The worst Macdonalds in the entire country, if not world. Often told to wait in staff parking then forgotten about for 20 mins for a cheeseburger, Given drinks first so no drinks left to have with you're food. Was waiting 25 minutes on one occasion and had to drive back round to be told i was litrally forgotton. Items always missing etc Prefer to drive 10 miles to another branch now. There's more flapping happening in that place than KFC when it burnt down, They can't get a single order correct in 7 years I've lived in evesham. ****UPDATE**** Here's was a burger should look like 👍 From macdonalds in Costa Adeje. Taste and presentation absolutely wipes the floor with your attempts 😆 🤣 😂 up your standards as you're literally letting our country down lol

Classic McDonald's food, however went in with a big group of us and had faster service then other McDonald's

very dirty, rubbish and food everywhere, struggled to find a clean table.

Always a bad experience at this McDonald's, as usually slow, and items like sauces often forgotten, however my trip yesterday was made worse by the lady who was in charge of announcing the orders ready for collection, literally whispering it once, facing the wrong way, then putting the bag on the side and walking away. (saw her do this a few times, and did wonder if one of the orders could have been ours) By the time we had realised it had been a little too long on our order and went up to ask, it was just sat tehre, the hot food was barely warm and McFlurry had melted. Honestly, how hard would it be to assign calling the numbers to someone with a loud voice and maybe get them to try a couple of times. They could also put more screens around the restaurant showing you if your order is ready, due to the poor design of this restaurant, you can only see the screens in full in limited locations, mostly where you're standing in the way. Overall, was expecting a bad experience here, made worse by the above.

Easily the worst McDonald's by quite a bit. Have been living local for 7 years now and the have not once got my order correct. Also, how can you order an apple pie, wait 15 mins to get to the collection window to be told "we've just started cooking them, it will be 7 mins" Tried another order today 10/may/25. Still no better. App wasn't working as told me everything was out of stock (not the issue of this McDonald's to be fair) so ordered in-store. Well they canceled my order as complete immediately (guess they are fudging there timing figures) then looked shocked when I complained asking for my meal. Totally incompetent management - avoid this branch of McDonald's, it should be closed as a bad idea and forgotten about

Ordered macdonalds cheesy mac and chips. Paid for them. When opened bag no chips. Waste of money and time. Be warned folks check the bag first.

I must admit we don't usually find mcdonalds in evesham very good, cold food ect.. but visited 2 days ago and food was hot and we bought one of the wraps and it was loaded with sauce, much better, keep up good work

The wait was longer and food not as expected it was all done in a rush.

Fries are always cold, burger I had last night looked liked it had been put together by a blind monkey. They "ran out" of milkshake so decided to send me a coke instead, nice of them to ask!

What a horrible place and staff with no proper training. I placed an order for over 40 pounds. Half of the order arrived, trying to talk to a manager yields no results. They act like idiots, tell me to contact the delivery guy, as if they were responsible for packing the rides to order. Managers are shameless

I came here while waiting for my car to have new wheels put on at Halfords across the road. I waited around an hour for my food and they got my order wrong and it was all stone cold! The bins were packed and had obviously not been emptied since they opened this morning and couldn’t take anymore rubbish, it also looked like they had not cleaned the tables or floors as the tables were covered in food and were drenched and the floor was the exact same. I would like to believe this issue was a one time thing yet this isn’t my first experience here.

If I could do a review for less that one I would. Rubbish service and extremely slow. 27 minutes wait in drive thru. Awful!

Earth shatteringly incompetent. I'd say that 4 out of 5 orders from drive through are wrong and this place is no exception Order at drive through...asked them to repeat and confirm order at payment window, drove to collection window and it was wrong. Why are so many orders incorrect? Are idiots employed or do they just not care ?

Worst McDonald’s on Earth. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru for a a breakfast wrap that looked like it had been put together by a bear, total mess. Went in to get a refund no apology, 10-15 staff all standing around.

I tried to use both lanes of the drive through but no one answered. I went inside and asked if the drive through was working and was told yes but had no apology and the person shrugged their shoulders. The food was ok but the hash brown didn't taste right

may be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. safe to say that we will NOT be coming back. we waited in the driving lane for SO LONG and then when we finally got the window they messed up our order so we had to tell them again AND THEN when they gave us our food we looked in the bags and the wrap we order was NOT THERE. worst McDonald’s in the uk, food is absolutely terrible nothing like any of the McDonald’s I’ve been to before, I would suggest you do NOT come here save your stomachs before it’s too late. out of all the places you manage to stuff up McDonald’s. Staff seem nice.

This is the most terrible place where they cook or try to cook food. A big problem with the staff. I come here every morning to order coffee. And I can say that out of all the shifts who work, there are only 2, maybe 3 people who really do their job at a high level. The rest of the workers are just terrible, out of five visits every morning, I can say that 2 are successful. They confuse orders, do not issue receipts, when I asked to check my order, they closed the window and went about their business. The burgers are wrapped in paper so that you have to assemble them again. A large size can be passed off as a place of a standard drink. For the place of Americano, a cappuccino was prepared. No, I want to visit this place again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. THIS PLACE IS SUCCESSFUL ONLY IN THE REST OF THE SERVICE. Even the parking control service, rare idiots. I was fined for 3 hours of downtime in parking. But in fact, I just stopped by at 6 am, bought coffee and left, and then at 9 am I stopped by again to buy coffee. They wanted to get a fine of £100 from me. Thanks to video surveillance in the car, the fine was challenged and canceled. All this, as described above, happened for at least 2 months. Perhaps it has always been like this, I have begun to sow this place more often for the last 2 months. Thank you for spoiling my opinion of you. My rating for your establishment (-2) Public toilet.

Very rude girl at payment kiosk. Used the drive through, waited at one of the order intercoms but three cars which arrived after us had their orders taken at the adjacent order intercom and had moved on while we were still sitting there. Thinking the intercom was broken I went to the payment kiosk to let her know we were being missed out. I couldn't believe my ears when the girl said "you'll have to wait". Then I thought she had misunderstood so I explained the situation and she said "you just have to wait then". Unbelievably rude. I asked why. She said she worked on the one intercom where the cars were going through and the person who worked on the other intercom was busy doing something else.!!!!! We finally had a chance to reverse out of the "you'll just have to wait" order intercom and went through the rude girls order intercom. Thought that would be the end of it but we had to wait for our drinks. By the time we got them the hot coffee was cold and the iced frappe wasn't frapped. So my frappe was like a coffee milk shake with blocks of ice in it therefore half the size drink it should be and very creamy because it didn't have any slush. The wraps only had food in the bottom half. Top half completely empty. But the worse bit was the rude girl. If that franchise is teaching their staff bad manners and how to be rude than top marks.

Unbelievable they can't have a normal staff who can do their job without missing something from the order. Can you do something about it? It is ridiculous! Worst place ever!

Do not go! Maggots found in milkshake machine and everything isn’t clean at all. Even if you do, food is always missing and orders are given out cold. Staff extremely unhygienic. Management do not care at all! DO NOT GO!

Can be a bit slow at times but you can park and they bring your order out to you.

Useless. 20 minute wait for food in an empty restaurant, then the dozy cow doesn't put the lid on the coffee and because there also too lazy to stir it, when I give it a gentle shake it goes everywhere, food swimming in grease.

Don’t know why I subject myself to this place. Every single time I go, there is an issue. Can’t pack a simple 2 meal order without missing an item. “Large” chips given to me only half full with less in than the medium portion. food cold, given food and being made to wait for last item by the time we received, other food was cold. Worst McDonald’s ever.

Ordered our meal from drive through, waited for 20 minutes, then went inside as nobody came out, eventually they found my order, by that time our food was cold, not a good experience 🙃

Ordered a simple wrap meal at drive thru. Told to wait in bay 2. After 25 minutes, we go see where the meal is. No one knows. Tell them 4 times what we've ordered. Eventually, it arrives. Back to the car and drive off. Open food, stone cold. Throw food away and promise not to go there again. Maybe it was just a bad day.

Out of all the McDonalds I’ve been to in my lifetime, this is one of the absolute worst, and I’ve been to McDonald’s in America!! I once waited for 50 minutes for breakfast, IN THE DRIVE THRU. There were no queues in the drive thru as well. Whisky the food is ok, the service is absolutely atrocious.

They unfortunately lack a Zebra crossing making it dangerous to reach without a car. They have machines to take order but they are not maintained properly, no receipt was given where I took my order and the screen then displayed the number of the order during only 5 seconds without giving a written track of the order number... Not sure if the place is victim of its success (pretty busy) or if it is just poorly managed

Service was very slow and staff seemed to be directing their efforts towards food delivery orders rather than walk in customers. Food was standard Golden Arches fare. Restaurant was very clean and tidy.

Came in recently. Restaurant functioning poorly. No longer 'fast food' restaurant. Over 30 minutes wait for breakfast, which couldn't order anything with sausage as they were all taken off the menu. Young team leader with glasses had no control, seemed panicked and was snappy to staff. Coffee was cold and had a Styrofoam lid (carcinogenic and banned by Mcdonds over ten years ago so not sure what happened there). Many customers upset at having to wait over half an hour. No explanation, no apologies for the chaos. Seems to be a case of the patients running the asylum. Extremely poor. Extremely incompetent.

This was the worst McDonald’s experience ever! The staff member wearing glasses near the food line was the most unprofessional McDonald’s employee I’ve ever encountered. The fries were cold, the hot chocolate was completely watery, and the fries portion wasn’t even half a packet. When I asked for more, he refused! He should be removed from his position!

McDonald's I love l. there has only been 3 times that my order was wrong but it was corrected straight away McDonald's get a bad name but they aren't that bad I worked there for a year so know what they have to deal with.o have always found McDonald's good only one I would say isn't food is Evesham

I love my McDonalds. Food was up to McDonald’s standard but very Poorly trained rude staff at the drive through window.I would avoid this branch if you can as not worth the stress of the poor service.

It is the worst place in Evesham, every time I order Delivery, something is missing and when I go for milkshake, the machine is always cleaning, the worst McDonald's in Worcestershire

Twice we have been at this mcdonalds. Today, we waited over 45 mins through drive-thru. When we got our food it was cold. Went in to return the food and was greeted by 30 or more people waiting. Absolutely terrible service. Think some people should be sacked or not given responsibility for running a fast food company. I would have given it no stars, but it wouldn't let me

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you value your time and money avoid this place like the plague. Incredibly slow service, doesn't matter if the place is busy or empty. Food is dreadful and to top it off, management wont help you at all when their slow and failure of a service results in you getting a parking fine from the total inbicials at MET parking who want to charge you £100 for McDonald's failing. No we wont come here again nor pay the parking fine for this place's failure!

Nearly 20 minute wait for two burgers, fries, and drinks. Food was cold, burger (big tasty) looked like a toddler threw it together and then stomped on it. Fillet of fish seems to have shrank since last time we had it, and the fries were like cardboard. Not sure exactly great value for money.

Dropped in for food after an evening out in Bristol. It was around 11:30pm when we got back to Evesham and the it would be the perfect choice for something to eat after a long drive. We waited just over 20 minutes at the drive through even though there was only one occupied table in the restaurant. It wasn't busy at all. When we eventually had our order taken we went to the first window to pay where there were four members of staff, stood just behind the cashier staring at us. It was a bit weird and uncomfortable and explains the long wait (they seemed more interested in glaring at customers than doing their jobs.) Went to the next window after paying to collect drinks, the guy there tried to sell us extra dips even though we've already paid, surely it makes sense to do that at the first window. He told us they cost extra apart from the sweet curry which is free, we said we'd take a couple of those and then he said "two, one pounds please" holding out his hand. It was a tough conversation but we ended up not having any extras as we'd been sat for about 30 minutes by this point and were getting bored. The food eventually came out to us and it was awful. Cold and slapped together, large fry container seemed to contain less fries than the medium container which had a spongey texture. I've been when it's busy during the day and it's been much faster and better quality, not sure who's in charge of the night shift but they need replacing along with the rest of the team.

Most disgusting McDonalds I’ve had the displeasure of stopping at. I couldn’t use the disabled toilet as it was overflowing with paper. There was water (hope it was only water) all over the floor in the main ladies toilet so I was unable to safely take in my assistance dog. My husband said the gents loo was also overflowing with excrement. Only had a coffee, which took forever to arrive, but tasted fine, so I can’t comment on food quality. Will never go there again.

Always appalling. Usually filthy, order is ALWAYS wrong and takes way too long. They always turn the milkshake machine off at about 6pm and say it's broken. It's awful every single time you go.

Staff are so slow and rude. Insider info. They hide the table service number signs behind the counter. Apparently, they don't like offering them out because it's too much work to do table service. This has been every time I have visited even when they are suoer quiet.

Toilets subpar but food and service brilliant

During busy (mealtimes) periods it can be difficult to park nearby let alone in the very small McDonalds car park. The drive-thru is likewise difficult; the queue often extends out to the road and where two lines merge into one you have to hope for courtesy from other drivers. It’s not stress free. If you order in-store, waits of 20 minutes plus are common, if you collect in the restaurant there is often little space to stand. You have to compete for standing room with the Deliveroo/ Uber guys. The TV screen giving order status has been off line for some months. The quality of the burgers can be hit and miss. Given the huge number of customers here every day, McDonalds really need to upgrade to a new more suitable facility or open another in Evesham- there is certainly the demand. In the meantime try the local KFC- it’s a much better experience (since it was rebuilt and re-managed).

I brought 9 chicken nuggets and only got 5. My food was cold when I got it to, it took over half an hour to get my food

Was left to wait over an hour for our food. The food was cold, and im due a ticket for being over 90 minutes wich i refuse to pay! Loads of angry people waiting, bins were over flowing and yables were filfthy with rubbish left on them, never going back to evesham mc donalds again. Systems were down so i suppose its not staff fault there but who was in charge of cleaning the floor and bins? Terrible. Had to leave our rubbish on a chair due to no bin room..

Said what I wanted twice and they still got it wrong, sat and waited at the window for ten minutes for them to say that I couldn’t have my full order because they inputted it wrong and I’ll have to go in and pay again, waste of time and bad service

Absolutely rubbish don’t recommend we waited 40 minutes for our food for half the order to be missing and for it to be cold I would understand if it were busy however it was not ,staff were taking there time and slow

Slow drive through, crew attitude, topped off with yet another serving of luke warm garbage trying to pass as food. But then, this is Leicester. You'd think, for the prices we're paying, we'd get some semblance of quality. Oh for a White Castle ... mmm, mushroom double swiss. Dream on.

McDonalds, OK service to table but order was wrong. Food reasonable except my food was taken to another table and they unwrapped my muffin and handled my hash brown. Staff would not replace it so I binned it but had my drink. Complete waste of money.

Possibly the worst McDonald's I have been to. Food order incorrect. Queue to get into store. Ten minutes to order. Almost 30 minutes from order to receive food. Seemingly same for everyone as each successful order was greeted with cheers from the many waiting people.

I went to get me and partner a late dinner due to looking after our sick children, didn't receive are full order short of the chips and the MC rib was very poorly put together and missing parts of it

My delivery was delayed 4 times and finally when I received my order it was cold and the worst thing about it was the triple cheese burger wasn’t even wrapped up looked half opened absolute shambles

Made the mistake of going here again, and the service has actually got worse. Stood at the till while being ignored by all staff. Place seriously deserves to be shut down.

Ordered from just to eat to have food tasted like it was stale and kept for way too long Chicken nuggets that was hard and not like that it was just cooked lukewarm not like it was just cooked I think the problem is with when customers order from just eat the staff don't care and leave the food on the side until the driver comes to pick it up and it's not kept warm The problem with that is if it is chicken it can go bad within 30 minutes after it has been placed there bacterial will start forming in the food after that time.

Regularly getting the orders wrong and so many times the McFlurry and milkshakes are unavailable. Get your act together Evesham McDonald's, Worcester Blackpole is a 5 star restaurant you could learn from.

Ordered McDelivery and 1 hour and 15 minutes later it hadn’t even been picked up, let alone delivered. I phoned McDonalds Evesham and they were useless and sounded like they just didn’t care. Cannot find words to describe how awful they are 😡

Do yourself a favour and go to the one at Alcester! Very slow service. Normally 20-30 mins wait. Get orders wrong most of the time. E.G. Asking for no onion will usually get you no cheese but extra onions! 3 in 5 orders for pancakes and sausage will end up with you getting pancakes with no sausage.

There were around 10 people from the staff but only 2 of them working.We have waited around 20 minutes for 5 thing and there were not that much customers.NOT GOING BACK THERE.

Very dirty,disgusting toilets, 3 out 4 tablets for kids broken, food waiting time - probably more than 20 minutes.I haven’t seen so dirty place. And the staff - it looks like they are not in a hurry at all! Probably some attention from senior management would be beneficial!!!

Exactly what you’d expect from a McDonalds food is always made as it should be and the staff are polite and friendly. There’s lots of space for young children as well with the tablets at the table with games on etc. Just remember to turn right on your way out as the road is one way and I have seen lots of people try and go back up the road against the flow of traffic.

Paying and ordering by screen was excellent service quick and efficient.

It’s a “park up” not a “drive thru”. Even when slightly busy, you’ll be asked to park in the tiny car park and wait for your food..

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The food is cold 99% of the time and always takes ages to be ready even for small orders. And when it comes it's never all there. The burgers are never stacked properly and the drinks drip everywhere though the broken lids. The drinks and McFlurries are never filled enough. And they barely ever have milkshakes. My sister knows a few employees there and even they agree that it's a terrible McDonald's. The drive thru is always slow, but going in is just as bad. Queues and queues of people and sometimes even out the door. Messy kids get food and rubbish everywhere and it's not cleaned straight away. The bins are always full too. Most employees are rude and sarcastic and look inbred and overweight. It's just embarrassing. And ordering off the McDonald's app is also a bad idea as it takes hours to come every time as they let it sit on the shelf for ages, it comes stone cold and is barely ever what you ordered. Last time I ordered it didn't come at all. Called and complained for a refund of my £50 order like 4 times and was told they couldn't do anything. Called Uber and they said call McDonald's. It was back and forth. Emailed both of them was ignored after 2 weeks. Eventually went in to the restaurant and got my money back which took them about half an hour to do even though I showed them the receipt. This place is awful, definitely worth going further!

Ordered milkshakes at drive thru order point, was told they had some, by the time we got to first window, we are told they haven't got any, after they has lost our order and having to re-order at window. Spent 20 minutes in waiting zone

The car park is tiny, other than that it's a typical McDonald's. We went on a weekday morning and ordered breakfast of which the sausage and egg mcmuffins were decent, not too greasy. There were plenty of seats available at the time we went and the staff were friendly enough with the little interaction you get these days. We ordered from the self service and got it delivered to our table.

Was very very busy, food as expected,chips a little on the cold side.I'll put down to the staff rushed off their feet.

Phillips cheese stack looks like a stack I the pictures but a little underwhelming in stature once the box is opened.

Watched our burgers sit out on the bench getting cold while waiting for the fries- that went to the delivery drivers first. Waited over 10 minutes then the burger was cold. The burger was wrong and they disappeared for 5 minutes
