at McDonalds so I'm not expecting much. Decided to "treat myself" really fancied a bacon double cheeseburger, cold, bun was soggy...so bad I didn't eat any of it. Per other reviews this place is filthy, not a little dirty....disgustingly filthy. I won't be returning to Burger King when there are so many other better options around

Staff friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. Food was hot . Been here twice now and can't complain..

Outside the bins were overflowing with rats visible from the side of the building. Food was quick and hot but staff barely spoke, then we came out into the dark to see rats running out from the side of the building. Won’t be going back !

Been a few times now it’s meana be open till 9pm but it’s closed way before 9pm

Filthy. Toilets were disgusting. Made me gag. Then the touch screen wasn’t working properly at Burger King. ‘Manager’ was no help. Ordered food that was handed to me over a DIRTY counter. To then have to wipe the tables ourselves with napkins because they hadn’t been cleaned. The floor was so dirty that there was constantly chunks of food under foot. There were BOGEYS AND PHLEGM on the walls. Next to the broken tv & empty leaflet rack. We couldn’t eat our food because we were gagging. Threw it away. Went to tell the manager at Burger King, he proceeded to shrug his shoulders and walk away. Disgusting. Don’t go here. Unless u want food poisoning. Greg’s is the only place in this building that’s not filthy. Horrible experience. Doesn’t deserve the 1 star.

The food was adequate, not the greatest. The state of the tables and floors were disgusting, and the toilets were even worse, although there was a bright yellow cleaning trolley near them, I'm not sure it had been used that day. They were a hygiene risk all on themsleves, we counted ourselves lucky not to come away without any nasty bugs. A note on the food. I thought the burgers were grilled, so how comes mine was dripping in greese?? Possibly best to avoid, unless like us you are completely desperate.

have been on holiday and on the way back I stopped at a Travelodge at little Abington Cambridge I brought my food in the evening from the double xl whopper meal with a sprite About an Hour after i felt really ill and as i was staying in the hotel it made me sick and i was up all night plus that was all i had eaten I still fill sick now and has put me off my food at the moment So i just thought i would email just incase it has happened before please could you get back to me as it ruined my night plus up most of the night

Been travelling with 3 children since 8am this morning, now 5:45pm (about the time people would want an evening meal) driving back from the airport. Went in to feed the children. Chairs all stacked apart from one table with some men sat at it. Asked the guy behind the counter if there was somewhere we could sit... he told us no because everywhere else had been cleaned. The place doesn't shut until 9/9:30pm so why could we not sit at another table??? Would maybe understand if they had just cleaned and it was near closing. Tried to use the self service thing but couldn't take off ingredients. Went to the counter and was cash only... well unless we can pay using left over euros we couldn't do that either. Rude, inconsiderate staff!

We stayed at Travelodge for a few months and on occasion bought our meals from Burger King. Staff always friendly and helpful. Food always fresh.
