McDonald's in Milton Keynes

Very impressed! Best McDonald's I've had in a long while. Food was fresh, no scimping on the salad, received a full portion of fries, again no scimping and it was all piping hot! Nice play area for the grandchildren. Highly recommend this particular McDonald's restaurant!

It is like, find the difference right? Maybe my nativity to still hope the food will look slightly like on the ads. Well tlwhen I asked if I really got the special edition, toasted marshmallow hot chocolate that I overpaid for, I was told all they do to standard hot chocolate is add a squirt of sauce. This is what makes it the super special edition! If only I knew. I guess that's only my fault by having to high expectations!

It's one of the better mcdonalds in milton keynes, good location out the way right next to a petrol station at the bottom of the a5 so easy to carry on with those longer journeys when passing threw miltont keynes

Slow service even though there were not many customers. Food was cold. This is definitely not fast food.

Today: pleasant smiling drive thru staff, particularly the smiling Muslim lady. Food as always, good and hot. Find this drive thru very quick and efficient. Excellent 👍 Previous feedback: Great new McDonald's. Drive thru is quick. Great hot food and service with a smile.

Summary: For what looks like a recently renovated restaurant, the service seems somewhat lacking. Not really family or young children friendly. Otherwise, an average experience in both service, catering and food quality. Pros: + Looks fresh and minimalistic + App integrates with branch facilities, like table QR service + Service is quick when it works + Working milkshake machine! Cons: - Small restaurant, so compromises on a lot of facilities (no child toilets, few seating options) - No internet on free WiFi and indoor phone reception poor, so app doesn't work well - Staff hidden away in kitchen, and the self service wasn't much catered for. When our meal came without dip, no way to get our own sauce without approaching kitchen staff or when staff serving other customers. - Literally opposite the BP Pulse HQ, yet not a single EV charging facility?

Every two weeks I order two coffees. They staff are polite and hard working but I wonder why it takes 8 minutes to get 2 coffees. I wish I could use the drive through as it is 20x faster.

All as you would expect form a McDonald's other than the fact the toilets were all blocked off which was a tad annoying, other than that quick service, and the food was nice and hot. Food was as expected and managed to use the disabled toilets on this visit.

Missing items, burgers missing the patties. I have to go and pick up my missing items no refund for my delivery. Just young kids it feels liking running this shop that haven’t got a clue

Shocking service and attitude Staff would not listen and were extremely unhelpful. App order for delivery was incorrect. Looked on the app, no info on what to do. Called the store while my partner contacted Uber. Uber said it was down to McDonald's to sort. Person I spoke to at McDonald's would not listen to me and just kept saying Uber would redeliver. I kept saying they would not as that was what Uber said. Kept cutting me off saying it was not down to them even though they sent a pretty much empty bag with napkins in and a label listing the food We paid for delivery and service charge for a bag of napkins and are also net getting refunded. Disappointed the staff member was too stuck behind policy to listen, and rather than listening spent that time quoting policy at me even though Uber were stating it was not their responsibility. When your job is to out food in a bag, maybe check it's in there before sealing it shut. I would have just made a formal complaint however there was no option for this on either the app or website, so Google review was the only option.

Hardly no tea no pancakes and sausage meal for my daughter food was cold courier didn't speak English very well was offered 5 pounds for refund but meal cost more than that a very unsatisfied customer going else where for food

Great location. On the first floor, you overlook Linford wood. It is a copice wood but unfelled and unique as one of the few untouched woods in the UK dating back to the last ice age

Update: took 20 minutes to get through the drive though...turns out they don't take orders on the left order point. Update: this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It's simply awful most of the time, the service is terrible - sometimes they don't even acknowledge or speak to you and pretty much throw the order out of the window. I happen to live nearby and through the night you hear car horns beeping (I assume to attract the attention to the order point), since that is really hit an miss, sometimes multiple orders are taken on one side while the other side is left to wait. This is a very up-and-down McDonald's. Sometimes it's OK, other times it's quite bad - like today, told to wait in a bay... Over 20 minutes later and 4 different (and wrong) meals brought to me, I had to go in to get it sorted - despite telling each person what I had actually ordered when they brought the wrong meal to me. There seemed to be a lot of confusion there today (not just me) - something clearly went wrong. On top of this, fries were not salted and only barely cooked, and most of the cheese from the cheese burger was in the box - not on the burger...

Fair enough ot was half 4 in the morning but I waited about 10 mins I was only 1 there so thought my nuggets where going to be decent they must of been the crustiest nuggets iv ever had mate ruined my morning I fancied them just after doing a night shift and mate I was gutted. Obvveen sat there since midnight and manager who served me probably said leave it a min so it ain't obvious they're already done and to make me me not question how fresh

Anything fried: fries, chicken selects, chicken nuggets was fried in exceptionally old, bitter, over heated oil. The food was inedible and the oil needed me changing badly.

Drive through and delivery collections seem to take priority over in store orders, order number was moved to ready for collection but food wasn't ready, 15 min wait, when asked why it was moved to collection but not ready, apparently it was to keep within the timescale to avoid time penalties

Everytime i order from mcdonalds I'm always missing an item, this time I'm missing a cheese burger, 4 dips I paid extra for and a straw for my drink

McDonald’s has been declining for a while and has now hit the point of no return, was once the number 1 place to get quick, cheap food now you’re paying restaurant prices for below fast food level service, not enough food also woeful availability and staff. £2.50 for large fries? £2+ for a little cup of drink? The only way to resolve this is spending your money elsewhere, kfc, burger king and subway will give you much more food for similar prices. I am deeply saddened.

One of the items received was a wrap that was half empty. Very poor quality. This meant that one of the children went without their order. They were very upset.

What a nightmare, I won't be going back there ever. Firstly they had no ice-cream at all, fair enough, drive thru and got told to go wait at the bays, waited for almost 15mins with no order coming, went in and ask about my order everybody seems busy and lost, Manager comes and I waited another 10mins for my order becaues it was probably given to someone else.. horrible service 😑

Drive Thru shut on Saturday due to technical issues so had to park up and go inside. Ordered at a till not irritating touch screen. Food arrived quickly and was too much for me to carry so a very kind member of staff helped me out to my car. I was expecting an horrendous experience but it turned into a pleasant experience. Thank you to the staff at Linford Wood.

Where do I even begin? This is hands down one of the worst McDonald's in Milton Keynes. Every visit to this location ends up with a drive-thru wait of over 20 minutes, even when there are just 4 or 5 cars ahead. Sometimes, you’re left sitting for 5 minutes just waiting for someone to take your order. As for the food, calling it subpar would be generous. You’re lucky if anything is remotely fresh. The burgers are either overcooked or hastily thrown together with missing ingredients, and the fries are always soggy and cold. Good luck trying to customize your order—they rarely get it right. My most recent experience involved a missing chicken sandwich, which I only discovered after driving all the way home. No apology, just a wasted trip. This place is in desperate need of new management or someone to address the numerous issues that so many people are clearly facing.

When I placed an order using the app at the Linford Wood McDonald’s MK14 6FG store today, before confirming the order, the app asked if I would pick it up in Kingston MK10 0BA. I immediately chose no. The app showed that if it was not in Kingston, please instruct me. At that time, if you can't find the McDonald's at that location, please contact the staff at that store. They will help you choose the correct location. So I contacted the staff at Linford Wood McDonald's and I immediately asked a female staff member (she don’t want tell her name to me after the incident)how to choose the address. She then picked up my phone and pressed a few buttons and asked me to wait for the number to pick up the goods. She then returned to the kitchen. When I took the phone back, I found that the delivery address was not Linford wood, that is Kingston. I was very surprised and I immediately called again. She disappeared. So I contacted the store manager Cameron.The manager Cameron had a bad attitude at the time. He kept saying that we had already placed an order and he could not and would not provide assistance. We had to go to Kingston to pick up the foods,I explained that the female staff member was in a hurry without seeing clearly. I urgently needed to place an order over the phone, but the manager kept repeating that he couldn't help. During the period, two elderly people (white people) had problems with their orders. The manager went to help. The manager was very nice and had a smile. But when he went back to explain to us again, his attitude was so routed The time was 16:16 on 13-8-2024. The location MK146 FGYou can look back at the CCTV and clearly see that his attitude was very rude and he kept using gestures to stop us from speaking. I don’t understand why he treated me Is your attitude different from other customers? l felt very sad ,I believe it is discrimination. He claimed that his employee was at fault, but there was nothing he could do to help me and didn't even apologize. He said he can’t help to phone to kingston Mcdonald shop to stop or refund the order,He insisted that I must go to Kingston to pick up the foods.He did not provide any assistance and his attitude was to be polite. In the end, I could only take my hungry disabled mother and another family member to drive 5.5 kilometers away and take 12 minutes to pick up my cold food in Kindston while we live in Linford. What's most disappointing to me is that he always knew that his employees made a mistake, but they didn't even apologize. I felt offended and discriminated against. Because l am Asia? In fact, I believe the whole thing can be solved easily, but he refused to provide a solution. I don't understand why the McDonald's employees made a mistake and asked me to serve

Quite literally the worst McDonald’s in Milton Keynes. Consistently forgetting items. Waiting 15/20 minutes for an online collection order placed in advance, which I had to go in store for as they “couldn’t do it through the drive thru”. Their response at the drive thru was to cancel the order and get a refund(not come inside to collect), and when asked how to do that was met “I don’t know but I can’t do anything” and then silence. The staff are quite simply the most rude, insufferable people who, despite it ‘only being McDonald’s’ should NOT be working in hospitality. More focused on smoking outside. Shoutout to a particular female member of staff working on Thursday night(Friday morning) who was quite simply the rudest woman ever. Ken Tomkins, sort this McDonald’s out. It must be one of the worst in the country let alone Milton Keynes. Change of management and crew is needed.

Hate writing reviews and wish I had read other reviews before visiting.. Went with my family whilst driving past and found the main seating area closed with no seating available in the waiting area. Toilet facilities were locked and staff seemed to be ‘put out of place’ by having to open them.. Considering our visit was on a Thursday evening approximately 7:45pm it felt like they were trying to close for the night.. Placed order, nothing too complicated and waited for our food to be served.. Could not help to notice other customers around me looking rather frustrated to then find out they had been waiting for over 30 mins for their order.. Another family who had placed a table service order found out half their order was wrong and completely missed the special request to remove the cheese from a burger as they were dairy intolerant.. Neither staff or manager seemed bothered or apologised to the customer.. Have McDonlads HR been employing former staff from Karen’s Dinner..? Finally received our order 35 mins later, guess what the order was wrong and the staff could not understand what was wrong.. 2 packs of Nuggets does not equal a cheese burger happy meal.. or does it ..? Thankfully the family next to us who at this point had been waiting almost 45 mins for food had been served their Fast Food meal… then to find out 10 mins later they delivered a second complete order to the table by mistake.. Well Done McDonalds, Not surprising Karen’s Dinner had to close when they had no chance against the Great Linford branch… Final words: Avoid, Avoid and Avoid

it was cold, again! the bun was not cooked to a crisp outside and inside. inside every filling was sloppy. rhe meat was stale, there was no care for the food or for me who ordered it. . the fries where cold, I did not get the sauces. it felt like here is your food eat it or bin it, as long as you pay us we do not care. mc donalds do not care for what we want anymore. it's all about money

Bleugh. First of all, my breakfast mcmuffin was pretty cold. Then I find egg shell in my Sausage and Egg mcmuffin. As soon as I crunched that I nearly threw up. Spat it out and went hungry. Will never be going back here.
