I received someone else's order. the tie kept changing getting later and later. so angry and upset because I spent the last of my money to get my kids a mcdonalds and now they have given us a order what we don't eat

burgers were cold and fries were very cold probably due to the delivery driver packing the hot food next to the iced drinks that were mostly melted. had to reheat the food before we could eat it. the driver was making excuses for how cold the food was when he arrived. asked for cheese slices on burgers and they were not there so may be the wrong delivery.

Not a family place to visit in the evening. Food okay but inside is a different story.

It was a slightly disappointing experience at this Mcdonald's restaurant. Food is kind of standard OK, service was a bit slow but OK, the killer is the Gents was not available as it was broken. For a restaurant that caters to so many customers this should have been resolved almost immediately but it seems like it was not going to happen soon, imagine when you need to wash your hands you need to queue for 5-10 mins.

food was all cold only hafe a cup of milkshake an I ordered strawberry an it came with strawberry an chocolate in same cup so couldn't drink it

Food was cold. Ordered 2 happy meal's a double cheese burger and a iced latte. All the food was freezing, like it had been sat there for ages, the fish finger went that cold it turned to cardboard and i didnt even get my iced latte! 🙄

the driver kept turning off his tracker and turning it back on and one of my bags the tear strip was not sealed properly

Worst McDonald's in the area. No receipt in the order booths so you can't leave them feedback. Vouchers don't work. Rude staff with no hygiene. Asked for books with the happy meals but apparently they don't have any. FLOP of a place.

Evening bite to eat. Fries were cold, chicken burger was hard, like it had been sat for hrs. Quarter pounder was about the best. Took 10 minutes, but staff apologised for having me wait.

my chicken mayo burger was missing and the bag came unopened to me I'm not happy

never delivered waited nearly 2hrs so went and paid again and collected myself absolutely shocking and it wasn't mcdonalds fault it was just eat (food was waiting to be collected)

worst McDonald’s i have ever had. burgers were cold and chips were hard & cold, coke zero tasted like fizzy water, delivery kept getting put back. at time of ordering it said delivery 15min to 30min ended up being 55mins. system showed preparing order for approx 45 minutes. really wasn't worth the wait and ended up in the bin.

Do not order the jam muffin twice. I have not had the jam I don’t normally write a post but this McDonald’s never. Send the things to the food nor did I receive the honey for pancakes and they completely forgot one of my breakfast including the free item they give you for spending so much not great McDonalds as the food with jam and honey are for children mostly then you don’t refund

McDonald's has certainly gone down. My muffin was burnt around the crust when I took it back the man said were not serving breakfast anymore. My friends muffin wasn't even buttered. The staff haven't got a clue what they are doing and they have attitude. I only gave one star because the tea was decent.

we ordered just as it turned 2pm it was delayed three times and it was finally delivered cold and an hour after the original time of delivery and the milkshakes were room temperature and melted

Please advise your staff to wear gloves when prepping food. I don't want to shame anyone but it is clear that some of the workers do not seem to have great knowledge around food and hygiene. Besides that I always have a pleasant service.

SOMEBODY BIT MY MUFFIN. It was not my first order today, but definitely the last. I had missed items before or other minor issues, but nothing major. Today, I ordered a muffin for my breakfast. Flatbread and hash browns were all good, and I later opened the bag with the muffin. THE MUFFIN WAS ROCK HARD, AND THERE IS A BITE MARK ON IT. HOW IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE? IT'S A SHAME ON THE WORKER WHO DID THIS.

Honestly the worst store I have visited. Terrible service, food was stone cold, by the time we finally got it. No receipt paper in the order booths, (this often the case at this branch) so you can not leave feedback or raise your disappointment at how long you have to wait for an order. Spoke to the manager, who was rude, offered no apology and was reluctant to change cold food for fresh.

No receipt from machine, it's always out of paper. Condiments table is missing half the items, ask cleaner if they would replace the serviettes, said "not my job" and walked off. Food is hot and good, tables are clean.
