No straw sent for drink - no sauce sent for mozzarella dippers

Delivered on time but was sent the complete wrong order.

3 drinks and 2 mcflurries all placed into same bag which split, emptying contents all over my floor, rug, curtains and dog. One Mcflurry was missing from my order and all the food was cold. £25 literally down the drain. Only thing I didn't have a problem with was the dips! Delivery driver was quite rude, wish I'd not tipped him with my order. I should have realised something was up with how the driver handed me the drinks bag. First time and last time ordering from Stechford.

2 days in a row I have ordered McDonald's and both time have been missing items

Got the order wrong, ordered a triple cheeseburger but only got a double cheeseburger. Ver disappointing.

I had no straw or any napkin and it should of bin some napkin and some straw

perfect breakfast this time. everything was spot on. correct order nothing missing lovely and hot still.. orderd 20mins later was here. fast delivery

Fries where cold as driver couldn’t find my address

This is a nice, well located McDonalds. The food is consistent for the brand. Sadly, there were disrespectful people leaving their rubbish on the tables and allowing their children to treat it like a playground. Credit should be given to the polite and hardworking staff.

All my food was cold not happy with this

Like any other mcdonalds, except the toilets are actually clean, cleaning staff do a good job and are friendly and helpful, shame the staff allow bikes to ride inside the shop.

Never again missed ingredients from order and wasn’t fresh

Terrible branch! My boyfriend checked online if it's open (Monday morning) and website says it was so he went to get some food for breakfast. And when he arrived, it is CLOSED (shocking scenes)😮😱!!!! He was so exhausted from work already!!! Make sure you'll update your website real time to avoid any inconvenience in the future! No good!

Didn't have a bad experience, food was good and service was fair.

They were showing attitude to me and my family and one worker threw the tubs of sauces on our tray rudely. I'm never coming back😡

They sent me a cookie instead of a brownie when the receipt and my order said cookie. the cheeseburger in the happy meal was completely crushed and wasn't even together and the sweet and sour sauce had burst over everything.

I have not received my order but says delivered

The place was not clean, fries cooked in too cold oil (soggy) and without salt added. The wrap was not wrapped and disappointing :(

It's not even real meat anymore! No matter whether it's red or white "so called" meat. Who really knows what's actually in these products? The fries are bland. I liked the strawberry milkshake, but that's just a big cup of flavored sugar.

Shocking! Order 3 nugget happy meals 2 plain ham burgers and a cheese burger. I had 2 nugget happy meals 1 cheese burger happy meal with not everything in it. No straw for my drink. Missing the 2 ham burgers and 4 nuggets

When food arrived everything was cold

Food was freezing cold even though the delivery was by car, contained milkshakes but had no straws so kids struggled to drink them

We usually have a great experience from McDonald’s Stechford however on this occasion, the patty was dry, fries tasteless and the bun tasted stale sadly..and I know the next part isn’t a quality issue but my sons usual drink of pineapple and mango smoothie wasn’t available so all in all, a bit of a unexpected disaster, a real shame as this was a treat for my son receiving almost 100% on his maths test. Disappointing…

How is it that no matter what, they always forget something?!?! And it’s not little items either it’s whole meals sometimes!!

I reordered from Subway as they delivered a meat sub with no meat. Seriously I don't care for vegan/vegetarian comments. I just expect to get what I pay pay for. The refund was partial... not happy. So still looking for lunch. LUNCH! As I don't trust Subway I thought Id try McDs. 42 minutes later... freezing cold food... what is the point of Just Eat?

Got to be the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to nobody at the counter waited about 15 minutes for someone to come finally got food by extremely rude staff member mozeralla dippers were cold and really dry Quarter pounder was dry cold with a soggy bread roll and the chips are as they always are stone cold only good thing that tasted as it should was the coke would definitely not return to this McDonald’s

The Ranch Burgers were bland, the Lettece was Gone off, the Sauces weren't on properly I won't be buying from here again.

It's an average McDonald's, which performs pretty much the same as all the others, no better, no worse.

I have used this McDonald's drive through in the past which was a bit hit and miss. Today there was short queue order taken more efficiently than before but didn't understand hash browns, I normally put things down to regional accents being from London 🙄

Everything was great except I ordered a chilli burger and got a normal double cheeseburger

wth is going on at Stechford?? it's only 6 mins from mine but food is always freezing?? Will have to start using kitts green instead

They need to make order to use toilets even if you disparate

I’m not going to be using just eat again. I’m switching to Ubereats. I have to complain about everytime an they do absolutely nothing.
