Ordered to my table and they just kept shouting "Table 8" instead and my app name. Imagine being that lazy (coming from a fellow Maccies worker).

Nice food, but a little congested place.

Always a dull and slow service here waited 32 minutes for my meal alongside others and this wasn't at a busy time no apologies or anything staff on at the time just said I've just come in not sure what you want me to do about it quite rude and bad customer service

I hope whoever owns this place takes some notice from reviews. Worst McDonalds in Wakefield. 17 minutes to get a Big Mac burger, several customers complaining of cold food and missing items. Food and grease on serving counter and floor. Staff just walking past looking like they want to quit. Oh and so much for the new fried onions added on top of the Big Mac (for flavour according to the adverts) .

The team cant even manage to get the simplest of orders correct! 1 Milk shake, 1 iced latte and no bloody straws! Missing items 2 brownies - you cant blame the driver, you cant get in touch with anyone to complain apart from request a refund which could take up to 5-10 working days! Teach me for expecting too much for half decent services after spending £15! Oh and this is not 1st time!!!

Waited ages for our food, looked like there was only one member of staff on for ages! Poor woman was rushed off her feet.

Worse I ever had they fetched burgers out without the chips then fetched the chips without the drinks it was flat cold by time it all arrived

Very poor customer experience today. Please get this restaurant sorted out! Remind staff that customer service is paramount, as well as getting the order correct and served in good time.

A Young Lady said she was resetting the system which I was fine with an I waited paitently and I did she said it would only be 15 minutes wait time I waited 30 minutes and no one ever came back to fill me in what was happening and so I left would not recommend at all very poor customer service

I go here regularly and when we do drive through we have to wait for half an hour I think it’s ridiculous to call it a drive through

Really good and hot food. Excellent chicken nuggets. Would have got the selects but some crazy person at Macdonalds has taken sour cream and chive dip off the options menu. Ordered on the app and had food brought to the table. Once the app started to identify location it was plain sailing. The app is a bit buggy. Server that bought good out was lovely and friendly. A great experience.

No parking, not ever milkshakes available

Meh, could be better. Typical experiance is lazy workers not getting simple tasks right and messing up the food. Sometimes waiting a good while to get served when not busy. Overall it's a meh experience.

Asked for a large oasis got a medium in a large cup asked to get it filled up because it’s a large drink took them 10 minutes and it was still the same then they tried telling me it’s my fault because I took the ice out what a joke of a McDonald’s staff are soo rude avoid at all costs

Unsure what isn't quite right, but this McDonald's feels tired and forgotten, despite meeting ALL the high standards of food and customer service you'd expect.

missing dips as usual, medium portions of fries instead of large. nothing new... what there was was good but yeah just a little disappointing. I get it though fast food is a difficult enough, constant-action job.

This is quite literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Unhelpful, rude and pushy staff. Got our order wrong and when my friend went back in to ask for his burger which he paid for but they didn’t give us, they outright ignored him at the counter so he left without it. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.

Missing Fillet o fish. Missing nuggets. Big Mac is single one and not a double Big Mac. Missing half of order and the food that is here is missing half of it.

Ordered a kids happy meal that only came with chips inside luckily I ordered myself a couple of standard cheeseburgers so my son could actually have a meal shocking !!

First time I've eaten in here and mainly because I wanted to ensure I got ALL my dinner.. Waited a while for our food, barely any chairs inside anymore, it just didn't feel like it used to

If I could give less than 1 for service. Very rude staff. The drive thru payment staff did not know what he was doing? They have cancelled the caramel frappe from the app order and did not mention any thing. When asked about it he said he is cancelling complete order and banged the shutter. Went back into the store and complained to the manager. Kallum took the call and said would refund for. I do not see my monies back. Please avoid this and go to the next McDonalds,

Food never arrived. Driver called twice to confirm the address gave detailed directions on both occasions and had no further contact despite calling driver.

This is not the first time there have been problems with this chain. The first time my order was stolen by a delivery driver. Now the delivery driver has missed out 3/4 of my order and there is nothing they can do about it. Beyond disgusting customer service

Been ordered McDonald's for delivery. Uber driver can't found my address (it's new building) . So he can found my address I put my address in the note for him. Than I've got phone call from driver,that he can't found my house,I explain him where to go. And than I've got message saying-" you order been delivered " and picture with wrong address. So I've been calling to uber eats,explain situation and they didn't refund me NOTHING and didn't apologize. Discasting service. To say I am angry it's not to say nothing.

Waited ages for table service, we got a medium drink instead of a large so changed that and while waiting my food was going cold. I ordered a plain crispy chicken Not the "Spicy" i had to take that straight back as it was spicy, the manager said "well it looks like a plaine one" but changed it, when the second one came it was still spicy, so off i went to the manager again she argued with me it was not spicy but i know what i can taste and it was burning my tongue. by this time i was getting rather anoyed so we walked out and refuse to go back again.

The slowest McD ever!!! Takes 15 minutes to get food, go through drive thru and to park up every time and wait 15 minutes.

I ordered 2 medium fries but got about 10 chips in each box it's disgusting when there nearly 3quid they were smaller then a small fries

They always forget or put in the wrong order - Every time - Missed the biggest part of my meal again a massive share box - Rung up and said to come down, what’s the point in ordering if I have to go to the place
