McDonald's in Barnet

The food and coffee were very cold.

I didnt receive my order he didnt ring my bell and the app said it was delivered why

Food was good, not fully hot but warm enough that it didn't need reheating. Milkshake was very runny though and needed to be put in the freezer for a bit to thicken it up.

received the wrong order completely and the driver was so quick to take off before I could tell him that it was the wrong delivery

Every time I have ordered from this McDonald’s, there is always an issue with an item being missing. Today it was the sauces and the happy meal toys for my children.

It took an hour to get the food. The soda had been spilled. The food was cold.

All the buns in the muffins were mostly black.

Tables were so dirty we had to clean them before we sat down. Coffee and flurrys were good though. There was a big crowd so thought we would get table service but it was disabled

Forgot apple pie, which is in keeping with recent trend of never getting the orders 100% correct 😭

Check your bag before you leave guys, cold food floppy chips! Done the drive thru and I don't ever complain but I found a cheeseburger under the big Mac box and it was barely warm, I complained and they gave me the same burger back that I said was cold. Drove away frustrated and found the chips nearly cold and the same with the big Mac. Don't go here and expect to be given good customer service, they are busy enough to not give a toss. And the staff are allowed to have a bit of an attitude without consequences. Go north Finchley if you want to be looked after normally and get fresh food.

Food arrived freezing cold. Strawberry lemonade turnt up as juice not frozen at all.

I've order my food to eat with bbq sauce and they sended me a ketchup, you may say oh it's just a sauce but this is why i bought the food from you to eat it with bbq sauce otherwise i woudn't order

Came on a Monday evening to take my nephews out. Great, friendly, considerate and kind customer service by Sara who was smiley and reassured us we could move seats and she will keep an eye on our order and bring it to our new table even though we ordered to a different table number. Didnt seem as bad as other reviews, but we didnt stay there long so cant comment on anything else. The place was being swept while we were there so was fairly clean. Nephews and mother in law enjoyed their food which was mayo sandwich and fries, i didnt have much apart vegan dippers which were 3/5. It was ok for what it was! The customer service from Sara was the best bit and its always a pleasure eating somewhere with good customer service.

wrong items and delivery driver damaged some.items from my order

This has to be the worst Macdonalds I've ever had. The burger lacked tomato sauce and the bun and burger were dry. The chicken in the wrap was also dry and had been cooked for so long it had a hard skin. Not nice and I will not order from this branch again.

I saw that the straws were wet which I’m not happy about

The food was cold & needed reheating in the microwave. Nothing to do with the delivery driver who was polite & prompt. Disappointed that my order obviously sat for a while after being cooked!

We didn't get what we wanted so we called the delivery driver and he didn't pick up later on we tried texting the McDonald's staff by the app and the app wasn't working properly this is a complete joke and it's better going to the local McDonald's than getting an Uber eats because this is terrible I'm very disappointed 🤬

Their is no mozzerila dipper and i did order

chicken nuggets says it comes with 4 sauces they excluded most of the sweet and sour to save money because they're cheap, I order two additional sauces for the rest of my food, long live india 🇮🇳 no sauces India cool India great India India, anyways why do they always refuse to put the right amount of sauces even when you guys say you can have 4 for nuggets they give you 1

Order slightly wrong, got a caramel frappe instead of a strawberry milkshake and got no straws or napkins.

Staff member was very rude to me. I used the toilet. No signs in place to state it was off limits for cleaning and staff member had a pop at me for using toilet (m) while he was in the other toilet (f) cleaning. Coffee was good though

Drivers need to be aware of delivering food, I got someone else’s order, always on the phone for some reason, 16£ I spent I get no dinner now.

No balsamic vinegar with salad. No wooden fork. No serviette. No free condiments asked for.

Delivery good but consistently forget to add sauces to the order.

Ordered a mcflurry but nobody has the common sense to make it so I can go. Instead, waited over 10 minutes for every single order before it to be cooked. Why would anybody have to wait for 20 big mac meals to cook before giving one mcflurry?

Sorry Just terrible delivery driver spilt my whole coffee, handed me the 2nd bag with coffee damp wet without apololigising and high tailing it out of the building. dreadful service. will think twice before ordering again in a while.

As I have already stated the food is acceptable. It does get very busy. I asked for a cup of water to go with my food order and the manageress refused to get me some water until I insisted. So rude and unpleasant. The younger Indian staff members are all lovely and polite. The older East European women are rude and unhelpful. It's in their nature I'm afraid that they have bad manners.

Courier passed me the leaking bag, when opened all the napkins were wet and half a glass spilled.

I came on a quiet Friday lunch time. Eating in with table service. Staff are attentive and very polite. Was asked if my child wanted paper and crayons by one member of staff while we waited and was delivered food and had a follow up check to see if all was OK by another member of staff. The wait for food was only a few minutes. The food is pretty standard for a McDonald's. But unfortunately the fries were a bit over done and still served. Place is clean and staff are on top of the front of house clean up.

It’s a shame you have to select at least one star. I put in a refund request mind after my order arrived because my food was delivered soaked by 1 and a half medium cokes. £40 worth of food thrown away and it’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard from Just eat. I think it’s really bad how this is dealt with. £40 literally thrown away as nothing could be eaten

My order was delivered to an address in Long Lane, but not to me and was advised that it had been delivered- code 0048. So was delivered without the code given to the driver. Very poor and unprofessional service for which I have paid - refund needed

bags leaking all over my house

I went to McDonald’s and ordered some food, but the Indian female cashier overcharged me for three extra burgers. When I requested a refund, both the cashier and the manager refused, claiming their system wasn’t working. This is completely unacceptable, how can you not give a refund to a customer who’s been overcharged? This is ridiculous. With so many poor reviews it’s surprising this location is still in operation.
