Domino's Pizza in North West Leicestershire

Ordered a pizza from here ONCE. Now they wont stop spamming me. If you are going to use SMS Marketing please use it properly and responsibly. I have pressed stop so many times yet you keep messaging me. It shows you don’t understand your Marketing as I live in London yet you keep messaging me expecting me to buy a pizza from Coalville, Please stop

When you order a Mushroom pizza and get a chicken pizza it’s difficult to understand the mix up. Then you get a bbq dip when you ordered a Garlic dip. Rang up and took 3 times for the member of staff to understand a chicken pizza is not suitable for a vegetarian. I think he was confused that vegetarian is also a personal eating preference and a type of pizza. And waiting for another delivery when everyone has ate was not a viable resolution. Managed to get the promise of a refund, will wait to see if it materialises.

I must admit coalville dominos went down hill big style I have not ordered from here in years but decided to give it another go a few weeks back and again today. The food was perfect both time, topping where spot on and plenty of them. It was red hot and the delivery drivers both times have been early. Honestly cannot fault it, keep it up it's great to have good pizza again.

I really don’t understand how my pizza can be both burnt and cold at the same time. Will never order from Dominos ever again. 🤯😟

We ordered 3 pizzas and delivery was swift however they only delivered 2. I called and they knew they’d made a mistake as soon as they answered, sadly it then took them another 25 minutes to return with the missing pizza. We therefore had to eat separately and no refund was offered. Very poor service I’m afraid.

2 toppings of your own choice on a large pizza for £9.99 on collection how can you complain?

I called in for a collection and the same lady ( Eleanor ) who took my order made my pizza. She was super nice on the phone and told me about the collection deal which I didn't known about and saved me about 10 quid, so I got a Pepperoni Passion Pizza...and beside it tasted delicious, it was cooked to perfection. I left some for the next day...and it still taste awesome 👊🏽

I've been a customer for dominos before. This coalville branch is by far the worst. The pizza is always over cooked or sometimes slightly burnt. When ordering desserts such as the cinnamon dippers or the chocolate covered cinnamon balls, they have been sent to me with no sauce, just dry on multiple occasions. I'm not sure how these quality checks on the food are happening when you are sending food to me with missing ingredients. Not worth the money at all.

I chose to order the pizza and collect. I left the house when the app showed my pizza as being baked. I arrived at the shop at 19:13 which then showed my order as ready to collect. I left the store at 19:34 as the pizza had not even been put in the oven at this point. I chose collection thinking it would be quicker and more convenient and instead may as well have gone to the shops buy the raw ingredients and produced my own pizza instead. No apologies from the staff in the shop who just said that they were busy tonight. Absolute joke of a shop and tracker. First pizza was cold by the time the second was cooked.

Had food poisoning 24 hours after eating here.

The order arrived on time, but the potatoes they sent me were small. Most likely the driver ate them. 2-3 times a small portion of what it should be. I do not recommend to anyone.

Long waiting time in the rain, in front of the shop on a Saturday evening. Be ready to wait and most likely you need to have something before collecting the food. The concept of Fast food doesn’t apply for the Coalville shop on, and definitely not Saturday night.

I waited 40 minutes after the app showed that the pizza was delivered and it wasn't. then I waited again. until I called. the person there said he would be there soon. pizza arrived damaged!

Ordered last night. The order arrived with two out of three of the large dips missing so not ideal. Then the veggie supreme pizza came covered in pineapple, but no mushrooms? All of the pizzas were cold and the wedges were mushed up. Really disappointing. Two of the pizzas were also missing the small dips that are usually included in the box. I rang up and explained the issue but only got a refund for the dips. Will not order from Coalville Dominos again sadly.

Absolute shower of shockingness. Every time we order it’s ages to be delivered, always wrong and you get about 6 wedges because they “are running low”. This last order that’s just turned up with half missing will be my last as I would rather eat my own toe nails than deal with you lot. Staff are rude when telephoned to speak to them about with no apology and just putting phone down. My advice?? Don’t bother with Dominos Coalville.

The franchise/management should be totally ashamed at ruining such an incompetent business. Second time of ordering as previously delivery’s took an hour to arrive with lukewarm pizzas. Gave the benefit of doubt as operations can experience difficulties. Sadly another repeat with the same and feeble excuses. I am surprised Dominoes area managers have not stepped into rectifying on going issues with Doninoes Coalville. My advice to seniors. Do us all a favour and shut your doors until you can offer a respectful service worthy of the brand and save yourself these embarrassing reviews, more importantly ruining customer experiences.

Update: They have improved a lot of the past year or so. Edit from 1 star to 4. Always undercooked and dripping with fat. Dominos HQ should really investigate this restaurant!

If I could give no stars I would ordered 2 pizzas separately at the same time 10-15 mins was stated on the confirmation got there after 10 mins so ok thought give them a little extra time after waiting for 30mins after order placed started asking where they were one done sat under lamps after 45 was told no order for other one even with screenshot of order confirmation asked for refund can't do that no till so come away with 1 now cold pizza and 10 down for pizza that not had absolute joke well never using them again other people in for collection all had a long wait for stuff that should have been done well before they arrived as giving extra time to do before collection

My husband ordered a large pizza online for delivery, we have used domino's for years but tonight was beyond disappointing. He ordered a ham and pineapple pizza with extra ham but what arrived was a ham pizza with extra ham, no pineapple and soya wheat pepperoni. This was not what he ordered and when he called the store the member of staff he spoke to was not only rude but was unhelpful and basically said tough that was what was ordered so that's what he got! The manager also refused to do anything about it. We know what we ordered, my husband doesn't even like pepperoni and would never order soya wheat pepperoni, he is not vegan and why on earth would anyone order extra ham and vegan pepperoni?!! Disgusting service, we will not be using domino's again!!

Ordered a ham and pineapple pizza, with extra ham, what I got was ham & pineapple, without the pineapple, extra ham and soya wheat pepperoni (what ever that is) I called and said this wasn't what I ordered and they basically said tough, it's the order we received. why would I remove the pineapple (which is vegan) to add some fake pepperoni I never knew existed and keep the HAM which is obviously not vegan, make that make sense.

Today they made the worst for me, the staff is very bad very very bad pizza 🍕 I can’t eating anymore

Gone down hill recently, normally good but I wouldn’t say dominoes is cheap unless you really make use of the offers they have, seems they are really tying to save money as use to at least get a few pickles and toppings on your pizza and now you only got 1 on each slice same with a lot of their other toppings

I ordered 4 large pizza's and some side dishes totalling nearly £100. All the pizzas were cold and very disappointing as we had some friends over. Would have been better to just buy them from the supermarket.

Pizzas were bang on the money. Wedges were cold and undercooked.

How the mighty have fallen. COLD food, undercooked chicken I could go on but I haven't got the energy. I never leave reviews but nearly £40 for cold food. Sorry Dominoes, never again. I will spend my hard earnt money elsewhere.

Was ok, pizza seemed slightly smaller than usual but was ok in general.

Standard Dominos, great when you're in a pinch. The price is rediculous and the fact they now charge delivery means you can chuck three quid on top of that. Starting to be less of a go to now.

Doesn't taste anything like Domino's. If I made a pizza like this, I'd be disappointed. Paying for this pizza, I feel slighted. Bland, flavorless... Did y'all miss the recipe updated in 2010???

I’m ver disappointed with the service because we had tanduri chicken on veggisuprime pizza. We all had one slice of that pizza then we saw a piece of chicken end we have to bin it. As we are vegetarian so we not eat any meat at all.

Don't go coalville Domino's for a job because manager, a young girl r racist, some particular community get good job & service, just rubbish & racist don't advice anyone for a job

Experience with them is 50/50. Food can be good or poor standard. Last time I ordered double decadence and ended up incredibly Ill. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, ordered yesterday, just a plain pizza with tomato's and hot dogs and then a cheeseburger pizza and both me and my partner have got horrific food poisoning! To the point we've had to give our 1 yr old son to my sister in law overnight becuase we can barely stand. I cannot prove it but I am highly convinced that our pizza was touched by someone who had handled raw meat and not washed their hands properly. I have never been this Ill from food. And all they did was say "sorry". Sorry to you dominoes but I am beyond disappointed. Deleting your app and heading over to Chookies in the future

Never been keen on dominos before as was always to much tomato on the pizza, I always prefer a cheesy pizza, not had a dominos for quite a while now, but decided to have some tonight and don’t regret it, it was absolutely spot on, brilliant pizza and garlic bread, also tried some of the after eight cookies and again was delicious I Collected myself as my address is quite awkward to find, by time got there the pizza was ready and waiting, nice and hot

Great food everytime we've been here! Definitely recommend more than Papa John's at the moment. Definitely on Tuesdays when there is 2 for 1 on pizzas. However, they do have alot of offer on all the time.

Not happy, ordered on the app (because you can't order on the phone). I'm not allowed to do half n half? Literally just want half pepperoni toppings on an original pizza. Rang up to be told "no we don't do that". I'm asking for essentially less even tho I'm paying the same price but no its against domino's conduct to cause problems for customers wanting simple changes.

It's always hit and miss here, not very consistent.

The best thing you can do with a Domino’s from Coalville is flush it straight down the toilet and cut out the middle man.

Just had 2 pizzas delivered one was cooked to perfection the other was so thin we couldn't lift it out of the box,although it was edible it wasn't up to the standard we usually get,still give good marks thankyou

Ordered our pizza at 5.50pm and requested 7:30pm. Chased at 7:55pm and was told to call back if it hadn't arrived in 30mins. Not only did it not arrive it was still in prep! Poor management, organisation and communication!!!!!

The pizzas are nice but that is most likely thanks to it being part of the dominoes chain, they do sometimes take a while to arrive though. This is a strange issue as other times they have been pretty fast especially compared to other dominoes establishments but pther times they take so long it feels like the pizza will ne stale by the time it arrives.

I waited 2 hours for the pizzas and it came cold ! 👎👎👎

Pizza was nice as always, although 2 of the 3 weren't hot because the 3rd one wasn't ready even though had notification they were all ready for collection. The girl in the shop had possibly the worst customer service skills I've ever come across. So rude and arrogant it was unreal. Absolutely the worst dominoes in UK , have enjoyed a dominoes around country ..... But Coalville branch !!! Horrific !! So for starters , Pizza was cold . then the pizza was not cut properly. Then the pizza didn't have enough topping . And pizza was burnt around crust . BUT, Then for the added extra - Black hairs in the garlic bread !!!!! not one but 3 !!! Avoid this place - it is such a bad reflexion on the dominoes franchise ! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!

Order dinner for me and my partner delivery time was fine pizza was hot but dripping in grease soggy we both could not eat all of our two pizzas both partner and I was then up over half the night throwing up and my partner had to have the day off sick and not felt right all of next day never had any issue with dominos and can say now will probably never have one again 30 pounds for food poisoning Stay clear

Complete waste of money. Got the order entirely wrong and then went on to insist that the order was placed that way. That's a £20 (almost cold) Pizza in the bin.

Insanely expensive £25 poor quality pizza. Burnt, very little topping. Franchise management need to kick this place into touch.

We have literally just ordered I love it normally but we have spent £40 and the pizza 🍕 was cold 🥶 and so was the chicken strips everything else was fine, I’m a bit annoyed, but wereve warmed it up in the oven! But i was so hungry 😋 but I had to wait for it to warm up! So no to happy tbh 😢✅

Absolute shambles of a dominos. Don’t even deliver at 9pm on a Friday night and the pizza wasn’t to standard after being collected and when I returned home and opened the box I was genuinely shocked. Looked as if someone had punched it. I’d strongly advise not eating here and I’d also recommend the Coalville grill around the corner much better pizza and service.

I had a really bad experience. I've ordered 3 pizzas they didn't come. I asked for refund they gave me 3/4 week days but they didn't pay me back. I called they said they will call me in a few minutes but they didn't. I said if you can't refund me give me my pizzas. They wrote down the wrong adress (even if i repeated 3 times) when it came it was cold and the pizza had 7 slices so 1 full pizza with some slices on the top, it looked like there were the leftovers, the tray had the fingerprints. I went to Domino's and they replaced those pizzas, in one of them i found a hair. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE FOOD HYGIENE IS REALLY BAD i wish i could give 0 stars

Waited 1 hr driver rang to say he was lost I took pizza off him he was apologetic then I opened the boxes to smashed up cold pizza rang the shop to be told they would send replacements in half hr nothing else was offered for the trouble no complementary food

Absolutely appalling nearly a 2hour wait, rang up and then them saying that the delivery van has broke down and then the driver turns up saying that he picked it up 10 minutes ago, awful service

first order after moving to area, ordered a half and half pizza and it turned up as 75 and 25% pizza, plus both bottles of pop where missing! never ever again!, which is a shame we order a lot of take away!

Ordered takeaway from here whilst staying nearby. The delivery was quick and the food was your standard Domino's.

Ordered in morning for lunch delivery and still come 45 min late then when requested. 4 pizza all stone cold all went in bin called dominos and said will refund if they have pizza back we said if they wnat to come and get it out then yes . Very rude staff and refused to refund

New to the area 1st time took over 1.5hours, when called to check its whereabouts they hadnt even started the order. Second time the food was cold. Third time lucky.....or not... there was next to no topping. Quite possibly THE worst dominos I've experienced.

We ordered two pizzas, one vegetarian for me and one with meat toppings for my husband. Unfortunately after eating some of mine it turned out that there was both chicken and bacon on my vegetarian pizza!! A few pieces but not enough to have been purposely put there as a topping in error. Fuming, clearly no concept of food hygiene mixing vegetables with meat toppings during preparation. Very disappointing from a well known brand.

Numerous issues with a number of visits. Either they forget part of the pizza, such as the rocket on the Italiano range. Which has been missed from delivery a number of times. When you call to complain they offer you free rocket on your next pizza. Completely missing the point. Quality is lacking and pizzas are delivered burnt on occasions. Embarrassment to the dominos brand. I will be going to Glenfield and picking pizza up myself in future.

We have used both collect & delivery service. They always arrive at the allotted time you requested & the pizza still burns your mouth, it's that fresh. All pizza's are made from scratch so are fresh all the time yet. I would definitely recommend them, the web site is really easy to use too. Mmmm.....I'm hungry now, think it's gonna be a pizza!

This place is a joke, ordered food over a hour half a go spent half hour try to ring the place to find out where the food is, then finally got hold of someone to be told it's a 2 and half hour wait for delivery. Think you need some new management in there didn't use to be this bad!

What can I say it's a Domino's great pizza but expensive without some kind of deal Update used the domino's app to order and it works great and it also tracks the delivery driver but my order was wrong and there wasn't anyway of reporting the issue so reducing the rating as quality has dropped dramatically in the last few months

Ordered 2 pizzas one completely wrong. Called to ask for a replacement and was told no I’d have to collect and eventually got a £9.55 refund if they collected the unsatisfactory pizza from my door. Needless to say I won’t be ordering any food from here again

Been ordering from here fairly often over the past year or so that I have been living in the area, the sub par level of service I have received on numerous occasions has been a joke!! I have had orders turn up wrong, orders go to the wrong addresses, orders turn up cold, orders turn up damaged or in no fit state to eat, but the icing on the cake is the fact that they couldn't deliver on the 28th Feb because the weather was too bad, yet every other takeout in Coalville has had no issues what so ever they refunded one of the two orders I had placed, and I have had to phone up today 5th march to get them to process my other refund. All round one star establishment, the staff are rude when I have phoned up and I'm sure that they lie over the phone to customers, I'm pretty damn sure the store manager isn't called haydn I know for a fact its an Indian guy that runs the place for starters,.. Also I have had them fob me off with free replacement meals that come to your door in worse condition than the order they initially screwed up one too many times, I would strongly recommend that you order your pizzas from Coalville grill half the price better deals delivered hot and on time and sod it can even get yaself some decent priced chicken too with some change for four tinnies to wash it all down. Proper joke of a takeaway and I'm honestly surprised that they have managed to keep the store under franchise..

Will not be ordering pizza from here again. The first 2 pizza's ordered were undercooked, the topping was pretty cold and the dough still moist. So rang them and they agreed to deliver new pizza. The new pizza came cooked properly however the pizza had taken a battering as it was all in a mess upon opening the box. They amended the mistake but the botched delivery made movie night with the family a real disappointment

Ordered a pizza on line. Watched the tracker, no pizza came. Rang shop and told on its way. No pizza arrived. Rang again, it's on its way.... No pizza arrived. Rang again and told it had been cancelled. No apology and no pizza. Keep away.

Wouldn't ever recommend to anyone had to cancel my order after being informed that it would take two hours longer than expected but that wasn't a issue ask for a refund what they said was fine now a month has past and iv revived nothing iv made several phone calls where iv spoken to 3 different managers but yet nothing they just keep informing me that it will take 7 days to reverse me. They are obviously just saying this in the hopes that il give up I have only ever ordered from dominos on a couple of occasions so for them to mess up within the rare Occasion of me ordering is pure unacceptable I'd recommend none orders there and just finds another pizza place to eat if I could give 0 stars I would.

So a pizza was ordered in the morning to be delivered at 8.30pm that night for a get together. No pizza came. After phoning 5 times (every time to be told it was ‘out for delivery’) and waiting an hour and a half, we cancelled and ordered else where. They said we could have a refund and free pizza another time. 11pm...pizza arrives. After we’ve eaten our Chinese. What?! Still NO refund, even after phoning 3 times to ask. Appalling service for such a big brand.

Second time in two deliveries food has taken ages and arrived cold. 18.24 the app said out for delivery. Arrived at 19.00. Had to microwave both the pizza and doughballs. Last order from dominos for us.

They only send half my food out and had to get them to send out the rest. Ordered my food at 20.38. By the time the rest got here it was gone half 10 and I was ready for bed. The delivery guy was lovely and got it sorted for me however.

Did online order. Given wrong pizza - one with no toppings at all! Plus 10 min wait in store while food went cold on the side as store assistant to busy answering phone to serve customers in store. First time customer and definitely not returning

I ordered on line but needed to change the order so phoned. Operator told me price, when it turned up price was double!!!! Phoned again and was told “pay up or send it back”. Needless to say... it went back. Very poor service. Never using again.

So this is the only pizza takeaway that will deliver to our house. This is probably the reason we still use this branch. Dominos as a brand is way too expensive. However, sometimes this branch deliver THE BEST pizza, loads of toppings, good quality dough, piping hot. But 70% of the time, it’s running late, it’s missing toppings, it can be like warm. My pizza last night was so thin compared to normal, it tasted odd. I think it’s just down to luck :/ depends how busy and who is cooking/delivering.

Outrages service. We ordered pizza deal at 4.25 after 2 hours and 3 phone calls to the store to find out where our pizza deal was we was told the driver knocked on the door and drove off back to the store. I can only assume that he went to the wrong address as my family of 5 with lights on and me standing waiting at the door with the light on. I have been offered a refund but this will take 4days. No good if you have no money and need it for an alternative take away. This isn’t the first time this has happened so I won’t be using this shop again.

The pizza was ok, the wedges stone cold, the reception even colder when I called to complain, we can replace them in 1 1/2 hours was her response. I will just say now my friend, you are not the only takeaway in the area. £27 for cold food is not a good way to attract repeat business.

Still waiting for my order. Will no doubt turn up cold like the other times it took 2 hours to deliver. I'm quite certain the delivery driver is stoned and eats all the pizzas after a muchie attack and they have to cook some more. And then he eats those too. Finally he doesn't have the munchies but he drives so slowly the pizza gets cold. Then the next driver starts his shift. Smokes a joint and gets the munchies and thus the cycle continues.
