Not a bad pub. Some of the customers can be entertaining. Great music nights I've never been in a pub before where the barmaid drunk more than me and hid it behind the opening hatch. If she works it takes ages to get served as she's too busy smoking outside and talking. All the other staff are great.

I visited on a Monday night, when there was live music, which I also enjoyed. Great place, cheap ale and lovely people.

Cheap beer and nice beer garden

Thought to be nice and pay for a couple of tequila shots for the bartender, a young, very loud blonde girl (Kelsie i believe her name was, or something along those lines). She was very nice to me up until after she had those drinks, when I mentioned that I previously applied for a job there, she got angry and irate, swearing at me and yelling "I dont need you fancy ***** coming and stealing my job." I didn't escalate, I was like "whatever", finished my drink and left. Knowing this is a family business and being a local for 14 years, i know it ain't doing well, but "customer service" like this will drown it further. It's okay, there are other pubs around I can offer my custom to. I'll also tell all my friends to stay away.

Loved the ambience, crowd and drinks. BEST part of the pub is to experience the authentic Thai food served .. Their Tom Yum and Red curry were great..

Good beer,papers,all sport,music.Monday Jam Night,Friday Karaoke/Disco,Saturday live bands.But best of all,lovely staff and clientele.The best place in Edgware.Check out online for bands etc. Update 2022. No free newspapers since COVID. But still the best place around for music and a traditional pub experience. A great venue, run by the manager Mike.

Good old British boozer, and a welcome haven from the continental flavour of the area. Beer amazingly cheap for London good friendly regulars and staff....on my map for another visit next time in town.

was there couple days ago ,a quiet afternoon at first , but the owner/staff , not quite friendly, not too bad, but not like other pub I've been to , they have very welcome friendly atmosphere,not here . but to be fair ,maybe just not my place, they have many customers later that day.

Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. They have a good selection of beers and snacks. Would recommend for a few beers or just popping in for a quick pint.

Pub is run by a lovely gentleman who came across very friendly. Other staff members were efficient when ordering drinks too and the music act they had on was pretty good

The Tree Wishes is a pub which lives you just with beautiful memories of the people who are coming there are special and amazing the staff are friendly and the alcohol is good I like they do karaoke and I love the vibe. 🙂

Monday night is jam night, some of the musical talent from the local area. Really good night.

Had a drink here one Saturday lunchtime - place looked welcoming, prices very reasonable. Laura at the bar was lovely to deal with. No food available. Recommended. Not 5 stars because hand=dryer not working in loo.

The only proper pub left in Edgware. Jam night Monday. Karaoke/DJ Friday. Bands Saturday. All sports shown. Mostly friendly locals. The best Stella for miles around. Manager Michael is a great host.

This is a typical traditional 'boozer.' The prices are more than reasonable for the area they have a small selection of wines but are mainly a beer kind of place. They have a little beer garden out the back which is a sun trap at the right time of day. The furniture is a bit tatty but it adds to the traditional pub theme. They also have sky sports and BT sports available for all your sporting needs!

Absolute dive.... this used to be my local. Smells of piss. Needs upholstery and soooo much more.

Completely NOT Covid friendly, NO ONE wearing masks, including ANY staff. Saw bartenders shake hands and hug customers! Total disregard for any health and safety during a pandemic. Disgraceful establishment

Went there the other day and it was packed because of some kind of function that was mainly travellers. No bother good atmosphere but overcrowded for me so I went elsewhere.

Place was clean, staff friendly, glasses were clean, great beer prices but the toilets were awful, no soap, hand dryers don't work, so small you can hardly get in the cubicle. Been in regularly in 2020 and nothing has changed, the atmosphere and weekend live music is good, large popular pub and can see why.

Fantasztikus a hangulata, jók a sörök, minden rendben vele. Péntek este a helyi törzsvendégek (kb 50-es korosztály) karaokeznak. Nagyon szórakoztató.

Green King IPA wouldn't normally be my fav but this was the only ale they had on (evidence of others previously being served but not currently on). Turns out it was grand, so had a second. Pint IPA plus a tasty bag of salted crisps = £3.85...... in North London - that's fantastic!! Plus 3.5 out of 5 for atmosphere/ decor..... v tradish!

I just popped In for a drink with a mate and got charged £2.20 for a soda water lime which is Over the top as this not a pub up town in central London

Reasonably cheap pub with live bands most weekends which is nice. The toilets are a bit grubby and very small. There is a smoking area outside with seats. You can get a bottle of wine for under a tenner which is good for pub prices. Closes at midnight on Saturdays not 12.30 which the opening times suggest.

W visited this place a year ago and this still sticks in my mind. we were going to a sporting event at Wembley and used this pub in the morning to calm the nerves, we liked it so much after the match we were straight back in and were made to feel so welcome. we are coming back in a week and will be calling in again!

Nice vibe inside, boyfriend and I walked in during a bingo night. Very funny host and lovely bartender who knew everyone's names and most important of all- who's next to be served.

Found the place very friendly except for one member of staff.. whom I found very ignorant.. the atmosphere is fantastic here.. but one member of staff can ruin this..so rude
