It's so expensive now for what it is. I used to love kfc but this new apps abit rubbish compared to the macdonalds one and the food is just average for the price.

Ordered a fillet burger, opened it up to find a chicken strip instead of a whole fillet. Took it back to change it and was told that it was a fillet. They did change it after a fashion and received half a fillet in my burger. They are clearly cutting the chicken. Will not be returning.

The drive through is shocking with no service 2 days in a row with no apologies

Ordered a kids meal and all we got was fries delivered Absolute jokers! My 8 year old knew it was wrong so how can your 16+ year old staff not figure out when closing a paper bag that somethings not quite right. And KFC Evesham please don’t insult us with your usual reply of “We're sorry to hear this and hope we do better next time” Because that’s laughable as well. We can see now why you’ve been voted the worst kfc franchise in the UK 😂

A very good modern KFC where the food is served quickly and to a high standard. However I felt like the box meal portions were a bit on the small side and it was also a bit on the expensive side at £9.99.

Food is always 10 out of 10. The place is always spotlessly clean and the staff are always excellent. Really nice people doing a superb job. Kfc should use this branch as an example of how It should be done.

Went through drive through. Food and staff excellent no question but going through the drive through toke a long time

It was busy when we arrived, both in the restaurant and drive thru, we chose to eat in and wow despite it being ridiculously busy the food was fresh, piping hot and you can just tell that the meat and chips were not kept in the hot hold for a long time, The chicken & chips were all crispy and fresh, really enjoyed it. My only criticism is that the toilets were filthy with broken holders and a number of the tables in the restaurant were not cleared (however they were busy so this needs to be taken into consideration)

The staff have no manners when you collect your order,the drinks hot choc and krushems were ready a little after the food which made the fries which are very overpriced lukewarm

Workers are polite, as good as KFC can be.

KFC calls the Krushem a shake, this KFC serves coldish flavoured milk and tells you if you ask shouldn't it be frozen,no thats it cold milk. The Buffalo tower Burger had sauce that a Buffalo would be embarrassed by, Buffalo wing sauce is spicy and sticky, this was watery vinegar

We order and the order was missing a papsi, phoned KFC and he said we must contact the driver. So again they are just pushing the responsibilities to the customer and not them to contact the driver. Terrible

Absolutely awful I had a 3 piece meal 2 drumsticks that was so small it was questionable if they were big enough to be chicken and an unidentifiable piece of meat, all of it inedible overcooked & Dry KFC Evesham you have lost our custom.

NEW REVIEW: Right, so yesterday England was supposed to play in the EURO 2024, and I thought I'd pop down to KFC to grab some chicken to munch on during the match. I chose KFC because, usually, and I repeat, usually, the food is decent. The chicken is tasty, and although the cleanliness of the place often leaves much to be desired, the food has been passable. But yesterday, June 16, 2024, the food was absolutely dreadful. I opted for a bucket, expecting some good chicken, well-cooked but not burnt. What I got were pieces that were nearly black. The coating, which KFC is famous for, was so tough I would have needed a hammer to break it. Most of it went straight to the bin. The chicken inside that coating was dark brown, bordering on black. Now, I understand sometimes things can be slightly overcooked, but burning the coating, which is KFC's signature, is unforgivable. If you see chicken like that, it should be binned immediately. Next, the quality of the meat. The wing was passable, but in my bucket, I found something that was difficult to classify as food—a piece of chicken spine with ribs, coated and cooked. I don't know what to call it because it’s neither a wing nor a leg. If the staff at KFC in Evesham, UK, don't know that chicken ribs aren't meant to be eaten, then I feel sorry for them. There's no meat there, and it should be considered waste. You could make broth with it, but that's about it. No one eats chicken ribs. If it were beef ribs or pork ribs, that would be different, but chicken ribs? Absolutely not. As for the drumstick, the meat was okay, but the coating on all the pieces was hard and charred. It was impossible to chew, and I couldn't even tell what it was. That’s the first part. The second part, I also had four portions of chips. KFC advertises them as twice-baked, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. They might have been tender inside, but there was zero crispiness. None. On the outside, they were soggy. They were baked, but very soft and wet. I don't know how long they had been sitting there or if the staff even know how to make proper chips. Maybe they’re using a microwave to thaw them. I have no idea. In any case, as much as I love KFC, the food yesterday before England's match in the 2024 EURO was inedible. On a scale from 1 to 5, it gets a 0.5—barely. And that's for the meat inside the coating, because even the chicken wings were as dry as a desert. So, it was one of the worst KFC experiences of my life. They should seriously consider replacing the staff with people who know what they're doing. Maybe KFC's head office should think about pulling the license from this franchise because it has nothing to do with the real KFC. It's the worst KFC food I've had in my 50 years. I've eaten KFC in many countries, in many places, and never has it been this bad. My suggestion? Shut down the branch, retrain the staff, or replace them with trained ones. Something is seriously wrong at the Evesham branch. OLD: Unfortunately, I'm sorry. The most dirty KFC restaurant I've ever been to. It should be closed as soon as possible for the safety of the customers. I like KFC chicken, unfortunately in this restaurant, it doesn't taste as good as it does all over the world. These pictures are only a review, not all the dirt that was there. During the time of ordering and eating, about 45 minutes no one has ever washed any table or swept the floor. Not once for 45 minutes. At McDonald's, someone is constantly wiping tables or sweeping the floor. Dirt is one thing. The second thing is food. Eating breadcrumbs would almost break a tooth. I have never eaten such a hard coating in my life. I understand that crunchy is better, but don't exaggerate. If you bake breadcrumbs to be as hard as stone, they are no longer tasty. I hope that it will improve, if not then it's better to close this restaurant.

The food was not nice at all ,over cooked , small pieces of original chicken that just didn't taste fresh,chips that you could not eat as they were over seasoned,the chicken burger was extremely hard almost like rubber. Waste of money to be fair.........

About as chickeny as chicken shops go. Forget ya loyalty card , I don't think these guys can spell it. But KFC chicken is the best.

Sitting in the queue for the drive through. Don't tell you until you order that it is cash or card only by which point if you haven't got either you still have to wait in the queue. Not much logic there. Maybe a sign to tell customers before they enter the drive through would be helpful!

Newly and modern than most of their units closed last year and reopened few months. Plenty parking spaces and outside seating is very pleasant. The server lack of knowledge and experience. You will not get your meals unless you have cash or cards. Contactless not available. KFC just sell their brands - Chicken, and Chicken never bothered anything else Cany not move up anther gear.!!

Go here quite often but they always seem to forget at least 1 thing. Missing a large gravy and a large popcorn chicken, not sure how you even miss that? Overall tastes good what we did get but still disappointing

Since reopening after a fire, we have eaten twice from there. The first time we were overcharged and kfc customer servicer doesn't exist. The second time, the food was disgusting. The chicken was cold and extremely soggy. The meat inside was wet and sllmey. I could have hammered nails into the wall with the corn. The chips were floppy, and like the scabby ones, you get left at the bottom of the bag with green ends. The hottest thing was the beans. Myself and my family didn't even eat it all and felt violently sick all night. I'd avoid it. Never again. Even the staff look miserable pottering about.

Absolutely abysmal food! Chicken was wet, ripped and not fresh. Chips are soggy and cold, sweet corn looked like it was under a sofa for a week. Worst kfc ever and over charged me for add on 4 pieces of chicken. All food went in bin after driving 10 miles there and back. The reviews on face book and Google will prove this! Had my food within 2 minutes of ordering. Food was really good, hot and tasty. The whole restaurant was very clean including the toilets. Considering they have only been open for just over a week, I think they're doing a great job, keep up the good work.

Was shut. Google said it was open. It was 3pm on a Friday. All boarded up. Don't rely on for food.

This place absolutely shocked me earlier when we ordered 3 bargain buckets and 2 wraps (we didn't even tell them to make it meals) and the total was £50!! We then told them to change it to make it cheaper somehow because we were not going to pay that. They said they would change the chicken buckets to mighty ones instead. It took them 15 minutes as we waited at the window and then they finally gave us our meal. They said they wouldn't give us drinks if we couldn't afford them so they said they would replace them with sweetcorn sides instead. Anyways that came to £30. Still terrible price. We didn't bother checking inside the bag as we shouldn't have to, and we were in a rush. We were the only people in the drive thru. Anyways we got home and opened out big bag of KFC. Inside there was the 3 chicken buckets one of them split at the side and the others also drenched in grease and looked to be missing chicken.. there was a bag of chips the tiny packets they came in were put in upside down and had fallen out into the bag so was hard for us to share out between us. The wraps had tabs of flavours on the side which we ordered 2 different flavours of and the tabs hadn't been pushed down so we didnt know which one was which The 3 sweetcorns were missing. Which we got charged alot for. There was no napkins, no salt, no sauces, and no receipt. And that costed £30. At the end the lady serving us said obviously rudely and sarcastically "have a nice evening" and then quickly shut the window and then started saying sometimes to another worker and looked at us rudely. Absolutely disgusted with you KFC evesham.

The food we ordered was really tasty. And the places were very neat and hygienic.The staff are really friendly and neat.

We end up coming round this branch quite often as it's on the way home on A46. However, garanteed they get something wrong with our order every time, so we have learned to always check whats in the bag. They do end up quickly sorting it out though.

Ordered via the displays rather than the till. Customised my burger with ‘no supercharger sauce’ - it came with the sauce (everyone makes mistakes, especially when it’s so damn hot!)- no quibbles about changing the burger and excellent staff gave complimentary pop corn chicken for the mistake!
