KFC London - Apex Corner in Barnet

We had a great experience during our visit! The girl wearing a hijab, possibly of Asian background, provided excellent service. She was friendly, helped us with the self-service kiosk, served hot and fresh food, and even gave us a discount — really appreciated her effort. The Krushem shake was tasty, and the Party Bucket was perfect for our group. We also tried the gravy and sweet corn, both of which were delicious and added to the meal. The toilets were clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus when dining out. Overall, excellent service, good food, and a comfortable environment. Would definitely visit again!

The worst kfc ever.. I tried to use my staff discount no one did that… cashiers had only 2 orders on the screen but they were ignoring customers. They called manager to use my discount she came and she was so so rude and talked sarcastically.. they are the most slowest staff ever who can’t even handle 2 3 orders that’s why always it’s quiet there…they zero customer service who can’t even behave properly…

I recently placed an order and unfortunately, I found what appears to be a feather or feather-like object inside one of the chicken pieces I received. This was very distressing and completely unacceptable from a hygiene and food safety standpoint. I would like to request an immediate investigation into this matter.

Food is old enough you can see 🙈🙉 how they look and you can understand when you eat them... Quality of this KFC store is rubbish like usually horrible Chicken 🐔🍗 chips shops 😞🤮 Serving lady with cloths on head , front of the desk giving horrible service... Talking with customers like she own this shop and she's thinking 🤔 working somewhere bad country....

Service is horrible , giving you old foods with slightly warming up... Front of my eye they drop one of clients food to storage where they keep food warm after cooking , they been poorly educated how to talk with clients 😕😞 they take your time as they saying cooking... But actually warming food which one been returned...

Ordered a 10 piece bucket. We only received 9 pieces and 8 were wings 1 was the boney bit with hardly any meat. Very poor!!

Went in to get a takeaway at lunch time. The KFC app wouldn't scan so didn't get to use the money off coupon. Was told it was an on going technical issue with the store. The man behind the counter seemed really annoyed to have to actually talk to a customer, Asked to use the toilet only to find no toilet rolls in either of the stalls. I told the girl at the counter when I came out and she was rude and just said I know! What if someone needed more than just a wee? Lucky for me a always carry some tissues. Very rude staff.

When we ordered table service, spachelly that we have a baby the food never came to the table. The stuff was shouting across the restaurant for us to pick the food up. Do not have table service options if you can't accommodate

The burgers were tiny not really a burger but a large bun with a bite size chicken. Not impressed with the deal they used mini fillet pieces very misleading indeed.

The KFC location was very cold, and it felt uncomfortable to sit and eat there. I expected the indoor environment to be warmer and more welcoming, especially during the colder season. I hope the management improves the heating system.

Worst KFC service! At 5.30 on a weekday, I pulled up at the drive-through behind a van whose driver had got out to shout 'hello... hello...' in to the order terminal, and listen for a response - nothing... he got back in his van, and drove off - which is probably what I should have done, if I hadn't already ordered and paid for my food via the app. So I stopped briefly at the terminal to check for signs of life; nothing. So I ventured round to the first (payment) window - nobody there - waited a few mins, then moved up to the collection window - also nobody there, but now parallel with the counter inside the restaurant, I could see one female member of staff serving customers there. Tried for a few mins to get her attention to no avail, so getting impatient, with other cars starting to queue behind me , and knowing my order had not yet been actioned for drive-through - having been ignored, I went back in to the app and switched from drive-through to collection, and marked as arrived, so the order would show up on their screens. Eventually a male member of staff with a headset appeared, and I managed to get his attention - when he opened the window I questioned what was going on, and why there was apparently no-one operating the drive-through for the past 5-10 mins, he was defensive & rude from hereon and told me I had to now come in to the restaurant to collect me food. Having been delayed and incovenieced already, I was not inclined to park and walk round to the counter that I could see through the window, from where I was sitting in my car - so politey insisted they bring my order to where I was now at the drive-through window. The rude man refused, and a stand-off ensued - he even threatened to call the police (which upset my son sitting in the car with me), to which I suggested a better solution would be to just get me me order, so I can get on my way - as the queue was now really starting to back up behind me. Rude man flounced off, and it took the diplomacy of the poor woman working there to concede to start preparing my order. To add insult to injury, when I got home, a portion of fries was missing from my order (not the first time from this KFC).

Worst kfc in london staff don’t serve you make you order at a tablet. The would not even serve a blind man, behind me made him order on the screens too, as you can imagine they lost their business and mine, Disgraceful staff didnt care, too lazy, stood behind the counter talking in arabic amongst themselves ignoring customers. Love that chicken from Popeyes, way better customer service and food, they actually want you business

Both meals ordered - food was cold. Really disappointing with the food temperature.

Staff were very rude and unhelpful. Insisted on using machines, refused to serve at the counter. Due to this could not use my rewards app for points as it would not scan. I spoke to a lady working and she then said I should have came to ther counter 😡 order came after a long wait cold and missing items. All other customers seemed very stressed also. The place had rubbish all over the tables. If I'm honest the staff didn't seem to want to be there and it made it a horrible experience. Just moved round here and took my family for a 'nice' lunch and it was quite the opposite!!

The six pieces of KFC chicken as well as the six hot wings were all unfortunately cooked as dry as a bone. The cooked chicken pieces must have been on a heating tray for hours so not one of my KFC Apex Corner best experiences

Food arrived but the stuffing was missing from the burger.

Only 1 of the 2 ordered bags was delivered, and I've been told that i will get a refund withing 7 working days! It's Christmas, that will take about 2 weeks!!! I called KFC who told me they would call Just Eat and get it sorted, nothing!

Chicken was’t ready they gave me legs. 1 in legs much lest meat and second They are was cold. It's not worth 12 pounds.

Having tried the drive-through previously (and didn't think the service, or the food quality was great) my son and I decided to eat in, hoping this second chance would be better. The first thing my son pointed out was that there were no self order screens; I wasn't that bothered but what did irk me was that in the absence of those screens, the customer service was extremely lacking. There was just one person serving at the till which had a queue of five customers; another KFC employee was just stood hovering around bringing packed orders to the front which were not for anyone in the line of waiting customers. The queue didn't seem to be moving because that one person on the till interrupted attending to the waiting customers to hand over the packed orders to delivery drivers/riders who appeared from the car park. Other than two people sat at one of the many tables eating, the restaurant inside was empty and the drive-through had three cars waiting so nobody can say the restaurant was 'extremely busy'. It is simply poor customer service. We tried to get the attention of someone else behind the tills but there was no interest from anyone. The body language appeared to be 'not my job'. We left and went elsewhere. There is a distinctly dated feel about the place and having been there twice on separate occasions there is no way I will chance making it a third. There is also no point in calling head office who will no doubt tell us they will be 'raising the issue with their business partner' in a bid to improve the service. As a customer-facing establishment, they have one chance to get this right and on two separate occasions the Apex Corner vendor has fallen way short of serving the minimum required standard. Use their car park to stop and search for an alternative. **EDITED TO ADD** in response to owner/vendor: my son and I have been there twice; there will NOT be a third time.

we ordered kfc at 12am the time kept changing. the restaurant closed at 1am and the time still changed. we didn't think was coming so we ordered McDonald's. there was no option to cancel our order. even the driver couldn't find the option when he was trying to help us. both food delivery's arrived around the same time at 1.40ish. ridiculous amount of food £100 spent in total. kfc was freezing cold

There was no sauce, no napkins, no salt or pepper in the order and I got it in hotel . I didn’t have any sauces here. How they can send burger and fries without sauce ????

This KFC was MASSIVE - and the gravy? Low key slaps. They taper the seasoning perfectly so the flavour doesn't just fade. But you know what's crazy? The food is also at a reasonable price

Nice to see there isn't an enforced screen to order on. Did was prompt, order was correct but we struggled a bit with the language/accent barrier.

Portion of chips. Every skimpy Didn't like colour of chicken 🐔 every shop l goto chicken lookes very grey looking and looks like it been kicking around for alongtime and was not very fresh pink colour l have found alot of your shops standards of the food have gone down hill since different franchises have taken over ,Shops in Milton Keynes, Colindale Millhill especially

The 8 hot wings included were not in the bag, the bag itself was unsealed, driver blamed the restaurant. Previous time same thing happened. Will never order from this place again.

7 times out of 10 I don’t get any sauces which I payed for. One of the reasons I buy from Kfc is the garlic sauce and more often than not I don’t get it. The staff don’t know what they’re doing. Drive thru main problem

i worked here when i was 17 and i got burnt alive by the ice cream machine because it was out of service and NOBODY told me. i still have scars on my body from the incident 3 years ago and they had the audacity to blame me for it. AWFUL. would give -10 stars. the management is terrible and it's filthy!! there's rats
