Grills & Peri-Peri Chicken in Milton Keynes

Order was delayed by half an hour, then was still a further 15 minutes late. Multiple items missing, and a meal was incomplete (missing chips). Reviewed receipt with driver who confirmed missing items, but boss did not pick up his phone call.

That’s was quick and the quality is spot on I love it xx

my order was missing multiple items. some of those missing items were from my pizza meal C. paid extra for my extras only for them to not arrive

Abysmal collection. Arrived after app said order was ready. Waited 1 hour for food. Lots of miscommunication, told 3 times order was ready, but was for someone else. Gave them order number, they said yes we see it, only to say 40 mins later where was the order made!

Chicken was cold. Salad missing from wrap.

had a issue with missing drink but was sorted out when mention to the driver he returned with it so the issue was sorted

Pizza 15 inches 60% stuck to the lid of the box, pizza 12 inches 40% stuck to the lid. Wings tasteless.

Called the store to ask where my order was as I had a message saying enjoy your food but we have not received our order and then I called the store and they were just making the order and it would take another 15-20 minutes having waited an hour now. Not happy!!

Totally unprofessional. Just Eat states they had delivered our order and they hadn’t . We contacted the restaurant who blamed Just Eat and said they wasn’t responsible as we ordered through the Just Eat App. Long story short they have taken our money by false pretences and not supplied the goods .We have had £30 leave our account for nothing .

Food came cold as the delivery had no insulated bag to hold the food during delivery and restaurant would not replace for us as apparently we were too far away but then why can just eat deliver then ? Have requested refund with just eat they let this restaurant down as it’s usually very good fresh hot

I did get my order even though it said it was delivered I’m very angry.

Very disappointed with our meal last night, food inedible. Burnt kebab meat, chicken was like chewing on rubber and the chips were cold. Usually very happy with our orders but this time not good at all.

Food was cold again but the bag the delivery driver had couldn’t fit the large pizza box.!not helped he didn’t read the delivery instruction’s so had to find him

My order was wrong I called the restaurant at 17.41 pm to advise my order was wrong and asked for the right order to be delivered he told me it would be at least 40 minutes baring in mind this is there mistake not mine, I called after 1 hour to be told the driver was just leaving waited 1/2 still no order, I called again to be told the driver was on his way and 45 minutes later still no pizza, very angry regular customer

A shame, been ordering from here for ages. And tonight the pizza quality wasn’t as good, the toppings weren’t as generous as usual. No where near as much cheese as usual either. And the pizza turned up cold! The dips were wrong too.

Food was hot,I ordered the medium mixed kbab was plenty enough for 2 people,tasted nice, though couple bits slightly over done. I’d definitely use again

Been ordering from here years but last 2 orders have been awful. Chicken slimy, greasy and cold. Missing garlic bread and coleslaw, when called was spoken to rudely. Will never order again they’ve lost a loyal customer

My food was delivered but the peri peri rice wasn't delivered. Called the restaurant who stated they didn't have the peri rice even though we were charged for it. Would like a credit for the missing rice

So ordered delivery instead got message saying food for collection got call from restaurant about collection ready stated I ordered for delivery and was told nothing they could do and to change it from collection to delivery on app so checked and there was no option then called them back up said that it would cost £3 for their driver to do delivery so agreed 50 minutes later it arrives stone cold and driver then asked for more money saying it needs to be paid for pointed out and showed order on app driver then went to car got receipt and went oh yes £3 for delivery over all abysmal customer services before hand any problems were rectified there n then now u have to mess around to get ur food and wen u do it’s cold Last time me n my family go to papa lui

Fries were a bit soft but the kids loved them, popcorn chicken was a bit chewy but very well seasoned, kebab was delicious 👍 Hot wings were not hot at all, no seasoning, so bland 👎🏻

The pizza pepperonni was all screwed up in a ball stuck to the lid where it was transported on its side looks a mess , very disappointing. Hawian was ok

Bad enough that the delivery guy was on a push bike, but each time I looked at the screen extra minutes kept being added. Then he gets here & once I open the bag, A large meal has turned into a large doner meat with small chips :(

Food ordered at 4pm for a 6pm delivery time which was late. Food arrived with pizza lid boxes open so pizzas were cold, one pizza was completely upside down with all the toppings fallen off. The bag containing a bottle of Diet Coke had a dip explode inside and cover everything, the coleslaw was just a watery mess, really poor quality. Won’t ever order from them again.

usually a fan but very thick slabs of kebab meat and half of my salad consisted of only onion. not a fan of the new portion sizes for the chips you get with the meal. prices have risen but quality and quantity has gone down ): probably won’t use again ..

Food is usually great from here. However, last night I ordered and never received. Tried to call several times and no answer.

Fabulous food it was hot and ready to eat and was indescribable nice and the driver was not late or to early he was just on time.

Pizza was terrible, cheese & tomato pizza had virtually no cheese. Delivery time was ok.

great pizza and delivered it a little earlier, chips weren’t as crunchy and fluffy as they could be but where saved by the peri peri salt. all in all would order again.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered stuffed crusts for both Pizza’s, neither had stuffed crust even though I was charged for it. The Veggie Sizzler had chicken on it. Multiple call attempts to resolve the issues and was completely ignored. Constantly told the manager would call me and never did. I asked when to expect the call and was told 10 minutes. I was never contacted.

Ordered chicken sheek wrap. Firstly was not chicken at all and was so small not worth the money. Annoying after a 16 hr shift at work did not enjoy the meal. Will not order again

Great food, friendly delivery driver. Arrived about 20 mins later than forecast, but that's okay. 100% would order again.

Unfortunately food was cold,garlic bread burnt and late. Asked for refund on the burnt item and was told I will get a call back but no. Is a shame because the food and timing had always been spot on but the last month or so has been poor.

I order a few times from this restaurant but the serviced I received this time was poor when my order was late I called the restaurant and I believe what they told me was not the truth. They then said my order would be another 10 mins when in fact it was 30 mins. No one minds you running late just be honest and don't update site to day delivered until food has actually been delivered

I'm a little disappointed as items were missing from my order. I was supposed to get a bottle drink, salad and BBQ sauce which was missing.

The quality of the food here is usually lovely, but we waited over 2 hours for it to finally be delivered so it was starting to go cold. Definitely appreciate how busy it can be on a Saturday night, but this was over 2 hours and there was no courtesy call to explain or apologise for the delay. Shame because we usually enjoy getting our takeaways from here.

Every time I order from these, they always deliver late and the chios are always soggy and cold......they never offer money off etc for the delays.

Received a text at 8:04, saying food was out for delivery. contacted just eat who said it had been delivered, called the tea at 9:00 to be told it would be with me in moments, finally arrived at 9:25. After the order was placed at 7.37, very disappointing, text updates should t be sent out unless it is correct.

Waited 25 minutes more and it still hadn’t turned up, then when it eventually did the delivery driver asked to use my bathroom :/ if they were on time or early I would have let them but I’m not doing anyone any favours.. soz! And the chips were soggy AF! :( Such a shame because we normally order from you and the food and service is great.

No souce in kebab wrap make it dry when you eat also salt meat , fries good to eat

The onion rings were o vet cooked the chicken nuggets were dry the potatoes wedges were mixec with chips The pizzas were doughy and under cooked It was all cold
