McDonald's in Gravesham

Worst McDonalds ive been to. No sauces (paid for), mcflurries entirely melted, modifications not accounted for, chips hard and soggy and cold, everything cold.

Really bad service half of things were missing from Order !!!!

food was stone cold, kids didn't even want it, I just don't see how this is possible living 5 minutes away from this particular McDonald's, not acceptable

Driver took nearly 25 minutes from leaving the restaurant and food was stone cold and drink had leaked everywhere

Order wasnt even delivered. According to the restaurant the driver accepted the delivery and didn’t bother to turn up to collect it.

delivery time kept changing, came from a restaurant further away. when eventually came spent 15 minutes in the phone to the delivery driver who couldn't find the front door. I had to leave the building to find him. my food was stone cold and inedible and had to be thrown away. This was the most appalling service I have ever had, there has never been an issue before. when I said my food would be cold, the delivery man just grunted.

It said it was delivered after 8 delays and never was, you can’t even contact anyone about it, what a joke!

Its abysmal to receive 30 minutes late on Thu evening from this distance Food was not even luke warm, but cold, and needed to rewarm in microwave On top of that, we had 4 Sweet & sour packets missing from 20 nugget box on a sealed bag

My order was completely wrong. I had clearly got someone else's order which was full of chicken, which we don't eat!

Freezing cold food took about 2hrs to come when said the waiting time was about 30 mins.

Sorry for quality score but the smaller dips did not taste very nice at all. Also, a little bit more seasoning needed in Chicken Selects. The nugget batter had a taste/smell note of candy floss? They weren't sweet but there was an aroma. Sorry again. I actually love Chicken Selects + I fancied a treat but I was a little disappointed. Sorry.

I Did not get my full delivery

I waited over a hour to get cold food...

the lid of my drink wasn't put on properly so the cup was nearly empty and the bag was wet through and didn't receive the hash brown

order was correct, even with changes. Hate it when ice cold drinks are packed in with hot food. Probably didn't help the delivery driver pulled up and sat in his car finishing his phone conversation before delivering too. Good job the majority of Mcdonalds can be popped in the microwave without altering it's taste. xx

the delivery driver left McDonald's and I followed him on the map. He stayed in the same spot for over 20 minutes before moving to deliver my food. unacceptable!! I complained to him and his response was no no. food had to be reheated as stone cold. get a grip Just-Eat and sack the lazy workers.

The food was good however there was a few items were missing unfortunately however i’m sure it will be resolved soon.

Food was very late and cold when delivered. The driver said he was lost but didn’t try to make contact at all. He was waiting in the area for a good 15 minutes before he appeared to try and find us.

Ordered at 7:30 didn’t arrive till 21:00 which has kept my 2 year old up way passed bed time waiting for her dinner shows up ice cream is fully melted dinner is cold driver is just talking on the phone through AirPods on arrival it got that bad I walked to the restaurant just before I get there I get confirmation it’s being delivered despite delivery time 19:50-20:00 then proceeded to go all the way to 20:58 coke has arrived significantly lower then normal no straws in bag I am beyond appalled

You delivered it to the wrong address

I ordered a strawberry milkshake but got given a caramel iced frappe which i can’t drink as I’m pregnant.

Driver didn’t speak english went to wrong address and still wouldnt hurry up to bring the food even after i waited on my balcony for 15 mins EVERY time i have a problem wont be ordering again its a joke

Apart from a couple of missing items, one of the boxes wasn't closed properly therefore the Double Big Mac (including lettuce, bacon, sauce, onions) was spilt all over the delivery bag and short of remaking the burger myself, it wasn't particularly appealing to eat anymore.

Disgusting. We waited over an hour for our food (1hr 20mins). Food arrived cold & the chips were like cardboard. There were food items missing also. Do not order from this place! Refunds requested!

I ordered at half 5. It didn’t arrive till nearly 7 pm. It was cold. This usually happens. Late, cold, missing straws. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from you again, for the delivery price, I think this is unacceptable.

I waited over an hour for my delivery. Delivery time kept being changed and food was cold on arrival. Not worth the wait or money.

Don’t bother with here went in on the 22nd July in the evening and after collecting the food and driving a 5 min journey to the local hotel we were staying in the fries and burgers were stone cold the drinks were flat. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the order which I wouldn’t have minded if the food was hot. Tried to phone branch to complain but no answer not great after spending £36 with them.

Our food never arrived and when we found the driver just sitting at the same location on the tracking for 45 mins she then refused for us to take our order.

In the end I had to throw the burgers away, as they were cold, and the chips were soggy, so we could only eat the chips and ice cream and have the drink, as the burger is supposed to be got or at least warm, not cold.
