McDonald's in Birmingham

I would say I've been her 6 times over the last year and had the same issue with the food EVERY time. Luke warm food that has been sat around. I ordered two different burgers and both were the same. I give up!

the only let down was a missing item but will get money back for that

The sauces that were bought were not put , There is no sugar and the coffee is spilled.

I ordered 3 milk with my order and all 3 were out of date

This is arguably one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I’ve used this McDonalds multiple times as it’s my nearest one and every time they are incapable of getting the order correct. I ordered online and when the order came it was the correct order number but the completely wrong order. When you try and call this McDonalds the phone is clearly not in use as the phone just goes straight to voicemail every time, and no one will ever call you back. This has happened now multiple times and if you decide to use this McDonald’s your best bet is to go in as when they ultimately get your order wrong at least you can get it changed there and then. Would not recommend ordering from this McDonald’s as they will either get your order wrong, it will take ages to get to you or your driver will give up as they take too long preparing your order.

No curry sauce it was paid for !!

The food was luke warm at best as it was delivered by bike and 2/3 of my drink was missing from the cup. Not happy

The food here is awful. The breakfast muffins are dripping with grease and soggy. The fries are always limp and cold. The staff constantly miss items out. Some training in courtesy as well as grammar would certainly come in handy. Staff not knowing what special offers are etc. it’s called hospitality for a reason ffs !

I ordered a takeaway for convenience as I was in a car crash and have fractured my thumb only to have part of my order not arrive and my food to be cold. Now I'm left hungry and will have to order elsewhere. I would expect a full refund!

One of the worst McDonald's orders ive had... Latte was only one third filled. The sausage and egg McMuffin was literally dripping with grease and cold. Awful

The Happy meal was missing and 1 of the Triple burgers had nothing on at all. Perry Barr has always been very good. Lately though they are making mistakes and the food is not as good as it was. Very disappointed

Delivery ridiculous, couldnt speak English and waited on doorstep for 5 minutes before realising he was asking me for a code. Hopeless. Food getting colder by the minute. Its a shame always had a good experience with them before.

This delivery was ridiculous it came cold and nearly 3 hours late. I tried contacting customer service to ask what was going on as it was for a birthday party so it needed to be here quickly but instead we was disappointed and left for nearly 3 hours and I couldn’t talk to anyone about it because the customer service and support is awful, I tried calling the McDonald’s only to recive answer phone after answer phone. By the time it had come everyone had already wanted to go home.

I had to throw away the double cheese burger because there was mayonnaise on the burger. when I asked for extra sauce I thought I would be "McDonald's signature sauce" and not mayonnaise as I am allergic to mayonnaise so I had to throw it in the bin wished there was a way or asking to remove mayonnaise as there isn't 1 whatsoever.

Headed out to McDonald's @Regina Drive this evening at 9pm. Decided I would use my App £1.99 offer of any Burger and fries. Opted for the Quarter Pounder with cheese. The fries on the tray were stale, limp and cold so I requested another fresh one. The female staff not happy but returned with a hotter one. My second app £2.99 voucher order followed shortly after which was a Big Mac and fries. The manager seemed to be taking his time to give me the bag. I was not given a straw for my drink either so requested one and given 3. Once I had left the restaurant and started eating my food, I discovered the same rejected fries from earlier had been RECYCLED and re-issued, tasting disgusting so were binned. The burger was also cold and the bap was burnt. Disappointed with this meal is an understatement! Feeling very nauseous. Customer service is non-existent here.... Avoid this branch at all costs!

The McDonald's on Soho road is better. The Fries are always crispy and have way too much oil, rather than soft and fluffy like the McDonald's on soho road. There's either always a bunch of children in there or shady looking roadmen.

Always cold food the reason behind this is because the clown of a driver delivers elsewhere first. Guys always check the map and you will see what I mean

So poor , never waited so long for my food, it was just one meal and it was sitting there for so long and took over half an hour for me to get to it. As a family, one of the staff members Maria- eastern European, older age was very rude to us and racist she showed no respect and wasn't polite. When we were calmly sitting down and eating she asked us to move from the table in a very rude manner without saying please or anything. Another time before this occurred we asked her where the tissues are, but she responded in a moody way and this didn't please us we suggest that you please tell her to please show more respect and respectfully communicate with customers.

This order was never delivered, tracking showed courier completely drive past home and head back to restaurant.

The delivery guy came on time but unfortunately the 4 digit code wasn't good through his system on the phone and he tried his but error occurred all times and my food was cold with cold fries, burger also my drink watery coke type when sipped it..
