Cold, tasteless and fuming that I ordered the Minecraft meal which costs more than a normal Big Mac meal and never actually received it

Restaurant’s preparing time fluctuated a lot from original delivery time + Missing items. All the dips and a large fries missing.

The food was all freezing there was no dips no straws and no napinks I ordered one of the burgers plain as my brother can’t have ketchup and pickles and it did not come plain.

Large order for daughter’s birthday, food all arrived stone cold and it’s not even cold outside today. Chips were like they’d been reheated all soggy and like cardboard. Lids on drinks were not on in the bag and they’d spilt everywhere in the bag, so as i took them in from the door the paper bag split and drinks went all over the floor.

The food quality was terrible and it was cold and you missed out some items very disgraceful

Lovely delivery guy and the food was hot. Quick takeaway lunch for the the kids as our boiler broke so we had no hot water or gas!!

everything that came was fine except the double sausage, i ordered it without egg and it came with an egg my daughter who i had brought this for is allergic and could only eat the hash browns because of this

Once again food was cold. Only used Asda as main McDonald’s was not available for home delivery and my husband wanted a plant based burger. Recommend that people only order from main branch in grave send and not Asda

Took over an hour to deliver. Food was cold on arrival. Called the shop and he was not helpful at all.

The delivery guy had a Asda ordinary bag when showed at the door and asked him if the food is warm and he said yes. How I opened the food was stone cold. Not happy at all with this service

Currently I'm waiting on an order that I placed two hours ago. I get it's new year and I expect it to be busy however they should have accounted for the busy time and it's only a ten minute drive. And literally this second as I type my wife has checked and it says delivered which it hasnt. We choose to eat with you and My kids are going bed hungry this rate

Been trying to order McDonald’s breakfast for an hour now and the buggy app won’t let me, I’m trapped in it not loading and going around in circles and now it’s too late to order it

My fault for giving the driver the delivery code beforehand thinking he’d be a decent human being! I left a message giving him the code and saying please leave it outside on my mat as I was in the shower and I come out to check after it says delivered and it’s not here! He didn’t even enter the building!

Everything was bad and not happy. I would like a full refund.

It's a typical McDonalds in many ways . Though on the last 2 occasions cheese dippers missing each time and with takeaway orders it's not worth going back , no facility on the app to report missing items conveniently

why do so many delivery drivers have poor navigation skills even after message to navigate and calling her totally oblivious food was cold

The food was good, if a little on the cold side. One of the extra patties I requested wasn't added, but I was refunded without delay.

The hot chocolate wasn't secured by McDonald's, so it leaked everywhere in the courier's bag, and he took it back. The food is good, though.
