Food quality is just going down and down and price is going up and up. The duck used to be lovely but these days feels like left overs really and for £15 you are getting half a container if that.

The food wasn’t good at all ,they were cold and the chips were cook ups from the day before not nice at all . We have been haveing food from here before but it’s getting worse and today is the last day we have it . Now in the bin yuk .

Omg I have never tasted such bad chips from a Chinese!!!! They are nasty very very stale and reheated taste I threw up which I have never done before honesty I would avoid buying chips from here!!! Other food was OK especially their orange chicken which we loved but I can't be ordering from here again with the state of the chips there our main reason for going to the Chinese!!! Curry sauce was cold, rice was cold and did taste dry unless smothered it in the curry sauce:/ will be going back to river Avon never had any issues here

Sorry to say be my last order. 80%of the meal ended up in the bin. Food tasted like last night warm up left overs.

The delivery was excellent. Pleasant lady. Sadly the quality of food wasn't great. Everything tasted burnt/overcooked and hard/chewy. Chips looked badly overcooked and tasted over fried. I threw them away. Disappointed really.

Estimated time was 65-80 minutes, did not mind the wait as it is normally busy at this time. But was amazed when we were notified 20 minutes after ordering that it was on its way. Lovely delivery driver and food was superb - will definitely order again!

Very fast delivery, but the order was messed up, which has happened before. Ordered a tofu dish, but was given sinewy strips of chicken instead of tofu, which I can't eat. This was the one thing I had ordered that I was really looking forward to... Chips which cost £4 were stale and inedible. I don't think I could trust this takeaway again, I'd sooner order from an alternative.

asked for mild chilli beef. got very hot. couldn't eat it. so had no edible food sadly

The worst takeaway I have ever encountered. all the chicken and duck meat was not edible and went in the bin. Greasy dry and like rubber. Vile.

Dreadful food. overcooked, clearly reheated, and nothing like the quality that we would expect. We even checked we had ordered from the right place! The chicken balls were massively overdone and completely inedible, the mixed starter was rockhard like it had been kept warm for hours and the Thai curry was like green water. Incredibly disappointing meal, half of which was thrown in the bin. Oddly, there was a menu for a completely different place in the delivery bag?? WASTE OF £60

The food was vile, chips were hard and covered is black spots, sauces were mainly water and the chicken balls where hard and the chow mein had a view smell

The food was disgusting! The chicken was hard and dry couldn’t chew it, the curry sauce was lumpy the rice was mushy, the spring rolls didn’t have any filling.

From ordering food took 2 hours , when arrived was cold , chips wet and soggy terrible

apparently they didn't receive my order through just eat, called them to ask where food was. was told to order again through their own website, strangely enough when I said no my order was 5 minutes away.

Really poor takeaway, barely warm, curry sauce just a wobbly splodge. Chow mein was just a pile of noodles nothing else, rice more like cous cous. Though we would give them another chance after a really poor one a year or so back.

Mostly lovely food and on time delivery as always but this was my first time ordering the mixed vegetables and they came in a sweet and sour sauce which was not mentioned on the menu, if it was I wouldn't have ordered it

Wouldn’t order again - all very greasy and overcooked. The chow mein described as noodles (as you would expect) was actually egg fried rice with different meats to description was very strange. Most went uneaten.

Ordered the sweet sour chicken balls but instead received prawn balls instead and did not know until I took a bite. Very disappointed and unhappy.

Delivery was early but the quality of the food was not great , it appeared to have been pre cooked or reheated from frozen . Curry came as a blob

Chicken balls were severely overcooked, to the point we couldn’t eat the majority of them. It’s a shame as we’ve had this order many times and never had a problem. I hope this was a one off. Refund request please.

We’ve eaten from this restaurant before and found it to be pretty good. However this order was not good. Delivery was over an hour late, the food was not hot, and the quality was not up to their usual standard. All in all quite disappointing for an order that cost over £100

We’ve had many meals from the flying dragon and they have always been decent. Last night‘s mail arrived 45 minutes to an hour early, although it was cold when it got to us. It was flavourless and greasy. Worst meal we have ever had from here, maybe they’ve changed the Chef?

We ordered food delivery, and I was incredibly disappointed. I’ve never tasted such horrible shrimp in my life. Not only did the food look terrible, but it also tasted repulsive. I regret not reading reviews beforehand. It seems you don’t care much about your customers.

Great service, quick delivery, great food

Took over two hours to come after ordering. Clearly had been made and then left to sit waiting for a driver for hour at least! So was long, then it came rubbery and was just not nice so it was wasted! Usually our go to Chinese but never again, plenty others to choose from.

Took an 1.45 hours to be delivered, and the quality was very poor. Mushrooms in every dish were passed their best, and the curry sauce was pink and tasted very strange .

It’s a Tuesday but still had to wait over an hour for food and it can’t of been busy because I don’t believe many people would have ordered the rubbish served up. Prawns in omelette were under cooked and still blue and not bright pink, and the chow main well had one mouthful and rest went in the bin even my dog wouldn’t eat it.

They said free mini spring rolls, didn't get them Food wasn't very nice

Worst chinese food ive ever had in my life!! The curry didnt taste like curry and they even screwed the chips up! So tasteless. Complete waste of money. Just horrible! Go somewhere else.

Delivery by a lovely lady, very polite and on time. Food excellent as usual

The meal didn’t meet the quality of our previous orders by a long way. That was definitely not crispy aromatic duck, it was more like mince duck mush. The sauce’s were both cold, the satay for the chicken satay was a cold gloopy jelly. The ribs in peking sauce were very dry even though they were in a sauce. The chicken and duck rice arrive nearly cold and the salt and chilli prawns were so overcooked that they were very chewy.

I’ve eaten here twice now and not impressed. Last night the food came in a small container, rice was dry, chips cold and overcooked and the chicken balls weren’t enjoyable either.

was 25mins late , but booked early as poss option and that was 2.5hrs plus the extra 25mins we only had noodles, sweet and sour and chilli beef and rice

Absolute disgrace!!. Waiting nearly 2 hours. Changed the shrimp to the teenest ever. I'm pretty shocked to be fair as always had great service and great food. Sorry guys will be switching from now on....

Unfortunately we Waited over 2 hrs 25 mins having been given a time of 75 mins that was then extended to 1hr 20 to 1hr 40. We rang the restaurant 10 times with no reply or answer. Finally got an answer and were told 10-15 mins. At least 30 mins later we had a phone call as the postcode couldn’t be recognised so it hadn’t left when they said. So ordered we 7.12 delivered at 9.32 and Just Eat App said delivered enjoy your food at 8.50???!!!! Even review will not let me select above 5 mins late!!!!

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Normally, the food is great from here. But it was cold, reheated/burnt, flavourless. Children ended up hungry as it was so late. The delivery driver was friendly. Shame the food was awful.

Must be the worst curry I have ever had and I eat all over the UK sauce was dire curry was not fit for my dog who ever the Chef is he needs replacement never ever again £31 wasted most of it went in the bin and I feel sick, I’ll go back to waterside 100% better these should not be in business full stop please please avoid take my advise it is garbage food and you will only be wasting your hard earned cash my family were disgusted with the food they need to have there hygiene cert revoked

Poor quality, food had no taste

We used to always order from here, food pretty good, but when we asked where our delivery was after it was 2 hours late, we were told the driver is adamant it was delivered however we never had our food. We were accused of stealing and banned. Awful service. Refused refund

Ordered food from here as visiting the area and fancied a treat for the night, wish we went somewhere else. I know all Chinese takeaways are a little bit different but generally you can't go wrong with some of the basics! Ordered crispy chilli beef, beef and mushroom curry with egg fried rice, pancake rolls, sweet and sour chicken balls and a bbq sauce. Firstly the bbq sauce was missing, the egg fried rice was so over cooked it was sticky and so bland, the crispy beef was ok, but the batter on the beef once you bit it was very oily tasting and then the curry - I don't know what that was but if definitely wasn't a curry, for a start it was in a thick pinky coloured sauce that did not smell of curry, it smelt more of Chinese five spice/bbq seasoning but it wasn't nice at all and unfortunately didn't get eaten after the first mouthfull. In terms of price, we paid a lot more than what we usually do so thought the quality of the food must be good but I was wrong. Others may enjoy it and like I said, all Chinese takeaways vary in taste but at least if its a curry, it should taste like curry! Sorry Flying Dragon but this was not a good experience.

This place is horrible the driver never delivered my food and was horrible, he wouldn’t pick up my calls at all and made me wait for over an hour. And on top of that they wont give me a refund after taking my money and not delivering the food the worst chinese takeaway ever!!!!!!!!!

Really Bad meals First time I've tried here, I ordered chicken curry. I said breast of chicken. No breast chicken, sauce was horrible. The rice was not cooked properly. Sticky tactless. I ordered Singapore choiemein. I ended up with a totally different meal. What a waste of money. We was really looking forward to a nice meal. A waste of money. Never again will we order here

Beef and mushroom curry and chicken curry was very very thick like glue and the meat in both dishes was tough. The fried won ton’s were so hard you couldn’t eat them. Nearly all the food was left !
