McDonald's in Lisburn

Rude manager and food took 18 minutes when we got food the muffins were hard and disgusting won't be back to that McDonald's again

Awful! Both hubby and I had the wrap of the day. Chicken was dried out and hard to chew. Didn't give us our fries so had to go back up for them. The hot chocolate was barely coloured water and smelt horrible. Had to get it changed. The second one wasn't much better so had to ask for a third time which was still horrible so opted for a different drink. There were quite a few other customers going back up to the counter with complaints or asking for missing items.

I took my friends son as a treat. We ised the dtive through, there was a bit of a wait but it was lunch time Our food was hot and very tasty.

Over crowded, slow service and the interior layout and decor 5-years behind McDs in France and other parts of Europe

Waited for 20 minutes to get in and then waited over 35 minutes for our food!

Too busy. I ordered on the app and went in to collect my order. I had to wait 45mins ! The manager said they were overwhelmed by the amount of orders! Definitely not fast food! Chips were cold too.

A mcd breakfast.. always hits the mark.

You cant leave a no star review, but got there to the till to place my order the boy didnt even know we were standing there until we said excuse me. We used the female toilets and they were rotten, the one cubicle had urine all around the rim of the toilet base and the second cubicle had bowel movements all over the toilet seat and someone had decided to wipe their bottom with the end of the toilet roll and left it there for all to see. Stinking disgrace. Been noticing a few Mcdonalds around NI are starting to suck at customer services.

Open 24 hours. Very handy for a late night snack or coffee.

Worst experience of Mc-e-dees ever. Waiting for over 20 min for Big Mc and chip, ended up getting my money back and getting Chinese instead.. I feel for all the boys and girls working here.. 🕯️ I will never use Mac Donalds again. Do do do do do NOT lovin it!

First off all I ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes what did I get... A banana milkshake and a vanilla milkshake. I don't see chocolate in any of those do you? And secondly I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget meal what did I get a 5 piece chicken nugget meal with cold chips. Do better!!

The female member of staff serving at the drive through window on 5th Feb 2024 at 1:15pm seriously needs a good talking to about personal hygiene. Finger nails as black as the ace of spades! Manager should be picking up on these issues. Really put me off my food and don't think I will be returning.

Burgers are always not made neatly, they don't have enough sauce, they are very dry. Nuggets are tasteless, potatoes are always not salty. Very often there is no product or sauce in stock

Honestly this McDonald’s needs to be shut down cause the service was horrible they forgot items from our order we only got one item back after arguing with them and showing them our receipt. They were literally doing nothing but talking and standing around. Chicken burger had brown spots INSIDE and was very clammy,they forgot every item in my chicken burger I only got the mayo. The chips were the only nice part of the meal. McFlurry tasted of soap and was disgusting I was sick trying to eat it. Drinks were very flat and super warm which was disgusting. Staff were just not paying attention to anything at all to anything. This place just needs to be closed and don’t listen to ANY reviews that say this place is amazing or you should go here cause DONT GO THERE

Soulless dining experience, no character. Just uncomfortable seating and a touchscreen to order on. How long do you have to not clean a door handle to have it look like this?

The breakfast between 6-7am is always cold and stale

This is a nice McDonald's but can be busy at weekends. Has touch screen ordering and drive through ordering. Plenty of seating and convenient parking.

Food can be hit and miss regarding temperature and presentation, priced themselves out for me.

Very busy. Quite slow but staff is lovely and helpful. Just don't go in if your in a hurry. Drive through looked quicker.

Missing food from orders the last few times we have visited. Orders not right for food we did get (things not added or removed from items as requested and on the labels of food in bag (eg pickles when there shouldn't be- no added cheese on burgers when it's been paid for). Disappointing. Coffees/hot drinks are always cold. And the chips are never salted/containers half filled. You don't get what you pay for and McDonald's has gotten expensive

Consider yourself lucky that you got 3 stars and that's because my girls consider it a treat to get something here. Burnt bun ruined my burger.

They don’t check what’s in the bags they hand you your order with half the stuff missing and drive thru people have cerebral palsy

It's a place majority wants to visit so, there could be a little bit of queuing sometimes.

Says driveway open 24 hours. Arrived at 1am and there was a cone over the driveway. Extremely disappointed

McDonalds is what it is fast food and handy. Just wish they could cut down on the salt on their food as no need for so much. Coffee is always good and a great price

Just a typical McDonalds... ok from time to time, but goes without saying not the healthiest option (unless you get a grilled chicken salad like me). Check your order if taking away because they forgot some of our order many times!

Very busy had to send our chips back as they were cold. They stuck them in a brown bag but they were the same ones obviously still cold. Finally got a new pack of chips still not great. Same with the apple pies and filo of fish.

It is what it is. However, this McDonald's is always rammed busy. I know from a business point of view this is not a concern, but as a customer knowing getting a seat will be a nightmare always puts me off. Service takes a lot longer than normal for McDonald's too. I hardly ever go here due to these factors but when I do I regret it. Food is great.

A bit slow but it was lunchtime and very busy

Ordered food for two,18mins later food arrived, took one bite and found both burgers cold, chips also cold. Returned food to counter to complain, a very helpful young lady( who may have hearing difficulties) was apologetic and said she would change the meal. A few minutes later she returned with the replacement meals ( again she apologised, not her fault). Again my wife and I found the meal to be only luke warm. Very disappointed. I could not believe that at 19.20hrs in the evening with a full restaurant two attempts to get hot food could not be served. For a large retail chain I found this totally unacceptable for the £22.17 paid. In any other restaurant I would have refused to pay the bill, but as you pay up front it does not work in McDonald's Sprucefield.

Service was a wee bit slow. But food was as you'd expect from McDonald's.

3rd time in a row I've had missing items from ordering on the mcdonalds app , I even order when it would be not as busy . Customer service from uber eats is shocking amd mcdonalds them selves , they don't even refund you what you have lost out on . Disgrace from a billion dollar company. And the staff at spricefield must be incompetent and don't be taught anything . Is nothing checked before going out ? I'll bet thousands more people have the same complaint

It's OK if you're after something quick to eat, though I wouldn't recommend it on a regular basis.

This is a kids place, fast food, noisey and crowded.

A McD is a McD no matter where you go. For the time of day Sprucefield McD's was surprisingly "quiet", only had to wait about 10 minutes for food. A good on that front. There was a girl on the cash machine chewing gum, stopping chewing to talk to customers but kept the gum between her teeth in full view, not my cup if tea in "restaurant", sorry.

In my opinion Mc Ds in banbridge is ALWAYS scruffy untidy and quite dirty in comparison to the other McDs. Strange as the one in Sprucefield is good qnd I believe it is franchised by the same folk.

extremely helpful staff who are struggling to get my Wi-Fi working because my signal went entering the North from the South of ireland and now I have Wi-Fi to finish my journey to the the destination in Northern Ireland because I can connect to the Internet here and use Google Maps, but thanks, to the good hearted staff at McDonald’s i can continue my journey

Terrible. Got 20 nuggets and a big Mac meal waited 15 mins got the food came out biggest stone cold box covered in grease. Came back handed nuggets to be replaced waited 15 mins further on nuggets never came. Went back for a refund and was given only a refund for the nuggets I didn’t receive. Had to argue with the manager to get a full refund as food was over 20 mins old at this stage. Absolute joke of a place not one manager was doing their job

July Twelfth and I expected chaos to sit in. But it was busy but there were seats. I had points to use and was unsure how to claim my free reward stuff. A young girl at the till was great and even took me to a table to show me and I paid via pay pal. I will got a crispy chicken and bacon bbq wrap meal. Unfortunately there came no bacon in the wrap. The toffee latte came free with app points. . And later I had a hot apple pie free on app and I paid for a small caramel ice cream. All came quickly and were hot and fresh where needed. So praises to the young girl and the server who brought food to table was a pleasant young fellow. Mc. Ds is dear enough with add ons. Almost equal to a filling Chinese takeaway. But that's life. I know I have had bad experiences before here. Cost around £7.00 dear enough.

worst McDonald I have ever been to. long time waiting for food. cups with drinks filled up partially. need to call attention. lots of debris and papers on the tables while supervisor on the floor is standing doing nothing. My last visit inside.. next time, I will try drive-through

Ordered 2 Big Macs with bacon meals. Got 1 with bacon and 1 without asked for them to be replaced they both came back with no bacon and one with no cheese had waited so long at least 20 mins for are order really didn’t want to complain again. Got 2 half fries which we complained about these were topped up but waiter didn’t seem that happy about it. All together not a great experience don’t think we’ll be back.

We have visited this McDonald's slight before 7am. Place was very clean and staff was friendly (especially like for such an early time!). Breakfast was good and fresh.

Pick up order via app, collected at drive thru. Given order and told 'that's it', but Missing large & medium fries and a 9 piece chicken nuggets.

It's cheap and nasty, but coffee is good

Lovely staff member(I think she was a manager) was very pleasant and chatty. Food was typical McDonald's and was fine.

We were let down ever so badly. I can understand that this McDonald's is under pressure but to take 40 minutes is a to bring us our food is a but much, It just proves that ordering is a timed process

Ask for lettuce, tomato and gherkin and you’ll ALWAYS get a burger in a bap with a dollop of tomato ketchup and a fifty pence sized gherkin.

Always quick and prompt and the ice-cream machine mostly works

Visited the Sprucefield one today,order was completely wrong,when I took it back to explain the order was wrong,I was looked at like I was an alien,had to explain to three different staff members what was wrong,eventually they said they would sort out the food for me,10 minutes later they returned with the food,that was still wrong and incomplete,Absolute embarrassment to the company,I tried to explain again it was wrong,but I gave up in the end,Wont be using that McDonald's ever again

On my travels, grabbing drive through coffee, you notice the variance in how your coffee is prepared and the customer service experience you receive. Problem is that it is also inconsistent and I've had great coffees, to bad ones. Friendly staff on the kiosk, to young team members who are just appearing to be a robot. I will mention that, Sprucefield is currently leading the way with 4stars. It was interesting to see at a site, a deliveroo driver, collect and place his insulated bag in the car boot, take out the order and leave in the boot floor and headed off...

Don’t normally use mcdonalds food as never get enough to satisfy me. Food is tasty but went today as passing for the grandkids to get a meal and ordered along with their happy meals, 2 large chips for my wife and me. Got back on the road and when home realised they only gave us 1 small chip?? Last time ever going back to them. Rubbish service.
