order was over half hour late , food was cold, no straws given for drinks

Great delivery, food was okay apart from sugared ring donut was stale

food was stone cold. drinks all spilt out in the bag what a waste of money. very disappointed

All cold, obviously just left on a shelf bagged up . Cold “cardboard” fries, burgers cold. Only good thing was the mint shakes

It's not even real meat anymore! No matter whether it's red or white "so called" meat. Who really knows what's actually in these products? The fries are bland. I liked the strawberry milkshake, but that's just a big cup of flavored sugar.

When food arrived everything was cold

Food was freezing cold even though the delivery was by car, contained milkshakes but had no straws so kids struggled to drink them

We usually have a great experience from McDonald’s Stechford however on this occasion, the patty was dry, fries tasteless and the bun tasted stale sadly..and I know the next part isn’t a quality issue but my sons usual drink of pineapple and mango smoothie wasn’t available so all in all, a bit of a unexpected disaster, a real shame as this was a treat for my son receiving almost 100% on his maths test. Disappointing…

The Ranch Burgers were bland, the Lettece was Gone off, the Sauces weren't on properly I won't be buying from here again.

I have used this McDonald's drive through in the past which was a bit hit and miss. Today there was short queue order taken more efficiently than before but didn't understand hash browns, I normally put things down to regional accents being from London 🙄

It's an average McDonald's, which performs pretty much the same as all the others, no better, no worse.

Compared to my last visit to McDonald's in Watford last week this branch was superb. Ordered on the machine with table service and it was fast and efficient. Food lovely and hot, restaurant very clean and tidy. No complaints a pleasure to visit 😊

Servicio a las 9. 30 en adelante. El jueves por la mañana fue dolorosamente lento. Los asientos y mesas necesitaban una muy buena limpieza. No impresionado. Tuve que perseguir el orden y pedir que se limpiara la mesa.

Driver did well to get through the roadworks and deliver lovely hot food.
