Waited about 30 minuits for a happy meal...

Very noise, uncomfortable chairs and no WC.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the country. The service is terrible and extremely slow. Cold food and filthy tables. If you want fast food go elsewhere 👎🏼

15 minutes for a simple muffin and coffee. Zero atmosphere, food virtually thrown at you without even looking up. Dreadful

Limited seating, but I had takeaway, so didn't matter. Toilets are situated inside the Asda store, plenty of parking here.

delivery driver went to the wrong address and was very rude. the seal on the bag was broken and items were missing.

One of the worst I've ever been too... I've travelled the country with work and have been in many mcdonalds, none of them anywhere compare to how bad asda hollingbury store is. Took at least 30 minutes to get a mcmuffin meal and a bacon roll meal... I had to go ask where my order was, persistently, asking 3 different members of staff. Clearly an English test isn't part of the training course for mcdonalds because most of them struggle to understand us, which is crazy because they can speak English so why do they find it so hard to understand someone's issue.... There was 1 lad in there today (staff) who was brilliant! But he got the raw end of the unhappy customers because everyone else hid. Including the manager. It is absolutely disgusting that a manager can provide such poor service in a franchise, yet stick there staff out to face the force of unhappy customers... The lad had short dark hair and glasses, he was run off his feet the poor sod, litteeally running too and from customers to try make it quicker, whilst the lazy staff stayed out the back and showed there face for a couple orders. I asked 2 people where my food was, both ignored me and walked out back. The 3rd i asked was the nice male, he got my food straight away for me. That lad will be on the lowest wage there, yet he was holding that franchise together this morning. I understand staffing can be an issue, but that's no excuse, you've got a window on the side of the store that looks into your kitchen, ee can litterally see you all stood in there talking. This store has been the same ever since it was opened. People come into somewhere like mcdonalds for FAST FOOD. that's what you advertise as, so we expect fast food, we come in during breaks at work, with limited time, if we had more time we would go to an actual restaurant but we want fast food and I'm not even joking when I say this... you could go to any restaurant and have a 3 course meal sometimes before you lot have cooked a burger and chips... That staff member will go home tonight exhausted and probably upset that he's had the crap off customers. I apologised to him before I left because I genuinely felt bad as it wasn't his fault. He was extremely kind and that's rare to find in a mcdonalds.

The food and cleanliness were the usual high standards that I've come to expect in a McDonald's. The preparing / collect now information display wasn't in sync with reality with orders not ready despite saying "collect now". A minor problem in the great scheme of things, I'll certainly drop in again if I'm in the area. I spoke with three different team members and all were lovely and helpful.

Slow, cold, and couldn’t eat it because they put an egg in when I requested no egg, in the bin. Worst McDonald’s ever, which is saying something

I have been there multiple times. A bit busy due to many customers coming to Asda. However, it is a nice place to sit down and eat/drink with family/friends, whether you are planning to do shopping or not! 😊

Bad quality and staff is very rude

New coffee lids are a disgrace, like drinking out of a kiwi! I can't believe these made it past a trial, hard to drink out of, if the tab goes onwards then it's impossible to retrieve. Shame as I like McDonald's coffee, keep the paper for the cold drinks as they're often drunk through a straw, save the plastic with those!!

Always terribly slow service and variable food quality. Unless you can visit before 0815 expect to wait an age for an order that looks like it was assembled at sea in a force 10 storm.

Food was cold too much sauce on big tasty burger

The burger looked like it had been thrown in the box. my coke was flat and no ice. The fish burger had been refried but was cold, also both bags of frys were cold. As there was only 1hr left until they closed I didn't complain about it. I am deeply disappointed with the food there this time round as I have been there before and never had this problem. I would have complained online to McDonald's but their website kept dropping me off. Most of the drinks were off the menu only cokes available

I have been to a few ,but this one was very good popped in here while on shift the other day.very very good atmosphere,staff were great and the food was excellent.

Smells strongly of cooking oil not a good thing when you go in to Asda needs to change oil more often

I ordered 2 wraps, I got tiny chicken bits in both wraps. I'm used to getting 2 sizable chicken bits per wrap in other places instead of tiny ones

It's good but staff need to a bit more care on the way they put the food together as sometimes I looks like like it's just thrown together

We shouldn't expect much from McDonald's. But since they have gone out for delivery. The service that wasn't great in the 1st place has now completely gone to pot. Food presention is well out of the window! For example, not even being able to put a slice of cheese over a burger. More often than not, it's only half on the burger as well as the sauce and salad that's more of a side in the box. It's no longer a quick experience. I have waited 20 minutes or more for my order in store. Uncle sams is now the better option.

Missing items but the rest was good

All burgers missing. I spent £40 on a few fries. Hungry child- now have to cook something. Really disappointing.

Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal for my granddaughter, the bun only contained a piece of cheese and nothing else. Only noticed when we got home with food.

The food took over an hour and a half to arrive, so was completely cold and the drink had spilled as well.

The last couple of times I have been here after doing my weekly shop and wanted a quick bite to each after, the wait time for ‘fast’ food is ridiculous! I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but waiting nearly half an hour for a quick meal from McDonald’s is crazy. Always tons of other people too waiting around for their food, I’ve seen some people wait longer than me just for a couple coffee’s!

I've visited many times since it had opened a couple years back, and being a local, more often than not visit daily just for a coffee and the odd McMuffin, but the service and wait time especially in recent times has been ridiculous. Waiting just over 10 minutes for a Cappuccino is far below par for what the item is, and considering most come in for that early morning, I'm surprised more focus isn't put on that section. There's also been many occasions where there isn't any sugar packets, wooden stirrers or napkins available in the main area. If you don't use the app to order in advance, you're either abandoned at the counter waiting to be seen, or left waiting for long periods while they slowly make your order. The front desk staff and team have always been great, and never cause conflict when other customers are having problems hence why its not as low as 1 star. I think the management or franchise owner has/is severely miscalculating the placement of this store, being next to a busy supermarket, and in general misunderstood that McDonald's is meant to be fast, and cheap (although the latter is probably decided way beyond them)

Well priced food and meals a decent size to keep hunger away for a bit. Wide range of food available and offers always being given.

the driver did not call me, he just messaged me on just eat website and so i was not notified, he then drove away and now i have no food and have only been able to get a 6 pound refun when i payed 12 pounds, he did not call me on my phone number

Empty as it could be realistically at half 6 on a Wednesday. Even with such low demand for food, it took over 30 min to make 2 big macs

I think the branch manager here must be absolutely useless. Every time we come here there is a new problem. Last time there were no lids which unfortunately means by some ridiculous policy that they cannot serve coffee! This time, they simply don’t seem to have any coffee apart from black coffee. How do you guys have any customers here?!

Arrived stone cold 2.5 hours after ordering and when it did arrive app still said processing order. should be able to cancel when it goes beyond an hour late as had to make other arrangements. won't use just eat again

Our order was missing three dips to go with our food with was disappointing.

I recently visited McDonald's with my family and had a disappointing experience. We ordered several items, including a McSpicy burger. When our food arrived, we sat down to eat, but I quickly noticed that my McSpicy burger was missing lettuce.I approached the counter to ask for a replacement and was left waiting for an extended period. Unfortunately, by the time I received the new burger, the moment to enjoy a warm meal with my family had passed. To make matters worse, the replacement burger had only a little more lettuce than the first one—far from what I expected (see attached picture).This experience has left me with the impression that the staff here doesn’t prioritize quality or service. Based on this visit, I’m likely to avoid McDonald’s for a while. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care at a place we usually enjoy.

All the food was cold I want a refund

I hadn't been for a very long time. I went in as I wanted something fast on a late Sunday morning. I waited no less than 25 to 30 minutes. So did another customer who wanted a fillet o fish sandwich. The manager apologized as I asked for her to inform her. They only have one temperature measuring tool (I was told). Hence the delay! When I had the fish sandwich, it was close to half the size I had one years back and more than double the money! Not impressed with time to serve, pricing or the size of sandwich. Real 'shrinkflation'. I hope they can improve.

I ordered melon and I received cucumber (take away) Also, I placed the order at the device, the screen said it was ready for collection, but I had to wait for 10 other orders that were before me. I don't understand why it says that it is ready for the collection if they haven't even started on it.

Delivery took a while from tracking it. Food was luke warm at best. Items were missing. Not great.

Waited almost half an hour for a breakfast even tho there was only 5 others who had ordered. workers must have been pegging each other in the kitchen cuz there’s no way a human with any functioning brain capacity can’t make a meal in less than 10 minutes. Avoid this maccies at all costs, had to revert to using my emergency bag of sniff as I rewarded myself for not chinning anyone.

New to me but in need of cleaning and cleanliness, plentyof staff though most chatting in groups ignoring restaurant. Service badly slow, whole screen of orders ready to go and 1 person slowly bringing items out, huge crowd waiting for food, as a dissbledcustomer nowhere to sit either,

I ordered at 930. It’s 12. Nothing arrived. Nothing was delivered. I want a full refund.

I really should know better than to order from here. But you think surely they can't mess up every time you order.... Despite clear instructions not to forget certain items they managed to do it again. If you like to order a meal and not get what you asked for then this is the place for you !!

15mins and waiting for a mcflurry

Really don't know why we put ourselves through it. Most of the time something is missing. This visit managed to miss 3 burgers luckily we live fairly local and had to return to get them then put half of it in the air fryer. I think the better option is the uncle sams down the road.

If you order a McDonald's breakfast be prepared to eat it for dinner. Extremely slow service.

Food was ok, we ordered a burger without Bacon and Came with Double Bacon, secondly they were out of ketchup with is annoying, Thirdly he chips wernt fully cooked 2 stars

I have ordered a Delivery from this branch and once again (3rd) time out of 5 deliveries there was food missing!! This has also happened nearly every time I've gone into the restaurant but at least then you can check it before you leave! I try not to go there but after a long day at work I just wanted a night off cooking dinner. How difficult is it to check a food order with 4 meals! It's so frustrating and one of us is without a meal! Please do something about this, it's ridiculous!! A very unhappy customer!

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I’ve no idea how this place seems to get it so wrong as most other McDonalds seem very efficient.

Food arrived cold after waiting an hour. My children are having cold chips and fishfingers for dinner, and it cost me over £20 incl service charge and delivery. the total of my refund was £3.68, absolutely disgusting.
