Without question the worse McDonalds I have ever been too. Rude, disinterested staff, slow service, drive through management abysmal, astonishingly bad

17/7/2024 7:30pm arrived. What can I say other than utterly aweful service & food, disgusting and unhygienic in every way imaginable, should be closed down. Popped in, ordered 3 meals to eat inside. Food arrived cold after waiting 30 minutes for it, sent it all back as watched the staff take it from warmer after being sat going cold for 30 minutes. Food in the warmer was open and falling out of its packaging, yet the staffs hands were touching it to put it back in. Manager was swearing at the staff as she was stood flapping at them and was very rude and unable to cope with the rush. Food prep was over flowing with food which was going cold as some was not even in the warmer and left on a table next to it. Kitchen was very dirty and in chaos. Will never use Evesham Mcdonalds again. Put off Mcdonalds completely after this. Shameful.

Ok as long as you don't want a mcflurry or a milkshake. Still the same issues.

Whilst waiting for my order I noticed a lot of peoples orders where left with boxes not closed properly food orders piling up not very hygienic I found the staff appear not to know what they are doing how ever one young girl was very lovelyand nice and polite,the other staff had took my order and never sent through ,I live just under 5 minutes away and once home with my food was not even warm this is the worst mc donalds I have been to its also not very clean

Well considering it was 11 at night and been a brilliant show in Malvern , I called in through the drive through and not very busy o any car around , so my order was 3 haystack meal , disappointed no milkshakes or frappe again this store has always been the worst for these items because of machine .... Any sat for 5 mins at the window talking to manger who I knew then given my food I drove home which is only 5 mins away got in sat down , to find no receipt,no napkins no straws ,and all 3 meals were cold and fries had to warm in microwave not happy so waste of the nearly 30 pound I spent because it was no taste of freshness

Evesham MacDonalds service has gone downhill. Early morning drive thru experience is the worst. Two mornings running this week Friday and Saturday waiting in the queue three cars back whilst a grill order is held in position 1 at the collect window for in excess of 15 minutes. Two cars in front of me and me waiting for coffee on our to work The reason the grill order isn’t directed to the grill oder parking bay, no staff to take order out. Frustrating.

Grat food that was warm. Service was really slow and it wasn't busy. The bins were also overflowing and there was nowhere to dispose of your waste. There were a group of teens in there leaving a mess and taking up around 8 tables. The toilets were filthy with toilet roll blocking the sinks.

Same as every other McDonald's except parking is difficult as it's squeezed onto a site that's a bit small for it. Drive through queues can block access to limited car park etc.

I have had to have my meal replaced twice and yet the night workers who don't speak English and are quite frankly stupid just obviously do not care about getting right same issue time and time again they don't wrap the food and it goes cold joke of a place don't go at night UPDATE JUST RUNG IN THIS MORNING REGARDING THIS AND AFTER EXPLAINING THE ABOVE SITUATION THE PHONE WAS PUT DOWN ON ME BY A SO CALLED MANAGER PROBABLY A RIGHT JOBS WORTH WHEN IT EVENTUALLY ANSWERED I WAS TOLD THE PHONE HAD DIED NOW THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP AT ALL

I've been in here to eat in on a few occasions, and to be fair the service has been quick, if unfriendly. In fact on one occasion the staff were actively fighting with each other whilst we waited for our food to be ready (although the screaming match didn't seem to slow down the time it took to get our food to us). Recently went through the drive-through and was sat at the ordering screen for a clear 3 minutes before someone timidly asked me what I'd like to order. This was on a quiet day, in mid-afternoon with nobody else queuing for the drive-through. Not the best Maccy-D's I've ever been to but it is the closest one to where I live so I suppose that's something.

stone cold food, hour and a half wait. just go somewhere else.

I have been here 7 time's on the way home and all of them have been the worst experience ever culminating to staff giving me rancid strange tasting water. I would contact the police about this but would be hard to prove without cctv. All I asked for was some tap water but was given something far from this. Please be carful of this poison place run by degenerats. Be really caucious when taking anything from drivethrough and check twice before moving off.

Had the new triple burger. Awful. No onions etc on it. The adverts for it are misleading. Like Michael Douglas in Falling Down, I left disgusted and disappointed. Ordered white coffee. Received a white one. Ordered mixed chicken nuggets and pieces box. Received nuggets only. Car park felt under siege from lads who've bolted knackered exhausts on their mums' old Golf. Food was cold too. Staff at drive through appeared drugged or very dopey. Never going back

I go here now and again for a breakfast. Usually don't have to wait long, and the food is good. Milkshakes are rarely available, which is frustrating.

Always seems to be a long wait at this store and/or missing items, today we waited 10 minutes in a bay for X2 large fries and nuggets so not a huge order, luckily we are not local so don't visit often m

Every single time I have gone to the drive through, over 6 years, I’ve had to park in the car park and wait for food. Yeah I know it’s not a hardship in the grand scheme of things, but every single time? Even for the most basic of orders. And 2 in 3 times of every order the order is wrong. Only one I go to that is like this.

Tonight was my last visit! The only thing this place does consistently is get your order wrong. The staff don't have a clue what's going on half the time, and when you complain that your missing items they are not helpful in the slightest. Anything you do receive... is cold or thrown together so badly your cheese is stuck to the box (if you're lucky enough to get a burger bun in the first place). If you want a far superior experience drive a little further and go to Alcester, can't fault them at all!

Got the wrong order didn't look like the advert and tasted like cardboard

If I could give it zero stars I would as we waited over 40 minutes for three mini McFlurrys! When I asked for a refund I was met with a cashier who seemed more interested in her phone than her job, or the queue of customers around her. I accept that it was busy but really, over half an hour for three ice creams…. atrocious! Not even a heartfelt apology. it’s a pity that such service has become the norm and that it’s accepted by consumers all over. What ever happened to standards or providing quality service. Will NEVER be going back there again, took three disappointed kids elsewhere.

Awful service, long waiting times for cold food. Alcester is a much better McDonald’s.

It's a McDonald's... Don't expect good healthy food, service or anything special. It is what it is, a fast food for emergencies.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, paid for a large fries, got less than a medium in a large box, very small portions, my Big Mac looked like it had been kicked around the kitchen before making it to me

Poor customer service, visited with family and kept for an hour. No response on Machine not generating reciept. Very terrible.

Run by incompetent inbreds. Made an order via the McDonald's app. Arrived with sauces missing plus missing extra sauces that I had paid for. Wasn't able to enjoyy food so called via the app who refused to refund me, all because someone special at McDonald's is incapable of doing their job. It's not that difficult. Grab sauce, put in bag. A 5 year old could do it

Waited way too long for food, seems like the place is understaffed and unmanned. Had to chase my order like a headless chicken. Hardly fast food.

Pretty slow and chaotic service. Food not always great and never any milkshakes. Mediocre as Macky restaurants go.

The queue was ridiculous and coffee not great! Usually we love the coffee but not here

If I could have scored this a zero I would have! Burgers were thrown together (nothing new there) chicken selects looked like they had been half eaten (was pulled apart not even a full select) and the chips were covered in hairs! If it wasn’t for the ridiculous amount of time we had to wait first time around I would have took this back and complained but instead it all went in the bin! The worker then tried to charge me for a second time for sour cream dips which I’d already paid for and the food was cold! (Again nothing new here). I will not be a returning customer I’m afraid.

Bit ropey, food wasn't great and had an odd smell to it. Parking tricky too as the car park was small and the drive through queue was very disorganised!

Without a doubt worst mcdonalds ever. Staff do not give two hoots, rude and I have seen snails move quicker, food never hot, milkshakes never available, staff seem to prefer laughing and gossiping than doing anything

Not pleased with poor choice on menu and prefer to order from a person rather than machine I accept that I'm in very small minority of person visiting but in all a poor experience walked out without eating

Hi I came here and I had a good service because of an employee and friendly staff

I just want to say that whoever was on shift on Weds 27th March at 10am did a model-for-the-menu standard job on my breakfast. Just look at that cheese placement, and the egg, everything bang on. 10/10, great, made a big difference to my morning.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have been to. I will definitely not go there again. The wait at drive in was so long we did think the food was being freshly cooked. Wrong it was cold and some inedible so straight into the bin.

Been sat in drive in for over 20 mins only 3 cars in front when I got here … no shakes no chicken …. Worse McDonalds drive through I have been to and still not served coming up to 30 mins … should have gone to KFC up the road … FAST FOOD WHAT A JOKE UPDATE …. After queuing for over 1/2 an hour finally got food , got home to find fillet of fish fried beyond recognition… chips cold … Hallumi sticks with no dip as advertised If I could give a minus rating I would have….

Slow service but food is decent.

Have tried the drive through, ordered on line 1st, and as a walk in and order customer at different times of the day, and on all these occasions, a v.long wait, order not correct, or not complete, never any milkshake and visited at different times. Been to other McDonald's and all round experience is alot better.

Had a lovely Big Mac meal overall the whole meal was amazing only downside is that we asked for medium and they gave us large but I can’t really blame because overall the food was amazing well done McDonald’s

what a horrendous place. this is by far the WORST mcdonald's i have ever been to, and it sucks that this is my local. my order is ALWAYS wrong, there is ALWAYS something missing, and there is ALWAYS a long wait. yet no one seems to care when you complain. i am not one to complain usually, however i will not have my money taken off me and not receive what i paid for. the food is average for a mcdonald's, it is what it is. just a shame you never get what you paid for. ever. the chips usually come cold too. awful awful place. and look at the state of my mcflurry - half melted and messy

Ordered from this maccys online a few times and we always have missing items and ripped/opened bags on delivery too.

The place has as much atmosphere as Jeffery Epstien’s prison cell and as much service as Alexander Bell’s telephone

Visited drive through on a Sunday at about 9pm - waited for approx 20 when there was one car in front of me. When I looked through the second window staff were working hard but were clearly short - not their fault I'm sure but barely 'fast' food!

Just drove in for a coffee as I passed through on my way home not much to say coffee was hot and needed

Where do I begin? The staff are always Polite. I ordered a filet o Fish and after approx 15 mins, it arrived in a big mac Bun! I've been given a cremated cheeseburger that resembled coal, the wrong order over a dozen times and somebody else's order more times than I can remember. What most annoying is the definition of fast food - try and get something in your lunch break - unless you get a three hour break forget it. As soon as you place an order, you get the obligitory "can you park in Bay X" or "all the bays are full, can you park in the car Park?" Even a portion of fries does not seem to be produced at the next window - its a ten minute Job. I now drive 12 miles to the Cheltenham McDonalds as Evesham is, without a shadow of a doubt, THE worst establishment in the UK.

Absolutely disgusting bacon and egg muffin, the yolk was grey/black and with just one bite tasted of fish. Hoping I’m not going to be Ill from it? This place has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had food from. Who ever is looking at the quality of food coming from the kitchen to be given to paying customers in this current climate where purchasing food at these prices isn’t cheap for fast food should be ashamed. I will not purchase from this establishment in Evesham again.

Whilst waiting for our food, I was watching the staff serving up the food and the 1 lady kept wiping her nose with her hand not acceptable, if she was unwell then she shouldn't have been in work, McDonald's please sort this out.

Simply the worst McDonald's anywhere. I have been several times now(in case once was just a bad day). Food is usually cold, the order is wrong and it takes ages. Frankly I would rather drive elsewhere.

Every time we get food or drinks from here whether that’s ordered for delivery, in restaurant or through the drive thru. Always have items missing or wrong items which is frustrating when you pay more for some items in the festive menu. Always disappointed when going to the Evesham branch.

Half the food in my £38 order was there was 5 of us I ordered on the terminal. So order shouldn't have been messed up. missing A quarter pounder and fries and a share box of nuggets were all missing this was quickly resolved by the members of staff. But it seemed priority was for Uber eats and other delivery drivers. This was at Evesham

by farr the worst maccies I've ever been to and I've been all over the country all young kids work here and they look like they was all held hostage !!! no service !!! took me 15mins before anybody even looked to serve me!!! I thought this was fast food ??! Next joke!!!! poor evesham that u have to put up with this kind of restaurant. didn't deserve even 1 star.

There is nothing wrong with the food. The youngsters are clearly in training. We all gota start some were.Just know to be patient and double cheak ur order.

Waited 10 mins for the food to be freshly cooked, and when it came, food was cold.

Set the scene.. I wait 35 minutes fir half of my meal to arrive to my car. No drinks no ice cream. The moron that was serving me then told me he will get them. 10 minutes later he's still wondering the car park confused ! I go into the building where 3 others are waiting for food after nearly one hour!!! Eventually my drinks and mcflury comes 15 minutes later my food in the car is cold by thus time !!! Crazy the manager clearly couldn't manage a p1ss up in a brewery! My advice got to Alcester I wouldn't have given it one star if I could have given it 0 I would

I was put in a parking space waiting for 10 mins then a worker came out went to another car first infront of myself and then she gave our food to the person in front and then she handed the food back because it was the wrong order and then came to my car and gave the food that had been opened she said they hadnt opened it and I was not prepared to give food to my children that have germs in it and been touched by a previous person and I think thats disgusting and not hygienic and then she continued to argue with me which I think is rude and out of order then eventually went and got some more food overall my service today was unsatisfied bad customer service

The worst Macdonalds in the entire country, if not world. Often told to wait in staff parking then forgotten about for 20 mins for a cheeseburger, Given drinks first so no drinks left to have with you're food. Was waiting 25 minutes on one occasion and had to drive back round to be told i was litrally forgotton. Items always missing etc Prefer to drive 10 miles to another branch now. There's more flapping happening in that place than KFC when it burnt down, They can't get a single order correct in 7 years I've lived in evesham.

Updating my previous 1 star rating. The food has improved as we have been getting hot chips on most of our visits in the last couple of months. Still need to do some work on the burgers though. The queue to the drive through is also quicker. They seem to be moving people on and bringing their food out to them if something isn't ready rather than leaving them waiting at the window, blocking the queue. The milkshake availability is still hit and miss.

The drive through was quick, and though we just made it in time for breakfast, our food was fresh and piping hot. We changed our minds and parked up then sitting at an outside table with our dog. The table was spotlessly clean.

When we went in the managers were rude and took another hour to give us a Diet Coke and two cheese burgers We exceeded the time limit in the car park and we asked for note which was agreed to but didn’t happen when the manager was standing around doing nothing. I asked again and he said you’ve not been waiting here for that long scoffed and walked off before I’d finished. We waited another 20 mins and are now gonna have to pay a parking fine! Wouldn’t recommend to anybody spend your money else where

Large McCrispy meal was way smaller than the picture. Tasted good. Very friendly staff. Felt mis sold.

The food was cool. Having to wait in the car park for 15 minutes and then the food was rather cold, was very disappointed.... Over all I won't be going back.

This has probably got to be the worst McDonald's on this planet. We used to go all the time when it was alright, it has never been brilliant but recently it has been unbelievable. We went a few months ago and they had no bloody chips!! Are you joking? A McDonald's with no chips is like a pub with no beer. It is just unacceptable but the last time we went, it was the worst we have ever seen it. The cars were queuing out the car park as it usually does but people were getting so fed up, they turned their car around and left. We were thinking of doing the same but we couldn't get out and my dad was shouting, screaming and getting so angry. It took us about 10 minutes to actually get to the speaker thing to place the order. When we did, the ice cream machine wasn't working obviously so I couldn't have an ice cream so we just put the rest of the order in. We then waited another 10 minutes to get to the pay window and then another 10 minutes to get to the window where you collect the food. The staff didn't have a clue what they were doing and they were just sort of messing around in the kitchen sort of but we finally got it and we were glad to finally be out. Going inside is just as bad as it is so stressful in there and with me having ASD, it is always a very sensory overload experience in there. There are people everywhere shouting and screaming order numbers out as loud as they possibly can that I expect people who live in Devon can probably hear them. You have to wait for the order number to come up on the little screen with takes bloody ages to do and I once waited 20 minutes just for an ice cream here. When you finally get it, it tastes ok but we are never going back here again. We now drive up to Alcester instead as I can't be bothered coming here ever again. My friends have stopped coming here too and whenever, we drive past it is queuing like crazy in the drive thru. Food: Just normal McDonald's food really if less hotter than usual. Sometimes, fries are completely cold or burgers not made properly so it all falls apart as you eat it. Service: Slow, painful and the kitchen staff don't know whether they are coming or going. It would be quicker to raise a cow, wait for it to get fat, slaughter it, process the meat, grow wheat, build a windmill, grind the wheat to make flour, make bread, bake the bread, grow lettuce, make your own sauce, grow your own potatoes, chop them, boil them, bake them or fry them, go all the way to the sea, fetch salt from the sea, raise the chicken too, make the batter from scratch and do it all like that than wait for it here. Atmosphere: There isn't one. Worst ever McDonald's.

I arrived a few mintues after 5am at the drive thru but noone came after waiting about 5minutes even after the manager saw us trying to go to the next window. Then went into the restraunt to try to get served but everyone was hiding in the kitchen.

The manger actually hung up on me. I have an unresolved issue that will drag on now even longer

Hard pressed staff! . A road system designed by Thomas de torquemada. And people in a hurry to get on with the rest of their life. Or just get back onto the main road from the four other businesses the queue waiting to get into mcdonald's seemingly always has blocking traffic. Small wonder there's always new faces at the drive through, the bolshy from the general public must be horrendous. And all on minimum wage and unsociable hours.

This was a very posh restaurant, they even had leather sofas! Was a nice atmosphere and the food was fresh and hot. Would go there again if passing.

Prefer to make my order to a person

Easily the worst Maccys I've been to. I don't consider myself a maccys connoisseur, but I know p!ss!ng about when I see it. 2 o'clock in the morning and only 3 cars there, but for some reason it takes 25 minutes to make 2 chicken sandwiches whilst the 🛎ends inside are p!ss@rsing around. At least it will be nice and hot, we thought.... but no.... I've had hotter ice cream.... as insipid, floppy and pointless as the maccys.
