Mcdonald's in Wakefield

I have to admit I’m a bit of a Maccies coffee fan and I struggle to drive past without driving thru. I was on dads taxi duty at nearly 3am on New Year’s Day and I say the Golden Arches and thought why not. The place was still busy and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The coffee was excellent and the service was great. Hopefully this is a great sign of a bright new decade? Happy to recommend this place.

You would expect from a very reputable chain for their food to be to a high standard.. I’ve been several times now and the food has been warm, if not cold. This was during my night shifts where you would expect them to keep stuff fresh. Very poor! Advised to go to another McDonald’s if you can.

Standard McD serving time and cost efficient great snack food. Staff are more "mature" in attitude - noticed that at a few McD places recently. Located on a small retail park so no problems with parking. Busy place especially the drive through. Clean and tidy but, and admittedly we visited on a cold and breezy day, when the main door is opening and closing and kids open the other door to the play area it is very draughty and paper stuff blows off the tables! Sir as close to the middle of the dining area as you can to avoid the gales!
