Got the order wrong again but I kept the wrong one lovely

Ordered from just to eat to have food tasted like it was stale and kept for way too long Chicken nuggets that was hard and not like that it was just cooked lukewarm not like it was just cooked I think the problem is with when customers order from just eat the staff don't care and leave the food on the side until the driver comes to pick it up and it's not kept warm The problem with that is if it is chicken it can go bad within 30 minutes after it has been placed there bacterial will start forming in the food after that time.

Regularly getting the orders wrong and so many times the McFlurry and milkshakes are unavailable. Get your act together Evesham McDonald's, Worcester Blackpole is a 5 star restaurant you could learn from.

Food was hot and the staff were very friendly

Waited over 20 minutes for table service, both mcflurry melted, ice melted in the drinks and barely warm food.

Floor was grubby with chips and tissues.

Very poor customer service, food is always almost cold

A disaster....the chef who shouted while stirring the air...unsmiling staff, ordered takeaway I was served on a tray to eat on site...

Ordered McDelivery and 1 hour and 15 minutes later it hadn’t even been picked up, let alone delivered. I phoned McDonalds Evesham and they were useless and sounded like they just didn’t care. Cannot find words to describe how awful they are 😡

Toilets were not clean and all the bins were full. Food was yummy!

Do yourself a favour and go to the one at Alcester! Very slow service. Normally 20-30 mins wait. Get orders wrong most of the time. E.G. Asking for no onion will usually get you no cheese but extra onions! 3 in 5 orders for pancakes and sausage will end up with you getting pancakes with no sausage.

30 minutes for drive thru, not busy at all. Utter joke. No apology

There were around 10 people from the staff but only 2 of them working.We have waited around 20 minutes for 5 thing and there were not that much customers.NOT GOING BACK THERE.

Foods ok but it’s definitely not fast

Very dirty,disgusting toilets, 3 out 4 tablets for kids broken, food waiting time - probably more than 20 minutes.I haven’t seen so dirty place. And the staff - it looks like they are not in a hurry at all! Probably some attention from senior management would be beneficial!!!

Just dont go there dont waste your time

Exactly what you’d expect from a McDonalds food is always made as it should be and the staff are polite and friendly. There’s lots of space for young children as well with the tablets at the table with games on etc. Just remember to turn right on your way out as the road is one way and I have seen lots of people try and go back up the road against the flow of traffic.

Paying and ordering by screen was excellent service quick and efficient.

So slow. Empty restaraunt, waited 20 mins for food. Loads of delivery drivers hanging about.

It’s a “park up” not a “drive thru”. Even when slightly busy, you’ll be asked to park in the tiny car park and wait for your food..

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The food is cold 99% of the time and always takes ages to be ready even for small orders. And when it comes it's never all there. The burgers are never stacked properly and the drinks drip everywhere though the broken lids. The drinks and McFlurries are never filled enough. And they barely ever have milkshakes. My sister knows a few employees there and even they agree that it's a terrible McDonald's. The drive thru is always slow, but going in is just as bad. Queues and queues of people and sometimes even out the door. Messy kids get food and rubbish everywhere and it's not cleaned straight away. The bins are always full too. Most employees are rude and sarcastic and look inbred and overweight. It's just embarrassing. And ordering off the McDonald's app is also a bad idea as it takes hours to come every time as they let it sit on the shelf for ages, it comes stone cold and is barely ever what you ordered. Last time I ordered it didn't come at all. Called and complained for a refund of my £50 order like 4 times and was told they couldn't do anything. Called Uber and they said call McDonald's. It was back and forth. Emailed both of them was ignored after 2 weeks. Eventually went in to the restaurant and got my money back which took them about half an hour to do even though I showed them the receipt. This place is awful, definitely worth going further!

Ordered milkshakes at drive thru order point, was told they had some, by the time we got to first window, we are told they haven't got any, after they has lost our order and having to re-order at window. Spent 20 minutes in waiting zone

The car park is tiny, other than that it's a typical McDonald's. We went on a weekday morning and ordered breakfast of which the sausage and egg mcmuffins were decent, not too greasy. There were plenty of seats available at the time we went and the staff were friendly enough with the little interaction you get these days. We ordered from the self service and got it delivered to our table.

Was very very busy, food as expected,chips a little on the cold side.I'll put down to the staff rushed off their feet.

Possibly the worst McDonald’s in the world. It took over 25 minutes from ordering to having our food. There were piles and piles of food for delivery that was left in the side, some of which sat there for the full 25 minutes we were waiting, is this ok with food hygiene? When our food arrived it was awful, the worst tasting cheeseburger I have ever had. How can you mess this up? There was no salad in the wraps and they were shocking. I know it was late but if you can’t run the restaurant then perhaps you should not open? If this is a franchise McDonald’s should think carefully about who runs them as this was a complete shambles. I generally felt sorry for the staff, even the two police officers who were waiting looked like they were going to riot.

Never once out of 3 or 4 orders have they every arrived correctly. No matter the app used always something missing or totally incorrect

Phillips cheese stack looks like a stack I the pictures but a little underwhelming in stature once the box is opened.

Watched our burgers sit out on the bench getting cold while waiting for the fries- that went to the delivery drivers first. Waited over 10 minutes then the burger was cold. The burger was wrong and they disappeared for 5 minutes

50% they forget some of my food order I think that the delivery should get checked before leaving so customs get all there food

It's McDonalds, not much more to say

Visited Saturday with my partner, the guy that served us was more interested in chatting to his girl colleague, never once looked at us or smiled. When the food finally arrived he just pushed it towards us very disinterestedly :( Don't visit McDonald's often but definitely will not be coming to this one.

Order take so long time to get.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely shocking service, waiting 40 minutes in total in the drive through for 9 times out of 10 times the order being incorrect or missing items. This is every single occasion I have been and now given up with the s*** show! Never will I ever return to this branch. Fast food... What a joke.

Every single delivery I have received from this shop has missing items, we have just moved here from droitiwch and had similar issues from wodcested store but at least we received most orders with the correct items!!! First order we were missing a burger patte we were promised staff be re trained!! Same on the second order staff clearly wernt trained 3rd order no chips at all!!! Now our breakfast has no pancakes we won't be ordering from here again you have lost our custom plus the food we received was cold!!! The driver went to another delivery first. This store never has milkshakes and only offer a code next time you go in I have an autistic child who isn't able to go out how am I gojng to get this and why would i walk half hour just for a pancake!!! Staff are slow and don't double check orders and don't get orders right they are worse then worcester and that's hard to beat!!!!! Do yourself a favour don't order from here food isn't worth the hassle I have now deleted their app and won't be ordering again!!!

Elena on dinning area was doing a great job helping people and keeping the area clean.

Paid for my McDonald’s breakfast order before 11 and there was a queue in the drive through. Left lane wasn’t working and I waited by this for about 15 minutes and still didn’t work. By the time I decided to pull forward it was just after 11, and the lady at the window put my order through. When I went to collect it, female manager started shouting at me aggressively that I couldn’t get my order since it’s after 11, even though it was their fault. Woman was very rude and disrespectful and had an anger in her voice and I will never be coming here or ordering from such a horrible staff ever again.

Very slow service and no atmosphere

omg what is going on i went there about 8pm for a takeaway my burgar and chips were cold and hardly any mayo and is it rations with the lettuce. there was a bloke there rubbing his nose loads with his hand and scratching his head and carried on serving people without washing his hand, there is always food for delivery on the shelving thats been there ages. the place is horrible,i only go there because the kids want it

Often get my order wrong, and the past 4 out of 5 times I have been here they haven't got any milkshakes or mcflurrys

Called in on our way camping for the weekend at the racecourse, Hot food, great service, Bins were full inside but they were super busy.

Ordered food and it took an age then when we started to eat it, it was cold. 🥶

Be careful when you order - had a milkshake and burger and when we took them the milkshake was warm and the burger was wrong and cold. Quite clear we were given some leftovers from another order. Also took a long time (10 mins) for the 2 items. Only positive I can say is that they replaced the burger...

Chips undercooked. Fish burger overcooked. No ice in the drinks.

Waited ages for food as service is incredibly slow for a diner that’s almost empty. I’d advise giving this place a miss.

Rarely even has soft drinks available. Let alone milkshakes. Sometimes we make a game of not checking the order as a game when we feel like living on the edge or risky. Because you never know what you will end up with at this mcdonalds.

17/7/2024 7:30pm arrived. What can I say other than utterly aweful service & food, disgusting and unhygienic in every way imaginable, should be closed down. Popped in, ordered 3 meals to eat inside. Food arrived cold after waiting 30 minutes for it, sent it all back as watched the staff take it from warmer after being sat going cold for 30 minutes. Food in the warmer was open and falling out of its packaging, yet the staffs hands were touching it to put it back in. Manager was swearing at the staff as she was stood flapping at them and was very rude and unable to cope with the rush. Food prep was over flowing with food which was going cold as some was not even in the warmer and left on a table next to it. Kitchen was very dirty and in chaos. Will never use Evesham Mcdonalds again. Put off Mcdonalds completely after this. Shameful.

Well considering it was 11 at night and been a brilliant show in Malvern , I called in through the drive through and not very busy o any car around , so my order was 3 haystack meal , disappointed no milkshakes or frappe again this store has always been the worst for these items because of machine .... Any sat for 5 mins at the window talking to manger who I knew then given my food I drove home which is only 5 mins away got in sat down , to find no receipt,no napkins no straws ,and all 3 meals were cold and fries had to warm in microwave not happy so waste of the nearly 30 pound I spent because it was no taste of freshness

Whilst waiting for my order I noticed a lot of peoples orders where left with boxes not closed properly food orders piling up not very hygienic I found the staff appear not to know what they are doing how ever one young girl was very lovelyand nice and polite,the other staff had took my order and never sent through ,I live just under 5 minutes away and once home with my food was not even warm this is the worst mc donalds I have been to its also not very clean

Evesham MacDonalds service has gone downhill. Early morning drive thru experience is the worst. Two mornings running this week Friday and Saturday waiting in the queue three cars back whilst a grill order is held in position 1 at the collect window for in excess of 15 minutes. Two cars in front of me and me waiting for coffee on our to work The reason the grill order isn’t directed to the grill oder parking bay, no staff to take order out. Frustrating.

Same as every other McDonald's except parking is difficult as it's squeezed onto a site that's a bit small for it. Drive through queues can block access to limited car park etc.

Grat food that was warm. Service was really slow and it wasn't busy. The bins were also overflowing and there was nowhere to dispose of your waste. There were a group of teens in there leaving a mess and taking up around 8 tables. The toilets were filthy with toilet roll blocking the sinks.

I have had to have my meal replaced twice and yet the night workers who don't speak English and are quite frankly stupid just obviously do not care about getting right same issue time and time again they don't wrap the food and it goes cold joke of a place don't go at night UPDATE JUST RUNG IN THIS MORNING REGARDING THIS AND AFTER EXPLAINING THE ABOVE SITUATION THE PHONE WAS PUT DOWN ON ME BY A SO CALLED MANAGER PROBABLY A RIGHT JOBS WORTH WHEN IT EVENTUALLY ANSWERED I WAS TOLD THE PHONE HAD DIED NOW THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP AT ALL

I've been in here to eat in on a few occasions, and to be fair the service has been quick, if unfriendly. In fact on one occasion the staff were actively fighting with each other whilst we waited for our food to be ready (although the screaming match didn't seem to slow down the time it took to get our food to us). Recently went through the drive-through and was sat at the ordering screen for a clear 3 minutes before someone timidly asked me what I'd like to order. This was on a quiet day, in mid-afternoon with nobody else queuing for the drive-through. Not the best Maccy-D's I've ever been to but it is the closest one to where I live so I suppose that's something.

I have been here 7 time's on the way home and all of them have been the worst experience ever culminating to staff giving me rancid strange tasting water. I would contact the police about this but would be hard to prove without cctv. All I asked for was some tap water but was given something far from this. Please be carful of this poison place run by degenerats. Be really caucious when taking anything from drivethrough and check twice before moving off.

Had the new triple burger. Awful. No onions etc on it. The adverts for it are misleading. Like Michael Douglas in Falling Down, I left disgusted and disappointed. Ordered white coffee. Received a white one. Ordered mixed chicken nuggets and pieces box. Received nuggets only. Car park felt under siege from lads who've bolted knackered exhausts on their mums' old Golf. Food was cold too. Staff at drive through appeared drugged or very dopey. Never going back

I go here now and again for a breakfast. Usually don't have to wait long, and the food is good. Milkshakes are rarely available, which is frustrating.

Every single time I have gone to the drive through, over 6 years, I’ve had to park in the car park and wait for food. Yeah I know it’s not a hardship in the grand scheme of things, but every single time? Even for the most basic of orders. And 2 in 3 times of every order the order is wrong. Only one I go to that is like this.

Tonight was my last visit! The only thing this place does consistently is get your order wrong. The staff don't have a clue what's going on half the time, and when you complain that your missing items they are not helpful in the slightest. Anything you do receive... is cold or thrown together so badly your cheese is stuck to the box (if you're lucky enough to get a burger bun in the first place). If you want a far superior experience drive a little further and go to Alcester, can't fault them at all!

If I could give it zero stars I would as we waited over 40 minutes for three mini McFlurrys! When I asked for a refund I was met with a cashier who seemed more interested in her phone than her job, or the queue of customers around her. I accept that it was busy but really, over half an hour for three ice creams…. atrocious! Not even a heartfelt apology. it’s a pity that such service has become the norm and that it’s accepted by consumers all over. What ever happened to standards or providing quality service. Will NEVER be going back there again, took three disappointed kids elsewhere.

It's a McDonald's... Don't expect good healthy food, service or anything special. It is what it is, a fast food for emergencies.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, paid for a large fries, got less than a medium in a large box, very small portions, my Big Mac looked like it had been kicked around the kitchen before making it to me

Poor customer service, visited with family and kept for an hour. No response on Machine not generating reciept. Very terrible.

Run by incompetent inbreds. Made an order via the McDonald's app. Arrived with sauces missing plus missing extra sauces that I had paid for. Wasn't able to enjoyy food so called via the app who refused to refund me, all because someone special at McDonald's is incapable of doing their job. It's not that difficult. Grab sauce, put in bag. A 5 year old could do it

Waited way too long for food, seems like the place is understaffed and unmanned. Had to chase my order like a headless chicken. Hardly fast food.

If I could have scored this a zero I would have! Burgers were thrown together (nothing new there) chicken selects looked like they had been half eaten (was pulled apart not even a full select) and the chips were covered in hairs! If it wasn’t for the ridiculous amount of time we had to wait first time around I would have took this back and complained but instead it all went in the bin! The worker then tried to charge me for a second time for sour cream dips which I’d already paid for and the food was cold! (Again nothing new here). I will not be a returning customer I’m afraid.

Bit ropey, food wasn't great and had an odd smell to it. Parking tricky too as the car park was small and the drive through queue was very disorganised!

Without a doubt worst mcdonalds ever. Staff do not give two hoots, rude and I have seen snails move quicker, food never hot, milkshakes never available, staff seem to prefer laughing and gossiping than doing anything

Not pleased with poor choice on menu and prefer to order from a person rather than machine I accept that I'm in very small minority of person visiting but in all a poor experience walked out without eating

Hi I came here and I had a good service because of an employee and friendly staff

I just want to say that whoever was on shift on Weds 27th March at 10am did a model-for-the-menu standard job on my breakfast. Just look at that cheese placement, and the egg, everything bang on. 10/10, great, made a big difference to my morning.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have been to. I will definitely not go there again. The wait at drive in was so long we did think the food was being freshly cooked. Wrong it was cold and some inedible so straight into the bin.

Been sat in drive in for over 20 mins only 3 cars in front when I got here … no shakes no chicken …. Worse McDonalds drive through I have been to and still not served coming up to 30 mins … should have gone to KFC up the road … FAST FOOD WHAT A JOKE UPDATE …. After queuing for over 1/2 an hour finally got food , got home to find fillet of fish fried beyond recognition… chips cold … Hallumi sticks with no dip as advertised If I could give a minus rating I would have….

Slow service but food is decent.

Have tried the drive through, ordered on line 1st, and as a walk in and order customer at different times of the day, and on all these occasions, a v.long wait, order not correct, or not complete, never any milkshake and visited at different times. Been to other McDonald's and all round experience is alot better.

Had a lovely Big Mac meal overall the whole meal was amazing only downside is that we asked for medium and they gave us large but I can’t really blame because overall the food was amazing well done McDonald’s
