They are foreigners they don't understand English they good my order wrong and it was cold and tasted crap

Speedy accurate and friendly service. Staff have excellent manners and very well trained. Without doubt this restaurant is one of the cleanest I have ever been in, in fact I would rate the hygiene and cleanliness of this place as the best in the country. The staff here are very customer focused and not just going through the motions, the staff actually care about you. The management should be proud of the levels of service given here. Thanks to the team.

A convenient stop on a long journey.

Food was great but just wanted to say a big thanks to the manager and staff that helped my mum when she had burnt her leg, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Not sure what the managers name was but he was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately lost my receipt so wasn’t able to put this on a CSAT

The food was typical McD's fare, and being at a drive through at a Service Station, it was what it was. Food. Almost warm, but fuel for the body. The one thing that I struggle with across the board is the lack of seasoning. I know the UK Govt is determined to get everyone's salt intake down, but why doesn't a huge chain like this offer you "Pre-Seasoned" food, using a variety of low sodium salt? Instead, just as you're about to drive off you remember the need to ask, "Billy 'No Stars' " who's been serving you takes a moment off picking his nose to find the manager and ask what he needs to do (because just handing over a sachet or ten would be too easy), the car behind starts blaring it's horn, and generally things rapidly go downhill - you end up being asked to park in the bay whilst the problem gets resolved, and you tell them to forget it as you've managed to squeeze some of your own sweat over the now even more not so warm food, and get back on your trip. It seems that it's not just limited to where we were this time, as I've heard the same thing over and over from friends too. Please - get a grip. Atmosphere is only low because the mood in the car was speeding downhill faster than and out of control Milk Float in "Father Ted". (If you know, you know 😉)

Who ever was on shift the day I visited must of been in a good mood my mighty MC muffin was fully loaded with bacon and the egg was massive and yet again the coffee is well better than a well known brand outlet.

honestly? best McDonald's in the UK by far, quick fresh hot food and very kind and approachable table service, thank you 👍🏻

Has gotten way too pricey for what you get. Used to be a great quick cheap meal. Now you pay sit down restaurant price for the same product. Hopefully prices will come down soon.

It's a Mcdonald's if you've been to a Mcdonald's you know what to expect. If you haven't you'll work it out it ain't that deep it's burgers and fries and a on and off working milkshake machine

Food was only just warm, coffee went straight down the drain. Dishwater would taste better.

Not bad for a McDonald's. I called here halfway through a 300-mile journey from Yorkshire. Generally a clean and tidy place. The service was very good from all staff. The lady who was clearing tables was pleasant, too. A small car park and drive through. I had a very nice breakfast wrap, which came quickly and was piping hot.

The food is always hot ,there's a Simon there who always helps with our order with the freebies with your points as my sister and I haven't a clue how to do it

Late at night with what appeared to be a FULL shift. Quick , friendly service throughout.

Very busy but quick service. Food was hot . Place was clean. Staff worked really hard. Nice touch today was the minion character in store. Kids loved it

I ordered a large fries, not a medium fries in a large box. I find this highly unacceptable, but by the time I got round to eating, I'd driven too far to make it worth going back. Sort it out.

Nice McDonald’s very handy when visiting Twycross as it’s less than 5 mins away.

Always a pleasure to stop here. I travel north to south alot and look forward to my break. The food is quick and the staff very pleasant. The place is clean and tidy a credit to the cleaners.

Fast service and hot food, even when busy. My order has always been correct too. Best McDonalds I have used.

Resturant is quite slow to deliver when using the app to order and collect, also the chips never have salt despite asking...

Standard McDonalds, relatively clean, slightly confusing entry/exit due to nearby shell garage. Saw at least two people go the wrong way out.

Actually, this was one of the best McDonald's experiences I've had in a long time. It was a stark contrast to others, but this particular location got everything right - everything was fresh and hot. Well done!

Located just off the M42/A42. I got served almost instantly, the staff were friendly and the services were generally clean. Its what you would expect from a McDonald's restaurant. Fast food at a reasonable price 24 hours a day. Been to many McDonald's but the staff here seemed very friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure my experience was a good one. I like the new mobile phone charging points. The restaurant was very clean.

Window 1 just about passes some type of human interaction but window 2 with Tom in it today was disgusting. The training at this McDonald's must be none existent. No greating at window 2 when I arrived and was shoved my food with the words there you go and there you go". Left waiting for the rest of my order to only fine out they were done with me. Cold fruit bag was but in the warm happy meal box. So dumb and a drink missing. On confronting Sam he drifted off like a flake or a butterfly in the evening summer wind. Manager grested me with rules of contact before I even spoke. Alot to learn here for a very simple job. Very poor Appleby Magan and you have been getting worse and worse. Shame. Pick KFC Ashby.

All you need at Services and besides the garage shop this is all there is at these services. It was fairly quiet with a decent drive through and enough parking too.

Dear staff, if you have the TABLE SERVICE option, it would be useful to approach the table with a smile and do not throw the tray with my order, I paid for it so that you could get paid.

A really convenient place to stop off, very friendly members of staff and the atmosphere was very lively.

Placed my Breakfast order on the App which it accepted, drove a mile from where I was working at Twycross to the restaurant. Arrived at 11 and as I walked into the restaurant it removed my order from the app. I explained this to one of the managers at the Atherstone Road Twycross branch who abruptly told me it’s because it’s 11 , to which I replied I had it in my bag to which she replied it doesn’t matter and didn’t offer any assistance on the matter at all. Poor customer service from a so called manager and will not use this branch again.

Very busy. Ev chargers are poorly located, but worked.

Opening hours are hit and miss, I work evenings and this restaurant is on my way home from work but is closed with cones in front of the drive through more often than it's open after 10pm, pretty poor effort at 24 hour opening. Updated to 1 star because this is still happening, this time the app accepted my order but on arrival, drive thru closed with cones across and tills switched off, to add to the insult there were still people sitting inside eating food! Take down your 24 hour opening sign or provide the service you advertise.

Lured off the main road by a sign offering Services, but the only food available is Macdonald's. Food very disappointing.

Staff in this branch are always very friendly, giving it a great atmosphere.

Who doesn't like a McDonald's 😁 I prefer their coffee over your Starbucks and Costa etc.

It's a McDonald's "restaurant" you get exactly what you would from any other McDonald's which is in many ways the point of the place

Burger was cold, service was very slow

We were travelling up North and stopped for coffee on the way. The drive through was rather busy and didn't appear to be moving very quickly. My Husband went into the restaurant to order and returned within 5 minutes. Far less of a queue! 2x lattes and a 'surprise' sausage and egg McMuffin for me! Delicious!

Very clean excellent experience. The lady named Olga ( I think that was her name) was brilliant with the children helping them on the ipads and with their colouring.

Coke is vile, tomato sauce not great, very acidic, and they could do with some mayonnaise sachets! The cheesy bites are yummy though.
