Absolute joke- supposedly a drive through. More like pay, park up and wait on nearby car park- even for jusy one happy meal!:

Nightmare to park and far to small inside which just causes chaos

Place needs employ staff that can do there job properly ordered big Mac meal all I got was my chips and drink thanks

Came here with my daughters. We ordered our food to eat in. When we eventually got the food it was barely warm and we had to go eat in the car as the restaurant was filthy. Clearly no care from the staff to ensure tables are cleared and clean. I will not be returning

We made the order,and been waiting more than 3 hours,as on the app it showed that delivery time has been changed!When we rang the restaurant,it turned out that food was ready long time ago,but they been waiting the driver!At the end,on the just eat app it showed that food been delivered,but it wasn’t! Unfortunately this is not the first time we have those issue!We tried to contact the restaurant,but they can’t do anything!When I asked to connect me with the driver they said that they can’t!When we tried to constant Just eat,it was impossible as everything have to be done through emails! Absolutely terrible service!Cant say anything good

Absolutely FUMING wasted a good half an hour sat waiting for a mcflurry only for them to tell us they don't HAVE the machine running, they then offered 2 Brownies only to disappoint AGAIN by saying they only have the one, then gave us a cheaper item with no lowered cost, a shambles, will not be visiting again!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡

Have more staff on, shocking service but you can't expect anything else when there's only a few people working at once. Staff were clearly trying their best, so no complaints to them.

Order wrong no receipt in the machines asked Collegue we don't have receipts ? Then half a cup very disappointed A very nice lady comes waving A receipt to do a survey not my receipt

They asked me to park up after I went to the drive thru and never brought my food out, when I went in 15 minutes later they acted like I lost it

Not happy with my order i ordered Coca Cola classic they sent me Diet Coke and I hate Diet Coke plus my order was missing fries too

Ordered 4 items and some how managed to miss 2 of the items off. Rang and told to get my food id have to re pay another 3.50 delivery fee.

missing times I have order large fries but it comes midum and 2 kichap it is not there and the coke is large it comes half so sad.

I get that reading is hard for some people but sending a quarter poubder ojt to a customer thats a vegetarian is not onky.shocking but just out right nasty. thank you so much for dojng that. clearly they don't care for people with specific food needs

The food is always delicious I don’t have any big complains however they always forget sauces and then I have to order them and spend money for delivery when I already should have had it with my order, and the burgers are always messy with ketchup at night, I understand it’s late they’re tired but it’s good someone will eat, least they could do it make sure it’s not soggy from the ketchup 🤷‍♀️

Constant beeping noise from kitchen is beyond annoying, coupled with a ridiculous waiting time for food and you have the worst and slowest fast food outlet I have ever come across! The manager needs to have a rethink...a constant stream of orders being walked out to the car park / seating area is not a great use of time, and there is zero urgency with staff.

Food is as good as you get at McDonald's, very small car park and probably the smallest McDonald's I've ever been to. Lovely lady cleaning the tables, she was so friendly and helpful and constantly keeping the sitting area tidy. She was still wearing a facemask so easy to spot to give her some praise if her bosses read this. It was just a quick drop in to grab something on the way back to work. Nothing special, just plugged that hole of hunger. We all know what to expect from a Mackie D's

Chips were soggy and flat cold, big mac was flat cold and had no cheese on whatsoever so it was dry, the philly cheese burger was fine, just whoever made both burgers but the wrong buns on.

the guy that delivered it was just driving up and down my street according to GPS then he rang me and I told him where I was and I was waving st gim then he drove past me while looking at me. I got the food and it was cold and one double sausage and egg mcmuffin was missing and I threw the other in the bin as it was cold

Orders are not being packed properly, some food is missing and this is not the first time from this restaurant, phone is not answering. Very disappointing customer service.

once again,and for the last time,my order was incomplete 😠😖.For the price we pay you would expect more attention to the contents of your order but once again the customer service has let me down.......it won't happen again!!!!.

Wrong order, I received someone else’s order and I’ve overpaid for what I actually got given. The delivery driver was lazy and didn’t even bother to come to the door instead he called me and asked me to come outside.

Food quality poor & luke warm inc fries bun was burned. No onion. No sauce pot in order. Requested door delivery. Driver called mobile refused to drop at my door. I had already tipped to say thank you but feel shortchanged to order & delivery.

Fries weren’t warm but everything else was great

Too expensive nowadays but consistent product.. if only they'd put a toothpick in the top of the burgers in the boxes so they didn't fall to bits before you open them.

I have ordered many times from you now and always track my order.....it always came straight to me...now...it doesn't you stop a couple of times before getting to me but this time the delivery driver had 3 drops to do and was last!!! and my meal was stone cold...not worth eating and was a waste of my money! he had a drop in town and then in normanton which is miles away and then to me in sharlston!!!!! My order was meant to arrive at 1:10 and did not arrive till 2:10 and then all the food was freezing cold and the McFlurry was all over the bag absolutely disgraceful to be honest and demand a full refund.

Food was honestly stone cold due to very late delivery. The driver couldn't speak English nor read the provided delivery instructions, I had to walk to where he was parked. The order was also incomplete. Worse that useless.

Absolute joke this is true worst it’s ever been. I’m absolutely fuming with anger delivery time kept going up and up and up he set of around 4.45/4/50 took him over 40 minutes to get here I’m so mad hard earned money for freezing cold food literally only the double burger was edible. I expect this to be sorted out because it’s appalling literally stone cold dead. Just take a look at the delivery times kept going up and up I don’t have much money and wanted to get some food for family most of it🤮
