My Husband came to your shop last night and when he gave you his order you were damn right rude .. yes you are busy but there is no need to have a attitude problem .. we will not be back again and it was cold when he got it home .. the price we have to pay aswell is disgusting

changed from delivery to collection and the gave me back the price of the delivery with garlic bread and chips (much more than delivery cost) really nice customer service tonight!

Absolutely disgusting employee behaviour! Regular domino’s pizza, but order delivery through the app so you don’t come in contact with the employees. Extremely rude and ignorant.

Saw a guy who works there pick up a dying bird, proceeded to chase another member of staff around with it, then went back into the building without washing his hands and carried on working as normal... really gross...

the quality is acceptable, the service is fast, as usual in this places, they had carpark available, and a big number of employees, probably they sell a lot.

I made a phone call to "Cambourne dominos' for some basic information. Well l've called just to ask a question which was "Does the chocolate go on top of the cinnamon balls or on the side". I've asked this question because my previous order I didn't get chocolate either on top nor the side, this lady has replied "Order it and you'll find out I'm busy and don't have time for mischievous phone calls". I said "sorry" shockingly, This was completely rude and isn't a way to answer a customer. I simply wanted to know some information and the lady through the phone was rude. I will not be ordering through Camborne dominoes no more that's made me well uncomfortable to eat any of the food they make. I'd rather drive to st Neots or Cambridge and get me a well done pizza and desert. Funny enough my friend has also been disrespected by this lady. This shouldn't be the first complaint.

Food was good and service was good

Just really really poor. Not sure why I gave them another go. Very dry pizza and barely warm.. so dry in fact that it was curling up in the middle. Zero flavour, could taste more when I had covid. This was a collection so God only knows what it would have been like if I’d waited on delivery. Had the same experience on previous visits so that’s the last time. Best place for their pizzas is in the bin!

Called them. Guy on phone wouldn’t take my order unless I did it online. Hung up. Will never use this establishment

Absolutely rubbish. Pizza might be nice, when it eventually turns up, but it needs to arrive. Told it would come 6.05-6.15 and still waiting at 6.40. Just rang them, it's not even on its way. We live in Hardwick not a million miles away. 3rd and last time I order from them, happened before and I had to ring twice. You are useless and don't even care. Shame on you.

Manager just talks over you. Picked up a pizza no cheese on it. Just a refund. Doesn't help the fact that I can't eat anything. Going to report to head office. Way the complaint was dealt with was a complete disgrace.

Very fast device and delivery today as I ordered a medium festive pizza with chips and the pizza was absolutely awesome and who ever thought of Christmas dinner on a pizza with cranberry sauce across the top is a genius…

Food was cold even though I was waiting outside for the notification of the food being ready and went in straight away. The scowl I receive when the server came to the front was disgusting and the customer service throughout was awful, that girl needs to lose her job she’s losing you business. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I went into the store to make an order, the staff were very friendly but had made a mistake and did not put any cheese on my garlic bread pizza which they realised and made me a new one. I waited for pretty long, but the food was very nice regardless.

Always great food. One of my "go to", places when I want a cheap but tasty takeaway. If I'm feeling lazy, the delivery service is cheap and quick

Utterly chaotic. Very busy and I had to wait for about 45 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. Their system breaks down under any load with pizzas piling up coming out of the oven. They were overwhelmed because they had so many pizzas in boxes stacked up randomly that they couldn't sort them into orders. Meanwhile the people preparing them were still going full speed. It would be funny if I wasn't so hungry. Pizza was fine.

About and hour and a half from ordering, arrived cold. Shambles

If I could give zero I would! Poor and very slow service. Pizza arrived cold and inedible as the delivery driver was just stood outside our gate; he had not even attempted to knock the door or deliver the pizza. Will never use them again.

Just walked in to order a pizza, the woman working there started shouting to me that I could only order online bc she was understaffed and too busy to help me at the cashier. Weird but ok, I tried and the website wasn't working. Asked another customer to check if it was working on his phone or not, also no. I addressed this to the woman and again she started shouting she really had no time and to try again, I was baffled and about to walk off (what I should've done in hindsight..) but luckily one of the men there winked at me and helped me, even the delivery guy came over to help. All the while the woman was screaming and shouting at me and the other staff. Whilst I was waiting one of the guys asked me a question, and AGAIN she came over and started shouting at me to be patient!! I answered I wasn't harassing her staff and was simply answering a question that I was being asked, but she refused to understand and kept acting like I had done something. My gosh what a horrible person, I'm sorry for the other staff that has to endure working with her, hopefully she gets fired soon. I gave 2 stars bc of the pizza, which was great.

They don't actually do anything. Orders take >1hr and aren't even in the oven. Quicker to make your own pizza, including milking the cow and making the cheese. Hardly ever answer the phone. Never confident they understand you.

Disappointed by the service, after an hour the delivery got to my address , the delivery boy said he forgot one of the items at the shop and he’s going back for it. He never came back :(( . I have tried to contact the shop several times . No answer thou . It was not always perfect , but today’s experience will be the last , it’s simply not worth it!

This Dominoes is generally good and I've ordered from them several times before. However my experience with customer service this week (11th September) has really put me off . I ordered a pizza with 4 toppings and recieved a pizza without these. I immediately took the pizza back and showed proof via my confirmation email that they had forgotten to add the toppings. Then the manager (very confrontational and rude) tried to gaslight me into thinking I was causing a fuss when I had proof. His only saving grace is he remade the pizza with all the toppings I ordered which is why I give this a 2-star rather than a 1 star rating. I wont be ordering Dominoes for a while that's for certain!

My food arrived and it tasted warm and delicious. The kids loved it. The driver Alan was also a very nice and respectful person. Would definitely buy again.

Not much to explain, it a Domino's and it makes Pizza. My order was slower than expected (12 mins after the screen inside said it was ready) but it was still enjoyed. The waiting area could be improved.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked for the chicken to be cooked more as it was underdone the previous few times and had to be cooked at home. I was told by the manager that I was an idiot and didn’t know how chicken should be cooked. He was rude, unprofessional and insulting and clearly has no training in customer service. I tried to take it to Domino’s HQ and they just passed the complaint back to the manager himself instead of taking any responsibility for who they agree to franchise to. They repeatedly told me the store owner had responded to me and I got no apology or recognition of the appalling treatment I experienced. If you want to be abused and called names then feel free to try to complain. Will never ever buy from here again! EVER! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!

One particular employee was so rude. When we first went in to order he refused to serve us and asked someone else to whilst he sat on his phone. Then we went back in to collect-he told us the payment hadn’t gone through so I tried with my phone and it didn’t go through, then tried my bfs and didn’t work so I suggested it may be the card machine but he was adamant it wasn’t cuz he’d been taking orders all day, asked us what bank we were with, spoke to us as if we were the ones doing something wrong, finally tried a different card machine and it worked but didn’t apologise to us for the rudeness so I made him aware he was rude to us. When we got our pizzas I said we won’t be returning and he said he wasn’t bothered. we spent £50!

I was a regular customer of Dominos, I ordered food tonight rang back three times over a period of two and a half hours to find out where my food was to be told it had been delivered hours ago by the driver and that it was "our word against yours" appalling service horrendous attitude from the staff over the phone. I'll never use Cambourne Dominos again.

Awful service!! I called up to ask where my order was after one hour of waiting (estimated delivery time was 30 minutes), whoever picked up the phone asked me to wait without any ‘hello’ or reasonings - I waited for 2 minutes then hung up and rung again. He answered the phone instantly with a rude tone of voice, and spoke over me. After asking him not to speak over me, he threatened to cancel my order. I rung again 25 minutes later to see where my order was as he told me it would be here in 15 minutes, he spoke over me once again and all he said was ‘give me your address’ - after giving him my address, he said ‘I told you earlier it’s on its way’… I am appalled, and this is not the first time I have been spoken to in such a manor by your staff!! Cambourne domino’s is a disgrace. The fact it’s got 2 stars on trip advisor speaks for itself really. Get. New. Management.

Would have given it 0 stars if it were an option. Only half of order delivered and Martin very very rude. Both deliveries were cold and certainly not worth the money. Also, an apology would have been nice rather than being told that Martin never serves people who say they want their order completed ‘now’ so everyone can eat together. Disgusting behaviour.

Always very late and always cheating the gps tracker so no clue when the pizza is about to arrive. Always takes an hour for a 30 min estimate order Not ordering from this branch again.

Me and my family had diarrhoea and fell sick after having the ‘American Hot’. Me personally, had really bad stomach aches for around 2 hours! This could possibly be a one off but it’s up to you to make that decision 🤷‍♂️ I have no idea how they gave us food poisoning, if it was out of date meat, raw meat etc. But, this really shouldn’t be happening at a very well known pizza restaurant.

Slowest dominos I've ever known trackers says delivered actually delivered 30 mins later and cold called the store to ask where it was all I got was its on the way and hung up on. Pizzas just seem launched together. Love dominos pizza but this store seriously let's your name down.

7 piece chicken on the pizza order tonight - 4 cold pieces arrived. Never buying again. Allegedly quality controlled. Previously failed to deliver twice but not worth another chance. Waste of time and money.

Lovely pizza with quick delivery. I wanted to order in the shop but was politely told due to covid they can only take online orders- so I ordered online there and then, went home and they delivered not long after. Was ideal and pizza lovely and hot.

The manager here has never heard of customer service. I ordered a pickup for 7.30pm, hours in advance - turned up and was rudely told to come back in 15 minutes! When I came back, I was only given half of my order and the same guy seemed very put out that I asked where the rest of it was...

Rude, unprofessional, don't know how to do their job or speak to customers. Absolutely not what I expect having ordered from other dominoes

spoke to a nice fella on the phone I think he said his name was Oliver he knew his stuff and was clear on the phone. Pizza was sublime potentially the best I have ever had so cheers Oliver - will be coming back again soon

Not to my taste. Very greasy and very expensive.

Shocking service. Having to phone them after the order is an hour behind and the member on phone has no clue where is it (just on route) another hour later I cancelled it as the kids couldn't wait any longer. Only order if you're not yet hungry as you may starve to death before your food arrives.....

Pizza was OK, but the issue was with the delivery. App showed pizza being delivered and it was finally delivered 30 minutes later. Pizza was warm but felt like it was either reheated or was under hot lamps for some time, texture wasn't great. Not what I'd call a good brand pizza from Domino.

Rude and very unproffessional. If you dont like your job dont do it. No need to take it out on customers.

Since moving here, we've frequently utilized the delivery/walkin service for our orders, especially during the COVID 19 restrictions, but we will never order or patron their establishment again. The pizza was OK (at times, smashed , burnt or cold pizza - partially understood because they do get busy) but we will now be utilizing other local pizza places. We've had issues w/ the website when placing orders in the past and have tried to remedy the situation to no avail and we were able to place orders over the phone. Now, without notice, they have a new policy where they won't take credit cards over the phone. Not only that, but the person receiving the calls was rude and unprofessional...I guess they've gotten too big for their own good.

Rang up to order a delivery the man on the other end of the phone was extremely RUDE 😠 and made me very angry!! I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN shame as I really enjoy eating there pizzas.

I've never tried the delivery as I always walk to the pizza shop and collect the pizza so service is pretty fast and smooth. Around 10 minute wait or a quick shop in the nearby Morrisons and the pizza is ready. Pizza itself is not bad, ordinary takeaway pizza. A medium pizza for 6 pounds with two toppings is my favourite deal during the weekends.

Pizzas are always good from this Domino's, my only criticism is when the screen says your order is ready it normally takes another 5 to 10 minutes for them to give you the order.

Terrible service, I’ve ordered thought the app I this it crashed so I have no info if the order went trough or not but the money was taken from my account I’ve called the shop Cambourne more then 15 times with no answer and the shop supposed to be open, so i am here waiting until someone from dominos decide to contact me, I hope before Xmas.

Last two times I've ordered from here, the food didn't come until one hour and a half later and cold, which I had to call on both occasions and ask where it was. Nothing was done to rectify this, just wasted money on cold food. Ordered today, and the food didn't turn up at all! Customer service is disgusting, drivers are useless, never ordering from here again!

Ordered food at 22:01 it is currently 00:06 and believe it or not still no food, the website's tracker indicates that it has been delivered but is no where to be found. I have called the shop 3 times... The first time I was told it is leaving now after an hour. 30 minutes later I called again and was told it should be there in the next 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I was told "I'm not sure why it is taking so long but it has left and there is nothing we can do, it will show up eventually, we recommend putting it in the oven when it gets there" What a joke! It's safe to say this is the last time I will be ordering from here.

The best and disgusting service and aggressive people from the staff in Cambourne every time there is a wrong order they need to change the manager and all the staff to get the write order RUDE.

Wouldn't have give a star if i didn't have to. Placed an order for my family. Ordered garlic bread without cheese as a family member has allergies and a number of other pizzas. When 1 half of my order arrived the garlic bread was covered in cheese. And to be told the other driver with the rest of my order is somewhere and will be there soon. Called Dominoes Cambourn to be giving a typical excuse of we are to busy,then when i politely challenge them they shout down the phone about how i am wrong and that there is nothing they will do. Got very aggressive on the phone causing me to hang up, no apology or anything. I will never use dominoes again, disgusting service one branch ruining the brand

Ordered 50 mixed large pizzas for a wedding party, via Martin the manager at Cambourne. He was at all times helpful, professional and efficient. As he promised the order arrived bang on time. The proof of the pudding so to speak, was that all the pizza was eaten by guests many of whom were complimentary of the quality. Thanks to the team at Cambourne - first class service. John R

Find somewhere else. Rude customer service and even racist over the phone! Order is often wrong. Order said it was delivered. Called them to ask because we haven't received anything. Guy on phone has no clue and says it'd be another 30mins! They probably hadn't even made the damn pizzas in the first place! I've tried using them numerous times over the years and I've been disappointed over and over.

People there know their job. Very quick and professional

Online ordering system had a glitch. Orders processed were not what we wanted. Immediately called Domino’s Cambourne to have it corrected, spoke to Martin who had very poor customer service. Extremely upset because this guy is so arrogant and unhelpful. Said he could not do anything because it was our fault. Told him we are willing to pay extra for the missing stuff, he then started overcharging us. Told him about the overcharge and that I know the deals online (my laptop is in front of me) he then claimed it was wrong. And when I argued that it is false advertisement he said that I can complain to Domino’s if I want to. Got frustrated and ended up asking for a manager (because he does not comprehend and was extremely rude). And guess what, the manager was aslo Martin and sounds just like him. Outrageous, never had I ever experienced bad service like this. I hope someone higher up will read this and take action. There’s no point asking for a manager cuz he won’t even pass the phone to a manager.

Arrived 40 mins late. Not hot. When phoning to chase the order the phone got answered and the immediately hung up. Total rubbish.

Placed an order online then quickly realised I had made a mistake on one of the pizzas so I rang up and said I’ve made a mistake and they said “you should have checked before ordering, I have to throw a pizza away now” bluntly and this isn’t the first time they have been utterly rude! Ridiculous service for a paying customer.

Slow service, grumpy staff and over priced food.

They need more staff. It is not the staff's fault as they work at lightening speed but too long a wait even when ordered on the app. Pizza tastes good though and did offer drinks as an apology but as is often the case...less staff doing more. So, please put some those huge profit margins in to more staffing. Thank you

Local pizza if you live in the neighbourhood

They are never able to get my boyfriend's name right so whenever i go to pic up his order and say his name they say its not ready even when it is coz they cant seem to get how to pronounce it. Its sean and they seem to think its pronounced seen so takes me forever to get our order from them

I wanted to speak with someome regarding their deals so I tried calling for over 10 minutes and phone was not answered once but you get hung up on. When my partner picked up our food which we then ordered online she said the staff just ignored all calls and just let the phones ring continuously. I appreciate they may be busy but put more staff in place to accommodate
