McDonald's in Milton Keynes

Really annoying when your food takes ages to arrive when it’s a small order of 5 items and then only received 3 of those Items wouldn’t have cared as much if it weren’t the main items I ordered for in the first place and then it shows on the receipt the items missing aswell but on the uber eats order it shows there so god knows why so I then reorder and have to pay double for only a small amount of items which I should be refunded also. Then when I reordered the items missing with a note saying to actually deliver the missing items this time they then thought it would be funny to make a little prank out of it that the driver pointed out to me that they put two small items in a extra large bag with loads of tape on and not only one bag but 4 smaller ones inside just for the fun of unbagging each individual one so definitely won’t be getting this place again as there completely incompetent and don’t take complaints seriously so this is the result please fire what I can imagine is just young 18 year old adults that are bored and happily eating peoples orders and then editing it on their receipt to enjoy a little prank and waste peoples money and time.

Other than the robotic person taking my order (they may have had a long shift or bad day - not their fault), I got what I ordered and the service was very quick. No complaints!

I put in the order no onions in Big Mac and they sanded without cheese, and it was no salt on the french fries

Soaking wet through refused the delivery and now going without food because this happened again.!!!! Sort it out mc Donald’s terrible customer service also from a manager!!! Wel so he said not helpful at all.!!!

Great linfofd McDonald's has to be the worst. Food stone cold. Never give straws for drinks or napkins. The only decent thing was how pleasant the delivery driver was.

there was no dips, straws or napkins in the bag while also giving me 4pcs of the chicken selects instead of the 5 that i ordered. i can just imagine how sad it is to work there and not even be able to put the basic necessities in the bags to be honest

Was waiting here for 35 minutes to get my online order, I firstly arrived and the guy on drive thru said “we can’t take any orders” did not give me any further instructions, I was waiting 10 minutes before he came back on the mic and proceeded to argue with me about their systems updating. He said “we update our systems between 23:45 and 00:45” bearing in mind it’s 23:30 so he contradicted himself. I am not happy with this appalling service because they were nothing but rude and argumentative.

Burger patties colder than room temp on delivery. Uber eats say it was delivered within the timeframe so no refund. Didn't want a refund, but someone to come and get the cold food. Funny part is the restaurant is just 5 minutes away and Uber allocated over an hour timeframe so they will never be in the wrong, will they? I have only used customer service once or twice before, and always for good reason, as I believe in honesty and integrity, and wouldn't write a review or complain unless it was deserved. I will have to use all my points and delete the app seeing as Uber and McDonald's has collaborated to make a system whete the customer can't win. All in the name of undeserved profit. The chicken will go in the bin, the fries are stale and the burgers are inedible after an attempted reheat. I am infuriated that they get away with no accountability in this way. Shameful behaviour.

You don't always get what you order, not good when someone in your group doesn't get their meal.

If customers are giving you business then you need to open toilets for them as well. What is this rule that customers can't use toilets not even wash their hands?

Ordered at 5pm for my children, didnt arrive until nearly 8pm, by this point my children were already fed and in bed, not that they could’ve eaten it anyway as it was freezing cold! There was no option to cancel the order

Only got 1 tomato, cucumber didnt look or taste fresh, chunk of red onion looked like it was starting to go off. Didnt get any cutlery with the salad. Very disappointed 😞

never ever get the sauce, I don't end up eating the food. 9 nuggets thousands of chips dry?!?! I ordered 5 extra sauces. surely that means I need them? every single order. atleast I have ice cream to use as sauce today

I ordered at 12.15 and my order did not arrive until 2.49. I told the driver I did not want the order, he told me take it anyway. I was severely disappointed and will not likely ever order again. I would very much like a refund.

Waited over 20 minutes for my order when the restaurant was almost empty. After getting home within a few minutes all burgers except the fries were cold and inedible. Service was awful, slow and bored, working as if for punishment. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Stone cold food. Kept pushing back delaying delivery time - Finally arrived with fries missing from a meal deal. Burgers seemed like they were just thrown in the box. Really poor

Will not recommend. Gave me the wrong order and when I wanted to reorder in the app the store was closed. Upon calling them, they said that I can reorder the breakfast if I get there in 10 minutes, which I obviously couldn’t as that’s I I had ordered via another platform. Very unprofessional.

Update: took 20 minutes to get through the drive though...turns out they don't take orders on the left order point. Update: this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It's simply awful most of the time, the service is terrible - sometimes they don't even acknowledge or speak to you and pretty much throw the order out of the window. I happen to live nearby and through the night you hear car horns beeping (I assume to attract the attention to the order point), since that is really hit an miss, sometimes multiple orders are taken on one side while the other side is left to wait. This is a very up-and-down McDonald's. Sometimes it's OK, other times it's quite bad - like today, told to wait in a bay... Over 20 minutes later and 4 different (and wrong) meals brought to me, I had to go in to get it sorted - despite telling each person what I had actually ordered when they brought the wrong meal to me. There seemed to be a lot of confusion there today (not just me) - something clearly went wrong. On top of this, fries were not salted and only barely cooked, and most of the cheese from the cheese burger was in the box - not on the burger...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Everytime I place an order for delivery they get it wrong. Today I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal and they sent me 2 hamburgers - not even hamburgers with cheese! And the blueberry milkshake doesn't even taste like blueberry.

McDonald’s food is getting worse, less ‘quality’! Luke warm. Too expensive for what it is. There is always something missing from an order. Won’t be going again.

Sometimes, I wonder what goes through a Mcdonalds employees head. Why, oh, why would you send out a wrap and coffee with a paper napkin that's not only splattered with liquid but it has already been drawn on. Either the staff here are blind or they simply don't care. Shame on you McD's you should and can do better!!!

my order was nearly 2 hours late and was stone cold to a point it was not enjoyable and had to microwave it which is not the best with a McDonald's. it's just not the same and like rubber after. it was extremely sloppy also like the burgers had been stepped on. Honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever received. How does it take that long. And staff need to be trained on how to present the food correctly

They changed the time twice and when it did arrive it was not my order and I have been in touch with you regarding this and the only part of my order delivered was the latte which had cost me over £12.00 and I am not prepared to pay £12.00 for a coffee .
