Domino's Pizza - Castle Donington in North West Leicestershire

I tried to place an order on just eat, waited 10 minutes past the predicted delivery window, the order said delivered, went to check at the door and nothing was here, then came back to an update that the order was cancelled. Wasted about an hour and a half now i have to find food elsewhere, utter bollocks. They said the reason the order was cancelled is they wanted to call me about my order? Just deliver my damn food. Edit: Tried calling the resturaunt for help only to be hung up on after 5 seconds, called again in case is was a mistake again hung up. Shocking service, utterly remorseless.

Sat provided great service, sorted out my order really quickly and were very helpful. Really appreciated them both sorting the order out swiftly for me. Great service!!

Who said pizza is only Italian? 😂 On our travels we always avoid eating Italian food, we like to try local products and experiment. This time we made an exception and ordered a pizza (Italian style... but it's a start) and it was good.

Always helpful they remember who you are if you a regular and pizza is always lovely

Never had a bad pizza from here. The team is friendly and the service is good. Delivery isn't always available and is usually by bicycle. We usually collect as it's much quicker.

Quick and efficient as every Domino’s

Well this is domino's pizza and its the same every were so not much to say but the staff were very helpful and not bizzy at all. Welly recommended...

Good value. Soft dough base new yorker pizza. Very tasty.

The pizza arrived late and said it had arrived when it had not but the delivery driver was kind and attentive the pizza was delectable and would recommend 👌

Arrived at 22:45 on a Wednesday and politely asked if they were still open. David glared at my and reluctantly walked over to the till and simple said "what would you like". Placed my order and without even looking at me David said "£9.99". It was clear that they had already broken down the preparation area and my presence was not welcome. I've worked in customer service based roles all my life and this sort of service really frustrates me. I get that I may have been the last customer of the night but ultimately, the opening hours are until 23:00 and I arrived 15 minutes before that!

Good place for pizza 🍕 but little disappointing about the parking

Pizza was fresh and as ordered and the board showing order status is handy. Only downside is trying to park to collect orders is a pain in their tiny carpark

The place was clean, the staff polite, the Pizza good, just what you'd expect from Domino's.

1st pizza had lots of toppings fantastic now ordered same and far less toppings, conclusion they put plenty on when new customers to draw you back then cut down and tight with amount of toppings, feel ripped off

Run of the mill Domino’s nothing to shout about. With delivery charge, which makes it more expensive. All delivery drivers are nice and friendly. Try castle inn for pizzas though much nicer.

Fantastic pizzas - always hot and delivered on time. Staff in-store are always helpful and polite when collecting too.

Ordered over 70 minutes ago, still waiting, I got a text message an hour ago saying it was 'out for delivery' I live 5 minutes away, I'd collect if I wasn't unwell, they have offered me a refund and I've never had a problem before but I'M HUNGRY!!!!!

Worse dominos I have ever ordered from 55 minutes it took to get 5 minutes down the road so my food was cold never ordering from there again

Totally disappointed...as a lactose intolerant suffer I was pleased to see they are now using vegan cheese...when asked if they could use vegan cheese on a meat pizza...you would have thought I would have asked them to break the law as it qas a total blank no no proper explanation as my vegan pizza was handled the same way as my my mates normal pizza..same style tray, same oven so what's the difference???... so they cater for meat eaters, they cater for vegans and even gluten free but they cannot cater for the people in between...never again will I be trying domino's...I'm sticking to the smaller independent pizza places...

Never had a bad experience here, always on time, always hot, always cheerful when you collect. It's a new store, so very clean.

Ordered a pizza, chicken strips and garlic pizza, cookies for delivery When it arrived there was no garlic pizza rang the store declined to deliver one also told them the food i did have was barely warm Declined to do anything about it Later rang me back and said they would give me a refund which would take 3 days Over a week later and still no refund Terrible service won't be ordering from the Castle Donington store again

This is a new store and i think the bad reviews must reflect the slow start from here. We decided to ignore the reviews for a leaving party at work. Ordered 16 yes SIXTEEN large pizzas and some sides. All came hot and on time!

Still waiting for pizzas. 30 mins late. Getting to be a regular occurrence with lateness.

One 1 hour, multiple phone calls and an aggressive delivery driver eventually got our COLD pizzas delivered 0.9 miles away from the restaurant!!

Exactly what you would expect from Domino's. Quick, well made, tasty and hot. Online menu improved with gluten free options easily found.

Wow what an experience ! 2 hours for the pizza to arrive! Tried the decadence with cheese and extra cheese It arrived an hour and half after they said it was already out for delivery! It was like soggy cardboard! I haven’t had one good experience from here yet! Constantly bad!! Won’t be going there again However the manager himself was helpful and very apologetic

As far as Dominos goes, they are all fairly standard, but as this is new they are clearly trying and actually it’s far better than Loughborough! We will be going to this branch from now on

I have been to domino’s pizza around midlands several times but this one was by far the worse one I have done business with. The food was late, cold and very very dry it had obviously been sat around for a long time. I even saw a delivery guy walking yesterday carrying pizzas. I’m afraid if I could give zero I would and I’m sorry but the local pizza shop has never let us down once in 6 years. No excuses!!!!! You’ve had long enough to get your team trained and managed

Would have left zero stars if I could. 150 minutes and no pizza, 20 minutes trying to get through to some rude individual who wad neither helpful or courteous she had no idea where food was or how long it would be and she just put phone down. Food shocking and cold when arrived. Will be complaining to head office for further action. Do NOT use this branch.
