The friendliest staff ever. London McDonald’s chains need to take note - Gravesend are a different kettle of fish!

I ordered at half 5. It didn’t arrive till nearly 7 pm. It was cold. This usually happens. Late, cold, missing straws. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from you again, for the delivery price, I think this is unacceptable.

Disgusting. We waited over an hour for our food (1hr 20mins). Food arrived cold & the chips were like cardboard. There were food items missing also. Do not order from this place! Refunds requested!

I waited over an hour for my delivery. Delivery time kept being changed and food was cold on arrival. Not worth the wait or money.

All 4 burgers and fries are stone cold!!! This is unacceptable!!! So now i need to disassemble Big mac due to veggies inside and reheat and assemble it myself? Terrible experience!

Don’t bother with here went in on the 22nd July in the evening and after collecting the food and driving a 5 min journey to the local hotel we were staying in the fries and burgers were stone cold the drinks were flat. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the order which I wouldn’t have minded if the food was hot. Tried to phone branch to complain but no answer not great after spending £36 with them.

Our food never arrived and when we found the driver just sitting at the same location on the tracking for 45 mins she then refused for us to take our order.

In the end I had to throw the burgers away, as they were cold, and the chips were soggy, so we could only eat the chips and ice cream and have the drink, as the burger is supposed to be got or at least warm, not cold.

Every single time we order, there’s ALWAYS items missing. This time EVERY portion of chips ( x3 )

We arrived at this restaurant today, I waited 20 minutes for the food before being served, the sandwich was cold by then. Worst service I have EVER experienced in my life!!!! I waited over an hour for my food to arrive after spending £55 on food and all that’s been delivered is drinks!!!!! You can’t speak to a human on the telephone and I’m expected to wait up to 24hrs to get an email to tell me if I’m gonna get my money back!! I want a full refund not credit!!!!! Stone cold food, missing items what food we had was packed well.

Received wrong items. Chips, burgers and nuggets were stone cold. One burger was broken into pieces and we could see an attempt was made to put it back together. One of the large drinks was filled halfway. Extremely disappointed to spend a large sum of money for poorly prepared food in what was supposed to be a treat for the family.

Order was ‘being prepared’ for almost an hour (small order which would usually take 10/15mins to prep). Order eventually turned up 1 hour 20 mins after it was placed, every item stone cold. (Restaurant described delivery time before order as 20-40 minutes). The food was evidently sat on the side for a very long time. Incredibly unhappy, Just Eat will most likely do absolutely nothing and even refuse a refund as per usual.

I placed my order at 09.30 and didn’t get here until 11.15????
