It never arrived, says it was delivered but nothing’s here.

this McDonald's ALWAYS forgets items. this time no sauces. Despite having said for a whole bunch of them. Last time it was a drink and a burger. Not ordering from here again.

Says 15-25 mins delivery it’s not far away but it took over an hour and a half. They didn’t put any sauces even though some things bought are meant to have sauce with them it’s not even just extra sauce asked for.. also all the food was cold. All in not good

This store is a joke, ordered food for delivery on just eat. The store accepted the order, gave a delivery time frame of around 40min. 1h30min later and still no food, tried contacting the store but they've conveniently switched their phones to voicemail only. Our order was supposedly ready for delivery within 15min of ordering. The store has decided to ignore the order ticket from what we can see on the app in the hopes we'll cancel it so that they get a easy way out. I do not recommend ordering from this store anytime after lunch.

2 drinks turned up pretty much empty due to driver spilling during delivery with remaining leaking through bag when handed to me

My order was totally wrong. They were not even fresh. Even if my order was wrong, I said I would eat it anyway but all the food was ice cold. I work for FSA as a veterinarian. I will definitely complain about this place.

Y’all crazy order sauce no sauce - even if that sauce ran out no replacement ? Are you that hard done by you got no sauces at all?

Took over an hour to arrive when it stated 20-30 mins before ordering. For a couple of happy meals, not good enough

We had the new mcchicken and the Philly. Chicken was dry so was left unfinished, mc philly was served without the bacon. So all in all a poor meal..and cold chips.

I placed the order at 17:50 and it said delivery was between 18:15 and 18:30. The delivery came at 19:40. The food was cold and the milkshake and ice cream were melted. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a food delivery service.

Order took over an hour from ordering to arrive but when we ordered it said 25-30 minutes for restaurant. There was no warning of later delivery and no explanation on estimated delivery time.

Arguably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I return there out of convenience but regret it each time. Spend forever waiting for your food, usually it’s cold or slapped together by a toddler - and they always seem to forget something out of the order. Always a disappointment.

Items were all 'hot' OK, only needing a small zap to regaig warmth salad was a little limp.

Went in to get something to eat for my son. Regular menu. Good service. It's a pain to try and turn right onto Fishponds Road. Maybe not a good location to be in.

As far as a McDonald's goes, this on e is very clean, you get served very quickly and the staff are very polite

Don't order here if you want the food you ordered. The main missing orders is always the Mozzarella sticks or sometimes you got an entirely different order. If you're in luck you may even get egg shells in you egg Muffin.That goes for Drive thru and uber orders. If you order inside you'll have to deal with school teen hanging out at the entrance in balaclavas or homeless people going up to you car at the drive thru asking for change or your food. They need security there. Honestly wouldn't recommend. Only if your out of options.

It was fine, delivery was quick enough so I only had to give the meal a small microwave

Delivery said it would arrive by 1.30pm but didn’t arrive till 1.42pm

Great Driver' & Amazing Service!

Food here is very nice but the staff is very rude and useless and very very slow. Customers and delivery riders are waiting for a long time for somebody to show up and serve the customers and riders due to there poor customer service we are not coming anymore and will tell my friends and relatives not to come here instead we will prefer the Abby’s branch.

Muffin looked like somebody had bitten half of it and no hash brown

read the order! I cannot eat the sandwich sauce as I'm allergic to something in it, so asked for no sauce. Turns up covered in sauce.

I have mixed opinions about this one. This McDonald’s has gotten my order wrong a couple of times, but overall the service was great! (Which saved it from getting 2 stars.)

As a rep I frequent many McDonald’s across the South West to catch up with emails. This is by far the WORST service I have experienced at any MD (or any)restaurant in over 6 years. Arrived at 10:50 to grab a breakfast and finally got served at 10:57, after listening to the staff arguing, screaming and shouting at each other in the kitchen whilst being the only person stood at counter. The woman who then finally served me could barely speak or understand English and messed up whole order, even the coffee which came luke warm. Will make sure to avoid stopping here after next meeting at local customer and advise anyone else to AVOID this place

No such thing as ‘Fast Food’ here. This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to. Waited around 15 minutes for a meal, I mean it’s not like we are buying this for the quality is it. No sense of management being at the helm but why does this place get it so wrong when they all follow the same model?

I booked the order to arrive at 7pm, it arrived at 7.30pm. all the food was cold and needed to be microwaved. Not happy!

Should have learn't lesson from the first time ordering a delivery from this restaurant. We ordered a big Mac meal, triple cheese burger, fries and two mango pineapple smoothies. We got delivered two happy meals!!!!!!! I ordered food for My daughter and her boyfriend - how did they get it so wrong? We had no explanation, no apology and NO REFUND. Absolutely shocking customer service. The first time we ordered a delivery from this branch it never even showed up! Should have never gone back. Totally going to chose to spend our hard earned income elsewhere. Not happy customers :(

Very slooooooooow fast food if you order in store. Order accuracy poor, dips, napkins etc often missing. Despite the long waits the food is barely warm. Might need a ouija board to contact the staff as they just hide out the back and just ignore you if they happen to look up in your direction. Trying to get to the desk to pick up your order is like a trip to Narnia, walking through a forest of Deliveroo couriers. Appear to prioritise drive thru customers.

Ordered at 15:30 arrived at 16:57 food was cold. I am disappointed as I usually get good service. The time of delivery was supposed to be 16:10

the mcspicey burger was missing and I got absolutely different burgers. I ordered 4 Triple cheesburgers and I got 4 bacon double cheesburgers. It happened the second time and I havent received any refund. last Time I ordered 2 cokes for £20!!!! they forgot all of the food!!! no refund!!! shame

All of the food was cold. The driver was at the restaurant for ages (maybe not their fault) then I spent 10 minutes outside in 1 degree weather waiting because he was meant to be outside, he was driving up and down every road that wasn’t mine, past me a few times (I even waved as he drove past…) and then had a bad attitude after I had to walk 100m down the road to him…?

We decided to have an easy Friday night and to treat our daughter with HappyMeal . You can imagine our surprise when her HappyMeal never arrived. All our food were there but hers not! How exactly to explain to a 3yo that someone forgot about her food?!!!! Now I have paid one more delivery fee because someone did not did their job!

I ordered a chicken big mac and they gave me a beef big mac which i’m not allowed to eat due to my religion. they backtracked my religious journey with God and therefore i shall never be eating here EVER again.

Dont know what the other reviews are saying.. but never had an issue, if u choose to order on busy days expect delays but i always pop in quiet times, never had an issues. Food is good 🥰

Delivery was excellent, really fast. The burger itself had literally been thrown into the box. None of the lettuce was in the burger and there was hardly any sauce.
