Worst kfc ever, family feast , only chicken drumsticks, overcooked, chips overcooked, absolutely disgusting overpriced food. Avoid at all costs.

The chicken has been dry the last few times I have tried this branch.

I wouldn't have given this not for kgc but the get up to get it delivered it asked me to verify my telephone number 9 times which I did but would not continue gave up in the end Also tried calling the restaurant but got no reply

Unbelievable!!! 10 piece bargain bucket consisted of 6 drumsticks… max 4 would have been acceptable. This is making us mugs!! Will never use again & next time when ordering im going to open the buckets and check before leaving!

The worst KFC possible in UK. Have ordered food online and we haven't received everything from our order. Tried to contact the KFC multiple times, no response, and In the end got disconnected.

Food is ok. Getting your correct order can also be frustrating as the staff either don’t listen or don’t understand what you want. Also, Google advise they are open till 11:00 pm. I have gone to the drive through on a couple of occasions now around 10:00pm and they have already shut so either the Google needs updating or the store needs investigating.

some member were very rude to me and need to take down the prices for the sauce. unacceptable prices just for sauce!

Where to start? The toilet floor was under water causing my wife actual injury as she slipped over, this occurred as 2 of us were trying to find somewhere to sit that wasn't either surrounded by litter/dropped food or had layers of sauce stuck to the table. The only clean table was a disabled one in the corner where a member of staff was sat eating. Then came the meal, first the food bears no resemblance to the pictures on the gantry, secondly the chips were stone cold, the chicken chewy and tasteless. A member of staff offered to replace our chips when she heard us talking about them - 5 minutes later 3 more portions turned up -2 of which were cold (the new style chips are horrid IMHO). What an embarrassing shamble of an eatery, the staff dont give a monkey's and cannot even be bothered to clean the floor, they cannot say they were busy as we were the only 3 in there. NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely dire service from a rude woman who just didn't listen to a word said, had to keep banging on the window at the drive through to get our complete order... Can only be thankful that she doesn't do an important job like working in a hospital otherwise you would loose a leg instead of your tonsils out...

Waited overnight hour for order.

Stay away, I can't even say I had bad service as I had no service at all. After standing at the counter for 20 minutes being ignored and an uber eats driver walked in and was attended to immediately really peed me off. All of the customers in the queue walked out. I went to the best fish and chip shop in mk just around the corner. Won't ever trouble KFC again with my custom as they obviously don't want it.

I am very disappointed with the service. I usually order 10 piece chicken variety bucket. There have been instances when the chicken was dry and the fries stale but the worst part is that there have been 3 occasions where parts of my order were missing - chicken filets not included wings nit included, and last time 6 instead of 10 pieces of chicken. I am so dissapointed that don't feel like going back again even tjough i like the KFC food! This needs urgent attention by KFC management.

This place should shut down... management fired...clean and refurbished or should be shut down by authority...no quality whatsoever...no capacity to serv clients..and rats ...I can smell them ...all equipment needed to be changed asap... KFC brand...you just wait to be named in MK newspaper ..and shamed...this branch is appalling absolutely disgusting...I am just wondering what council inspector do?or they don't know location maybe? chicken stink..rotten...how such think is continuing to serv people food?what is the standards for this community which dare tolerate this KFC branch?

There may be worse KFCs out there in the UK, but they'd have to go a long way to beat this one. On one notable visit we waited 20 minutes to get to the front of a queue only to be asked if we wanted chicken, as there wasn't any. Hint: The clue is in your name. Staff are indifferent to things like Blue Light Cards and have no idea what customer service is or what fast food actually means. Tonight is probably the last time I'll try using this place. I walked out after trying to get served for 5 minutes because no-one was paying attention to the front customers or the drive through. I eventually walked out after hearing a number of customers laying into the staff because they were jammed in the drive through waiting for one order that had held everyone up for over 20 minutes. Seriously, is this a store issue or an endemic couldn't care less attitude? I've never seen such slow cooks behind the the fryers. BTW, the drive through at MK Stadium had my order placed and delivered in two minutes with friendly service.

Fries missing from 4 person order. When outlet was notified they assured that they would be delivered within 5 or 10 minutes. After an hour of waiting we gave up. Terrible service and food mediocre. Can’t comment on the fries as they never made an appearance.

Wow absolutely shocking went there tonight and it took 30 minutes to get our food and we was only the 6th car back, when we got it through food tasted dry and tasteless, I now have a dodgy belly from it would not recommend the westcroft kfc, also 2 meals and 1 extra burger was £29 so expensive!

Food is fresh and tasty. Great for collection but no attention to those who eat in. ( Only few do, but management should make sure the place is equipped with wet wipes and that forks and plates are offered). Where are the BBQ sachets?

Ordered through just eat, no issues with delivery just the food. Chips were cold, corn on kob was grey and they missed a meal, so had to drive down there then ,I get quizzed saying they added it when they didn't. After arguing with them they gave me the extra meal. Jokers.

bad service by the staff members and team leaders, order placed via drive thro and present voucher to the payment counter, they said that we need to informed that to order window, never knew that and refuse give the order, they were very rude and discussed behalf

I have visited this KFC a few times, and it is hit and miss. Last time visit, food was delicious and freshly cooked. However, we were waiting for 5 minutes, with 1 till being opened and only dealing with 1 customer. Another 5-10 minutes for burger and chips being ready. I thought that the definition of "fast food" meant to be fast, not slow. Staff lacked a smile and was showing a rather negative attitude. MC Donald or Tim Hortons opposite, therefore much better choice.

Used to be my local go to place until the food and service got so bad it was a joke . Went back today to find all new staff, service was quick and efficient and the food was back to its brilliant best. Happy customer again

Morissons Forzen Crispy chicken is far better than KFC. KfC chicken is full of oil and no crispness, over salted. Overall not worth for money you spend.

Went to buy 3 meals at 10.49, sorry not cooking you can only buy what we have left , staff very rude and uninterested wish i had on film as a mysteryshop. Really ! Does it take 11 minutes to cook a chicken burger. Another lost customer , you would think in this climate they would be a little more flexible, clearly no customer care skills.

The slowest service among all the KFC chains I have gone internationally. They don’t also care for customer’s time. Drive through speed is horrible too, I guess their management does not care much too. This is not a review based on only one visit as I have been a local resident for last few years. Even my 9year old son is frustrated with them and promised finally that he will not bother going there anymore. They should learn a bit of service from the MCD next to them.

Went through the drive through, parked up to eat, chicken and chips cold.Out of all the KFC restaurants in MK this has to be the worst.Should of learnt from previous visits. Avoid and drive a little further to get hot food

My order was messed up and I was ringing them constantly for half hour straight and no answer,to drive up there get dress ,fuel cost,that's what they pay delivery drivers for, absolutely fuming..no leadership in this KFC never has been never will be,staff need training in all areas especially customer service they couldn't crack a smile,the drivers usually are quite friendly and good manners...generous with the 1 star

Worst customer service ever experienced. 04/04/2023! We used the drive thru and it took 30 minutes from ordering at the intercom until we arrived at the payment hatch. There was only one car In front of us. When we asked what the wait was the server said oh the car in front wanted hot wings!!! No apology for the time we waited! They need re training desperately! Useless and inept

Every time I ordered something was missing from my order, I decided to stop ordering and come to the KFC location, but now I was missing my 6 spicy wings again. This is the lack of professionalism and lack of respect for the customer. It is not possible to pay for something that I do not receive. It is inadmissible!

Under staff.. the staff looks exhausted because of lack of staff..

Atmosphere was a little lacking due to chavs around everywhere you turn. They come in when ya eating leave the doors open push in the queue constantly. Staff was friendly and polite so don't let the locals put you of going.

KFC is KFC. However the staff here are shocking. Some worse than others but all generally bad. Best to order online and collect!!

Extremely slow drive through. For an order of chicken popcorn and 3 hotwings needed as 15 minute wait to prepare order. No apology, sorry about the wait or anything when we got to the payment windows. The service woman was rude never smiled or greeted me at all. To top it off when we arrived home there was only 2 hotwings in the order and NOT 3 that I had ordered and pair for. AVOID

Utter joke! They refuse to take orders from the front counter and insist you drive round the drive thru!!!! Do not usethisKFC unless you want to be told to drive round . Not very environmental.

I ordered 3 piece meal, only because you usually get 1 drumstick (which I don’t eat) and 2 nice pieces. When it arrived I had 3 Drumsticks! Chips were cold but the coleslaw was good, 🤬🤬🤬 Tried to call the restaurant to complain but phone rang and was never answered. It was a rare treat and I’m so angry.

We where the only car in the drive through but it still took 15 minutes to get the order, you could see through the window that the staff where just bumbling around and not actually doing anything

Rude staffs, unbelievable poor service. today. Took 25 mins to order via drive thru, rudest man took the order, so aggressive that you would think someone was forcing him to work there. Got there to pay and he said that 2 pieces of hot wings is £1.20. I said take it off the rest of the order…don’t want it. He said no he can’t do that so either buy the ordered meal to include the hot wings or drive round again to join the queue of cars to re-order. I said he should just take the wings off the order, he refused. A woman then came from nowhere with the most annoying rude voice, “move or I will call the police”. I said the number is 999… with a silly voice she replied “I know it, I am not taking off the wings from your order” I asked for the manager she said “I’m the one” Asked for supervisor “I’m the one” - Felt like watching the Matrix. I ask for email address to complain she said “type it in your phone” I asked for her to write it down repeatedly, she refused, then came back with a ripped newspaper end with a scribble - couldn’t read it. I parked, went in to ask for her to write it properly and I was faced with the most rudest and ignorant person I have ever come across including the big man taking the drive through orders. He thought he would take the mick…recorded him and he is now trending on Twitter scum! You don’t enjoy your job, quit…no one is forcing you to work there! Stop being rude…look at all your reviews…all saying how rude you all are! Never again! Surprised you are still operating when I read your reviews…so many people have experienced your rudeness! You get with the program or ship out! KFC…get passion employers with good customer service skills..Staff @ Westcroft KFC are too darn rude and costing you your reputation. Read the reviews - same theme “rude, poor service and hygiene”.

Waited 15 minutes to be served and not even acknowledged. When I finally asked for someone to take my order they said I had to wait another 4 minutes as they were busy with another order despite no one else ahead of us when we arrived. Worst possible service.

Agree with the other reviews on here, save yourself the trouble and give your money to a different fast food chain. Even if you ever get to order they will only get it wrong and blame you.

Small public area with 3 tables. No atmosphere what so ever. Tables and floor clearly not cleaned for a while. I had to ask to be served as nobody at the counter

Dreadful for service and not great value - staff seem to treat you from another planet,mean to say how long does it take to put a piece of chicken and chips in a box - 25 minutes ! Like a lot of other places delivery orders take priority and your just pushed to the back of queue . Just alter your thoughts and find somewhere else .

I went to go and get some food and when my mum came back from KFC she found out she only got half of the dinner. They didn't give us our money back or the rest of the dinner 😡😡🤬

Not had KFC for a while untill my son who was discharged from hospital and when asked said he has been craving KFC so we all had take away and that's renewed our taste for it so happy days

A once clean and friendly KFC is now distinctly unpleasant. The customer service area is stacked with empty cardboard boxes, the staff are surly and the chicken is under cooked. I really can't recommend this place any more.

I don’t normally write reviews but after the experience today, I had to. I went for two sides through the drive through costing like £4 so it was quick and easy process. I was the only car there at this time. When I got to the window after ordering, I was met with really unfriendly customer service. The lady at the window rolled her eyes at me, and ignored me after I changed my mind on the dips I wanted. Which is the scheme of things - isn’t that deep. I just wanted to write to say I understand everyone has bad days, and I work in customer service myself so I know. I just wanted to make you aware that maybe she was having a bad day, but if not - KFC isn’t the job for you hun because the way you responded and interacted with me (the only car) today - wasn’t okay.

Quite disturbing that when you child needs to have their bum changed and you go in to this! other parents needs to remember that other babies need their bums changing as well, could of at least cleaned up after themself😳

Absolutely rubbish food and service. Placed an order via mobile to be told that the Krushem machine isn’t working so need to contact customer services for a refund. Then receive my food order and items are missing and food is cold. Complete lack of customer service and would not recommend.

Good well prepared and convenient

A young lady who said she is the supervisor was so rude, lack good customer service to my family. My son tried to make an order from the speaker she didn’t not understand English very well so l drove to the pay point. She refused to take the order or attended to us. My son was very upset. In my opinion, the lady should be taken off serving customers especially little children, She is so mannerless, attitude is very poor and does not represent a bad image of KFC. My friend had also had a similar horrible experience with the same lady that said she’s a supervisor in KFC Westcroft Milton Keynes.

If I'm honest this place has gone down hill in the last 6 months, service is slow. They are too busy chatting with each other to serve, often my order is missing something. I ordered ahead on the app, checked in on arrival and still have to wait 20 minutes for my order. They are more focused on the deliveroo drivers than the walk in customers.

My kids prefer kfc but im so fed up of not having everything I ordered turn up. This time around it meant 2 of us only had half of their dinner, only ordered because id been busy decorating. Will definitely only pick up from now on. No drink, no rice and last time chicken was missing. Maybe the one at the stadium is better.

Got told the restaurant was closed. So we drove round to get fuel then back to Tim Hortons opposite and people are queued up inside ordering. Very disappointed with their lies. Will avoid in the future.

The staff take an age to serve you, don’t say hello or acknowledge you are there in the meantime. Surly unprofessional staff, fobbed off that the WiFi wasn’t working when I asked for the code. Food poor quality and overpriced. Avoid

Honestly I looked at the rating before visiting and didn’t think it could be that bad. I was wrong. Parking is confusing and small, unless you use Tim Horton’s next door. There are three tables indoors. Deliveroo drivers had their bags on two of them. A lady in front of me had ordered on the app and it hadn’t come through after 20 minutes- staff just ignored her. Meanwhile no-one had been served since I came in, with staff just oblivious. After waiting over 10 minutes I just gave up and went to Tim Hortons instead. Although I wouldn’t recommend that either (at least not late in the day)

Where to start with this S… hole of a place where they take more then a hour for a simple meal cause apparently it’s too hard for them to understand or actually cook and that’s ironic. Food missing. Visited this KFC in Westcroft on Monday at 8pm, their card machine wasn’t working and burgers had a 30 minutes wait!? What kind of ‘fast food’ is it!? Had the chicken instead which was over cooked and skin was dark brown and hard. Giving bad reputation to KFCs everywhere. Order taking was at window in drive thru instead is speaker “bcoz card machine not Woking” what difference does it make? Just take the order warm people cash only and take the order but no. Very inefficient. Poor service and food.

Finally a KFC that gives you what you ask for. It was hot, fresh and because of dietry requirements we placed a specific order of chicken with the party bucket and they did it with no argument at all so thank you KFC westcroft. While I'm at it KFC kings lynn where I'm from please please please go to westcroft for some training for staff so they understand what the difference between white and dark meat is and that KFC really does sell side breast of chicken considering your staff didn't even think they did!!!!!! Very worrying. Maybe some personality training for your managers too as 1, I thought it was nice to smile at customers, 2, when you make mistakes believe it or not it really is your own fault so own it and not deny it, 3, maybe try serving some chicken with the grease would be nice. Thanks again westcroft feel free to contact kings lynn KFC and help a lot of people (just check out their reviews... shocking) and teach them what is white meat, smile and try to serve edible food. Thank you

My worst KFC experience. The chicken is always a miss, if it not too drained in oil, it will be cold or taste like leftover..they really need to do better.

Absolutely terrible. Staff are grumpy and rude, it's not particularly clean and their service is shocking. I just went there for some lunch and stood at the till for a full 10 minutes being ignored by all 3 staff (there were no other customers in there), one even turned their back on me right at the till. That was the last time I'll ever visit this joke of a branch.....there's a MacDonalds right next door who were happy to take my order so do yourself a favour, avoid this shoddy branch and go to Maccie D's next door, at least the staff acknowledge you.

Don't know if it's changed ownership, but by far the worst service from them. If you order via the app you can't collect at the drive through window and have to go in the store. They completely missed off the chips from my order despite confirming they were there. Wanted to add a few bits after I had collected the order so went back through the drive through, waited about 5 mins at the intercom absolutely no response, drove round to the window, waited 10-15 mins at the window gave up and left despite the staff seeing a car waiting still no chips and still no extra bits... With a new drive through company opening opposite they need to get up to speed quickly. Can't see me going back for a while (well after I actually manage to get my chips of course)

Thank goodness Tim Hortons is opening next door! Very disappointing again! 8:15pm and most of the lights including the menu boards were off outside around the drive thru area. Ordered 2 triolgy boxes with side of beans - the beans were missing in BOTH boxes. Chips were cold. No dips were offered, as I tried to ask for them when the food was passed to me she slammed the window closed and walked away. The drive thru was empty - I was the only car there but they still could not provide a decent service or get the order right. The chicken stack from Tim's will be my go to chicken takeaway from next week when they open. Given that there was no queue at KFC but McDonald's was busy shows I think that other people probably have also had bad experiences here

Food was fine but the slowest staff ever.

Absolutely avoid it. Always waiting for ages , food is tasteless or uncooked . Last time waited more than hour for zinger burger , unfortunately only delivered the sides and drink .
