Ordered and collected pizza from here before and it was really good. Ordered chicken strips & cheesy chips, slightly late on delivery. Chicken strips did not look as expected, but tasted ok. Cheesy chips were nice.

Pulled up outside in traffic this evening and witnessed one of the staff pick up polystyrene burger type carton put it to his mouth and hold it in his mouth at the corner pick up the items food and walk over put the food down then take carton from his mouth then pack the items in I don't think I would order from here after seeing this I think they should refresh procedures in hygiene

Went to Fushion yesterday with a friend and had a wonderful dining experience! The lamb shish kebab was one of the best I've ever tasted and the staff were super friendly and helpful! I will absolutely be returning here to eat again as soon as possible! Thank you guys!

Ordered bogof margarita pizza small, chicken nuggets and chips and a chicken and lamb kebab with naan. Nuggets were pretty standard, pizza and chips were tasty, but the kebab was the best I've ever had, with a fresh naan. All food was hot on delivery. Delivery also pretty quick.

Best food in 100 miles. We must have had 100 meals from them now and never had a bad one!!! Great service.

Don't bother using their app. They do a promotion where if you place a certain amount of orders, you get one free. Except when you try to place that order, they just refuse it. Tried it on two different days with the same result (you have a limited time to use it). Its no cheaper on their personal app either. Tried to reach out but no answer. Just disappointing.

We use Fusion a fair bit for Pizzas and the amazing Donor meat wraps. We normally pre-order on the app and the food is always delicious and delivered on time. If my wife let me I'd probably order 3/4 times a week!! Thank you fusion.

Disgusting stale ‘bought in’ pizza bases. Neither thin nor crispy, just deep, soft, dry and stale. Probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had… do yourselves a favour and order from Pop’s instead. Or y’know, literally anywhere else…

Ordered Last Week and made the kids ill, And my partner. We barely even touched the food aswell chicken was pink and dry never again

Ordered food at 4.30 for it to be here for 17.30 food was just left on door step no one knocked in the door food was left on doorstep which was then stolen we only found this out due to ringing to enquire where our food was they told us that we would have more food delivered within 15 minutes and it actually turned up an hour later cold

Food was great, bf said donna was a tiny bit gristly but not inedible. Price was reasonable. Delivery time was great. Delivery driver was great. I ordered a side of baked beans but they ran out and couldn't contact us as we live in TERRIBLE signal area.. So they went to the shop and bought me a tin of baked beans as they didn't want to disappoint. Even better, they were organic baked beans. This place went the extra mile for us and that meant alot :)

We moved in to our new place and needed to find a good take away restaurant Well, we were in for a good surprise. The pizza are absolutely delicious and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and dough is homemade. Just perfect!!!!

During the Covid-19 Lockdown I have kept working as a Hospital chaplain. This has been emotionally draining so I often got home too tired to even think about food. Then I discovered Just Eat and Fusion Bbq and Pizza and the wonderful food, swift delivery and kindness of the delivery drivers. My favourite order is the chicken and lamb kebab with salad and mayonnaise, with 1 pudding to eat and a spare for the next day. Thank you all you provide so much more sustenance than mere food. 😃💕

So last night ordered chicken wrapp and chicken nuggets. Couldnt even eat half of it and then got ambulance called finding out I had food poisoning. This has never happened before in this takeaway but last night was awful. Absolutely disgusted as it has put me off takeaways all together.

First time ordering from here will definately be ordering again. Good clean food, great customer service.. I rang up with a small issue it was resolved super prompt. Cant ask for much more than that.

Pizza we ordered was neither thin or crispy. It was deep and soft. It was definitely supposed to be thin and crispy but not good. Flavour was good tho and my husband enjoyed his pizza but he likes awful pizzas (bbq, chinese, whatever horrible non Italian ones) I just wanted a thin and crispy Italian pizza but never got one... alas

Over all food was OK not the best, didn't have apple pies told us wouldn't charge us extra but did and sent cheese cake that's a £1 from supermarkets very disappointed, portion of it was tiny

Always arrives quickly! Staff go the extra mile as I always have awkward requests! I usually order the cheese pizza bbq base with jalapeños mushroom and sweetcorn and then the free pizza as a garlic and cheese and it’s always spot on. Never had to complain about anything. Would highly recommend.

Pizza tastes stale, stuffed crust pizza very little in the stuffed part.. chips were dry and chicken was over powering, food delivered earlier than estimated... Only good thing I can say

We have ordered here for a couple of years now quite regularly. They are always happy to add extras in, and make changes to our regular order which we they know without looking. I have seen a few poor reviews but I can’t understand why. I can’t say I have tried anything other than the pizzas, fries and puddings, but they have been a1 every time without fail.

Extremely horrible experience here. The food took over an hour to deliver and once it had delivered it was cold, not the correct order and so unbearable that neither me or my partner could eat the food that was delivered. Awful awful awful, will not be returning at any point in the future.

Ordered a calzone and 12 LEMON & HERB wings. Calzone was fine, however the wings were definitely not lemon and herb and were doused in hot sauce. First time ordering from here, doubt we’ll be ordering again 👎🏼

Stopped for the night in a nearby industrial estate in my truck, so tried this place as they have just eat and were local. Very disappointed. Food came in good time but the pizza had been upside down, was stuck to the lid and bunched up in a corner of the box like a mangled calzone. I was hungry so I ate some of it and found the pizza base was stale, the tomato sauce was rancid and the cheese was minimal. The bottle of coke that came with it was warm. Shame really as I will be stopping in the area again. Needless to say I won't be ordering from here and will be advising colleagues of my experience.

Absolutely redicoulous every single time we've ordered they've not bought more than one thing. You end up eating half of your meal and have to wait for the rest or some people are eating and others waiting don't be ordering again 😤😤😤

Fusion's pizza is top notch I'll give them that. But after 4 months as a loyal customer I'm not done. We had 2 large kebabs swimming in grease, the pitta had a layer on top. So I complain, no problem. They take them away and send 2 new replacements. That's great. The salad is seperate which is superb but the kebab is upside down and when you turn it over once again BOTH kebabs are drenched in oil and the pitta bread is soggy. I complain again and the (presumably owner's son) starts shouting "it can't be, it can't be. I did ot myself it can't be". Well they took the first kebabs back and I never asked for a refund so why the hell would I lie for after 4 months of ordering every fortnight or so? Avoid like the plague. Something has happened to this place but the service is gone....

Took a risk and ordered from here despite the negative reviews floating around. We were immediately hit with an hour and a half estimated delivery time, which wasn't great but it was Friday night after all. So we waited and waited until nearly two hours had gone by. At this point we called them and were told they were waiting for a driver who'd be max 15 mins...Three quarters of an hour later the food finally arrived, and while it wasn't terrible besides my borderline burnt pizza, the whole thing left a pretty poor taste in the mouth. Take it from me, you're better off spending your money elsewhere.

Won't be using this takeaway again. When the food came it was cold and 2 items of the order missing. We have a takeaway as a treat and this was definitely not a treat.

Having ordered there as a one off because our usual haunt (Grosetto) is closed for a refurb - we were pleasantly surprised.The food we ordered arrived 5 minutes earlier than expected - a welcome change around here - and was delivered hot by a friendly delivery driver.Given the prices we paid for the food, we were pleasantly surprised. The portions were fairly large and tasted better than expected.If you order from Just Eat and want to take part in their buy 1 get 1 free offer for pizzas,remember to add half your pizzas to a basked and then add a comment for your second pizza. We made themistake of adding them all to our basket (i didnt read their instructions!) and we ended up with 2 of everything. This also impressed me as the staff chose to give us these extras that they could have easily gotten away without. The place is also cheap enough that we didn't even notice!

ordered food off just eat, pay by cash and the driver short changed us and then denied it and try to make out I was lying. The food was disgusting that my pizza was over cooked. Definitely would not order from here ever again, so glad that I did not pay by card!

Over 2 hrs to deliver. Wrong order. Cold chips. Pizza they deliver wrong were not great. Meat feast that never saw meat. Cheese congealed and not melted. Best thing was the fruit shoot because they didnt cook it. Fuming I spent my money here and will never again.

We always go here when we have a take away and the food is always great!! We have tried: burgers , kebabs and pizzas and love them all! The 2 for 1 pizza deal is always on which makes for a decent and cheap take away!!

Ordered at 6pm for a delivery time of 6:50, they then changed it to 7:20 (wasn't bothered about this) then at 7:30 they changed the time to 7:40....got to 8pm and our food still hasn't arrived. Called the shop and they said driver was just leaving and would be 10 mins.... Doubt it. Have plans and this has slightly ruined the night. Hope the food is worth the wait!!!!

Order took 3 hours to arrive. And it included a 4 pound delivery charge. Every time I called , I was told it was on the way. Food was cold and they refused to refund. I will never order again from here.

Have had pizzas from Fusion many times since we moved to Coalville and every time it is consistently great with loads of toppings, really can't fault them.

Un pedido incluye 2 grandes Pizza y cuando llegamos a casa, encontramos uno de ellos ser el error. Buena relación calidad-precio en general, siendo compre uno y llévese GRATIS si recoge, pero habría sido agradable haber recibido lo que en realidad pedimos.

Fusion is my favourite place where I order takeaway. The drivers are always absolutely lovely and cheerful (and I bet they practically know us by first name now), the prices are good, and the food arrives very quickly and is piping hot! They have a nice variety of comfort food, such as pizza, pitta wraps, burgers, calzones, jacket potatoes, and more. My favourite thing to get from there is a big juicy cheeseburger with garlic mayo sauce!

Won't be ordering from here again, waiting 1 hour n half when food finally turned up it was all stone cold
